Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von neuen 2-PyridylalkylsuIfmyl-Benzimidazolen der allgemeinen Formel
.(9 worin R und R gleich oder verschieden sind und jeweils Wasserstoff, Halogen, Alkyl, Carbomcthoxy, Carbäthoxy, Alkoxy oder Alkanoyl in beliebiger Position darstellen, R^ Wasserstoff, Methyl oder Äthyl bedeutet und R^, R4 sowie R^ gleich oder verschieden sind und jeweils für Wasserstoff, Methyl, Methoxy, Äthoxy, Methoxyäthoxy oder Äthoxyäthoxy stehen, mit der Maßgabe, daß R^, R4 und R^ nicht gleichzeitig Wasserstoff bedeuten und daß einer der drei Substituenten R^, R4 und R^ eine andere Bedeutung als Methyl hat, wenn zwei dieser Substituenten für Wasserstoff stehen, sowie von deren Hydraten, Stereoisomeren und therapeutisch akzeptablen Salzen, zur Herstellung von die Magensäuresekretion beeinflussenden pharmazeutischen Präparaten zur Behandlung von Magen- und Zwölffingerdaimgeschwüren.
Die neuen Verbindungen hemmen exogen- bzw. endogen stimulierte Magensäuresekretion.
Es war schon früher bekannt, daß Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formeln
Nr. 389995 worin R* und R2 jeweils Wasserstoff. Alkyl. Halogen, Cyano, Carboxy, Carboxyalkyl, Carfcoalkoxy, Carboalkoxyalkyl, Carbamoyl, Carbamoyloxy, Hydroxy, Alkoxy, Hydroxyalkyl, Trifluormethyl oder Acyl in beliebiger Position darstellen, Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Acyl, Carboalkoxy, Carbamoyl, Alkylcarbamoyl, Dialkylcarbamoyl, Alkylcarbonylmethyl, Alkoxycarbonylmethyl oder Alkylsulfcnyl bedeutet und R4 für eine gerade oder verzweigte Alkylengruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatcmsn steht, wobei höchstens eine Methylengruppe zwischen S und der Pyridylgruppe vorhanden ist und wobei die Pyridylgrupps mit Alkyl oder Halogen weiter substituiert sein kann, eins inhibitorischs Wirkung auf Magensüracsskredcn besitzen.
Aus der DE-OS 25 48 340 und der US-PS 4,045,563 sind Verbindungen bekannt, die ein Grundgerüst wie die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (IV) besitzen und am Pyridinring noch zusätzlich substituiert sind.
Es wurde nun jedoch überraschend festgestelU, daß die neuen Verbindungen der Formel (I) eine noch größere inhibitorischc Wirkung als die voranstehend angeführten haben.
Stehen R1 und R2 in Formel (I) für Alkyl, so sind sie zweckmäßig Alkylgruppen mit bis zu 7 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise bis zu 4 Kohlenstoffatomen. Somit kann R1 bzw. R2, wenn es für Alkyl steht, Methyl, Äthyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl oder Isobutyl sein.
Stehen R* und R2 für Halogen, so sind sie Chlor, Brom, Fluor oder Jod. 1 o
Stehen R1 und Rz für Alkoxy, so sind sie zweckmäßig Alkoxygruppen mit bis zu 5 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise bis zu 3 Kohlenstoffiatomen, wie Methoxy, Äthoxy, n-Propoxy oder Isopropoxy. R* und R2 für Alkanoyl haben vorzugsweise bis zu 4 Kohlenstoffatome und sind z. B. Formyl, Acctyl oder Propionyl, vorzugsweise Acetyl.
Eine bevorzugt verwendete Gruppe von neuen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) ist jene, bei der und R2 gleich oder verschieden und jeweils Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Carbomethoxy, Alkoxy oder Alkanoyl sind, wobei Rl und R2 nicht beide Wasserstoff sind, für Wasserstoff steht, R^, R4 und R-* gleich oder verschieden sind und jeweils Wasserstoff, Methyl, Methoxy oder Äthoxy darstellen, mit der oben angeführten Maßgabe.

