Abstract
【解決手段】体腔内Bに挿入される略円筒形の長尺のシース11内に、このシース11の長手方向の軸線周りに回動される先端光学系13と、この先端光学系13と一体的に固定されたフェルール14を配置する。このフェルール14に、内視鏡50の照明光L5の一部を内視鏡50に向けて反射させる反射部16を形成する。

Claims (4)
- 体腔内の観察部に照明光を照射し、前記観察部で反射された反射光を撮像する内視鏡の鉗子チャンネルに挿通されるOCT用光プローブであって、
前記体腔内に挿入される略円筒形の長尺のシース内に、該シースの長手方向の軸線周りに回動される先端光学系と、
該先端光学系と一体的に固定されたフェルールとを備え、
該フェルールが、前記照明光の一部を前記内視鏡に向けて反射させる反射部を有することを特徴とするOCT用光プローブ。 - 前記反射部が、前記フェルールの外周の一部若しくは全部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOCT用光プローブ。
- 前記反射部が、前記フェルールの外周に設けられた凹凸面により形成されているものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のOCT用光プローブ。
- 光を射出する光源手段と、
該光源手段から射出された光を測定光と参照光とに分割する光分割手段と、
前記測定光を測定対象に照射するOCT用光プローブと、
前記測定対象に測定光が照射されたときの該測定対象からの反射光と前記参照光とを合波する合波手段と、
合波された前記反射光と前記参照光との干渉光を検出する干渉光検出手段と、
前記検出された干渉光の周波数および強度に基づいて、前記測定対象の複数の深さ位置における反射強度を検出し、これらの各深さ位置における反射光の強度に基づいて測定対象の光断層画像を取得する断層画像処理手段とを備えてなる光断層画像化装置において、
前記OCT用光プローブが、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のOCT用光プローブを含むものであることを特徴とする光断層画像化装置。
