Claims (12)
- 瘻の成熟を評価するためのシステムであって:
センサを有するとともに患者の血管の中に挿入されるように構成される検知ガイドワイヤであって、前記血管は、前記血管及び隣接する血管の間に流体連通を提供する瘻を有する、検知ガイドワイヤ;
前記検知ガイドワイヤと通信可能にリンクされるコンピュータであって、前記センサからの測定値を受信するように、前記瘻を通る血流の観察される速度を決定するために前記測定値を使用するように、及び前記瘻が成熟しているかどうかを決定するために決定された前記血流の観察される速度を使用するように、動作可能である、コンピュータ;及び
前記検知ガイドワイヤが前記患者の血管内に挿入されたままである間に前記検知ガイドワイヤの上を前進するように構成されるカテーテルであって、前記カテーテルは、前記瘻が成熟する場合に前記瘻に治療を施すように構成される、カテーテル;を有する、
システム。 - 前記カテーテルは、前記検知ガイドワイヤの上に摺動可能に配置される、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記検知ガイドワイヤは、超音波トランスデューサ及びモジュラ接続プラグを有する、
請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。 - 前記検知ガイドワイヤは、0.89mm(0.035インチ)以下の直径を有する、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記瘻が成熟しているかどうかを決定することは、前記観察される速度を標準と比較することを含む、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 600mL/min以上の前記観察される速度は、前記瘻が成熟していることを示す、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記センサは、圧力センサを有する、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記センサは、いずれも前記コンピュータに同時に前記測定値を提供するように構成される圧力センサ及びフローセンサの両方を有し、前記コンピュータは前記圧力センサ及び前記フローセンサの両方からの前記測定値に基づいて前記瘻を通る血流の前記観察される速度を決定する、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記コンピュータは、メモリにプログラムを有し、前記プログラムは、前記血流の前記観察される速度に基づいて前記瘻の成熟に関する情報を前記コンピュータに提供させるように実行可能な指令を含む、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記検知ガイドワイヤは、長さ110cm未満であり、補剛材料を有する、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記検知ガイドワイヤは、少なくとも15GPaの曲げ弾性率を有する、
