(b) konstantnu regiju teškog lanca humanog IgG4 sa mutacijom serina u prolin na poziciji 108 u SEQ ID NO: 275 ili 277 i konstantnu regiju kapa lakog lanca;
(c) konstantnu regiju teškog lanca humanog IgG1 sa mutacijom asparagina u alanin na poziciji 180 u SEQ ID NO: 279 i konstantnu regiju kapa lakog lanca;

9. Molekula humaniziranog antitijela prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-8, koja:
(a) veže ekstracelularni Ig-sličnu domenu LAG-3;
(b) može reducirati vezivanje LAG-3 za molekulu glavnog kompleksa histokompatibilnosti (MHC) klase II, ili za stanicu koja eksprimira molekulu MHC klase II; ili
(c) može poboljšati antigen-specifični T-stanični odgovor.
10. Molekula humaniziranog antitijela prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-9, naznačena time što navedena molekula antitijela ima prvu specifičnost vezivanja za LAG-3 i drugu specifičnost vezivanja za PD-1, TIM-3, CEACAM opcionalno CEACAM-1 i/ili CEACAM-5, PD-L1 ili PD-L2; i/ili
gdje navedena molekula antitijela sadrži antigen-vezujući fragment antitijela, opcionalno polovinu antitijela ili antigen-vezujući fragment polovine antitijela.
11. Farmaceutska kompozicija koja sadrži molekulu humaniziranog antitijela prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-10 i farmaceutski prihvatljiv nosač, ekscipijens ili stabilizator.
12. Nukleinska kiselina koja kodira varijabilnu regiju teškog i lakog lanca antitijela molekula antitijela prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-10.
13. Ekspresijski vektor koji sadrži nukleinsku kiselinu prema patentnom zahtjevu 12.
14. Stanica-domaćin koja sadrži nukleinsku kiselinu prema patentnom zahtjevu 12.
15. Postupak za proizvodnju molekula antitijela ili njihovog fragmenta, koji obuhvaća uzgajanje stanice-domaćina prema patentnom zahtjevu 14 pod uvjetima pogodnim za ekspresiju gena.

17. Molekula humaniziranog antitijela prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-10, ili farmaceutska kompozicija prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, za uporabu u postupku stimulacije imunološkog odgovora, ili liječenja raka ili infektivne bolesti kod subjekta.
18. Molekula humaniziranog antitijela, ili farmaceutska kompozicija, za uporabu prema patentnom zahtjevu 17, naznačena time što subjekt ima, ili je identificirano da ima, jedno ili više od:
(a) raka koji eksprimira PD-L1;
(b) raka koji je pozitivan na jedno, dva, ili sve od PD-L1, CD8, ili IFN-γ;
(c) raka koji je trostruko pozitivan na PD-L1, CD8 i IFN-γ; ili
(d) raka koji je pozitivan na limfocite koji infiltriraju tumor (TIL).
19. Molekula humaniziranog antitijela, ili farmaceutska kompozicija, za uporabu prema patentnom zahtjevu 17, naznačena time što se molekula antitijela primjenjuje injekcijom u dozi od 1 do 30 mg/kg, ili, 1 do 5 mg/kg, opcionalno, gdje se molekula antitijela primjenjuje jednom tjedno do jednom na svaka 2, 3, ili 4 tjedna ili u dozi od 10 do 20 mg/kg svakog drugog tjedna.
