Claims (12)
- ポートを備えた弁座部材と、上記ポートを開閉する弁体と、当該弁体を内部圧力で上記弁座部材側へ向けて附勢する背圧室と、上記背圧室に上記ポートの上流側の圧力を減圧して導くパイロット通路と、上記パイロット通路の途中に設けられて上記背圧室内の圧力を制御するパイロット弁とを備えた減衰弁において、上記パイロット弁は、筒状であって内外を連通するとともに上記ポートに通じる透孔を有する弁収容筒と当該弁収容筒の端部に設けられた環状のパイロット弁座とを有するパイロット弁座部材と、上記弁収容筒内に摺動自在に挿入される小径部と、大径部と、当該小径部と当該大径部との間に設けられて上記透孔に対向する凹部とを有するパイロット弁体とを備え、上記パイロット弁座に大径部の端部を離着座させて上記パイロット通路を開閉することを特徴とする減衰弁。
- 上記弁収容筒は、有底筒状であって、上記パイロット弁体との間に空間を形成し、
上記パイロット弁体は、先端から後端へ通じる連通路と当該連通路の途中に設けたオリフィスとを備え、上記連通路を介して上記空間を外部へ連通させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰弁。 - 上記パイロット通路から分岐されるフェール通路と、当該フェール通路の途中に設けたフェール弁とを備え、上記パイロット弁は、上記パイロット弁体が上記パイロット弁座から最大限離間すると上記パイロット通路の上記フェール通路の接続点より下流側を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記パイロット弁は、上記パイロット弁体を上記パイロット弁座から離間する方向へ附勢するパイロット弁体附勢部材と、上記パイロット弁体附勢部材に抗して上記パイロット弁体を上記パイロット弁座に着座させる方向に推力を作用させるソレノイドとを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記弁座部材は、上記ポートを囲む第一弁座を備え、
上記第一弁座に離着座するとともに反弁座部材側に第二弁座を備えたサブ弁体を設け、
上記弁体は、上記第二弁座に離着座し、上記サブ弁体とともに当該サブ弁体との間であって上記第二弁座の内周側に弁体間室を形成し、
上記ポートと上記弁体間室とを連通するとともに通過流体の流れに抵抗を与える制限通路を設け、
上記背圧室の内部圧力で上記弁体とともに上記サブ弁体を上記弁座部材側へ押圧することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の減衰弁。 - 上記サブ弁体は、上記弁座部材に対し浮動状態で積層されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記サブ弁体を、上記弁座部材側へ附勢するサブ弁体附勢手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記第一弁座および上記第二弁座は、環状であって、当該第一弁座の内径より上記第二弁座の内径を大径に設定したことを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記制限通路は、上記サブ弁体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記弁体は、環状であって内周が上記弁座部材に固定されて、外周の撓みが許容されるリーフバルブであることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記背圧室は、上記弁体の反弁座部材側に当接する筒状のスプールと、外周に上記スプールが軸方向移動可能に装着されるスプール保持部材とによって区画され、上記スプール保持部材の外周に上記スプールの内周に摺接するリングを装着し、当該リングの内周側に上記背圧室内の圧力を作用させたことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記リングは、バイアスカットを有していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の減衰弁。
