Abstract

一种连接器组件,其包括连接器及与所述连接器电性连接的线缆,所述线缆包括若干芯线,所述每个芯线均包括内导体及包覆所述内导体的金属屏蔽层,所述连接器包括绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体内且沿前后方向延伸的若干导电端子、固定于所述绝缘本体内的金属屏蔽片及接地件,所述导电端子包括暴露于所述绝缘本体后端的尾部,所述接地件电性连接所述金属屏蔽层,所述线缆的芯线的金属屏蔽层电性连接于所述接地件,所述芯线的内导体电性连接第对应的导电端子的尾部。本实用新型连接器组件的绝缘本体固定有焊接线缆的金属屏蔽层的接地件,所述接地件穿过绝缘本体与金属屏蔽片焊接,进而实现更为有效的接地屏蔽效果。

Description

连接器组件
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种连接器组件,尤其涉及一种连接线缆的连接器组件。
【背景技术】
与本实用新型相关的现有技术,请参阅于2016年1月27日公布的且公布号为CN105281148的中国专利,该专利公开一种连接器,该连接器包绝缘本体,组装于所述绝缘本体的上下两端子模组及设置于所述两端子模组之间的屏蔽片,所述其中一端子模组的尾部设有接地件,所述接地件套设于该端子模组尾部,在组装过程中,线缆的金属屏蔽层与所述接地件进行焊接。但该连接器的屏蔽片并未实现对两端子模组的前后方向的全覆盖,且接地件也并未直接与接地屏蔽结构连接,无法实现更为良好的屏蔽和接地效果。且所述接地件需事先套设于端子模组的尾部,焊接线缆时需要使线缆与端子和接地件之间实现双重定位及焊接,组装过程复杂不便。
是以,需要一种改进的连接器来克服现有技术的不足。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种具有较好屏蔽效果的连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型可以采用如下技术方案:一种连接器组件,其包括连接器及与所述连接器电性连接的线缆,所述线缆包括若干芯线,所述每个芯线均包括内导体及包覆所述内导体的金属屏蔽层,所述连接器包括绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体内且沿前后方向延伸的若干导电端子、固定于所述绝缘本体内的金属屏蔽片及接地件,所述导电端子包括暴露于所述绝缘本体后端的尾部,所述接地件电性连接所述金属屏蔽层,所述线缆的芯线的金属屏蔽层电性连接于所述接地件,所述芯线的内导体电性连接于对应的导电端子的尾部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型连接器组件的绝缘本体固定有电性连接所述金属屏蔽层的接地件,所述接地件电性连接金属屏蔽片,进而实现更为有效的接地屏蔽效果。

