Es ist bekannt, daß Verbindungen der nachfolgenden Formeln I und II eine Hemmwirkung auf die Magensäuresekretion besitzen. Diese Verbindungen haben die Formeln

Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen mit stärkerer Hemmwirkung auf die exogen oder endogen stimulierte Magensäuresekretion, da diese Verbindungen bei der Behandlung von Magengeschwüren verwendet werden können. In den obigen Umsetzungen können Z, Z und Z eine reaktive veresterte Hydroxylgruppe sein, die eine Hydroxylgruppe ist, die mit einer starken anorganischen oder organischen Säure, vorzugsweise einer Halogenwasserstoffsäure, wie Chlorwasserstoff säure, Bromwasserstoffsäure oder Jodwasserstoffsäure, Schwefelsäure oder einer starken organischen SuIfonsäure, wie einer starken aromatischen Säure, z.B. Benzolsulfonsäure, 4-Brombenzols-ulf onsäure oder 4-Toluolsulfonsäure, verestert ist.
Die Oxidation des Schwefelatoms in den obigen Ketten zu SuI- finyl (S->0) findet in Gegenwart eines Oxidationsmittels statt, wie Salpetersäure, Wasserstoffperoxid, Persäuren, Perester, Ozon, Distickstofftetraoxid, Jodosobenzol, N-Halogensuccinimid, 1-Chlorbenzotriazol, Tertiarbutylhypochlorit, Diazobicyclo-/2,2,2/~octan-Brom-Kompex, Natriummetaperjodat, Selendioxid, Mangandioxid, Chromsäure, Cer-IV-ammoniumnitrat, Brom, Chlor und Sulfurylchlorid. Die Oxidation findet gewöhnlich in einem Lösungsmittel statt, worin das Oxidationsmittel in etwas Überschuß bezüglich dem zu oxidierenden Produkt vorliegt.
Je nach den Verfahrensbedingungen und den Ausgangsmaterialien wird das Endprodukt entweder als die freie Base oder in der Form des Säureadditionssalzes erhalten, die beide innerhalb des Erfindungsgedankens liegen. So können basische, neutrale oder gemischte Salze sowie auch Hämi-, Mono-, Sesqui- oder Polyhydrate erhalten werden. Die Säureadditionssalze der neuen Verbindungen können in an sich bekannter Weise in die freie Base unter Verwendung basischer Mittel, wie Alkali, oder durch Ionenaustausch umgewandelt werden. Andererseits können

die erhaltenen freien Basen Salze mit organischen oder anorganischen Säuren bilden. Bei der Herstellung von Säureadditionssalzen werden solche Säuren vorzugsweise verwendet, die geeignete therapeutisch verträgliche Salze bilden. Solche Säuren sind beispielsweise Halogenwasserstoffsäuren. Sulfonsäuren, Phosphorsäure, Salpetersäure und Perchlorsäure, aliphatische, "alizyklische, aromatische, heterozyklische Carbonsäuren oder Sulfonsäuren, wie Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Propionsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Glykolsäure, Milchsäure, Apfelsäure, Weinsäure, Zitronensäure, Ascorbinsäure, Maleinsäure, Hydroxymaleinsäure, Pyruvsäure, Phenylessigsäure, Benzoesäure, p-Aminobenzoesäure, Anthranilsäure, p-Hydroxybenzoesäure, Salicylsäure oder p-Aminosalicylsäure, Embonsäure, Methansulfonsäure, ÄthansuIfonsäure, Hydroxyäthansulfonsäure, Äthylensulfonsäure, Halogenbenzolsulf onsäure, Toluolsulfonsäure, Naphthylsulfonsäure oder SuIfanilsäure, Methionin, Tryptophan, Lysin oder Arginin.
Diese und andere Salze der neuen Verbindungen, wie Picrate, können als Mittel zur Reinigung der erhaltenen freien Basen dienen. Salze der Basen können gebildet und aus der Lösung abgetrennt werden, und dann kann die freie Base aus einer neuen Salzlösung in einem reineren Zustand gewohnen werden. Wegen des Verhältnisses zwischen den neuen Verbindungen in der freien Basenform und ihrer Salze liegen selbstverständlich die Salze innerhalb des Erfindungsgedankens-.
