Abstract

Claims (12)
- 緩衝器であって、
作動空間を形成する圧力管と、
スライドすることが可能なように上記圧力管内に配置され、上記作動空間を上部作動空間と下部作動空間とに分割するピストンアセンブリであって、第1の流路を定めるピストン体を含んでいるピストンアセンブリと、
、
上記ピストンアセンブリに取り付けられたピストンロッドアセンブリと、
上記上部作動空間および上記下部作動空間の一方から他方へと延伸する、上記第1の流路とは別の第2の流路と、
上記第2の流路を通る流体の流れを制御するデジタルバルブアセンブリとを備え、
上記第1の流路は、上記ピストン体と、当該第1の流路を通る流体の流れを制御する第1のバルブアセンブリとを通って延伸しており、
上記第1のバルブアセンブリを通る流体の流れは、当該緩衝器に対して高減衰負荷を生じ、
上記第1のバルブアセンブリおよび上記デジタルバルブアセンブリを通る流体の流れは、上記高減衰負荷よりも低い低減衰負荷を当該緩衝器に対して生じ、
