Further, the lifting mechanism 43 includes a telescopic rod and a driving mechanism 46, the telescopic rod is disposed at one end of the hanging rod 4 far away from the folding unit 1, the driving mechanism 46 is disposed on a frame of the clothes folding machine, one end of the telescopic rod is connected to the driving mechanism 46, the other end of the telescopic rod acts on the hanging rod 4, and the driving mechanism 46 drives the telescopic rod to lift and lower so as to drive the hanging rod 4 to lift and lower. The adjustable highest position of the hanging rod 4 corresponds to the minimum length of the telescopic rod after being compressed, the adjustable lowest position of the hanging rod 4 corresponds to the maximum length of the compressed rod after being stretched, and a user can randomly adjust the height of the hanging rod 4 within the range of the elongation according to the requirement of the user; or different height gears are set on the hanging rod 4, and after a user selects a target gear according to the requirement of the user, the telescopic rod automatically adjusts the hanging rod 4 to the target height by stretching or compressing.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the hanging rod 4 is provided with different gears, which at least include a first gear and a second gear, wherein the height of the first gear is less than or equal to the height of the second gear, preferably, the first gear is used for hanging clothes, and the second gear is used for drying clothes. The height user of second gear can adjust in telescopic link extension range according to self demand, and peg 4 dries the clothing according to the second gear height after the adjustment. Because the clothes need to be hung at a higher height to be irradiated by sunlight when the clothes are aired, when the user needs to air the clothes, the user hangs the clothes on the hanging rod 4, the second gear button is pressed, then the telescopic rod is compressed, and the hanging rod 4 is automatically adjusted to a higher position to air the clothes. The high user of first gear can adjust in order to conveniently hang and get the clothing according to self height in telescopic link compression range, when user's height is shorter, the user can't directly hang the clothing on peg 4, need hang the clothing on peg 4 with the help of propping clothing pole or other auxiliary assembly, user's use experience is relatively poor, set up one and can make the first gear of peg 4 reduction, when the user needs hang the clothing on peg 4 and carry out subsequent folding or sunning, the user presses first gear button, then the telescopic link is stretched, peg 4 automatic adjustment is to lower position, in order to make things convenient for the user to hang the clothing on peg 4.
The height of the first gear is less than or equal to that of the third gear, and preferably, the third gear is used for being in butt joint with the clothes hanger conveying unit to stack clothes. The height of the third gear is adjusted according to the height of the laundry entrance of the folding unit 1. After the clothes are dried in the sun, the height of the hanging rod 4 is high at the moment, the clamping claw 22 of the clothes hanger conveying unit 2 cannot take down the clothes hanger 23 on the hanging rod 4 to be conveyed to the folding unit 1 to be folded, therefore, the height of the hanging rod 4 needs to be reduced to the clothes inlet of the folding unit 1, the user presses the third gear button at the moment, then the telescopic rod is stretched, the hanging rod 4 is automatically adjusted to the clothes inlet of the clothes folding machine, and the clothes hanger 23 with the clothes aired on the hanging rod 4 can be conveniently taken down by the clamping claw 22. Further, the hanging bar 4 comprises a guide bar for hanging the clothes and a storage bar for retrieving the clothes rack 23, and after the folding unit 1 takes the clothes on the clothes rack 23 gripped by the gripping claws 22 of the clothes rack conveying unit 2, the gripping claws 22 convey the empty clothes rack 23 from which the clothes are removed to the storage bar to retrieve the empty clothes rack 23. However, when a user hangs clothes on the guide rod, the empty clothes hanger 23 needs to be taken down from the storage rod, in order to facilitate the user to take the empty clothes hanger 23 from the storage rod, a first telescopic rod is arranged on the guide rod and used for adjusting the height of the guide rod, a second telescopic rod is arranged on the storage rod and used for adjusting the height of the storage rod, and the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod can be driven to lift by the same driving mechanism or can be respectively driven to lift by the driving mechanisms.