Einige der neuen Verbindungen können je "nach der Auswahl der Ausgangsmaterialien und des Verfahrens als optische Isomere oder Racemat vorliegen, oder wenn sie wenigstens zwei asymmetrische Kohlenstoffatome enthalten, können sie als ein Isomerengemisch (Racematgemisch) vorliegen.
Die erhaltenen Isomerengemische (Racematgemische) können mit Hilfe 'der Chromatographie oder fraktionierten Kristallisation in zwei stereoisomere (diasteredmere) reine Racemate getrennt werden. .
Die erhaltenen Racemate können nach an sich bekannten Methoden aufgetrennt werden, wie durch Umkristallisation aus einem optisch aktiven Lösungsmittel, durch Verwendung von Miktroorga-. nismen, durch Umsetzung mit optisch aktiven Säuren unter Bildung von Salzen, die getrennt werden können, durch Trennung auf der Basis der unterschiedlichen Löslichkeiten der Diastereoisomeren. Geeignete optisch aktive Säuren sind die L- und D-Formen von Weinsäure, Di-o-tolylweinsäure, Apfelsäure, Mandelsäure, Kampfersulfonsäure oder Chininsäure. Vorzugsweise wird der aktivere Teil der beiden Antipoden isoliert.
Die Ausgangsmaterialien sind bekannt oder können, wenn sie neu sein sollten, nach an sich bekannten Methoden erhalten werden.
Bei der klinischen Verwendung der Verbindungen nach der Erfindung werden diese oral, rektal oder durch Injektion in der Form eines pharmazeutischen Präparates verabreicht, das eine aktive Komponente entweder als eine freie Base oder als ein pharmazeutisch verträgliches, nicht giftiges Säureadditions-• salz, wie als Hydrochlorid, Lactat, Acetat oder Sulfamatyin Kombination mit einem pharmazeutisch verträglichen Trägermaterial enthält. Das Trägermaterial kann in der Form eines festen, halbfesten oder flüssigen Verdünnungsmittel oder einer Kapsel vorliegen. Gewöhnlich liegt die Menge an aktiver Verbindung zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichts-% des Präparates, und 'zwar zwi-.
sehen O,5 und 20 Gewichts-% bei Präparaten für Injektion und zwischen 2 und 50 Gewichts-% bei Präparaten für orale Verabreichung.
Bei der Herstellung pharmazeutischer Präparate, die eine Verbindung nach der Erfindung in der Form von Dosierungseinheiten für orale Verabreichung enthalten, kann die ausgewählte Verbindung mit einem festen, pulverförmigen Träger, wie Lac- . tose, Saccharose, Sorbit, Mannit, Stärke, Amylopectin, Cellulosederivaten oder Gelatine, sowie mit einem reibungsvermindernden Mittel, wie Magnesiumstearat, Calciumstearat oder Polyäthylenglykolwachsen, vermischt werden. Das Gemisch wird dann zu Tabletten verpreßt. Wenn beschichtete Tabletten oder Dragees erwünscht sind, kann der oben hergestellte Kern mit einer konzentrierten Zuckerlösung, die Gummi arabicum, Gelatine, Talkum oder Titandioxid enthalten kann, oder mit einem in einem flüchtigen organischen Lösungsmitel oder Lösungsmittelgemisch gelösten Lack überzogen . werden. Zu diesem überzug können verschiedene Farbstoffe zugegeben werden, um unter Tabletten mit verschiedenen aktiven Verbindungen oder mit verschiedenen Mengen der vorliegenden aktiven Verbindung zu unterscheiden.
Weiche Gelatinekapseln können hergestellt werden und enthalten beispielsweise ein Gemisch der _aktiven Verbindung oder aktiven Verbindungen nach der Erfindung mit einem pflanzlichen öl. Harte Gelatinekapseln können Granulate der aktiven Verbindung zusammen mit einem festen pulverförmigen Trägermaterial, wie Lactose, Saccharose, Sorbit, Mannit, Kartoffelstärke, Getreidestärke, Amylopectin, Cellulosederivaten oder Gelatine, enthalten.
