Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及氧化含碳物质的方法、柴油颗粒捕集器和排气装置。
背景技术
人们通常燃烧煤、油(如柴油)、或木材等含碳物质以获取能量。含碳物质的不完全燃烧产生碳烟(soot)。碳烟主要由碳组成且易造成环境污染,因此减少或者消除碳烟的排放是人们持续关注的课题。尤其对于柴油机产业而言,碳烟排放的减少/消除是其发展的一个重要限制因素。
在柴油机的排气装置中使用柴油颗粒捕集器是减少或者消除柴油机碳烟排放的一种方法。柴油颗粒捕集器捕集并氧化碳烟。在一些柴油机的排气装置的柴油颗粒捕集器里氧化碳烟的过程中,人们采用了催化剂。
例如,美国专利第7797931号公开了为促进碳烟氧化在柴油颗粒捕集器使用的包含催化金属的催化剂,该催化金属由铂、钯、铂-钯及其组合中选出的铂族金属组成。但是铂族金属的成本较高。
其他现有的氧化含碳物质的方法、柴油颗粒捕集器和排气装置也不能完全满足现有需求,所以,有必要开发新的氧化含碳物质的方法、柴油颗粒捕集器和排气装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新的氧化含碳物质的方法、柴油颗粒捕集器和排气装置。
一方面,本发明涉及的氧化含碳物质的方法包括:将有效剂量的分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂与含碳物质接触;在第一温度开始氧化含碳物质,第一温度低于含碳物质在无催化剂的情况下开始氧化的第二温度;其中A为铯和钾中的至少一种;M与A不同,且为铯、钾、镁、钙、锶、钡、铁、钴、镍、钌、铑、钯、银、锇、铱、铂、金、钇、镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥和铋中的至少一种;0≤x≤1;0≤y≤1;2.2≤z≤3;当x=0,y>0;且当y=0,x>0。
另一方面,本发明涉及的柴油颗粒捕集器用于接收来自柴油机的柴油废气并包括分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂,其中A为铯和钾中的至少一种;M与A不同,且为铯、钾、镁、钙、锶、钡、铁、钴、镍、钌、铑、钯、银、锇、铱、铂、金、钇、镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥和铋中的至少一种;0≤x≤1;0≤y≤1;2.2≤z≤3;当x=0,y>0;且当y=0,x>0。
再一方面,本发明涉及包括前述柴油颗粒捕集器的排气装置。

具体实施方式
本发明中所提及的数值包括从低到高一个单元一个单元增加的所有数值,此处假设任何较低值与较高值之间间隔至少两个单元。举例来说,如果说了一个组分的数量或一个工艺参数的值,比如,温度,压力,时间等等,是从1到90,或20到80,或30到70,是想表达15到85,22到68,43到51,30到32等数值都已经明白的列举在此说明书中。对于小于1的数值,0.0001,0.001,0.01或者0.1被认为是比较适当的一个单元。前述只是想要表达的特别示例,所有在列举的最低到最高值之间的数值组合均被视为以类似方式清楚地列在本说明书中。

在一些实施例中,本发明所涉及的分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂为晶体材料。在一些实施例中,本发明所涉及的分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂具有六方晶体结构。在一些实施例中,本发明所涉及的分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂具有六方钨青铜晶体结构。
根据本发明的实施例,本发明所涉及的分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂可为含有各种不同组分的复合氧化物材料。在一些实施例中,A为钾,y=0,且0<x≤0.75。在一些实施例中,M为铯,x=0,且0<y≤0.75。在一些实施例中,A为钾,M为铯,0<x≤0.75且0<y≤0.75。在一些实施例中,A为钾,M为钴,0<x≤0.75且0<y≤0.75。在一些实施例中,A为钾,M为铈,0<x≤0.75且0<y≤0.75。在一些实施例中,A为钾,M为铋,0<x≤0.75且0<y≤0.75。在一些实施例中,A为钾,M为镁,0<x≤0.75且0<y≤0.75。
在一些实施例中,催化剂包括Cs0.3WO3、Cs0.2WO3、Cs0.1WO3、K0.75WO3、K0.1WO3、K0.2WO3、K0.1Cs0.2WO3、K0.2Cs0.3WO3、K0.2Co0.1WO3、K0.2Ce0.1WO3、K0.2Bi0.1WO3和K0.2Mg0.1WO3中的至少一种。