10 worin r6, r3, R4 und R^ obige Bedeutung haben, hergestellt werden. 15 Bei den obigen Reaktionen können Z* und eine reaktive, veresterte Hydroxygruppe sein, was eine Hydroxygruppe bedeutet, die mit einer starken anorganischen oder organischen Säure, vorzugsweise Halogenwasserstoffsäure, wie Chlorwasserstoffsäure. Bromwasserstoffsäure oder Jodwasserstoffsäure, auch Schwefelsäure oder einer starken organischen Sulfonsäure, wie einer starken aromatischen Säure, z. B. Besonders bevorzugt wird erfindungsgemäß 2-[2-(3,5-Dimethyl-4-methoxy)-pyridylmethylsulfinyll-5-methoxy-benzimidazol der Formel 30 35 40
da) verwendet, welches durch Oxidation von 2-[2-(3,5-Dimethyl-4-meihoxy)-pyridylmethylthio]-5-meihoxy-45 benzimidazol hergestellt werden kann, wobei als Oxidationsmittel insbesondere m-Chloqperbenzoesäure eingesetzt wird.
Je nach Verfahrensbedingungen und Ausgangsmaterialien wird das Endprodukt entweder als freie Base oder als Säureadditionssalz erhalten, wobei beides in den Bereich der Erfindung fällt. So können basische, neutrale oder gemischte Salze genauso wie Hemi·, Mono-, Sesqui- oder Polyhydrate erhalten werden. Die Säureadditionssalze 50 der neuen Verbindungen können auf an sich bekannte Weise in die freie Base umgewandelt weiden, entweder unter
Verwendung von basischen Mitteln, wie Alkali, oder durch Ionenaustausch. Anderseits können die erhaltenen freien Basen mit organischen oder anorganischen Säuren Salze bilden. Bei der Herstellung von Säureadditionssalzen weiden vorzugsweise solche Säuren verwendet, die geeignete therapeutisch akzeptable Salze bilden. Solche Säuren umfassen die Halogenwasscrstoff-, Sulfon-, Phosphor-, Salpeter- und Pcrchlorsäurc; 55 aliphadsche. alicyclische, aromatische, heterocyclische Carbon- oder Sulfonsäuren, wie Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Propion-, Bernstein-, Glykol-, Milch-, Apfel-, Wein-, Zitronen-, Ascorbin-, Malern-, Hydroxymalein, Brenztrauben-, Phenylessig-, Benzoe-, p-Aminobenzoe-. Dicss oder andere Salze der neuen Verbindungen, wie z. B. Pikrete, können ds Reinigungsmittel für dis erhaltenen freien Basen dienen. Salze der Besen können gebildet werden, ven der Lösung abgerennt werden, und dann kann die freie Base aus einer neuen Salzlösung in reinerem Zustand rückgewonnen werden. Wegen der Beziehung zwischen den neuen Verbindungen in freier Bassnform und ihren Salzen ist es verständlich, daß die Verwendung der entsprechenden Salze in den Rahmen der Erfindung EillL
Manche der neuen Verbindungen können je nach Wahl der Ausgangsmaterialicn und des Verfahrens als optische Isomere oder Racemate oder, wenn sie zumindest zwei asymmetrische Kohlcnstoßatome enthalten, als Isomerenmischung (rzcemische Mischung) vorliegen.
Die Isomerenmischungcn (racemischcn Mischungen), die erhalten werden, können in zwei stercoisomere (diastereomere) reine Racemate mittels Chromatographie oder fraktionierter Kristallisation aufgetrennt werden.
Die erhaltenen Racemate können nach bekannten Verfahren aufgetrennt werden, z. B. Umkristallisation aus einem optisch aktiven Lösungsmittel, Verwendung von Mikroorganismen, Reaktionen mit optisch aktiven Säuren, die Salze bilden, die abgetrennt werden können, Auftrennung aufgrund von verschiedenen Löslichkeilen der Diastereomeren. Geeignete optisch aktive Säuren sind die L- und D-Formen der Weinsäure, di-o-Tolylweinsäure, Apfelsäure, Mandelsäurc, Kampfersulfonsäure oder Chininsäure. Vorzugsweise wird der aktivere Teil der beiden Antipoden isoliert
Die Ausgangsmaterialien sind bekannt oder können, sofern sie neu sind, nach an sich bekannten Verfahren erhalten werden.
