Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.インサイチュで構造体を撮像する装置であって、 光照射源と、 参照光反射器と、光照射とプローブユニットとを連結する手段とを有する、該 照射源に結合された干渉計と、 を含む装置であって、 該プローブユニットが、 孔を規定する細長いハウジングであって、該孔内に位置され該孔の長さ方向に 延びる、近位端と遠位端とを有する少なくとも1つの光ファイバを有する、細長 いハウジングと、 該光照射源を該ファイバの該近位端に接続する結合器と、 該光ファイバの該遠位端に接続され該ファイバからの光照射を構造体に伝達し 且つ該構造体からの光照射を該光ファイバの該遠位端に伝達するように位置づけ られた光システムと、 該ファイバの該遠位端からの該伝達された光照射を方向づけるビームディレク タと、 該参照反射器から反射した光照射と該構造体から反射した光照射とに応答して 信号を発生させる検出器と、 該検出器からの該信号に応答して該構造体の画像を生成するプロセッサと、を 含む装置であって、 該光照射を連結する手段が、該参照反射器および該構造体からの光照射を受け 取って連結し、連結された光を該検出器方向に向ける、装置。 2.前記参照反射器を移動させて、該参照反射器と前記構造体との間の相対的距 離を変更することにより該構造体の深度解析(depth-resolved)画像を生成するア クチュエータをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記検出器が光スペクトル分析器を含み、該プロセッサが該光スペクトル分 析器から信号を受信して該信号を用いて前記構造体の深度解析画像を生成する、 請求項1に記載の装置。 4.前記光照射源が、決定された周波数範囲に亘って定期的に調節される狭い帯 域幅周波数調節可能源である、請求項1に記載の装置。 5.前記プロセッサが、リアルタイムのフレーム対フレーム安定化を行って、前 記構造体の画像内における、動きにより誘導されるアーチファクトを減少させる 、請求項1に記載の装置。 6.前記プローブユニットが、超音波トランスデューサをさらに含む、請求項1 に記載の装置。 7.照射を前記検出器方向に向ける、少なくとも1つのファラデー循環器をさら に含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 8.前記プローブユニットが、光照射を前記構造体方向に向ける、少なくとも1 つの回転光学システムを含み、前記ファイバが前記孔内で回転可能である、請求 項1に記載の装置。 9.前記ファイバの前記近位端に機械的に接続されて該ファイバを回転させる駆 動シャフトアセンブリをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の装置。 10.前記ファイバにレンズが取り付けられ、前記ビームディレクタが、前記伝 達された光の方向を、該ファイバの回転方向に実質的に直交する方向に変更する アクチュエータに接続されている、請求項9に記載の装置。 11.前記回転光学システムが、前記ファイバの前記遠位端に設けられて該光フ ァイバからの光を方向づけるように位置づけられたレンズと、該レンズに隣接し て設けられて該レンズからの光照射を前記構造体方向に向けるように位置づけら れたビームディレクタとを含む、請求項8に記載の装置。 12.前記ファイバが静止しており、前記回転光学システムが回転ビームディレ クタを含む、請求項8に記載の装置。 13.前記結合器が少なくとも1つの光学レンズを含む、請求項1に記載の装置 。 14.前記プローブユニットがガイドワイヤをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装 置。 15.前記プローブユニットが、前記構造体を撮像する、端部に透明窓を有する 内視鏡を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 16.前記内視鏡の一部に取り付けられた、少なくとも1つの膨張可能エレメン トをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の装置。 17.前記内視鏡が、圧力測定、撮像、液体注入、およびガイドワイヤの配置の うちの1つを行う、少なくとも1つのポートをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の 装置。 18.前記膨張可能エレメントが、前記少なくとも1つのポートに近接している 、請求項17に記載の装置。 19.前記プローブユニットに接続されたアテレクトミー装置をさらに含む、請 求項1に記載の装置。 20.前記プローブユニットに接続されたレーザメスをさらに含む、請求項1に 記載の装置。 21.前記プローブユニットがトロカールをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置 。