本发明所涉及的分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂可通过将含钨化合物与含A及/或M化合物混合并在惰性及/或还原气氛中热处理获得。
含钨化合物可为从氧化钨、六氯化钨、铵钨水合物、及金属钨中选取的一种或多种化合物。
含A及/或M化合物可为包含A和M中的至少一个的化合物,也可为分别包含A和M的两种化合物。含A及/或M化合物的示例包括但不限于含有A及/或M的钨水合物、氯化盐、硝酸盐、硫酸盐、草酸盐、氧化物、碳酸盐和氢氧化物。
含碳物质和分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂可以任何方式接触。在一些实施例中,将两种物质相互混合。在一些实施例中,分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂涂在柴油颗粒捕集器接触具有含碳物质的废气流的壁上,从而这两种材料在废气流通过柴油颗粒捕集器时得以相互接触。在一些实施例中,分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂与柴油混合,从而接触柴油和柴油的不充分燃烧产物,碳烟。
接触发生在含有氧化剂的环境中,比如含有氧气的空气、水蒸气、氮氧化物和氧气中。
本发明所称“氧化含碳物质”是指将含碳物质中的碳转化为一氧化碳及/或二氧化碳的过程或状态。本发明所称“开始氧化”是指含碳物质中的碳从固态或液态转化为气态的转折。在一些实施例中,含碳物质开始氧化的温度可为含碳物质在特定环境中能够氧化的最低温度、含碳物质产生的一氧化碳及/或二氧化碳的温度、含碳物质重量减轻的温度、或者含碳物质产生的一氧化碳及/或二氧化碳可被测到时的温度。
根据本发明的实施例,将含碳物质与有效剂量的分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂接触,含碳物质开始氧化的第一温度低于所述含碳物质在没有催化剂情况下开始氧化的第二温度。
在一些实施例中,本发明涉及含有分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂的柴油颗粒捕集器。在一些实施例中,柴油颗粒捕集器用于从柴油机接收柴油废气的排气装置中。在一些实施例中,催化剂以如下方式涂在柴油颗粒捕集器上:将柴油颗粒捕集器浸于含有该物质的浆体后从浆体中取出干燥。
实验示例
以下实验示例可以为本领域中具有一般技能的人实施本发明提供参考。但是,这些示例并不用于限制权利要求的范围。
例1
将偏钨酸铵水合物(AMT,(NH4)6H2W12O40·nH2O,4.5060克,白色粉末)置入800°C的炉中煅烧3小时,得到4.1202克黄色WO3粉末,从而可知每10克AMT粉末包含0.03944摩尔的WO3。
称量100克的AMT粉末和相应数量的氯化铯,用以分别制备Cs0.3WO3、Cs0.2WO3和Cs0.1WO3。将AMT粉末和氯化铯完全溶解在去离子水中,在~100°C的炉中蒸发水分,以收集除去水分后的混合物粉末。混合物粉末在管式炉中还原:炉内在氩气/氢气(体积比:95/5)气氛1小时内升温至450°C,在该温度和气氛中维持两小时,然后关闭管式炉,将气氛切换为氩气氛,得到还原后的蓝色Cs0.3WO3、Cs0.2WO3和Cs0.1WO3粉末。图1中Cs0.3WO3样本的2θX射线衍射(XRD)谱表明Cs0.3WO3具有六方钨青铜相。
例2
采用例1中相同的方法,但用氯化钾取代氯化铯以制备K0.75WO3、K0.1WO3和K0.2WO3。图2A、2B、2C分别为制得的K0.75WO3、K0.1WO3和K0.2WO3样本的2θX射线衍射(XRD)谱,显示三种物质均为六方钨青铜晶体结构。
例3
采用例1中相同的方法,但用氯化钾和氯化铯的混合物取代氯化铯以制备K0.1Cs0.2WO3和K0.2Cs0.3WO3。图3A和3B分别为制得的K0.1Cs0.2WO3和K0.2Cs0.3WO3样本的2θX射线衍射(XRD)谱,显示两种物质均为六方钨青铜晶体结构。
例4
采用例1中相同的方法,但用氯化钾和硝酸铈的混合物、氯化钾和氯化镁的混合物、氯化钾和硝酸铋的混合物及氯化钾和硝酸钴的混合物分别取代氯化铯以制备K0.2Ce0.1WO3、K0.2Mg0.1WO3、K0.2Bi0.1WO3、K0.2Co0.1WO3。图4为制得的K0.2Ce0.1WO3、K0.2Mg0.1WO3、K0.2Bi0.1WO3、K0.2Co0.1WO3样本的2θX射线衍射(XRD)谱,显示四种物质均为六方钨青铜晶体结构。
例5
将例2中制得的K0.75WO3样本溶解于水中,在80°C加热1小时,过滤除去杂质,得到的固体K0.75WO3在105°C干燥1小时。
例6
