の関係を満たすようになっている。
Ppb・(D42−D22)>Pa/(D52−Dr2)
の関係が保たれている間は、スプール8は常にディスク18に付勢され、スプール8は閉じた状態となっている。
Ppb・(D42−D22)<Pa・(D52−Dr2)
の状態になると、スプール8の伸側受圧面積に作用する力がパイロット圧力による付勢力に打ち勝って、スプール8は、ディスク18のシート部18aから離れ、油室Aの油は、通路25,26、スプール8とディスク18との間の開口部、通路53を通り、減衰バルブ5のリーフバルブ51の内側を撓ませ油室Bへ流れ、この時の減衰力が最もハードの減衰力となる。
Ppa・(D52−D42)>Pb・(Dc2−D32)
の関係が保たれている間は、スプール8が常にディスク18に付勢され、スプール8は閉じた状態となっている。
Ppa・(D52−D42)<Pb・(Dc2−D32)
の状態になると、スプール8の圧側受圧面積に作用する力がパイロット圧力による付勢力に打ち勝って、スプール8はディスク18のシート部18aから離れ、油室Bの油は減衰バルブ5のリーフバルブ51の外側を押し開きメイン通路Cに流れ、スプール8とディスク18との間Aの開口部、メイン通路Cを経て油室Aへ流れる。この時の減衰力が最もハードの減衰力となる。

Claims (4)
- シリンダ1内にピストン2を介して移動自在挿入したピストンロッド3と、シリンダ1内にピストン2を介して区画した第1、第2の油室A,Bと、ピストン2とピストンロッド3内に形成されて上記第1、第2の油室A,Bを連通するメイン通路Cと、メイン通路Cの途中に設けた減衰バルブ5と、同じく上記メイン通路Cの途中に上記減衰バルブ5と直列に設けた減衰力調整機構4とからなる油圧緩衝器において、上記減衰力調整機構4がメイン通路Cを開閉するスプール8と、スプール8の背部に設けられて当該スプール8を閉じ方向に附勢するスプリング9と、スプリング9に対向するソレノイドSと、スプール8の背面にパイロット圧を作用させる伸側パイロット室6及び圧側パイロット室7と、伸側パイロット室6と圧側パイロット7とを上記第1、第2の油室A,Bに連通するとともに伸側作動時と圧側作動時に反転して使用される共通の油路からなるパイロット通路Dと、このパイロット通路Dの両端部にリーフバルブと切欠きリーフバルブとを積層して形成した第1,第2のチェック弁12,13と、上記スプリング9で閉じ方向に附勢されながら上記伸側パイロット室6と圧側パイロット室7とを上記パイロット通路Dに開閉する弁体Vとで構成し、上記ソレノイドSに印加する電流に応じて上記弁体Vのクラッキング圧を調整しながら減衰力を調整することを特徴とする油圧緩衝器。
- 弁体Vがパイロット通路Dに連通するポートa,bを備えた中空な第1のポペット弁10と、第1のポペット弁10内に移動自在に挿入されて上記ポートa,bを開閉する第2のポペット弁11とからなり、第2のポペット型弁11の背部にスプリング9を当接して第1,第2のポペット型弁10,11を閉じ方向に附勢させている請求項1の油圧緩衝器。
- ソレノイドSがステ−タ15とステ−タ15の外周に設けたコイル16とステ−タ15の内側に移動自在に設けたプランジャ17とからなり、上記プランジャ17をポペット弁10と連動させている請求項1又は2の油圧緩衝器。
- ピストン2内に中空なディスク18を設け、このディスク18の上端部に起立する複数の環状シート部18a上にスプール8の下端を開閉自在に着座させ、各シート部18aにメイン通路Cに連通する打刻オリフィス18bを形成している請求項1、2又は3の油圧緩衝器。