Zur Synthese von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (Π) wurden Ausgangsmaterialien beispielsweise nach folgenden allgemeinen Vorschriften hergestellt: 1. Eine 1,2-Diaminoverbindung, wie o-Phenylcndiamin, wurde mit Kaliumäthylxanthat (gemäß Org. Synth. Vol. 30, S. 56) zur Bildung von 2-Mercaptobcnzimidazol (Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (VII)) umgesetzt; 2. die Verbindung 2-ChIormethyIpyridin (Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (VIII)) wurde durch Umsetzung von 2-Hydroxymethylpyridin mit Thionylchlorid (gemäß Arch. Pharm. Vol. 26, S. 448 bis 451 (1956) hergestellt; 3. die Verbindung 2-Chlormethylbcnzimidazol wurde durch Kondensation von o-Phenylendiamin mit Chloressigsäurc hcrgestellt
Die Herstellung einiger neuer, erfindungsgemäß verwendbarer Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) ist in folgenden Arbeitsvorschriften konkret beschrieben. (Die Temperatur ist in Grad Celsius angegeben):
Arbeitsvorschrift 1: 22,0 g 2-Mercapto-(5-acctyl-6-mcthyI)-bcnzimidazol und 19,5 g 2-Chlormcthyl-(4,5-dimethyI)-pyridiniumhydrochlorid wurden in 200 mi 95 %igem Äthanol gelöst. 8 g Natriumhydroxid in 20 ml Wasser wurden zugegeben, worauf die Lösung zwei Stunden lang unter Rückfluß zum Sieden erhitzt wurde. Das gebildete Natriumchlorid wurde abflltriert und die Lösung im Vakuum cingcdampft Der Rückstand, 2-(2-(4,5-Dimcthyl)-pyridylmcthylihio]-(5-acctyl-6-meihyl)-benzimidazol, wurde aus 70 %igcm wässerigem Äthanol umkristallisicrt Ausbeute: 10,6 g. 28,9 g 2-(2-(4,5-Dimethyl)-pyridylmcthyllhio]-(5-acctyl-6-methyl)-benzimidazoI wurden in 160 ml CHClj gelöst 24,4 g m-Chlorpcrbcnzocsäure wurden unter Rühren und KUhlcn auf 5eC in Portionen zugegeben. Nach 10 min wurde die ausgcfälltc m-Chlorbcnzocsäurc abflltriert. Das Filtrat wurde mit CH2CI2 verdünnt, mit
Na2CC>3-Lösung gewaschen, über Na2S04 getrocknet und im Vakuum eingedampft. Der Rückstand kristallisierte bei Verdünnung mit CH3CN, und 2-[2-(4^-DimcthyI)-pyridylmcthylsulfinyl]-(5-acctyl-6-meihyl)-bcnzimidazol wurde aus CH-jCN umkristallisicrt. Ausbeute: 22,3 g; Fp.: 158°C.
Arbeitsvorschriften 2 bis 30:
Die Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I), die mit 2 bis 26 bezeichnet werden, erfolgte nach Arbeitsvorschrift 1. Sämtliche hcrgestcllien Verbindungen sind in Tabelle 1 angeführt, in der die Substituenten dieser Verbindungen sowie deren Schmelzpunkte zusammcngcstellt sind.
Arbcitsvorschrift 31: 0,1 Mol 4,6-Dimethyl-2-mcrcapto-bcnzirnidazol wurden in 20 ml Wasser und 200 ml 0,2 Mol Natriumhydroxid enthaltendem Äthanol gelöst. 0,1 Mol 2-Chlormeihyl-(3,5-dimcthyl)-pyridiniumhydrochlorid wurden zugegeben und die Mischung zwei Stunden lang unter Rückfluß zum Sieden erhitzt. Das gebildete Natriumchlorid wurde abflltriert und die Lösung im Vakuum cingcdampft. Der Rückstand wurde in Aceton gelöst und mit Aktivkohle behandelt. Eine äquivalente Menge von konzentrierter Salzsäure wurde zugegeben, worauf das Monohydrochlorid von 2-[2-(3,5-Dimcthyl)-pyridylmcthyllhio]-(4,6-dimcthyl)-benzimidazol isoliert wurde. Ausbeute: 0,05 Mol.