Dosierungseinheiten für rektale Verabreichung können in der Form" von Suppositorien hergestellt werden, die die aktive Substanz in einem Gemisch mit einer neutralen Fettbase enthalten, oder sie können in der Form von Gelatinerektalkapseln hergestellt werden, die die aktive Substanz in einem Gemisch mit einem pflanzlichen öl oder Paraffinöl enthalten.
Flüssige Präparate für orale Verabreichung können in der Form von Sirupen oder Suspensionen, wie beispielsweise in der Form von Lösungen, hergestellt werden, welche 0,2 bis 20 Gewichts-% des aktiven Bestandteils und als Rest Zucker und ein Gemisch von Äthanol, Wasser, Glycerin und Propylenglycol enthalten. Gegebenenfalls können solche flüssigen Präparate. Färbemittel, Geschmacksstoffe, Saccharin und Carboxymethylcellulose als Verdickungsmittel enthalten.
Lösungen für parenterale Verabreichung durch Injektion können als eine wäßrige Lösung eines wasserlöslichen,pharmazeutisch verträglichen Salzes der aktiven Verbindung, vorzugsweise in einer Konzentration von 0,5 bis 10 Gewichts-% hergestellt werden. Diese Lösungen können auch Stabilisierungsmittel und/oder Puffermittel enthalten und auch in Ampullen mit unterschiedlichen Dosierungseinheiten abgefüllt werden.
Pharmazeutische Tabletten für orale Verwendung werden in folgender Weise hergestellt. Die festen Substanzen werden auf eine bestimmte Teilchengröße gemahlen oder gesiebt, und das Bindemittel wird in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel homogenisiert und suspendiert. Die therapeutisch aktiven Verbindungen und Hilfsmittel werden mit der Bindemittellösung vermengt. Das resultierende Gemisch wird unter Bildung einer gleichmäßigen
Suspension mit der Konsistenz von feuchtem Schnee befeuchtet. Die Befeuchtung bewirkt, daß die Teilchen etwas aneinanderhängen, und die resultierende Masse wird durch ein rostfreies Stahlsieb mit einer Maschengröße von etwa 1 mm gepreßt. Die Schichten des Gemisches werden in sorgfältig gesteuerten Trokkenkammern während etwa 10 Stunden getrocknet, um die erwünschte Teilchengröße und Konsistenz zu erhalten. Die Granulate des getrockneten Gemisches werden gesiebt, um Pulver zu entfernen. Zu diesem Gemisch werden Zerlegungs-, reibungsvermindernde und das Anhaften vermindernde Mittel zugesetzt. Schließlich wird das Gemisch zu Tabletten unter Verwendung einer Maschine mit geeigneten Stempeln und Mundstücken, um die erwünschte Tablettengröße zu erhalten, gepreßt. Der aufgebrachte Druck beeinflußt die Größe der Tablette, ihre Festigkeit und ihre Fähigkeit, sich in Wasser zu lösen. Der verwendete Kompressionsdruck sollte im Bereich von O,5 bis 5 t liegen. Tabletten werden mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 20 000 bis 200 000 je Stunde hergestellt. Die Tabletten, besonders jene, die rauh oder bitter sind, können mit einer SchicITt aus Zucker oder irgendeiner anderen angenehm schmeckenden Substanz überzogen werden. Sie werden kann mit Maschinen mit elektronischen Zähieinrichtungen verpackt. Die verschiedenen Typen von Packungen bestehen aus Glas- oder Kunststoffflaschchen, Schachteln, Röhren oder Packungen, die an spezielle Dosierungen angepaßt sind.
Die typische Tagesdosis der ..aktiven Substanz variiert je nach dem individuellen Bedarf und der Verabreichungsweise. Im allgemeinen liegen orale Dosierungen im Bereich von 100 bis 400 mg/Tag aktiver Substanz, und intravenöse Dosierungen liegen im Bereich von 5 bis 20 mg/Tag.
Bevorzugte Pyridylmethylsulfinylbenzimidazole nach der Erfindung sind folgende:

Neue Zwischenprodukte zur Herstellung der Pyridylmethylsulfiny!benzimidazole nach der Erfindung sind solche der allgemeinen Formel .

