本发明涉及一种电磁屏蔽材料、连接器屏蔽壳体及线缆,其包含以下重量份的原料制成:表面活性剂1份;偶联剂1份;氧化还原剂1份;分散剂1‑3份;银5份;碳1份;氧化石墨烯55份;热塑性弹性体40份;以及润滑剂0.2‑1份,具有有电磁屏蔽效能、耐腐蚀性好、重量轻、材料成本低、产品自动化程度高、等优点。

电磁屏蔽材料、连接器屏蔽壳体及线缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁屏蔽材料、连接器屏蔽壳体及线缆及。
背景技术
在电子行业中,通常是以金属或合金作为电磁屏蔽材料,由于密度大,加工复杂,产品手感较差等缺点,限制了更广泛的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种具有屏蔽效能较佳、耐腐蚀性好、抗静电佳、材料成本低的电磁屏蔽材料、连接器屏蔽壳体及线缆。
为实现前述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电磁屏蔽材料,其包含以下重量份的原料制成:表面活性剂1份;偶联剂1份;氧化还原剂1份;分散剂1-3份;银5份;碳1份;氧化石墨烯55份;热塑性弹性体40份;以及润滑剂0.2-1份。
本发明也可采用如下技术方案:一种连接器屏蔽壳体,其由上述电磁屏蔽材料制成。
本发明还可采用如下技术方案:一种线缆,其包括外被、内被及介于外被与内被之间的外屏蔽层,内被内还包括有差分信号线,所述外屏蔽层采用氧化石墨烯合成的塑胶材料。
本发明屏蔽材料、连接器屏蔽壳体及线缆的外屏蔽层采用了氧化石墨烯,具有有屏蔽效能较佳、耐腐蚀性好、抗静电佳及材料成本低等优点。