The guide rod and the storage rod have the same or different lengths, and the guide rod and the storage rod have the same or different included angles with the horizontal plane. The guide bar does with an embodiment of depositing the pole in this embodiment, the guide bar is the level setting, it sets up for the slope to deposit the pole, the guide bar is close to the unsettled setting of one end of folding unit 1 with depositing the pole, and it is higher than the height of keeping away from folding unit 1 one end to deposit the pole near the one end of folding unit 1, when gripper jaw will detach the clothes hanger 23 of clothing to depositing the pole like this, clothes hanger 23 is along depositing the automatic minimum removal to depositing the pole of pole, thereby make things convenient for clothes hanger 23 to gather together on depositing the pole, also can shorten the stroke of gripper jaw on depositing the pole simultaneously, and the work efficiency is improved. Another embodiment of the guide bar and the storage bar in this embodiment is that the guide bar and the storage bar are horizontally arranged in parallel, and the holding claw is moved back and forth on the storage bar to hang the hanger from which the clothes are removed on the storage bar.
Example 3
The clothes folding machine shown in fig. 1 comprises a folding unit 1, a clothes hanger conveying unit 2 and a hanging rod 4, wherein the clothes hanger 23 is hung on the hanging rod 4, the clothes hanger 23 is foldable, the clothes hanger 23 can release clothes after being folded, the folding unit 1 is provided with a clothes conveying device and a folding platform, and the folding platform is provided with a horizontal surface for placing the clothes and folding the clothes. The clothes conveying device can take off the clothes on the clothes rack 23 on the clothes rack conveying unit 2, lay the clothes on the folding unit 1, and then fold the clothes by the folding platform. The clothes folding machine further comprises a storage unit 3, the clothes are sent into the storage unit 3 after being folded by the folding platform, and a user takes the folded clothes out of the storage unit 3. The clothes rack conveying unit 2 comprises a moving mechanism which drives a clamping claw 22 to take off the clothes rack 23 with clothes from the hanging rod 4, but the problem is solved by arranging a limiting structure which limits the movement range of the moving mechanism on the clothes folding machine because the moving mechanism can not avoid damage to the whole clothes rack conveying unit 2 of the clothes folding machine caused by excessive movement in the moving process.
The limit structure is a limit switch for limiting the movement limit position of the moving mechanism, the limit switch comprises a contact switch, such as a travel switch, and the travel switch has certain overtravel due to the inertia movement of machinery so as to protect the switch from being damaged; non-contact switches, such as reed switches, photoelectric switches, inductive switches, and the like, are also included. The limit structure in this embodiment is a contact limit switch.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, since the hanging rod 4 is horizontally arranged along the X direction, the moving mechanism at least comprises an X-direction moving mechanism for conveying the clothes rack 23 with the clothes hung on the hanging rod 4 to the folding unit 1, the clothes rack conveying unit 2 further comprises a clamping claw 22, the clamping claw 22 takes the clothes rack 23 with the clothes from the hanging rod 4 and conveys the clothes rack to the folding unit 1, the clamping claw 22 can clamp the clothes rack 23 and release the clothes rack 23, the X-direction moving mechanism drives the clamping claw 22 to move along the X direction, and the limiting structure limits the moving range of the X-direction moving mechanism, so that the damage to the clothes rack conveying unit 2 caused by the excessive moving of the X-direction moving mechanism in the horizontal direction is prevented.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the X-direction moving mechanism is specifically configured in such a manner that the X-direction moving mechanism includes an X-axis moving component 2111, an X-axis transmission belt 2113 and an X-axis sliding bar 2112, the X-axis moving component 2111 is movably disposed on the X-axis sliding bar 2112 and can move along the X-axis sliding bar 2112, the X-axis moving component 2111 is fixedly connected to the X-axis transmission belt 2113 through a first fixing portion 21111, the X-axis transmission belt 2113 is parallel to the X-axis sliding bar 2112, the X-direction moving mechanism is further provided with a first driving motor 2114, the first driving motor 2114 is turned on to drive the X-axis transmission belt 2113 to move, and the X-axis transmission belt 3 drives the X-axis moving component 2111 to move, so that the X-axis moving component 2111 moves along the X-axis sliding bar 2112. The limit structure defines the range of motion of the X-axis motion component 2111 in the X-direction.
