Description
以下に、本発明の人工心臓ポンプの実施形態について図面を参照しながら詳述する。図1は本発明の一実施形態である人工心臓ポンプの構成を示す縦断面図、図2はその人工心臓ポンプにおけるスラスト動圧発生溝を示す前側固定体の後端面及び後側固定体の前端面の平面図である。なお、図中で同じ名称で同じ機能を果たす部分には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明は省略する。
次に、本発明の人工心臓ポンプの第2の実施形態について図面を参照しながら詳述する。図4は、第2の実施形態である人工心臓ポンプの構成を示す縦断面図である。本実施形態は、上述する第1の実施形態の変形例であり、第1の実施形態に係る人工心臓ポンプと同じ名称で同じ機能を果たす部分には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明は省略する。

Claims (3)
- ハウジングと、このハウジング内に固定の軸体に対し回転可能に支持された羽根車と、この羽根車を回転させる駆動機構と、を備え、前記駆動機構による前記羽根車の回転により、軸方向に沿って血液を前方から取り込み後方へ圧送する人工心臓ポンプにおいて、
前記軸体は、前記羽根車に対する前方で前記ハウジングの内壁面から突出する整流板に固定された前側固定体と、前記羽根車に対する後方で前記ハウジングの内壁面から突出する板状のディフューザに固定された後側固定体と、の間に連結されていて、
前記羽根車は、前記軸体の外周面と微小間隙を隔てて対向する内周面とともに、前記前側固定体の後端面及び前記後側固定体の前端面と微小間隙を隔てて対向する各両端面を有するスリーブと、このスリーブの外周面から突出したインペラと、よりなり、
前記駆動機構は、前記スリーブに内包された極異方性永久磁石と、前記羽根車の周囲を取り囲むように前記ハウジングに内包された回転磁界発生器と、よりなり、
かつ、前記スリーブの各両端面に対向する前記前側固定体の後端面及び前記後側固定体の前端面の各々に、前記羽根車のスラスト荷重を支持するためのスラスト動圧発生溝が形成されていることを特徴とする人工心臓ポンプ。 - 前記後側固定体に、前記スリーブの端面と対向するリング状の磁性体が内包されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工心臓ポンプ。
- ハウジングと、このハウジング内に固定の軸体に対し回転可能に支持された羽根車と、この羽根車を回転させる駆動機構と、を備え、前記駆動機構による前記羽根車の回転により、軸方向に沿って血液を前方から取り込み後方へ圧送する人工心臓ポンプにおいて、
前記軸体は、前記羽根車に対する前方で前記ハウジングの内壁面から突出する整流板に固定された前側固定体と、前記羽根車に対する後方で前記ハウジングの内壁面から突出する板状のディフューザに固定された後側固定体と、の間に連結されていて、
前記羽根車は、前記軸体の外周面と微小間隙を隔てて対向する内周面とともに、前記前側固定体の後端面及び前記後側固定体の前端面と微小間隙を隔てて対向する各両端面を有するスリーブと、このスリーブの外周面から突出したインペラと、よりなり、
前記駆動機構は、前記スリーブに内包された極異方性永久磁石と、前記羽根車の周囲を取り囲むように前記ハウジングに内包された回転磁界発生器と、よりなり、
かつ、前記スリーブの各両端面に対向する前記前側固定体の後端面及び前記後側固定体の前端面の各々に、前記羽根車のスラスト荷重を支持するためのスラスト動圧発生溝が形成され、
前記前側固定体の後端面と対向する第1の磁石が内包されていると共に、前記前側固定体に、前記スリーブの前端面と対向する第2の磁石が内包されており、
前記第1の磁石と前記第2の磁石とは、同一の磁極が対面し反発するように内包され、
前記磁石は、永久磁石であり、前記羽根車の回転軸と同軸状のリング形状であることを特徴とする人工心臓ポンプ。