具体实施方式
本发明电磁屏蔽材料的重量份组成如下:
(1).表面活性剂 1份,表面活性剂分子结构具有两亲性,一端为亲水基团,另一端为疏水基团,表面活性剂是由两种截然不同的粒子形成的分子:一种粒子具有极强的亲油性,另一种则具有极强的亲水性,溶解于水中以后,表面活性剂能降低水的表面张力,并提高有机化合物的可溶性,表面活性剂范围十分广泛(阳离子、阴离子、非离子及两性),能够为具体应用提供多种功能。
(2).偶联剂1份,偶联剂是一种具有特殊结构的有机硅化合物,在它的分子中,同时具有能与无机材料(如玻璃、水泥、金属等)结合的反应性基团和与有机材料(如合成树脂等)结合的反应性基团,常用的理论有化学键理论、表面浸润理论、变形层理论、拘束层理论等,偶联剂作表面改性剂,用于无机填料填充塑料时,可以改善其分散性和黏合性。
(3).氧化还原剂1份,氧化还原反应的实质是电子的得失或共用电子对的偏移,氧化还原反应是化学反应中的三大基本反应之一(另外两个为(路易斯)酸碱反应与自由基反应,自然界中的燃烧,呼吸作用,光合作用,生产生活中的化学电池,金属冶炼,火箭发射等等都与氧化还原反应息息相关。
(4).分散剂(Dispersant)1-3份,分散剂是一种在分子内同时具有亲油性和亲水性两种相反性质的界面活性剂,可均一分散那些难于溶解于液体的无机,有机颜料的固体及液体颗粒,同时也能防止颗粒的沉降和凝聚,形成安定悬浮液所需的两亲性试剂。
(5).银(Ag)5份,银的抗氧化性和光泽性持久性、增强导电性能。
(6).碳(C)份,碳材料广泛应用于电缆行业,塑料工业等多个领域,具有分散好、纯度高抗紫外线,防腐蚀等优点。
(7). 氧化石墨烯(GO)55份,氧化石墨烯是一种性能优异的新型碳材料,具有较高的比表面积和表面丰富的官能团,氧化石墨烯复合材料包括聚合物类复合材料以及无机物类复合材料更是具有广泛的应用领域,因此氧化石墨烯的表面改性成为另一个研究重点。
(8).热塑性弹性体(SEBS)40份,可用来改变本发明电磁屏蔽材料的外观及柔软度。
(9).润滑剂0.2至1份,用以调整工艺生产配方。
(10).其他成份其他0.2份,用以根据本发明电磁屏蔽材料的使用情况调整配方。
本发明电磁屏蔽材料的生产工艺按如下流程:按上述各种材料的重量份配料、投料、利用分散机分散、利用换料机混料、利用捏合机捏合、利用挤出机挤出、利用拉条机拉条、水冷、风干、切粒、振动筛选、输送、包装入库。
本发明电磁屏蔽材料由于氧化石墨烯综合了金属的双重优点,石墨烯密度小、质软、热稳定性及化学稳定性良好,导电性强,可反射电磁波,且频率越大反射率越高,对高频段(30MHZ~5GHZ)电磁辐射有高的屏蔽效能,但因其有抗磁性,低频段电磁波相对较低,而磁性金属可吸收电磁辐射,能调节复合材的电性能和磁性能,从而氧化石墨烯在较宽的频段范围内具有良好的屏蔽性能,使它具有更广返的应用前景。
本发明电磁屏蔽材料屏蔽效能好,明显好于炭黑、略逊于纯银,但在很宽的频段范围内,屏蔽效果与纯银相当;耐腐蚀性好,大多数电磁屏蔽材料均为铜、铝、合金铜制品,银及镀银填料能产生电藕合,加速户外产品的腐蚀,而氧化石墨烯屏蔽有很好的兼容性;材料成本低,氧化石墨烯的价格是银材料的1/3到1/4,与纯银相比更便。
请参阅图1所示,本发明线缆10为一种USB Type-C线,其包括外被11、内被12及介于外被11与内被12之间的外屏蔽层13,内被12内还包括有差分信号线141、电源线142、控制线143。
外被11采用常规设计,一般由PVC、TPE或TPU材质制成。
内被12采用铝箔或麦拉。
外屏蔽层13采用氧化石墨烯合成的塑胶材料,具体成分,在此不再重复说明。
差分信号线141、电源线142与控制线143分别包括导体及包裹导体的绝缘体,差分信号线13还具有包裹绝缘体的内屏蔽层(铝箔或铜箔)。
本发明线缆10的外屏蔽层13由于采用氧化石墨烯,具有屏蔽效能、耐腐蚀性好、材料成本低等优点。
在其他实施方式中,本发明电磁屏蔽材料还可制成连接器屏蔽壳体,该连接器屏蔽壳体具有屏蔽效能较佳、耐腐蚀性好、抗静电及材料成本低等优点。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的优选实施方式,但是本领域的普通技术人员将意识到,在不脱离由所附的权利要求书公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,各种改进、增加以及取代是可能的。

Claims (7)

1.一种电磁屏蔽材料,其包含以下重量份的原料制成:表面活性剂1份;偶联剂1份;氧化还原剂1份;分散剂1-3份;银5份;碳1份;氧化石墨烯55份;热塑性弹性体40份;以及润滑剂0.2-1份。
2.一种连接器屏蔽壳体,其由权利要求1所述电磁屏蔽材料制成。
3.一种线缆,其包括外被、内被及介于外被与内被之间的外屏蔽层,内被内还包括有差分信号线,其特征在于:所述外屏蔽层采用氧化石墨烯合成的塑胶材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述外屏蔽层由包含以下重量份的原料制成:表面活性剂1份;偶联剂1份;氧化还原剂1份;分散剂1-3份;银5份;碳1份;氧化石墨烯55份;热塑性弹性体40份;以及润滑剂0.2-1份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述内被为铝箔或麦拉。
6.根据权利要求3所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述外被采用PVC、TPE或TPU材质制成。
7.根据权利要求3所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述内被内还包裹有电源线与控制线,所述差分信号线、电源线、控制线分别包括导体及包裹导体的绝缘体,所述差分信号线还具有包裹绝缘体的内屏蔽层。
