Claims (10)
- 1つ以上の実質的に平行な長手方向の絶縁導体を含む伝導体セットと、
前記伝導体セットの周辺に配置される2つの概ね平行な遮蔽フィルムと、
前記遮蔽フィルム間に配置され、前記遮蔽フィルムを互いに、前記伝導体セットの両面上で結合させる順応性接着層と、を含む、遮蔽された電気ケーブル。 - 前記1つ以上の絶縁導体と実質的に同じ方向に延在する、少なくとも1つの長手方向の接地導体を更に含む、請求項1に記載の遮蔽された電気ケーブル。
- 前記伝導体セットが、実質的に曲線状の断面形状を有し、前記遮蔽フィルムが、前記断面形状に実質的に適合し、かつ該断面形状を維持するように前記伝導体セットの周辺に配置される、請求項1に記載の遮蔽された電気ケーブル。
- 前記順応性接着層が前記伝導体セットに実質的に適合する、請求項1に記載の遮蔽された電気ケーブル。
- 概ね単一平面に配置される複数の離間された伝導体セットであって、前記各伝導体セットは、1つ以上の実質的に平行な長手方向の絶縁導体を含む、伝導体セットと、
前記伝導体セットの周辺に配置される2つの概ね平行な遮蔽フィルムと、
前記遮蔽フィルム間に配置され、前記遮蔽フィルムを互いに、前記各伝導体セットの両面上で結合させる順応性接着層と、を含む、遮蔽された電気ケーブル。 - 1つ以上の実質的に平行な長手方向の絶縁導体を含む伝導体セットと、
1つ以上の絶縁導体から離間され、該1つ以上の絶縁導体と実質的に同じ方向に延在する少なくとも1つの長手方向の接地導体であって、前記伝導体セット及び前記接地導体は概ね単一平面に配置される、接地導体と、
前記伝導体セット及び前記接地導体の周辺に配置される2つの概ね平行な遮蔽フィルムと、
前記遮蔽フィルム間に配置され、前記遮蔽フィルムを互いに、前記伝導体セット及び前記接地導体の両面上で結合させる順応性接着層と、を含む、遮蔽された電気ケーブル。 - 遮蔽された電気ケーブルを作製する方法であって、
1つ以上の実質的に平行な長手方向の絶縁導体を含む伝導体セットを用意する工程と、
前記伝導体セットの周辺に2つの概ね平行な遮蔽フィルムを形成する工程と、
順応性接着層を用いて、前記遮蔽フィルムを互いに、前記伝導体セットの両面上で結合させる工程と、を含む、方法。 - 遮蔽された電気ケーブルを作製する方法であって、
概ね単一平面に配置される複数の離間された伝導体セットであって、前記各伝導体セットは、1つ以上の実質的に平行な長手方向の絶縁導体を含む、伝導体セットを用意する工程と、
前記伝導体セットの周辺に2つの概ね平行な遮蔽フィルムを形成する工程と、
順応性接着層を用いて、前記遮蔽フィルムを互いに、前記各伝導体セットの両面上で結合させる工程と、を含む、方法。 - 遮蔽された電気ケーブルを作製する方法であって、
1つ以上の実質的に平行な長手方向の絶縁導体を含む伝導体セットを用意する工程と、
前記1つ以上の絶縁導体から離間され、該1つ以上の絶縁導体と実質的に同じ方向に延在する少なくとも1つの長手方向の接地導体であって、前記伝導体セット及び前記接地導体は概ね単一平面に配置される、接地導体を用意する工程と、
前記伝導体セット及び前記接地導体の周辺に2つの概ね平行な遮蔽フィルムを形成する工程と、
順応性接着層を用いて、前記遮蔽フィルムを互いに、前記伝導体セット及び前記接地導体の両面上で結合させる工程と、を含む、方法。 - 1つ以上の実質的に平行な長手方向の絶縁導体を含む伝導体セットと、
前記伝導体セットの周辺に配置される2つの概ね平行な遮蔽フィルムと、
前記遮蔽フィルム間に配置され、前記遮蔽フィルムを互いに、前記伝導体セットの両面上で結合させる順応性接着層と、を含む、遮蔽された電気ケーブル、及び
接地基準への終端用に構成された導電性ケーブルクリップであって、
前記遮蔽フィルムの少なくとも1つは前記ケーブルクリップと電気的に接触する、ケーブルクリップ、を含む、電気アセンブリ。
