Description
상기 실린더 헤드의 일측부에는 측방으로 돌출하는 흡기 포트벽이 형성되고, 상기 흡기 포트는 상기 흡기 포트벽에 비스듬히 상방을 지향하도록 개구하고, 상기 통내 분사 인젝터와 상기 제 1 딜리버리 파이프는 크랭크축의 축선방향으로부터 바라봐서 상기 흡기 포트벽의 하측에 위치 부여되어 상기 실린더 헤드에 부착되고, 상기 흡기 포트벽의 상단에는 상방을 지향하는 평탄면이 형성되고, 상기 흡기 매니폴드의 하류측 단부는 상기 평탄면에 상방으로부터 접속되고, 상기 흡기관 분사 인젝터와 상기 제 2 딜리버리 파이프는 크랭크축의 축선방향으로부터 바라봐서 상기 통내 분사 인젝터와는 상기 흡기 포트를 사이에 두고 반대측에 있어서 흡기 포트에 근접하여 상기 흡기 매니폴드에 부착되고, 상기 흡기관 분사 인젝터가 부착되는 부착 시트는 상기 흡기 매니폴드와 상기 흡기 포트벽의 합면에 근접해서 흡기 매니폴드에 형성되어 있는 것이다.
또한, 흡기 매니폴드의 상류부를 흡기관 분사 인젝터의 상방에 설치하는 경우, 상류부와, 흡기 매니폴드의 하류부와, 실린더 헤드에 의해 둘러싸여진 공간 내에 이들 부재로부터 이간되는 상태로 흡기관 분사 인젝터를 배치할 수 있다. 이 때문에, 이 구성을 채택함으로써 흡기관 분사 인젝터의 부착 각도를 설정함에 있어서 설계상의 자유도가 높아지므로 흡기 밸브의 밸브체(우산부)를 지향하도록 흡기관 분사 인젝터의 연료 분사 방향을 설정할 수 있다.
이 흡기관 접속부(17)의 하면은 측방으로 비스듬히 상방을 지향하고, 상단은, 도 2에 나타내는 바와 같이, 대략 수평한 평탄면으로 되도록 형성되어 있고, 후술하는 흡기 매니폴드(21)가 부착되어 있다. 흡기관 접속부(17)는 본 발명에서 말하는 흡기 포트벽이 구성되어 있다.

- 복수의 실린더 구멍이 형성된 실린더 블록;상기 실린더 블록 상에 부착된 실린더 헤드;이 실린더 헤드에 연소실로부터 실린더의 축선에 대하여 비스듬히 상방으로 연장되도록 형성된 기통마다의 흡기 통로로서의 흡기 포트;상기 흡기 포트에 하류측 단부가 접속된 기통마다의 가지형상의 흡기 통로를 갖는 흡기 매니폴드;상기 흡기 매니폴드의 상류부에 설치되어 복수의 기통에 공유되는 서지 탱크;기통마다 설치되며 연소실 내에 연료를 직접 분사하는 통내 분사 인젝터;기통마다 설치되며 흡기 포트 내에 연료를 분사하는 흡기관 분사 인젝터;모든 통내 분사 인젝터에 접속되어 연료를 공급하는 제 1 딜리버리 파이프; 및모든 흡기관 분사 인젝터에 접속되어 연료를 공급하는 제 2 딜리버리 파이프를 구비한 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진에 있어서:상기 실린더 헤드의 일측부에는 측방으로 돌출하는 흡기 포트벽이 형성되고,상기 흡기 포트는 상기 흡기 포트벽에 비스듬히 상방을 지향하도록 개구하고,상기 통내 분사 인젝터와 상기 제 1 딜리버리 파이프는 크랭크축의 축선방향으로부터 바라봐서 상기 흡기 포트벽의 하측에 위치 부여되어 상기 실린더 헤드에 부착되고,상기 흡기 포트벽의 상단에는 상방을 지향하는 평탄면이 형성되고,상기 흡기 매니폴드의 하류측 단부는 상기 평탄면에 상방으로부터 접속되고,상기 흡기관 분사 인젝터와 상기 제 2 딜리버리 파이프는 크랭크축의 축선방향으로부터 바라봐서 상기 통내 분사 인젝터와는 상기 흡기 포트를 사이에 두고 반대측에 있어서 흡기 포트에 근접하여 상기 흡기 매니폴드에 부착되고,상기 흡기관 분사 인젝터가 부착되는 부착 시트는 상기 흡기 매니폴드와 상기 흡기 포트벽의 합면에 근접해서 흡기 매니폴드에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 딜리버리 파이프는 상기 통내 분사 인젝터의 상단부에 끼워 맞춰짐과 아울러, 상기 흡기 매니폴드와 흡기 포트벽의 합면보다 낮게 위치 부여되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흡기 매니폴드는 흡기관 분사 인젝터와 제 2 딜리버리 파이프가 부착된 하류부; 및서지 탱크를 갖는 상류부로 분할 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 