Further, the limiting structures comprise a first limiting structure 2131 and a second limiting structure 2132 which are arranged along the X direction, and the X-axis motion component 2111 moves between the first limiting structure 2131 and the second limiting structure 2132 along the X direction; when the X-axis moving component 2111 moves to the first limiting structure 2131, it is ensured that the clamping jaw 22 can move to one end of the hanging rod 4 far away from the folding unit 1, and when the X-axis moving mechanism moves to the second limiting structure 2132, it is ensured that the clamping jaw 22 can just deliver the clothes hanger 23 clamped from the hanging rod 4 to the clothes inlet of the folding unit 1, preferably, the first limiting structure 2131 and the second limiting structure 2132 are respectively arranged at positions close to two ends of the X-axis sliding rod 2112.
Further, the first limiting structure 2131 comprises a first microswitch and a first collision sheet, and a first collision part is arranged at a position of the X-axis moving component 2111 corresponding to the first microswitch; the second limiting structure 2132 comprises a second microswitch and a second collision sheet, and a second collision part is arranged at the position of the X-axis motion component 2111 corresponding to the second microswitch; the first collision portion and the second collision portion protrude from the X-axis moving component 2111 so as to sense the first collision piece or the second collision piece in advance and prevent the X-axis moving component 2111 from moving excessively. When the first collision portion comes into contact with the first collision piece, or the second collision portion comes into contact with the second collision piece, the X-axis moving component 2111 changes the moving direction or stops moving.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the hanging rod 4 may be provided with one or more hanging rods, the hanging rod 4 at least comprises a guide rod 41 for hanging the clothes, after the clothes are supported on the clothes rack 23, the user hangs the clothes rack 23 with the clothes hung on the guide rod 41, and the clamping claw 22 conveys the clothes rack 23 along the guide rod 41 to the clothes inlet of the folding unit 1 for folding. The hanging bar 4 further comprises a storage bar 42 for retrieving the hanger 23, the storage bar 42 is used for hanging the hanger 23 from which the clothes are removed, and the hanger transporting unit 2 is further used for transporting the hanger 23 from the clothes inlet of the folding unit 1 to the storage bar 42 for retrieving the hanger 23.
The guide rod 41 and the storage rod 42 have the same or different lengths, and the guide rod 41 and the storage rod 42 have the same or different included angles with the horizontal plane. In the embodiment, the first hanger is horizontally arranged, the storage rod 42 is obliquely arranged, one end of the guide rod 41 and one end of the storage rod 42 close to the folding unit 1 are arranged in a suspended mode, and the height of one end of the storage rod 42 close to the folding unit 1 is higher than that of one end of the storage rod 42 far away from the folding unit 1, so that when the clothes hanger 23 with clothes removed is conveyed to the storage rod 42 by the clamping jaw 22, the clothes hanger 23 automatically moves to the lowest point of the storage rod 42 along the storage rod 42, the clothes hanger 23 is convenient to gather on the storage rod 42, meanwhile, the moving stroke of the clamping jaw 22 on the storage rod 42 can be shortened, and the working efficiency is improved. In another embodiment of the present embodiment, the guide bar 41 and the storage bar 42 are horizontally arranged in parallel, and the holding claw 22 is moved back and forth on the storage bar 42 to hang the hanger 23 from which the clothes are removed on the storage bar 42.
