Claims (4)
- 光プローブを備え、該光プローブを着脱自在に光学的に接続させる装着部を有し、光を射出し、該射出された光を参照光と測定光に分割し、該測定光を前記装着部の射出部から射出し、前記光プローブに導波させて測定対象に照射し、該測定対象からの反射光を前記光プローブに導波させて前記参照光と合波し、前記反射光と前記参照光とが合波したときの干渉光を干渉信号として検出し、該干渉信号を用いて前記測定対象の断層画像を取得する光断層画像化装置の較正に使用される較正用治具であって、
前記装着部に着脱自在に装着可能な保持部材と、
該保持部材に保持され、前記射出部から射出された前記測定光を反射させて、反射された光を前記射出部に入射させる反射面と、
前記保持部材が前記装着部に装着された状態で前記射出部と光学的に接続される光ファイバとを備え、
前記反射面が、前記射出部から射出された前記測定光が入射する側の反対側の前記光ファイバの端面に形成されていることを特徴とする較正用治具。 - 前記光ファイバの前記端面に研磨またはコーティングが施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の較正用治具。
- 前記反射面が、該反射面で反射された反射光を減衰させる減衰部を兼ねていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の較正用治具。
- 前記減衰部が、前記反射面で反射された反射光の光強度が1nW〜100nWの範囲となるように、前記反射光を減衰させるものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の較正用治具。
