  • this embodiment with offset arrangement compared to a purely coaxial embodiment has the advantage that the resulting layer thickness of the entire conductor structure is reduced.
  • this embodiment is also particularly advantageous since the overall conductor width is reduced. If an offset arrangement of the conductor tracks is not desired or possible, it is alternatively also possible to compensate for any unevenness that may occur as a result of superimposed conductor tracks, for example with a silicone layer or the like.