Further, the moving mechanism further comprises a Y-direction moving mechanism, and the Y-direction moving mechanism drives the clamping claw 22 to move between the guide rod 41 and the storage rod 42, that is, drives the clamping claw 22 to move along a horizontal direction perpendicular to the hanging rod 4. To ensure that the gripper jaw 22 can move in the X-direction and the Y-direction simultaneously, the Y-direction mover may be integrated with the X-direction mechanism, move simultaneously with the X-direction moving mechanism, or move independently from the X-direction moving mechanism. When the gripper 22 needs to move along the Y direction on the guide rod 41 or the storage rod 42, the X-direction moving mechanism and the Y direction are combined into a whole, and the X-direction moving mechanism drives the Y-direction moving mechanism to move along the X direction, namely the horizontal direction; when the clamping claw 22 needs to move between the guide rod 41 and the storage rod 42 along the Y direction, the Y-direction moving mechanism is separated from the X-direction moving mechanism, only the Y-direction moving mechanism drives the clamping claw 22 to move between the guide rod 41 and the storage rod 42, namely, to move along the direction vertical to the hanging rod 4, and the clamping claw 22 is arranged on the Y-direction moving mechanism. The limiting structure also limits the motion range of the Y-direction moving mechanism;
further, the Y-direction moving mechanism is specifically configured in such a manner that the Y-direction moving mechanism includes a Y-axis moving part 2121, and further includes a Y-axis transmission belt 2123 and a second driving motor 2124, the Y-axis moving part 2121 is movably disposed on the Y-axis sliding rod 2122 and can move along the Y-axis sliding rod 2122, the Y-axis moving part 2121 is fixedly connected to the Y-axis transmission belt 2123 through a second fixing part 21211, the Y-axis transmission belt 2123 is disposed in parallel to the Y-axis sliding rod 2122, the Y-direction moving mechanism is further provided with a second driving motor 2124, the second driving motor 2124 is turned on to drive the Y-axis transmission belt 2123 to move, and the Y-axis transmission belt 2123 drives the Y-axis moving part 2121 to move, so that the Y-axis moving part 2121 moves along the Y-axis sliding rod 2122. The limiting structure limits the movement range of the Y-axis moving part 2121 in the Y direction.
Further, the limiting structures include a third limiting structure 2133 and a fourth limiting structure 2134 arranged along the Y direction, and the Y-axis moving component 2121 moves between the third limiting structure 2133 and the fourth limiting structure 2134 along the Y direction; when the Y-axis moving part 2121 moves to the third limiting structure 2133, the holding claw 22 is ensured to be at the free end of the guiding rod 41, and when the Y-axis moving part 2121 moves to the fourth limiting structure 2134, the holding claw 22 is ensured to be at the free end of the storage rod 42. The X-axis moving part 2111 drives the Y-axis moving part 2121 to move along the Y-axis sliding rod 2122, so that the holding claw 22 moves back and forth on the guide rod 41 to remove the hanger 23 with the clothes from the guide rod 41, or the holding claw 22 moves back and forth on the storage rod 42 to send the hanger 23 with the clothes removed to the storage rod 42 for recycling. When the Y-axis moving part 2121 moves along the X-axis sliding bar 2112, the X-axis moving part 2111 is at rest, so that the grip claw 22 moves between the free end of the guide bar 41 and the free end of the storage bar 42, and the hanger 23 from which the laundry is removed is fed from the free end of the guide bar 41 to the free end of the storage bar 42, and the grip claw 22 is provided on the Y-axis moving part 2121. Preferably, the third limiting structure 2133 and the fourth limiting structure 2134 are respectively disposed at positions close to two ends of the Y-axis sliding rod 2122.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the third limiting structure 2133 includes a third micro switch and a third collision sheet, and a third collision portion 21212 is disposed at a position of the Y-axis moving component 2121 corresponding to the third micro switch; the fourth limiting structure 2134 comprises a fourth microswitch 21341 and a fourth collision sheet 21342, and a fourth collision part 21213 is arranged at the position of the Y-axis moving part 2121 corresponding to the fourth microswitch 21341; the third and fourth collision portions 21212 and 21213 protrude the two moving parts to sense the third or fourth collision piece 21342 in advance to prevent the Y-axis moving part 2121 from moving excessively. When the third collision portion 21212 contacts the third collision piece or the fourth collision portion 21213 contacts the fourth collision piece 21342, the Y-axis moving element 2121 changes the moving direction or stops moving.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a control method of a clothes folding machine, wherein the clothes rack conveying unit comprises a clamping claw, and the control method is used for controlling the clamping claw to move to a fixed position, clamping and conveying clothes racks hung on the fixed position to the clothes folding unit. The clamping jaws are controlled to directly move to the fixed positions, so that the moving efficiency of the clamping jaws on the hanging rod can be improved, meanwhile, the clothes hangers on the fixed positions are only sensed, the sensing efficiency of the clothes hangers is also improved, and the working efficiency of the whole clothes folding machine is improved.
