Abstract

本发明涉及一种圆形线缆,其包括由扁平线缆卷成的内部线及包裹在该内部线外侧的绝缘外被,所述内部线设有若干导体,所述内部线包括若干弧形部及连接每相邻两弧形部的第一连接部,所述弧形部沿一圆周方向一一层叠在一起,可以降低圆形线缆的外径,在焊接之前,可以省略理线,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆形线缆。
背景技术
目前,业界所使用的线缆通常为圆形,其包括由内向外依次排布的导线、绝缘体、铝箔、编织及绝缘外被等,线缆在焊接在连接器或电路板上之前,导体需要人工强制扭曲排位即理线,松开后会因为弹性恢复而变形,无法实现整体排位,通常只能排一根,然后由人工焊一个焊接点,无法实现焊接机自动焊接,工作量大且效率不高。
所以,有必要设计一种新的线缆以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种具有降低外径的圆形线缆。
为实现前述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种圆形线缆,其包括由扁平线缆卷成的内部线及包裹在该内部线外侧的绝缘外被,所述内部线设有若干导体,所述内部线包括若干弧形部及连接每相邻两弧形部的第一连接部,所述弧形部沿一圆周方向一一层叠在一起。
本发明圆形线缆的内部线包括若干弧形部及连接每相邻两弧形部的第一连接部,所述弧形部沿一圆周方向一一层叠在一起,如此设计,有利于降低圆形线缆的外径,圆形线缆展开后,导体可以按序排列,可以省略理线的动作,方便自动机进行处理,方便焊接机自动焊接,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图4所示,本发明圆形线缆10是一种USB Type-C传输线,其包括由扁平线缆卷成的内部线11及包裹在内部线11外侧的圆形绝缘外被12。
内部线11包括若干导体、若干绝缘体14、若干屏蔽层15、金属缠绕层16及一内被17。导体包含若干对差分信号导体131及一电源导体132,绝缘体14 包裹在每一差分信号导体131与电源导体132的外侧,屏蔽层15为铝箔,包裹在每一对差分信号导体131对应的两绝缘体14外侧,金属缠绕层16包裹在电源导体132对应的绝缘体14外侧,提供圆形线缆10的接地连接,内被17包裹在屏蔽层15与金属缠绕层16的外侧四周,内被17为导电塑胶材质,圆形线缆10可以省略编织层,当然也可以设置为绝缘材质。
内部线11同时包含若干扇形部181、一方形部182、一圆形部183、连接相邻每两扇形部181的第一连接部184、连接一扇形部181与方形部182的第二连接部185及连接方形部182与圆形部183的第三连接部186。
每一扇形部182与方形部182内侧布置有一对差分信号导体131,各扇形部181的尺寸可以相同或不相同,方形部182外侧面为弧面,第一、第二连接部184、185靠近于扇形部181与方形部182的弧面,第三连接部186连接在方形部182的内侧缘。圆形部183位于内部线11末端,方形部182位于扇形部181与圆形部183之间。
本发明圆形线缆10制作时,首先,内部线11沿圆周方向卷曲,扇形部181与方形部182以圆形部183为中心轴一一层叠在一起,差分信号导体131沿圆周方向排列在电源导体132的外围,第一、第二连接部184、185间隔排布在一圆周线上,形成该圆周线的一部分,并且与绝缘外被12紧贴,最后,绝缘外被12包裹在内被17外侧,扇形部182外侧朝向绝缘外被12的面为凸出的弧面,内侧朝向电源导体132的面为凹陷的弧面,圆形线缆10制作完成,如此设计,有利于降低圆形线缆10的外径。
请参阅图3所示,本发明圆形线缆10展开后,导体排成一排,可以省略理线,方便自动机进行处理,方便焊接机自动焊接,提高生产效率。请参考图4所示,本发明圆形线缆10展开后,导体排成两排,方便与连接器或电路板的双排焊点自动化焊接,提高生产效率。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的优选实施方式,但是本领域的普通技术人员将意识到,在不脱离由所附的权利要求书公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,各种改进、增加以及取代是可能的。

Claims (7)

1.一种圆形线缆,其包括由扁平线缆卷成的内部线及包裹在该内部线外侧的绝缘外被,所述内部线设有若干导体,其特征在于:所述内部线包括若干扇形部及连接每相邻两扇形部的第一连接部,所述扇形部沿一圆周方向一一层叠在一起;
所述第一连接部间隔排布在同一圆周线上;
所述内部线还包括方形部、圆形部、连接方形部与扇形部的第二连接部及连接方形部与圆形部的第三连接部,所述圆形部位于圆形线缆中央,所述扁平线缆是以圆形部为中心轴卷成内部线,所述方形部与扇形部层叠在一起;
所述扇形部内侧朝向圆形部的面为凹陷的弧面,与圆形部紧贴,所述方形部外侧朝向绝缘外被的面为凸出的弧面,与绝缘外被紧贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆形线缆,其特征在于:所述导体布置在扇形部上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的圆形线缆,其特征在于:所述扇形部外侧朝向绝缘外被的面为凸出的弧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的圆形线缆,其特征在于:所述内部线设有设置于方形部与圆形部内的导体,每一扇形部与方形部内设置有一对差分信号导体,所述圆形部内设置有电源导体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的圆形线缆,其特征在于:所述内部线包括包裹每一导体的绝缘体、包裹在差分信号导体对应绝缘体外侧的屏蔽层、包裹在电源导体对应绝缘体外侧用以接地连接的金属缠绕层及包裹在屏蔽层与金属缠绕层外侧的内被,所述内被位于绝缘外被内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的圆形线缆,其特征在于:所述内被为导电塑胶材质。
7.根据权利要求1所述的圆形线缆,其特征在于:所述圆形线缆为USBType-C传输线。