【具体实施方式】
如下将详述本实用新型的优选的实施方式。
请参考图1至图12,本实用新型连接器组件100包括符合USB Type C连接器标准的连接器200及连接所述连接器200的线缆300。本实用新型连接器200的较佳实施方式包括绝缘本体10、组装于所述绝缘本体10内且与所述线缆300进行焊接的端子模组20,固持于所述端子模组20内的金属屏蔽片30、组装于所述绝缘本体10内的接地件50及包覆所述绝缘本体10的金属壳体40。
所述线缆300包括若干芯线301,所述每一芯线301均包括内导体3011、包覆于所述内导体3011的金属编织层3012及包覆所述金属编织层3012的绝缘外被(未标示)。
所述端子模组20包括若干导电端子21,所述导电端子21排列为两排,分别为上排导电端子和下排端子。所述端子模组20还包括分别一体成型于所述上排导电端子和所述下排导电端子的绝缘体22。所述两绝缘体22分别成型后再于上下方向上卡扣配合。所述每一导电端子21均包括被包覆于所述绝缘体22的前端且用于与对接连接器电性接触的接触部211、成型于所述绝缘体22后端的固持部(未标示)及延伸超出所述绝缘体22的后端并与线缆300进行焊接的焊接部212(为可称为尾部)。
所述金属屏蔽片30固持于所述端子模组20的两绝缘体22之间,所述金属屏蔽片30的后端向后延伸超过所述导电端子21的焊接部212。
所述绝缘本体10包括本体部11、自所述本体部11向前延伸形成的舌板部12及自所述本体部11向后延伸形成的连接部13。所述绝缘本体10注塑成型于所述端子模组20外。所述舌板部12包覆所述绝缘体22的前端部并暴露所述导电端子21以便于所述导电端子21与对接连接器相互接触,所述本体部11覆盖所述绝缘体22的后端,所述连接部包覆所述金属屏蔽片30的暴漏于所述绝缘体22的后端的部分,所述端子模组20的上排导电端子和下排导电端子的焊接部212分别暴露于所述连接部13的上下两侧面以便于与对应的芯线301进行焊接。
请参照图9,所述绝缘本体10的连接部13的上下两侧面分别向下开设矩形条状接地槽131。所述接地槽131向下延伸直至暴露所述金属屏蔽片30。所述接地件50安装于所述接地槽131内并于所述接地槽131内实现与所述金属屏蔽片30的焊接。所述接地槽131的后侧开设连接槽132,所述连接槽132的深度小于所述接地槽131的深度并与所述接地槽131贯通,所述线缆300自所述连接槽132穿过以与所述导电端子21和接地件50实现焊接。所述连接槽131于左右方向限制所述线缆300的位置。在本实施方式,所述接地槽132的底部均暴露所述金属屏蔽片30。在其他实施方式中,所述接地槽132可以部分区域暴露所述金属屏蔽片30以并于该部分区域实现所述接地件50与金属屏蔽片30的焊接。
所述绝缘本体10的本体部11的后端的左右两侧分别向内开设矩形接地孔111,所述接地孔111于上下方向延伸直至暴露所述金属屏蔽片30。所述本体部11的上下两侧分别向内凹设嵌位槽112。
所述金属壳体40为三件式,其包括环形封闭式的第一件41、覆盖于所述第一件41的顶侧和左右两侧的第二件42及套设于所述绝缘本体10的舌板部12的第三件43。所述第三件43包括封闭环状的包覆部431及自所述包覆部431的顶壁后端向上再向后延伸形成的嵌入部432,所述包覆部431符合所述绝缘本体10的舌板部12的后端外围形状以将其紧密包覆,所述嵌入部432嵌入地固定于所述嵌位槽112,以实现第三件43的固定。所述第一件41符合所述绝缘本体10的本体部11的外围形状并包覆固定于所述本体部11,所述第一件41同时覆盖所述舌板部12以形成与对接连接器插接的收容腔401。所述第一件41的后端的左右两侧向内弯折形成接地脚411,所述第一件41固定于所述本体部11时,所述接地脚411对应地伸入相应接地孔111并与所述金属屏蔽片30实现搭接,形成金属壳体40与金属屏蔽片30的接地路径。所述第二件42包括覆盖所述第一件41的顶侧面的顶面421、自所述顶面421的左右两侧分别向下延伸形成侧面422及自所述侧面422向外延伸形成的固定翼423。所述侧面422卡扣于所述第一件41的左右两侧以实现所述第二件42相对所述第一件41的固定。所述固定翼423沿着水平方向延伸,并包括连接所述侧面422的较窄的延伸部4231及位于所述延伸部4231外侧的较宽的固定部4232。所述每一固定部4232开设有圆形的固定孔4233及位于所述固定孔4233一侧的防呆孔4234。所述固定孔4233用以便于用户使用锁固件(例如螺丝、螺钉等)将所述连接器200锁固于机壳内。所述防呆孔4232采用除圆形以外的其他形状,以用以指示所述第二件42的前后方向,以便于装配。
本实用新型连接器组件100在组装时,首先成型端子模组20,并于所述端子模组20的外侧注塑成型所述绝缘本体10;切割所述线缆300的芯线301以暴漏其内导体3011和金属编织层3012;将所述线缆300的芯线301排布于所述接地件50并将所述芯线301的编织层3012焊接于所述接地件50;将所述接地件50连带焊接于其上的线缆300安装于对应的接地槽131,并于所述接地槽131内实现所述接地件50与金属屏蔽片30的焊接,然后将所述芯线301的内导体3011焊接于对应的导电端子21的焊接部212;将所述金属壳体40的第三件43嵌入地固定于所述绝缘本体10的本体部11;将所述金属壳体40的第一件41包覆地固定于所述本体部11使其接地脚411伸入所述接地孔111并与所述金属屏蔽片30实现搭接;将所述第二件42卡扣固定于所述第三件43。
本实用新型连接器组件100的绝缘本体10的连接部13对应每个接地件50开设接地槽131,以实现接地件50与金属屏蔽片30的电性焊接。所述线缆300首先焊接于所述接地件50,进而所述接地件50与绝缘本体10之间的定位可实现所述线缆300与导电端子21的焊接部212之间的定位,便于实现所述线缆与导电端子21之间的焊接。

Claims (10)

1.一种连接器组件,其包括连接器及与所述连接器电性连接的线缆,所述线缆包括若干芯线,每个所述芯线均包括内导体及包覆所述内导体的金属屏蔽层,所述连接器包括绝缘本体、收容于所述绝缘本体内且沿前后方向延伸的若干导电端子、固定于所述绝缘本体内的金属屏蔽片及接地件,所述导电端子包括暴露于所述绝缘本体后端的尾部,其特征在于:所述接地件电性连接所述金属屏蔽层,所述线缆的芯线的金属屏蔽层电性连接于所述接地件,所述芯线的内导体电性连接第对应的导电端子的尾部。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体开设接地槽,所述接地件固定于所述接地槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述接地槽向所述绝缘本体内延伸并暴露所述金属屏蔽片,所述接地件于所述接地槽内与所述金属屏蔽片焊接。
4.如权利要求2所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述连接器的导电端子均匀排布成两排导电端子,所述金属屏蔽片位于所述两排导电端子之间且延伸至所述导电端子的焊接部的后侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:对应所述两排导电端子,所述接地件和所述接地槽均为一对,所述接地槽分别于所述绝缘本体的后端的两侧面向内凹设形成,所述线缆焊接于所述两接地件的外侧。
6.如权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述连接器还包括金属壳体,所述金属壳体包覆所述连接器,所述金属壳体向内弯折形成接地脚,所述接地脚穿过所述绝缘本体与所述金属屏蔽片搭接。
7.如权利要求6所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述金属壳体包括封闭环状的第一件及覆盖于所述第一件的顶侧及左右两侧的第二件,所述第一件包覆所述绝缘本体,所述第二件的左右两侧向外延伸形成固定翼,所述固定翼于前后方向上并列开设一圆形固定孔及一其他形状的防呆孔,所述固定孔用于将所述连接器固定于一外部机壳。
8.如权利要求2所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述接地槽以矩形长条状设置。
9.如权利要求2所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述接地槽包括在其后侧开设的连接槽,所述连接槽的深度小于接地槽的深度,并与所述接地槽贯通。
10.如权利要求9所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆穿过所述连接槽与所述导电端子和所述接地件焊接。
