Abstract

급제동 및 급발진시 발생되는 다이브현상을 최소화하여 승차감을 향상시키고, 안전운행에 기여할 목적으로; 스프링과 쇽 업소오버가 일체로 형성되어 그 상측단에 인슐레이터를 개재시켜 차체에 현가되며, 하측에는 휠을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 휠 캐리어가 일체로 고착되는 자동차 현가장치의 스트러트 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 쇽 업소오버의 일측에 급작스런 차체의 다운시 쇽 업소오버의 하부 유압실에서 상부 유압실로 이동하는 유체의 흐름을 제어할 수 있는 유압 제어수단을 형성한 자동차 현가장치의 스트러트 어셈블리를 제공한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 스프링과 쇽 업소오버가 일체로 형성되어 그 상측단에 인슐레이터를 개재시켜 차체에 현가되며, 하측에는 휠을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 휠 캐리어가 일체로 고착되는 자동차 현가장치의 스트러트 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 쇽 업소오버의 일측에 급작스런 차체의 다운시 쇽 업소오버의 하부 유압실에서 상부 유압실로 이동하는 유체의 흐름을 제어할 수 있는 유압 제어수단을 형성한 자동차 현가장치의 스트러트 어셈블리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유압 제어수단은 쇽 업소오버의 상, 하 유압실을 연통시킬 수 있도록 실린더의 일측에 상하 길이방향으로 형성되는 제1유로와; 상기 제1유로 상에서 일측으로 돌출되어 그 내부로 밸브공을 갖는 밸브보디와, 소정의 질량을 갖는 질량체로 이루어져 상기 밸브공에 결합되어 선택적으로 상기 유로를 폐쇄하고 바이패스 유로를 개방하는 밸브스풀로 이루어지는 밸브를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차 현가장치의 스트러트 어셈블리.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 밸브바디는 상기 제1유로의 좌우측에 중간부로 밸브공이 위치하는 제1,2바이패스 유로를 형성하고, 상기 제2바이패스 유로의 외측으로는 상기 제1유로의 상측부분과 밸브공의 외측부를 연통시키는 제2유로가 형성되며, 밸브스풀은 제1유체 유통홈을 갖고 그 일면이 상기 제1바이패스 유로압에 작용하는 제1랜드와, 중간부에 제2유체 유통홈을 갖고 그 일면이 상기 제2유로 압에 작용하는 제2랜드를 보유하며, 제2랜드의 일측으로 탄성부재를 개재시켜 밸브공의 외측으로 나사결합되는 캡에 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 현가장치의 스트러트 어셈블리.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제1, 2바이패스 유로는 제1유로의 개구변적 보다 작게 형성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차 현가장치의 스트러트 어셈블리.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 제1, 2유체 유통홈은 밸브스풀의 외주면에 둘레홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 현가장치의 스트러트 어셈블리.
  6. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 밸브공과 밸브스풀은 외측이 대직경부로 형성되고, 내측이 소직경부로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 현가장치의 스트러트 어셈블리.
