前記測定光の照射方向の回転と同期して前記光路長を変更する光路長変更手段と、
前記測定光を集光する焦点位置可変型の集光レンズ系と、
前記測定光の照射方向の回転と同期して、前記集光レンズ系の焦点位置を移動することにより前記測定光の光軸方向の集光位置を移動する集光位置移動手段とを備えたことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (4)
- コヒーレンス長20μm以下の低コヒーレンス光を測定光と参照光に分割し、前記参照光の光路長または前記測定光の光路長の少なくとも一方を変更し、前記測定光を被測定物に照射し、前記測定光の前記被測定物からの反射光を受光し、前記測定光の反射光と前記参照光とを干渉させ、該干渉後の干渉光強度を測定して、前記被測定物の光断層画像を取得する光断層画像取得装置において、
前記測定光の照射方向を、1点を中心に回転させる照射方向回転手段と、
前記測定光の照射方向の回転と同期して前記光路長を変更する光路長変更手段と、
前記測定光を集光する焦点位置可変型の集光レンズ系と、
前記測定光の照射方向の回転と同期して、前記集光レンズ系の焦点位置を移動することにより前記測定光の光軸方向の集光位置を移動する集光位置移動手段とを備えたことを特徴とする光断層画像取得装置。 - 前記照射方向回転手段が前記測定光を一方向へ回転させるものであり、
前記光路長変更手段が、前記回転に同期して前記光路長を連続的に変更するものであり、
前記集光位置移動手段が、前記回転に同期して前記焦点位置を連続的に移動するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光断層画像取得装置。 - 前記照射光回転手段、前記集光レンズ系および前記集光位置移動手段が、内視鏡の鉗子口に挿入可能なプローブの先端部へ配置されているものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の光断層画像取得装置。
- 前記被測定物が生体組織の一部であり、前記低コヒーレンス光の波長が、600nm以上1700nm以下の範囲内の波長であることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の光断層画像取得装置。