worin R und R , vorzugsweise in 3- bis 5-Stellung, gleich oder verschieden sind und Wasserstoffatome, Alkylgruppen, Halogenatome, Carbomethoxygruppen, Carbäthoxygruppen, Alkoxygruppen oder Alkanoylgruppen bedeuten, R ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Methylgruppe oder Äthylgruppe ist, R , R und R gleich oder verschieden sind und Wasserstoffatome, Methyl-, Methoxy-, fithoxy-, Methoxyäthoxy- oder Äthoxyäthoxygruppen bedeuten, wobei R , R und R nicht alle drei Wasserstoffatome bedeuten und, wenn zwei de.r Gruppen R , R und R Wasserstoff atome sind, die dritte dieser drei Gruppen nicht Methyl ist.
Die folgenden Ausführungen bedeuten bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung. Die Temperaturen sind in Celsiusgraden angegeben.
Die Ausgangsmaterialien in den Beispielen wurden nach folgenden Methoden hergestellt:
1. Eine 1,2-Diaminoverbindung, wie o~Phenylendiamin, wurde mit Kaliumäthylxanthat (gemäß "Org. Synth.", Band 30, Seite 56) unter Bildung eines 2-Mercaptobenzimidazols umgesetzt.
2. Die Verbindung 2-Chlormethylpyridin wurde durch Umsetzung von 2-Hydroxymethylpyridin mit Thionylchlorid (gemäß "Arch. Pharm.", Band 26, Seiten 448 bis 451, 1956) hergestellt.
3. Die Verbindung 2-Chlormethylbenzimidazol wurde durch Kondensation von o-Phenylendiamin mit Chloressigsäure hergestellt.
28,9 g 2-/2-(4,5-Dimethyl)-pyridylmethylthiol7-(5-acetyl-6-methyl)-benzimidazol wurden in 160 ml CHCl3 gelöst, 24,4 g m-Chlorperbenzoesäure wurden in Portionen unter Rühren und Kühlen auf 5° C zugesetzt. Nach 10 Minuten wurde die ausgefällte m-Chlorbenzoesäure abfiltriert. Das Filtrat wurde mit CH22 verdünnt, mit Na^CO^-Lösung gewaschen, über Na9SO4 getrocknet und im Vakuum eingedampft. Der Rückstand kristallisierte, wenn er mit CH-CN verdünnt wurde, und 2-/2-(4,5-Dimethyl)-pyridylmethylsulfinyl/-(5-acetyl-jp-methyl)-benzimidazol wurde aus CH3CN umkristallisiert. Ausbeute 22,3 g, F. = 158° C.
Beispiele 2 bis 30 *"*·
Die Herstellung von Verbindungen der Formel III mit der Bezeichnung 2 bis 26 wurde gemäß dem obigen Beispiel ΐ durchgeführt. Die hergestellten Verbindungen sind in der Tabelle I aufgelistet, die die Substituenten für diese Verbindungen nennt. . · .

Beispiel 31 (Methode c)
0/1 Mol 4,6-Dimethyl-2-mercaptoberizimidazol wurde in 20 ml Wasser und 200 ml Äthanol, das 0,2 Mol Natriumhydroxid enthielt, gelöst. 0,1 Mol 2-Chlormethyl-(3,5-dimethyl)-pyridinhydrochlorid wurde zugesetzt, und das Gemisch wurde 2 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Das gebildete Natriumchlorid wurde abfiltriert und die Lösung im Vakuum verdampft. Der Rückstand wurde in Aceton gelöst und mit Aktivkohle behandelt. Eine äuqivalente Menge an konzentrierter Chlorwasserstoffsäure wurde zugesetzt, worauf das Monohydrochlorid von 2-/2-(3,5-Dimethyl)-pyridylmethylthio/-(4,6-dimethyl)-benzimidazol isoliert wurde. Ausbeute 0,05 Mol.
Diese Verbindung wurde dann gemäß Beispiel 1 oxidiert und ergab die entsprechende Sulfinylverbindung mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 50 bis 55° C.