例1-5中得到的催化剂样本的催化性能用在热重分析仪(梅特勒-托利多公司的TGA/SDTA851e仪器)对炭黑进行程序升温氧化来进行测试。炭黑(含碳量99.99%,ACEBlack,AB50)从美国德克萨斯州休斯顿synthetic oil and lubricant of Texas,Inc.获得。
催化剂样本和炭黑样本在105摄氏度干燥1小时后,在玛瑙研钵以十比一的重量比混合,以得到催化剂和炭黑的混合物样本。每份大约22毫克的混合物样本置于坩锅中,放入热重分析仪。单独的炭黑样本(22毫克)也放入热重分析仪。
样本以5摄氏度/分钟的速度在80毫升/分钟的空气流中被加热,在100摄氏度停留10分钟,然后加热到850摄氏度。其间,自动记录热重曲线。
Cs0.3WO3、Cs0.2WO3和Cs0.1WO3与炭黑混合物样本的微分热重信号如图5所示。可以看出,Cs0.3WO3与炭黑混合物样本在约470摄氏度开始氧化,该温度比单独炭黑开始氧化的温度低约100摄氏度。Cs0.2WO3与炭黑混合物样本和Cs0.1WO3与炭黑混合物样本开始氧化的温度分别为约515摄氏度和约525摄氏度。
K0.75WO3(例5中所得)与炭黑混合物样本、K0.1WO3与炭黑混合物样本和K0.2WO3与炭黑混合物样本开始氧化的温度可以从图6中看出。其中,K0.75WO3(例5中所得)与炭黑混合物样本开始氧化的温度最低,为约450摄氏度。催化剂中钾含量越高,混合物样本开始氧化的温度最低。
炭黑样本、K0.2Ce0.1WO3、K0.2Mg0.1WO3、K0.2Bi0.1WO3、K0.2Co0.1WO3、K0.1Cs0.2WO3和K0.2Cs0.3WO3与炭黑混合物样本的微分热重信号如图7所示,其表明催化剂降低了炭黑开始氧化的温度。
虽然结合特定的实施例对本发明进行了说明,但本领域的技术人员可以理解,对本发明可以作出许多修改和变型。因此,要认识到,权利要求书的意图在于覆盖在本发明真正构思和范围内的所有这些修改和变型。
Claims (16)
1.一种氧化含碳物质的方法,其包括:
将有效剂量的分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂与含碳物质接触;
在第一温度开始氧化含碳物质,第一温度低于含碳物质在无催化剂的情况下开始氧化的第二温度;其中
A为铯和钾中的至少一种;

3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:A为钾,y=0,且0<x≤0.75。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:M为铯,x=0,且0<y≤0.75。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:A为钾,M为铯、钴、铈、铋和镁中的至少一个,0<x≤0.75且0<y≤0.75。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述接触发生在存在氧化剂的环境。
7.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述含碳物质包括炭黑、碳氢化合物、和碳烟中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述催化剂具有六方钨青铜晶体结构。
9.一种柴油颗粒捕集器,其用于接收来自柴油机的柴油废气并包括分子式为AxMyWOz的催化剂,其中A为铯和钾中的至少一种;M与A不同,且为铯、钾、镁、钙、锶、钡、铁、钴、镍、钌、铑、钯、银、锇、铱、铂、金、钇、镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥和铋中的至少一种;0≤x≤1;0≤y≤1;2.2≤z≤3;当x=0,y>0;且当y=0,x>0。
10.如权利要求9所述的柴油颗粒捕集器,其特征在于:所述催化剂具有六方钨青铜晶体结构。
11.如权利要求9所述的柴油颗粒捕集器,其特征在于:A为钾,y=0,且0<x≤0.75。
12.如权利要求9所述的柴油颗粒捕集器,其特征在于:M为铯,x=0,且0<y≤0.75。
13.如权利要求9所述的柴油颗粒捕集器,其特征在于:A为钾,M为铯、钴、铈、铋和镁中的至少一个,0<x≤0.75且0<y≤0.75。
14.如权利要求9所述的柴油颗粒捕集器,其特征在于:催化剂包括Cs0.3WO3、Cs0.2WO3、Cs0.1WO3、K0.75WO3、K0.1WO3、K0.2WO3、K0.1Cs0.2WO3、K0.2Cs0.3WO3、K0.2Co0.1WO3、K0.2Ce0.1WO3、K0.2Bi0.1WO3和K0.2Mg0.1WO3中的至少一种。
15.如权利要求9所述的柴油颗粒捕集器,其特征在于:所述柴油废气包含碳烟。
16.一种包含权利要求9至15中任何一项所述柴油颗粒捕集器的排气装置。