Diese Verbindung wurde dann gemäß Arbcitsvorschrift 1 zu der entsprechenden Sulfinyl 'erbindung, Fp.: 50-55°C, oxidiert.

Das aus^eschiedeac Hydrochlorid wurde nach AbkOhlcn abfiltriert und das Salz aus absolutem Äthanol und etwas Äther umkristallisiert. Ausbeute an 2-[2-(3,4,5-Trimcthylpyridyl)-methylthio]*(5-acctyl-6*meihyl)-benzimid2zok 6,5 ß. 10
Diese Verbindung wurde dann gemäß Arbeitsvorschrift 1 zum entsprechenden Sulfinylderivat oxidiert. Fpu 190°C

Im Rahmen der erfindungsgemäßen Verwendung zur Herstellung von pharmazeutischen Präparaten zur Behandlung von Magen- und Zwölffingerdrimgeschv/ürcn durch Becinflußung der Magensehretion werden die neuen Verbindungen zur Herstellung von Präparaten zur oralen, rektalen oder durch Injektion vorgesehenen Verabreichung, welche eine aktive Komponente entweder als freie Base oder als ein pharmazeutisch akzeptables Salz, nämlich ein nicht toxisches Säureadditionssalz, wie Hydrochlorid, Lactat, Acetat, Sulfamai, in Kombination mit einem pharmazeutisch akzeptablen Träger enthalten.
Die typische Tagesdosis der aktiven Substanz variiert je nach individuellem Bedarf und Verabreichungsform. Im allgemeinen Hegen Oraldosen im Bereich von 100 bis 400 mg/Tag aktive Substanz und Intravcnösdoscn zwischen 5 und 20 mg/Tag.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Verwendung der neuen Verbindungen zur Herstellung von pharmazeutischen Präparaten kann der Trägerstoff in den Präparaten ein Feststoff, halbfester Stoff, flüssiges Verdünnungsmittel oder eine Kapsel sein. Üblicherweise beträgt die Menge an aktiver Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I) zwischen 0,1 bis 95 % Masse des Präparates, zwischen 0,5 und 20 % Masse bei Präparaten zur Injektion und zwischen 2 und 50 % Masse bei Präparaten zur oralen Verabreichung.
Bei der Herstellung von pharmazeutischen Präparaten, die eine neue Verbindung in Dosiseinheitsform zur oralen Verabreichung enthalten, wird die gewählte Verbindung mit einem festen, pulverförmigen Trägermittel, wie Lactose, Saccharose, Sorbit, Mannit, Stärke, Amylopectin, Cellulosederivate oder Gelatine, sowie mit einem Gleitmittel, wie Magnesiumstearat, Calciumstearat und Polyälhylenglykolwachse, vermischt
Die Mischung wird dann zu Tabletten veipreßL Werden beschichtete Tabletten gewünscht, kann der wie oben hcrgestellte Kem mit einer konzentrierten Zuckerlösung, die Gummiarabicum, Gelatine, Talk oder Titandioxid enthalten kann, oder mit einem in einem flüchtigen organischen Lösungsmittel oder einer Mischung von Lösungsmitteln gelösten Lack überzogen werden. Zu dieser Beschichtung können verschiedene Farbstoffe zugegeben werden, um zwischen Tabletten mit verschiedenen aktiven Verbindungen bzw. mit verschiedenen Mengen an enthaltenen aktiven Verbindungen unterscheiden zu können.
Weiche Gelatinekapseln können hcrgestellt werden, die eine Mischung aus der aktiven, erflndungsgemäß verwendbaren Verbindung und Pflanzenöl enthalten. Harte Gelatinckapseln können Granalien der aktiven Verbindung in Kombination mit einem festen, pulverförmigen Träger, wie Lactose, Saccharose, Sorbit, Mannit, Kartoffelstärke, Getreidestärke, Amylopectin, Cellulosedcrivate oder Gelatine, enthalten.
Dosiseinheiten für rektale Verabreichung können in Form von Suppositorien hergcstellt werden, die die aktive Substanz in Mischung mit einer neutralen Feubasis enthalten, oder sie können in Form von Gelatine-Rektalkapscln erzeugt werden, die die aktive Substanz in Mischung mit einem Pflanzenöl oder Paraffinöl enthalten.