Beispiel 32 (Methode b)
0,1 Mol 2-/^Lithiuimethylsulfinyl/-(5-acetyl-6-meth.yl) -benzimidazol wurde in 150 ml Benzol gelöst. 0,1 Mol 2-Chlor-(3,5-dimethyl)-pyridin wurde zugegeben, und das Gemisch wurde 2 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Das gebildete Lithiumchlorid wurde abfiltriert, und die Lösung wurde im Vakuum eingedampft. Der Rückstand wurde aus CH..CN kristallisiert und aus dem gleichen Lösungsmittel umkristallisiert. Ausbeute 0,82 Mol 2-/2-(3,5-Dimethyl)-pyridylmethylsulfinyl/-(5-acetyl-6-methyl)-benzimidazol· mit einem Schmelzpunkt bei 171° C.
Beispiel 33 (Methode d)
23,4 g 2-/^2-(3/4,5-Trimethyl)-pyridylineth.ylthiio/-ameisensäure und 16,6 o-(5-Acetyl-6-methyl)-phenylendiamin wurden 40 Minuten in 100 ml 4n HCl zum Sieden erhitzt. Das Gemisch wurde gekühlt und mit Ammoniak neutralisiert. Die neutrale Lösung wurde dann mit Äthylacetat extrahiert. Die organische Phase wurde mit Aktivkohle behandelt und im Vakuum eingedampft. Der Rückstand wurde in Aceton gelöst, worauf ein Äquivalent konzentrierter HCl zugesetzt wurde. Das ausgefällte Hydrochlorid wurde nach dem Kühlen abfiltriert, und das Salz wurde aus absolutem Äthanol und etwa Äther umkristallisiert. Die Ausbeute an 2-/2-(3, 4,5-Trimethylpyridyl) -meth'ylthio/- (o-acetyl-o-methyl)-benzimidazol lag bei 6,5 g.
Diese Verbindung wurde dann gemäß Beispiel 1 oxidiert und ergab das entsprechende SuIfiny!derivat. F. = 190 C.
Beispiel 34 (Methode c)
22,0 g 2-Mercapto-(5-acetyl-6-methyl)-benzimidazol und 19,5 g Chlormethyl-(4,5-dimethyl)-pyridinhydrochlorid wurden in 200 ml 95 %-igem Äthanol gelöst. 8 g Natriumhydroxid in 20 ml

Wasser wurden zugesetzt, worauf die Lösung 2 Stunden unter Rückfluß erhitzt wurde. Das gebildete Natriumchlorid wurde abfiltriert und die Lösung im Vakuum eingedampft. Der Rückstand, 2-/2-(4,5-Dimethyl)-pyridylmethylthio/-(5-acetyl-6-methyl)-benzimidazol, wurde aus 70 %-igem Äthanol umkristallisiert. Ausbeute 10,6 g.
Diese Verbindung wurde dann gemäß Beispiel 1 oxidiert, um das entsprechende SuIfiny!derivat zu ergeben. F. = 158° C.

Die Verbindungen nach der Erfindung besitzen wertvolle therapeutische Eigenschaften als Magensäuresekretionsinhibitoren, wie durch die folgenden Versuche demonstriert wird. Um die Hemmeigenschaften bezüglich der Magensäuresekretion zu bestimmen, wurden Experimente mit bei Bewußtsein befindlichen Hunden durchgeführt, die mit Magenfisteln herkömmlicher Type und Zwölffingerdarmfisteln ausgestattet waren, wobei letztere für die direkte intraduodenale Verabreichung der Testverbindungen verwendet wurden. Nach 18 Stunden Hungern und Wasserentzug erhielten die Hunde eine subkutane Infusion von Pentagastrin (1 bis 4 nMol/kg/Std.), die 6 bis 7 Stunden dauerte. Magensaft wurde in aufeinanderfolgenden 30-Minuten-Proben abgenommen. Ein Anteil jeder Probe wurde mit 0,1 η NaOH auf pH 7,0 hinsichtlich titrierbarer Säurekonzentration unter Verwendung einer automatischen Titriereinrichtung und eines pH-Messers (Radiometer, Kopenhagen, Dänemark) titriert. Der Säurewert wurde berechnet als mMol H /60 Minuten. Die prozentuale Hemmung im Vergleich mit Vergleichsexperimenten wurde für jede Verbindung berechnet, und die Spitzenhemmwirkung ist in der nachfolgenden Tabelle II aufgezeigt. Die in 0,5 %-iger Methylcellulose suspendierten Testverbindungen wurden intraduodenal in Dosierungen von 4 bis 20 ,uMol/kg verabreicht, wenn" die Sekretionsreaktion auf Pentagastrin einen konstanten Wert erreicht hatte.
