他の実施例において、前記触媒は、押出しソリッド本体を含み、前記押出しソリッド本体は、10-90重量%の少なくとも1つのバインダ/マトリックス成分、及び5-80重量%の選択的に安定化したセリアを含み、前記少なくとも1つの金属は、(i)前記押出しソリッド本体の全体に渡って存在、(ii)前記押出しソリッド本体の表面に大部分位置、(iii)前記ソリッド本体全体に渡って存在し、前記押出しソリッド本体の表面に更に高い濃度でも存在、(iv)前記押出しソリッド本体の全体に渡って存在し、前記押出しソリッド本体上の1つ以上のコーティング層にも収容、又は(v)前記押出しソリッド本体の全体に渡って存在し、前記押出しソリッド本体の表面に更に高い濃度で存在し、前記押出しソリッド本体の表面上の1つ以上のコーティング層にも収容される。
商業的に利用可能な粉末50:50CeO2-ZrO2がアンモニウムメタタングステン酸塩((NH4)6W12O39xH2O)の溶液でCeO2-ZrO2物質上で5重量%のWと15重量%のタングステンを得るのに十分な濃度で含浸された。含浸されたサンプルは、乾燥し、焼成された。
混練可能なペーストを製造するために、表1に記載された成分A、B、FとSを水と混合することで、参照押出しV2O5/WOx-TiO2ソリッド本体が実施例1及び5と類似に用意された。添加剤H(孔隙変更剤)が追加され、前記物質は孔隙変更剤を分散させるために、10分間混練された。結果組成物は、実施例1及び5で説明されたように押し出され、乾燥し、焼成された。最終的に焼成された製品に存在する無機ソリッド量の百分率は100%である。焼成過程で燃焼により除去される添加剤(HとS)の量は、100%無機ソリッド成分に対して重量%で提供される。

これは例示的な実施例である。実施例1のWO3-CeO2-ZrO2触媒を含有する押出しモノリス基材が、ガラス繊維、粉末合成ベーマイト(boehmite)(Disperal)、及びアンモニウムメタタングステン酸塩(metatungstate)と混合された適当量のCeO2/ZrO2混 合酸化物を用いて製造され得、約4のpH値を有する水溶液で処理され、4.5重量%のセルロース(CMC-QP1000H)、3.5重量%の有機補助剤 PEOアルコックス(ポリエチレン酸化物)と、全体13重量%の孔隙変更剤Rettenmaier BC200、天然セルロース物質及びPAN繊維を含む成形可能であり、流動可能なスリップに製造される。前記出発物質の量的比率は、最終ソリッド触媒本体 の活性物質が63.6重量%のCeO2/ZrO2、15.9重量%のγ-Al2O3、12.5重量%のタングステン酸塩(WO3)、8重量%のガラス繊維を含むように選択される。結果製品は、一般に約10μmの平均孔隙サイズを有するようになる。
Claims (9)
- 流出する排気ガスから粒子性物質をフィルタリングするためのウォールフローフィルタであって、
酸素により前記粒子性物質内の固体炭素を転換すること、及び窒素性還元剤による前記排気ガス内の窒素酸化物を選択的に還元することの何れも触媒化する、コーティングされていない触媒を備えてなり、
前記触媒が、CeO 2 −ZrO 2 物質上で5〜15重量%のタングステンを含有するW−CeO2−ZrO2 からなり、
前記触媒が押出しソリッド本体に形成されている、ウォールフローフィルタ。 - 前記押出しソリッド本体が、10−90重量%の少なくとも1つのバインダ/マトリックス成分、及び5−80重量%の安定化したセリアを含んでなり、
前記タングステンが、
(i)前記押出しソリッド本体の全体に渡って存在してなり、
(ii)前記押出しソリッド本体の表面に大部分位置してなり、又は
(iii)前記押出しソリッド本体全体に渡って存在し、前記押出しソリッド本体の表面に更に高い濃度で存在してなる、請求項1に記載のウォールフローフィルタ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのバインダ/マトリックス成分が、コーディエライト、窒化物、炭化物、ホウ化物、合金、リチウムアルミノ珪酸塩、スピネル、随意にドーピングされたアルミナ、シリカ供給源、チタニア、ジルコニア、チタニア-ジルコニア、ジルコン及びこれらのうち2つ以上の混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項2に記載のウォールフローフィルタ。
- 前記スピネルがMgAl2O4であるか、
MgがCo、Zr、Zn又はMnからなる群よりの金属により部分的に置換されてなる、請求項3に記載のウォールフローフィルタ。 - 前記シリカ供給源が、シリカ、シリカゾル、石英、溶融又は無定形シリカ、珪酸ナトリウム、無定形アルミノ珪酸塩、アルコキシシラン、シリコーン樹脂バインダ、クレー、タルク又はこれらのうち2つ以上の混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項3又は4に記載のウォールフローフィルタ。
- 前記押出しソリッド本体が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、金属繊維、ホウ素繊維、アルミナ繊維、シリカ繊維、シリカ-アルミナ繊維、炭化珪素繊維、チタン酸カリウム繊維、ホウ酸アルミニウム繊維及びセラミック繊維からなる群より選択される無機繊維を含む、請求項3〜5の何れか一項に記載のウォールフローフィルタ。
- 前記ウォールフローフィルタの孔隙率が、30〜80%である、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のウォールフローフィルタ。
- 窒素性還元剤供給源、
前記窒素性還元剤を流出する排気ガス内に注入するためのインジェクタ手段、及び
前記インジェクタ手段の下流に位置する請求項1〜7の何れか一項によるウォールフローフィルタを備えてなる、車両のための排気システム。 - 酸化窒素を二酸化窒素に酸化するために、前記インジェクタ手段の上流に位置する酸化触媒を備えてなる、請求項8に記載の排気システム。