Flüssige Präparate für orale Verabreichung können in Form von Sirups oder Suspensionen hcrgcsiclH werden, z. B. Lösungen, die von 0,2 % bis 20 % Masse an aktivem Ingredienz enthalten und bei denen der Rest aus Zucker und einer Mischung aus Äthanol, Wasser, Glycerin und Propylenglykol besteht. Gegebenenfalls können solche flüssige Präparate Farbmittel, Geschmacksstoffe, Saccharin und Carbcxymcthylccilulosc als Vcrdickungsmiltel enthalten. Lösungen für parenterale Verabreichung durch Injektion können als wässerige Lösung eines wasserlöslichen pharmazeutisch akzeptablen Salzes der aktiven Verbindung, vorzugsweise in einer Konzentration von 0,5 % bis 10 % Masse hcrgesielil werden. Diese Lösungen können auch Stabilisicrungsmiucl und/oder Puffcrmmcl enthalten und können in Ampullen zu verschiedenen Dosiscinheiten hcrgestellt werden.
Tabletten für orale Anwendung werden auf folgende Weise hergcstellt: Die festen Substanzen werden auf eine bestimmte Teilchengröße gemahlen oder gesiebt, und das Bindemittel wird homogenisiert und in einem geeigneten Lösungmittcl suspendiert Die therapeutisch aktiven Verbindungen und die Hilfsstoffc werden mit der Bindcmittcllösung zusammengemischt. Die resultierende Mischung wird zur Bildung einer gleichmäßigen Suspension mit der Konsistenz von nassem Schnee angefcuchtet. Die Anfeuchtung bewirkt ein leichtes Zusammenklumpen der Teilchen, und die resultierende Masse wird durch ein Sieb aus rostfreiem Stahl mit einer Maschengröße von ungefähr 1 mm durchgeprcßt Die Schichten der Mischung werden in sorgfältig gesteuerten Trockenräumen ungefähr zehn Stunden lang getrocknet, um die gewünschte Tcilchcngrößc und -konsisten/ /u erhalten. Die Granalicn der getrockneten Mischung werden zur Entfernung jeglicher Pulvcrantcilc gesiebt. Zu dieser Mischung werden zerfallsfördemde Mittel, Gleitmittel und Aniiadhäsivc zugegeben. Schließlich witd die Mischung unter Verwendung einer Maschine mit den passenden Stanzern und Stempeln zur Erzielung der gewünschten Tablettengrößc in Tabletten gepreßt. Der angewcndctc Druck wirkt sich auf die Größe der Tablette, auf ihre Festigkeit und Wasserlöslichkeit aus. Der angewendete Kompressionsdruck sollte zwischen 0,5 und 5 t liegen. Tabletten werden mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 20.000 bis 200.000 pro Stunde hcrgestellt. Die Tabletten, insbesondere die scharfschmcckcndcn und bitteren, können mit einer Schicht Zucker oder irgendeiner anderen genießbaren Substanz überzogen werden. Sic werden dann in Maschinen mit elektronischen Zählcinrichtungcn verpackt. Zu den verschiedenen Verpackungsarten gehören Glas- oder Plastikbchältcr, Schachteln, Röhren und Packungen für spezielle Dosen.

Zucker, Saccharin und das Säureadditionssalz wurden in 60 g warmem Wasser aufgelöst. Nach Abkühlen wurden Glycerin und eine in Äthanol gelöste Lösung von Geschmackstoffen zugegeben. Zur Mischung wurde Wasser zugegeben, um ein Endvolumen von 100 ml zu erhalten.
Die oben angegebene aktive Substanz kann durch andere pharmazeutisch akzeptable Säureadditionssalze ersetzt werden.