In dem Test wurden bekannte Verbindungen mit den Verbindungen nach der Erfindung verglichen, wie aus der Tabelle II ersichtlich ist. ·
Die nachfolgenden Werte der Magensaurehemmwirkung wurden für eine Reihe von Verbindungen erhalten, die gemäß der beschriebenen Methode getestet wurden.

Beispiel 35 .
Ein Sirup, der 2 % (Gewicht je Volumen) aktive Substanz enthielt, wurde aus den folgenden Bestandteilen hergestellt:
2-/5-(4,5HDimethyl)-pyridylmethylsulfinyl/-(5-acetyl-6-methyl)-benzimidazol . HCl 2,0 g
Saccharin 0,6 g
Zucker 30,0 g
Glycerin 5,0 g
Äthanol 96 %-ig 0,1 g
destilliertes Wasser (ausreichend um ein Endvolumen von 100 ml zu erhalten)
Zucker, Saccharin und das Säureadditionssalz wurden in 60 g warmem Wasser aufgelöst. Nach dem Kühlen wurden Glycerin und eine Lösung von Geschmacksstoff, gelöst in Äthanol, zugesetzt. Zu dem Gemisch wurde Wasser zugegeben, um ein Endvolumen von 100 ml zu erhalten.
Die oben angegebene aktive Substanz kann auch durch andere pharmazeutisch verträgliche Säureadditionssalze ersetzt werden.
2-/2- (3-Dimethyl) -pyridylmethylsulf inyl/- (5-acetyl-6-methyl) benzimidazol . HCl (250 g) wurde mit Lactose (175,8 g), Kar-
toffelstärke (169,7 g) und kolloidaler Kieselsäure (32 g) vermischt. Das Gemisch wurde mit einer 10 %-igen Lösung von Gelatine befeuchtet und durch ein 12-Maschensieb gemahlen. Nach dem . Trocknen wurden Kartoffelstärke (160 g), Talkum (50 g) und Magnesiumstearat (5 g) zugesetzt, und das so erhaltene Gemisch wurde zu Tabletten (10 000) gepreßt, wobei jede Tablet-
te 25 mg Wirkstoff enthielt. Tabletten können so hergestellt werden·, daß sie jede erwünschte Menge des Aktivbestandteils enthalten.
Granalien wurden aus 2-/_2-(3,5-Dimethyl)-pyridylmethylsulfinyl7-(5-acetyl-6-methyl)-benzimidazol-p-hydroxybenzoat (250 g), Lactose (175,9 g) und einer alkoholischen Lösung von Polyvinylpyrrolidon (25 g) hergestellt. Nach dem Trocknen wurden die Granalien mit Talkum (25 g), Kartoffelstärke (40 g) und Magnesiumstearat (2,50 g) vermischt und zu 10 000 Tabletten gepreßt. Diese Tabletten wurden zunächst mit einer 10 %-igen alkoholischen Lösung von Schellack und darauf mit einer wäßrigen Lösung, die Saccharose (45 %), Gummi arabicum (5 %), Gelatine (4 %) und Farbstoff (0,2 %) enthielt, überzogen. Talkum und Puderzucker wurden verwendet, um nach den ersten fünf Beschichtungen zu bepudern. Der Überzug wurde dann mit einem 66 %-igen Zuckersirup überzogen und mit einer Lösung von 10 % Carnaubawachs in Tetrachlorkohlenstoff poliert. -
Beispiel 38 .
