- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプ(100)の少なくともフローカニューレ(130、230)の領域に、電気導体トラック(302、303)を作製する方法であって、前記電気導体トラック(302、303)が表面コーティングによって作製されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記方法が、少なくとも、
絶縁ベース層(720)が被覆可能な材料(710)に塗布されるステップと、
フォトレジストが塗布され、塗布される前記導体トラック(730)に従って構造化されるステップと、
金属導体トラック構造がスパッタリングによって塗布されるステップと、