2 딜리버리 파이프는 흡기관 분사 인젝터의 상단부에 끼워 맞춰지고, 또한 부착 상태로 흡기 매니폴드의 하류부와 상류부의 합면보다 낮게 위치 부여되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 딜리버리 파이프는 흡기 매니폴드에 있어서의 실린더 헤드와의 합면에 근접해서 형성된 부착 시트에 단열 부재를 통해서 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흡기관 분사 인젝터의 연료 분사부는 흡기 매니폴드와 실 린더 헤드의 합면보다 실린더 헤드측으로 돌출하도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흡기관 분사 인젝터의 연료 분사구와 흡기 밸브의 밸브 페이스 센터의 거리는 80㎜~120㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, V형 다기통 엔진으로 하고,한쪽의 기통 열에 설치되는 흡기 매니폴드의 하류부 및 다른쪽의 기통 열에 설치되는 흡기 매니폴드의 하류부를 일체로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, V형 다기통 엔진으로 하고,흡기 포트 및 흡기 매니폴드의 기통마다의 가지형상의 흡기 통로는 크랭크축의 축선방향으로부터 바라봐서 V자 형상으로 배열되는 2개의 기통 열의 내측에 위치 부여되고,통내 분사 인젝터는 각 기통 열의 흡기 포트에 의해 끼워진 내측의 공간에 설치되고,흡기관 분사 인젝터는 상기 가지형상의 흡기 통로와 각 실린더 헤드의 상부에 의해 끼워진 공간에 설치되고,흡기 매니폴드의 상류부는, 적어도 한쪽의 기통 열의 흡기관 분사 인젝터의 상방을 가로지르도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 딜리버리 파이프는 흡기관 분사 인젝터의 축선방향과는 수직인 방향으로 대략 평탄하게 연장되고, 또한 흡기관 분사 인젝터의 축선방향으로부터 바라봐서 흡기 매니폴드의 측벽면에 근접하는 부위와 상기 측벽면으로부터 이간되는 부위가 교대로 반복해서 배열되도록 굴곡하고,이 제 2 딜리버리 파이프에 있어서의 상기 측벽면에 근접하는 부위의 하면에 모든 흡기관 분사 인젝터의 상단부가 끼워 맞춰져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 제 2 딜리버리 파이프에 있어서의 흡기 매니폴드의 측벽면에 근접하는 부위이며 상기 측벽면과는 반대측에 위치하도록 형성된 오목부에는 흡기관 분사 인젝터의 커넥터가 대략 동일한 높이에 위치하는 상태로 배치되고,상기 제 2 딜리버리 파이프에 있어서의 상기 측벽면으로부터 이간되는 부위이며 상기 측벽면과 대향하도록 형성된 오목부에는 제 2 딜리버리 파이프를 흡기 매니폴드에 부착하는 부착용 볼트와, 흡기 매니폴드를 실린더 헤드에 부착하는 부착용 볼트가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 제 2 딜리버리 파이프의 하부에는 펄세이션 댐퍼가 하방으로부터 부착되고,상기 제 2 딜리버리 파이프에 있어서의 상기 펄세이션 댐퍼와 대응하는 상부는 상방으로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 흡기관 분사 인젝터는 흡기 매니폴드에 형성된 부착 구멍에 끼워 맞춰지고,이 흡기관 분사 인젝터와 흡기 매니폴드의 끼워맞춤부는 O링에 의해 시일되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡기관 분사 인젝터와 제 2 딜리버리 파이프는 실린더의 축선방향에 있어서 통내 분사 인젝터의 바로 위에 위치 부여되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 통내 분사 인젝터와 제 1 딜리버리 파이프는 크랭크축의 축선방향으로부터 바라봐서 상기 측방으로 돌출하는 흡기 포트벽의 하방 공간에 위치 부여되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 2계통 연료 분사식 엔진.