2-/2-(3,5-Dimethyl·)-pyridylmethylsulfinyl/-(5-acetyl-6-methyl)-benzimidazolhydrochlorid (1 g), Natriumchlorid (0,6. g) und Ascorbinsäure (0,1 g) wurden in ausreichender Menge destillierten Wassers gelöst, um 100 ml Lösung zu ergeben. Diese Lösung, die 10 mg aktive Substanz je Milliliter enthielt, wurde zum Füllen von Ampullen verwendet, die durch Erhitzen auf 120° C während 20 Minuten sterilisiert wurden.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Pyridylmethylsulfinylbenzimidazolen der allgemeinen Formeloder therapeutisch verträglicher Salze derselben, worin Rund R gleich oder verschieden sind und Wasserstoffatome, Al--kylgruppen, Carbomethoxygruppen, Carbäthoxygruppen, Alkoxygruppen oder Alkanoylgruppen in irgendeiner Stellung bedeuten,- R ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Methylgruppe oder eine Äthylgrup-345pe bedeutet, R , R und R gleich oder verschieden sind und jeweils Wasserstoffatome, Methylgruppen, Methoxygruppen, Äth-^ oxygruppen, Methoxyäthoxygruppen oder Äthoxyäthoxygruppen bedeuten, wobei R , R und R nicht alle zusammen Wasserstoffat me bedeuten und wobei, wenn zwei der Gruppen R , R und R Wasserstoffatome sind, die dritte Gruppe von R , R und R_ nicht eine Methy!gruppe ist, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß man a) eine Verbindung der allgemeinen FormelS-CHworin R,. R, R, R, R und R die obige Bedeutung haben, oxid'iert oder
b) eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel\ τ
\\ S-CH-M;12 6worin R , R und R die obige Bedeutung haben und M ein Metall aus der Gruppe K, Na und Li bedeutet.mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel3 4 5
worin R , R und R die obige Bedeutung haben und Z einereaktive veresterte Hydroxylgruppe bedeutet, umsetzt oder c) eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel12 1worin R und R die obige Bedeutung haben und Z die Gruppe SH oder eine reaktive veresterte Hydroxylgruppe bedeutet, mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen FormelI &» Eβ*worin R , R , R und R die obige Bedeutung haben und Z eine reaktive veresterte Hydroxylgruppe oder die Gruppe SH bedeutet, unter Bildung einer Verbindung der allgemeinen FormelS-CH ·umsetzt und diese dann oxidiert oder d) eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel1 2worin R und R die obige Bedeutung haben.mit einer Verbindung der allgemeinen FormelHOOC-S-CHworin R^,. R , R und R die obige Bedeutung haben, unter Bildung einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formelumsetzt und diese dann oxidiert undgegebenenfalls die nach der Methode a) bis d) erhaltenen Basen in an sich bekannter Weise in ein Säureadditionssalz überführt oder die nach den Methoden a) bis d) erhaltenen Salze in an sich bekannter Weise in ihre Base überführt. - 2. Verfahren nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß man Ausgangsverbindungen verwendet, worin R ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Chloratom, eine Methylgruppe, eine Äthylgruppe, eine Me thoxygruppe, eine Acety!gruppe, eine Carbäthoxygruppe oder eineCarbomethoxygruppe bedeutet, R ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Methylgruppe bedeutet, R ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Methylgruppe oder eine Äthylgruppe bedeutet, R und,R Methylgruppen4
sind und R eine Methoxygruppe bedeutet. - 3. Verfahren nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß man Ausgangsverbindungen verwendet, worin R ein Wasserstoffatom, ein Chloratom, eine Methylgruppe, eine Äthylgruppe, eine Acetylgruppe, eine Methoxygruppe, eine Carbäthoxygruppe oder eine Carbometlioxygruppe bedeutet, R ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Methylgruppe oder Äthylgruppe bedeutet, R6 ein Wasserstoffatom, eine Methylgruppe oder Äthylgruppe bedeutet, R eine Methoxygruppe bedeutet und entweder R ein Wasserstoffatom und RJ• an ueine Methylgruppe oder R eine Methylgruppe und R ein Wasserstoff atom bedeutet. . · · -