Further, whether the clothes hanger is hung on the fixing position is detected, and if the clothes hanger is detected, the clamping claw is controlled to move to the fixing position where the clothes hanger is hung, so that the clothes hanger is clamped and conveyed to the clothes folding unit. Whether the clothes hanger is hung on the fixing position or not is sensed by arranging the clothes hanger sensing device on the hanging rod.
Further, the clamping jaws are controlled to sequentially move to the fixing positions of the hanging rods, whether the clothes hangers are hung on the fixing positions is detected, and if the clothes hangers are detected, the clothes hangers are clamped and conveyed to the clothes folding unit; the clamping jaws can be arranged to move to the fixed positions on the hanging rods in sequence from one end of the hanging rod close to the clothes folding unit, the clothes hangers on the fixed positions are detected after each clothes hanger moves to one fixed position, if the fixed positions are detected, the clothes hangers are clamped and conveyed to the clothes folding unit, and then the clothes hangers are moved to the next fixed position continuously and are detected. The gripper jaw may also be arranged to move from the end of the peg remote from the clothes stacker unit, in the same manner as above. The hanger may be detected by providing sensing means, micro switches, sensors etc. on the hanger and/or the gripper.
Furthermore, the fixed position is provided with an electromagnet, the clothes hanger is provided with a permanent magnet or metal, when the clothes hanger is hung on the fixed position, the electromagnet is controlled to be electrified, and the clothes hanger is adsorbed on the fixed position; when the clamping claw moves to a fixed position where the clothes hanger is hung, the electromagnet is controlled to be powered off, at the moment, the adsorption force between the clothes hanger and the hanging rod is lost, and the clamping claw can easily clamp the clothes hanger and send the clothes hanger to the clothes folding unit.
Example 5
The structure of the clothes folding machine is basically the same as that of the clothes folding machine in embodiment 1, in order to prompt a user of the position where a clothes hanger can be hung on a hanging rod and prevent a plurality of clothes hangers from being hung on one fixed position, a clothes hanger detecting device and an indicator lamp for detecting the number of the clothes hangers are further arranged on the fixed position, and the indicator lamp can emit light in different colors. The control method comprises the following steps: and the change of the indicator lamps is controlled according to the number of the clothes hangers detected by the clothes hanger detection device.
Further, fold the quick-witted power of clothing and start, clothes hanger detection device detects the clothes hanger on the fixed position, if not detect clothes hanger, then the pilot lamp on the fixed position of control is bright, if detect clothes hanger, then further determine control indicator lamp and become the lamp or go out the lamp according to whether the clothes hanger number that detects is 1, when clothes hanger detection device detects the clothes hanger that hangs on the fixed position and is 1, then control indicator lamp goes out the lamp, when clothes hanger detection device detects that the clothes hanger number that hangs on the fixed position is greater than 1, then control indicator lamp becomes the lamp.
