Description
本発明の他の目的は、フラットケーブルのような平坦状ケーブルにおいて、伝送線路として、多数本の同軸ケーブルあるいは多心ケーブルを並置し、PTFEシートあるいはEPTFEシートを、平坦状ケーブルのシースとして用いた場合でも、同軸ケーブルを用いた場合に同軸ケーブルの中心導体がキンクを生じることもなく、耐電圧不良あるいは特性インピーダンス不良などの電気特性不良を生じることもなく、さらに断線も生じ難い平坦状ケーブルを提供することにある。
図1は、本発明による平坦状ケーブルの好ましい実施の形態の概略部分断面図である。
図2は、本発明の平坦状ケーブルに用いられる伝送線路としての同軸ケーブルの断面図である。
図3は、本発明の平坦状ケーブルを作製する場合の説明図である。

Claims (2)
- 並置された多数本の導体あるいは伝送線路を絶縁体あるいはシースによって被覆、挟持してなる平坦状ケーブルにおいて、該絶縁体あるいはシースは未焼結あるいは半焼結のポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなり、該絶縁体あるいはシースは全体的に未焼結あるいは半焼結の状態に維持され、さらに、該絶縁体あるいはシースは、前記導体あるいは伝送線路を介して接合するウェブ部分のみが、直接的に焼結されて結合していることを特徴とする平坦状ケーブル。
- 前記伝送線路は、同軸ケーブルあるいは多心ケーブルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平坦状ケーブル。
