Abstract
1. Система автоматизированного управления транспортным средством, содержащаятранспортное средство, обрабатывающее материалы, включающее в себя:шину сети с абонентским доступом (CAN); ипо меньшей мере, один собственный управляющий модуль, соединенный с шиной CAN транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы, которое генерирует относящиеся к транспортному средству данные и пересылает относящиеся к транспортному средству данные по шине CAN;информационное устройство связи, физически соединенное с транспортным средством, обрабатывающим материалы, соединено с шиной CAN транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы, в котором интерфейс шины CAN получает и хранит относящуюся к транспортному средству данные от шины CAN; иприемопередатчик, физически соединенный с транспортным средством, обрабатывающим материалы, который соединен с информационным устройством связи, где приемопередатчик передает по радио информацию, относящуюся к данным по транспортному средству по беспроводной сетевой среде, и получает по радио информации для передачи по шине CAN к, по меньшей мере, одному собственному блоку управления из беспроводной сетевой среды.2. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащаядисплей, связанный с шиной CAN и представляющий данные от модулей транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы, соединенного с шиной CAN, a также представляющий информацию, полученную от информационного устройства связи.3. Claims (17)
1. Система автоматизированного управления транспортным средством, содержащая
транспортное средство, обрабатывающее материалы, включающее в себя:
шину сети с абонентским доступом (CAN); и
по меньшей мере, один собственный управляющий модуль, соединенный с шиной CAN транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы, которое генерирует относящиеся к транспортному средству данные и пересылает относящиеся к транспортному средству данные по шине CAN;
информационное устройство связи, физически соединенное с транспортным средством, обрабатывающим материалы, соединено с шиной CAN транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы, в котором интерфейс шины CAN получает и хранит относящуюся к транспортному средству данные от шины CAN; и
приемопередатчик, физически соединенный с транспортным средством, обрабатывающим материалы, который соединен с информационным устройством связи, где приемопередатчик передает по радио информацию, относящуюся к данным по транспортному средству по беспроводной сетевой среде, и получает по радио информации для передачи по шине CAN к, по меньшей мере, одному собственному блоку управления из беспроводной сетевой среды.
2. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая
дисплей, связанный с шиной CAN и представляющий данные от модулей транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы, соединенного с шиной CAN, a также представляющий информацию, полученную от информационного устройства связи.
3. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая
серверный компьютер, в которой серверный компьютер
получает относящиеся к транспортному средству, обрабатывающему материалы, данные от приемопередатчика, соединенного с транспортным средством, обрабатывающим материалы,
сохраняет параметры настройки для настройки, по меньшей мере, одного параметра транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы, и
пересылает параметры настройки к приемопередатчику, соединенным с транспортным средством, обрабатывающим материалы.
4. Система по п.3, в которой
приемопередатчик получает параметры настройки и пересылает параметры настройки на информационное устройство связи, и
информационное устройство связи пересылает параметры настройки на собственный блок управления по шине CAN таким образом, что работа собственного блока управления настраивается на основе специальных параметров.
5. Система по п.1, дополнительно включающая в себя
схему разрешения мобильного устройства, которая управляет подачей питания на транспортное средство, обрабатывающее материалы, и
серверный компьютер посылает инструкции по радио на информационное устройство связи, где информационное устройство связи отключает подачу питания к транспортному средству, обрабатывающему материалы посредством схемы разрешения.
6. Система по п.1, в которой:
назначенный один собственный управляющий модуль содержит выбранный модуль из: модуля управления и контроллер ввода/вывода, который передает относящиеся к транспортному средству данные по шине CAN, причем относящиеся к транспортному средству данные обрабатываются информационным устройством связи и управляют или отслеживают работу транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы.
7. Система по п.6, в которой:
назначенный один собственный управляющий модуль посылает относящиеся к транспортному средству данные по шине CAN, которые содержат выбранные данные из использования гидравлики и регистрации нагрузки, полученные информационным устройством связи.
8. Система по п.6, в которой:
назначенный один собственный управляющий модуль посылает относящиеся к транспортному средству данные по шине CAN, которые содержат выбранные данные из параметров движения/скорости и рулевого управления, полученные от информационного устройства связи.
9. Система по п.6, в которой:
назначенный собственный управляющий модуль посылает относящиеся к транспортному средству данные по шине CAN, которые содержат выбранные данные из измерений качества бензина, измерений температуры воздуха, и измерений температуры масла, полученные от информационного устройства связи.
10. Система по п.6, в которой:
назначенный собственный управляющий модуль посылает относящиеся к транспортному средству данные по шине CAN, содержащие информацию о заряде аккумулятора, полученную от информационного устройства связи и передает серверному компьютеру для составления рабочих графиков по зарядке аккумулятора транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы.
11. Система по п.1, в которой, по меньшей мере, один собственный управляющий модуль является модулем управления двигателем, который управляет ведущими колесами транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы.
12. Система по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере, один собственный управляющий модуль является модулем управления гидравликой, который управляет подъемом транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы.
13. Система по п.1, в которой информационное устройство установлено на транспортном средстве, обрабатывающем материалы.
14. Система по п.1, в которой информационное устройство связи расположено отдельно от транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы, и физически связано с транспортным средством, обрабатывающим материалы, и электрически связано с шиной CAN транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы.
15. Информационное устройство связи, содержащее:
интерфейс шины сети с абонентским доступом (CAN), соединенный с шиной CAN на транспортном средстве, обрабатывающем материалы,
по меньшей мере, один собственный управляющий модуль, соединенный с шиной CAN транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы, которое генерирует, относящиеся к транспортному средству данные и пересылает относящиеся к транспортному средству данные по шине CAN;
процессор на транспортном средстве, обрабатывающим материалы, связанный с памятью, в которой хранятся относящиеся к транспортному средству данные от шины CAN:
информационное устройство связи, физически соединенное с транспортным средством, обрабатывающим материалы, соединено с шиной CAN транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы, и
приемопередатчик, физически соединенный с транспортным средством, обрабатывающим материалы, который соединен с информационным устройством связи, где приемопередатчик передает по радио информацию, относящуюся к данным по транспортному средству по беспроводной сетевой среде, и получает по радио информации для передачи по шине CAN к, по меньшей мере, одному собственному блоку управления из беспроводной сетевой среды.
16. Информационное устройство связи по п.15, дополнительно содержащее дисплей, связанный с шиной CAN и представляющий данные от модулей транспортного средства, обрабатывающего материалы, соединенного с шиной CAN, a также представляющий информацию, полученную от информационного устройства связи.
17. Информационное устройство связи по п.15, содержащее.
серверный компьютер, в которой серверный компьютер
получает относящиеся к транспортному средству, обрабатывающему материалы, данные от приемопередатчика, соединенного с транспортным средством, обрабатывающим материалы,
фиксирует параметры настройки на основе полученных данных, относящихся к транспортному средству, обрабатывающему материалы,
пересылает по радио параметры настройки приемопередатчику, соединенному с транспортным средством, обрабатывающим материалы,
приемопередатчик принимает параметры настройки и пересылает параметры настройки информационному устройству связи, и
информационное устройство связи передает параметры настройки собственному управляющему модулю по шине CAN, чтобы настроить работу собственного управляющего модуля на основе параметров настройки.