Further, when the number of the clothes hangers hung on the fixed position is detected to be more than 1, the indicator light is controlled to flicker.
Further, the clothes folding machine is further provided with an alarm device, and when the number of the clothes hangers hung on the fixed position is detected to be larger than 1, the alarm device is started to prompt a user to move out the clothes hangers exceeding the fixed position.
The specific control flow is shown in fig. 12:
s1: starting a power supply of the clothes folding machine;
s2, detecting whether the clothes hanger is hung on the fixed position or not by the clothes hanger on the fixed position;
s3, if the detection result is negative, the indicator light is controlled to be a green light, and the user is prompted to hang the clothes rack on the fixed position; if the detection result is yes, the process proceeds to S4;
s4: and further detecting the number of the hanging racks on the fixed positions, if the number of the hanging racks is 1, controlling the indicator lamps to be turned off, and if the number of the hanging racks is more than 1, controlling the indicator lamps to be red lamps and twinkle, and starting the alarm device.
Example 6
Another object of the present invention is to provide a control method for the clothes folding machine, wherein the hanging rods are located at different heights. The height of the hanging rod can be controlled by hand, the electric control can be adopted, and the intelligent induction control can be realized.
Specifically, the hanging rod is provided with a humidity sensor and/or a weight sensor, the humidity sensor can be arranged at the hanging end of each clothes hanger or arranged on the hanging rod for detecting the humidity value of clothes hung on the clothes hanger, and/or the weight sensor is arranged on the hanging rod for sensing the weight of the hanging objects on the hanging rod, and the humidity sensor is used for detecting whether the clothes on the hanging rod need to be aired or whether the clothes on the hanging rod reach the foldable humidity standard according to the detection value of the humidity sensor, so that the hanging rod is adjusted to a third gear height for folding the clothes and a second gear height for airing the clothes. And/or detecting whether the clothes are hung on the hanging rod according to the detection value of the weight sensor, and if not, adjusting the hanging rod to a first gear height which is convenient for a user to hang the clothes.
Further, after the user hangs the clothes on the hanging rod, the humidity sensor starts to detect the humidity value of the clothes, and when the humidity value on the guide rod detected by the humidity sensor is larger than the preset humidity value, the height of the hanging rod is adjusted to a second gear to air the clothes; when the humidity sensor detects that the humidity value of the hanging rod is smaller than the preset humidity, the height of the hanging rod is adjusted to the third gear to fold the clothes. The preset humidity value is the humidity value of the clothes when the clothes are dried.
And/or when the weight sensor detects that the weight of the guide rod is less than or equal to the preset weight, the preset weight is the weight of a single empty clothes rack, and if the weight on the hanging rod is less than the weight of the single empty clothes rack, the height of the guide rod is adjusted to the first gear position to facilitate the user to hang and take clothes.
Further, if the peg is including the guide bar of hanging the clothing and the pole of depositing of retrieving clothes hanger, the guide bar is liftable with depositing the pole and setting up, humidity transducer and/or weight sensor set up on the guide bar for detect the humidity value and/or the weight value of guide bar, adjust the height of guide bar according to the testing result.
Further, when the guide rod is at the first gear height for hanging clothes, the storage rod is controlled to be synchronously adjusted to the first gear height, so that a user can take down the clothes rack conveniently; when the guide rod is positioned at the third gear height of the folded clothes, the storage rod is controlled to be synchronously adjusted to the third gear height, so that the clothes hanger with clothes removed by the clamping jaws can be conveniently placed on the storage rod; when the guide rod is at a second gear for airing clothes, the guide rod is controlled to be adjusted to a third gear height or the guide rod is controlled to be synchronously adjusted to a second gear height, and the clamping claw moves back and forth on the storage rod to hang the clothes hanger with clothes removed on the storage rod.