Beispiel 2: 2-(2-(3,4-Dimethyl)-pyridylmethylsulfinyl]-(5-acetyl-6-mcthyl)-benzimidazol · HCl (250 g) wurde mit Lactose (175,8 g), Kartoffelstärke (169,7 g) und kolloidaler Kieselsäure (32 g) vermischt Die Mischung wurde mit 10 % Gelatinelösung angefeuchtet und durch ein 12-mcsh Sieb gemahlen. Nach dem Trocknen wurden Kartoffelstärke (160 g), Talk (50 g) und Magnesiumstcarat (5 g) zugegeben und die so erhaltene Mischung in Tabletten gepreßt (10.000), wobei jede Tablette 25 mg aktive Substanzen enthielt Es können Tabletten mit jeder beliebigen Menge an aktivem Ingredienz hergestellt werden. Granalien wurden hergestellt aus 2-[2>(3.5-Dimethyl)-pyridylmethylsulfinyl]-(5-acetyl-6-methyI)· benzimidazol-p-hydroxybenzoal (250 g), Laktose (175,9 g) und einer Alkohollösung von Polyvinylpyrrolidon (25 g). Nach dem Trocknen wurden die Granalien mit Talk (25 g), Kartoffelstärke (40 g) und Magnesiumstearat (2,30 g) gemischt und zu 10.000 Tabletten gepreßt. Diese Tabletten werden zuerst mit einer 10 %igen Alkohollösung von Schellack überzogen, und danach mit einer wässerigen, Saccharose (45 %), Gummiarabicum (5 %), Gelatine (4 %) und Farbstoff (0,2 %) enthaltenden Lösung. Talk und Puderzucker wurden zum Bcpudem nach den ersten fünf Umhüllungen verwendet. Die Umhüllung wurde dann mit einem 66 %igen Zuckersirup bedeckt und mit einer Lösung von 10 % Camaubawachs in Tetrachlorkohlenstoff poliert.
Beispiel 4; 2-(2-(3,5-Dimclhyl)-pyridylmethylsulfinylH5-acetyl-6-methyl)-benzimidazolhydrochlorid (1 g), Natriumchlorid (0,6 g) und Ascorbinsäure (0,1 g) wurden in einer ausreichenden Menge destillierten Wassers gelöst, um 100 ml Lösung zu ergeben. Diese Lösung, die 10 mg aktive Substanz pro ml enthält, wurde zum Füllen von Ampullen verwendet, die durch Erhitzen auf 120°C 20 Minuten lang sterilisiert wurden.
Untersuchung der biologischen Wirkung;
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Verbindungen weisen wertvolle therapeutische Eigenschaften als Magcnsäuresckrctionsinhibitorcn auf, wie durch die folgenden Tests bewiesen wird. Zur Bestimmung der magcnsäuresekretionsinhibitorischcn Eigenschaften wurden Experimente an Hunden bei Bewußtsein vorgenommen, die Magcnfistcln herkömmlicher Art und Duodcnalfistcln aufwiesen, wobei letztere zur direkten Intraduodcnalvcrabrcichung der Testvcrbindungcn herangezogen wurden. Nach 18 Stunden Hungern ohne Wasscrvcrabrcichung wurde den Hunden eine Subkutaninfusion von Pcntagastrin (1-4 nMol/kg · h) gegeben, die 6-7 Stunden dauerte. Der Magensaft wurde in aufeinanderfolgenden Proben alle 30 min gesammelt. Ein aliquoter Anteil jeder Probe wurde mit 0,1 N NaOH auf einen pH-Wert von 7,0 zur Bestimmung der tilricrbarcn Säurckonzcntraiion unter Verwendung eines automatischen Titrators und pH-Messers (Radiometer, Kopenhagen, Dänemark) titriert. Die Säureabgabc wurde in mMol H®/60 min ausgedrückt. Die Inhibition in Prozenten im Vergleich zu Kontrollcxpcrimcnten wurde für jede Verbindung berechnet, und die maximale inhibitorischc Wirkung ist in Tabelle 1 angegeben. Die in 0,5 % Mcthoccl® (Mcthylccllulosc) suspendierten Testverbindungen wurden intraduodcnal in Dosen von 4-20 μΜοΙ/kg verabreicht, als die Sckrctionsrcaktion auf Pcntagastrin ein gleichmäßiges Niveau erreicht haue.
Beim Test wurden bereits bekannte Verbindungen mit den erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Verbindungen verglichen, wie aus Tabelle 2 ersichtlich isL
Die folgenden Daten über die Magcnsäureinhibitionswirkung wurden für eine Anzahl von nach der beschriebenen Methode getesteten Verbindungen erhalten. -9-