Claims (10)
1. The clothes folding machine is characterized by comprising a folding unit, a clothes hanger conveying unit and a hanging rod, wherein the clothes hanger conveying unit conveys clothes hangers with clothes to the folding unit after being taken down from the hanging rod, and a plurality of fixing positions used for limiting the hanging positions of the clothes hangers are arranged on the hanging rod.

The clothes folding machine of claim 1, wherein the fixed positions are uniformly distributed at intervals along the hanging rod, the fixed positions are respectively provided with an attraction part/attracted part, the corresponding attracted part/attraction part is arranged at the hanging end of the clothes hanger, and the clothes hanger is positioned on the hanging rod through the mutual attraction of the attraction part and the attracted part;
preferably, the attracting portion is a permanent magnet, and the attracted portion is a permanent magnet having a polarity opposite to that of the attracting portion or a metal capable of being attracted by the attracting portion;
preferably, the hanging rod is provided with an indicator mark at a position corresponding to the fixing position, and when a user hangs the clothes hanger at the indicator mark, the clothes hanger is positioned on the hanging rod.
3. The clothes folding machine according to claim 1, wherein the fixing positions are uniformly distributed at intervals along the hanging rod, the fixing positions are respectively provided with limiting holes, and the clothes hangers are limited in the limiting holes;
preferably, the size of the limiting hole is larger than one time of the size of the hanging end of the clothes hanger and smaller than two times of the size of the hanging end of the clothes hanger.

The clothes folding machine of claim 3, wherein the clothes hanger conveying unit comprises a clamping claw and a moving mechanism, the clamping claw is horizontally arranged, the moving mechanism drives the clamping claw to move along the side part of the hanging rod, the clamping claw laterally extends into the limiting hole, and the clothes hanger with clothes is laterally taken down and then is conveyed to the clothes folding unit.

The clothes folding machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the moving mechanism comprises an X-direction moving mechanism for driving the clamping jaw to move horizontally along a direction parallel to the hanging rod, a Y-direction moving mechanism for driving the clamping jaw to move horizontally along a direction perpendicular to the hanging rod, and a Z-direction moving mechanism for driving the clamping jaw to move vertically, and the clamping jaw is matched with the X-direction moving mechanism, the Y-direction moving mechanism and the Z-direction moving mechanism to take the clothes hanger out of the limiting hole and send the clothes hanger to the clothes folding unit.

The clothes folding machine according to claim 1, wherein the fixed positions are uniformly distributed at intervals along the hanging rod, small upright posts are arranged on two sides of each fixed position to form intervals, and the clothes hangers are limited in the intervals of the adjacent small upright posts;
preferably, the width between two adjacent small columns is more than one time of the width of the hanging end of the clothes rack and less than two times of the width of the hanging end of the clothes rack.
7. A control method of a clothes folding machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the clothes rack conveying unit comprises a gripper jaw, and the control method is that the gripper jaw is controlled to move to a fixed position, and the clothes rack hung on the fixed position is clamped and conveyed to the clothes folding unit.

The method for controlling a clothes folding machine according to claim 8, characterized in that whether a clothes rack is hung on the fixed position is firstly detected, and if the clothes rack is detected, the clamping claw is controlled to move to the fixed position where the clothes rack is hung to clamp and convey the clothes rack to the clothes folding unit.

The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the grippers are controlled to move to the fixing position of the hanging rod in sequence, and then whether the clothes hanger is hung on the fixing position is detected, and if the clothes hanger is detected, the clothes hanger is clamped and conveyed to the clothes folding unit.
10. The control method of the clothes folding machine according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the fixed position is provided with an electromagnet, the clothes hanger is provided with a permanent magnet or metal, when the clothes hanger is hung on the fixed position, the electromagnet is controlled to be electrified, and the clothes hanger is adsorbed on the fixed position; when the clamping claw moves to a fixed position where the clothes hanger is hung, the electromagnet is controlled to be powered off, and the clamping claw clamps the clothes hanger and conveys the clothes hanger to the clothes folding unit.
