Abstract

In the clothes folding machine shown in fig. 1 and 2, the clothes identification unit 6 is provided, and the clothes identification unit 6 can be arranged on the clothes folding machine with the drying device and/or the sterilizing device, wherein the clothes identification unit 6 is arranged at the clothes inlet and can identify clothes hung on the hanging rod 31.
The clothes folding machine 1000 can also be provided with a humidity sensor which can sense the dryness and wetness degree of clothes, and the humidity sensor can be arranged on the clothes hanger 2 because the clothes are hung through the clothes hanger 2, and the clothes hanger 2 can feed back related data to the clothes folding machine.
The control method based on the clothes folding machine comprises the steps that the clothes folding machine dries and/or sterilizes the clothes on the clothes racks 2, the clothes are conveyed into the box body 1 by the clothes rack conveying mechanism 3 after the clothes are dried and/or sterilized, and the clothes are folded in the box body 1.
The clothes folding machine can only be provided with a drying device, the control method is to dry clothes on the clothes hanger and convey the clothes after the drying is finished, or only provided with a sterilizing device, the control method is to sterilize the clothes on the clothes hanger and convey the clothes after the sterilizing is finished. If the clothes folding machine is provided with the drying device and the sterilizing device at the same time, the control method is that the clothes are conveyed after the drying and the sterilizing of the clothes are finished.
Specifically, a humidity sensor detects the humidity of the clothes, the clothes folding machine judges whether the clothes need to be dried or not, and if the clothes need to be dried, the clothes folding machine matches corresponding drying parameters according to the clothes line identification result; the drying parameters comprise drying temperature and drying air volume, and drying time can be calculated.
The humidity sensor may be provided with a limit value below which the laundry is dry and can be folded without affecting the storage of the laundry, and above which the laundry is in a wet state and a drying process is required.
After the drying device is started, the humidity sensor can detect the water content of the clothes in real time in the drying process, when the humidity sensor detects that the water content of the clothes is smaller than a set value, the clothes are considered to be dried, and the drying device can be closed to stop drying.
The control method further comprises the steps that when the clothes folding machine is provided with the clothes identification unit 6, the clothes folding machine identifies clothes on the clothes hanger and judges whether the clothes can be disinfected and/or need to be disinfected. Whether the clothes can be disinfected or not can be judged by judging whether the clothes are aged or not because the materials of some clothes are irradiated by ultraviolet rays or contacted with ozone, for example, the clothes are made of rubber materials, and when the clothes which are not suitable for disinfection are arranged in the identification process, the clothes cannot be disinfected, so that a user can be reminded and the reason of the user can be informed. Whether the clothes need to be disinfected or not is that some clothes need to be disinfected when being worn next to the skin, and some jacket clothes do not need to be disinfected when being worn outside, so that a user can set the types of the clothes which need to be disinfected or not by himself.
And if the clothes can be sterilized and need to be sterilized, corresponding sterilization parameters are matched according to the information of the clothes, wherein the sterilization parameters comprise sterilization power and sterilization time.
Fig. 7 shows a control method of the clothes folding machine including both the drying device and the sterilizing device, in which the clothes recognition unit recognizes the clothes while the clothes are hung at the hanging bar. Whether the clothes can be disinfected and whether the clothes need to be disinfected are judged according to the identification result in the disinfection process, when the clothes can be disinfected and need to be disinfected, the clothes are disinfected according to the information of the clothes and the disinfection parameters, the disinfection can be set for a certain time, and the clothes automatically stop when the time is up. In the drying process, the dryness and wetness degrees of the clothes are required to be judged, the humidity sensor detects the dryness and wetness degrees of the clothes, if the clothes are dry, the clothes do not need to be dried, if the clothes are wet, the clothes are judged to need to be dried, the clothes are dried by matching drying parameters according to the clothes identification result until the water content of the clothes is lower than a certain limit value, and the limit can be set.
After the sterilizing process and the drying process have been completed, the laundry may be conveyed to the inside of the cabinet to be folded.

Claims (13)
1. A clothes folding machine is characterized in that: the clothes folding machine is provided with a drying device for drying clothes and a sterilizing device for sterilizing the clothes;
the clothes folding machine comprises a box body, wherein a folding unit is arranged in the box body, and the box body is provided with a clothes inlet; the clothes folding machine further comprises a clothes hanger, a hanging rod is arranged at the clothes inlet and is positioned outside the box body, and the hanging rod is used for hanging the clothes hanger; a humidity sensor is arranged on the clothes folding machine or the clothes rack and used for sensing the dryness and wetness degree of the clothes;
the clothes inlet is also provided with a clothes identification unit which can identify clothes hung on the hanging rod and acquire clothes information;
the humidity sensor detects the humidity of the clothes, and the clothes folding machine judges whether the clothes need to be dried or not; if the clothes need to be dried, the clothes folding machine matches the drying parameters according to the clothes identification result to dry the clothes;
the clothes folding machine identifies the clothes on the clothes rack through the clothes identification unit and judges whether the clothes can be disinfected and/or needs to be disinfected; if the clothes can be disinfected and need to be disinfected, matching disinfection parameters according to the clothes information;
the clothes folding machine further identifies the clothes through the clothes identification unit, and the folding parameters of the folding unit are matched through the obtained clothes information.
2. The garment pleating machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the drying device and/or the sterilizing device are/is arranged on the upper part of the hanging rod.

The clothes folding machine according to claim 2, characterized in that: the clothes folding machine further comprises a clothes hanger conveying mechanism, the clothes hanger conveying mechanism comprises a frame, the hanging rod is arranged on the lower portion of the clothes hanger conveying mechanism and fixedly connected with the frame, and the drying device and/or the sterilizing device are/is arranged on the frame of the clothes hanger conveying mechanism.
4. The garment pleating machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the drying device comprises a fan and a heating pipe.

The garment pleating machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the drying device further comprises a hot air conveying pipe, one or more air ports are arranged at the bottom of the hot air conveying pipe, and the air ports are uniformly distributed at the lower part of the hot air conveying pipe and correspond to the hanging rod.
6. The garment pleating machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the drying device is arranged on the frame of the clothes hanger conveying mechanism, and the fan and the heating pipe are arranged on one side, close to the box body, of the clothes hanger conveying mechanism.
7. The clothes folding machine according to claim 2, characterized in that: the sterilizing device comprises an ultraviolet lamp.
8. The garment pleating machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the ultraviolet lamps are arranged on the frame of the clothes hanger conveying mechanism at intervals and are positioned above the hanging rods.

A control method of a clothes folding machine is characterized by comprising the following steps: the clothes folding machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, the control method comprising: the humidity sensor detects the humidity of the clothes, the clothes folding machine judges whether the clothes need to be dried or not, and if the clothes need to be dried, the clothes folding machine matches corresponding drying parameters according to the clothes identification result;
the clothes folding machine identifies the clothes on the clothes rack and judges whether the clothes can be disinfected and/or needs to be disinfected; and if the clothes can be sterilized and need to be sterilized, corresponding sterilization parameters are matched according to the clothes information.
10. The control method of the clothes folding machine according to claim 9, characterized in that: after the clothes are dried and disinfected, the clothes are conveyed into the box body by the clothes hanger conveying mechanism.
11. The control method of the clothes folding machine according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that: the drying parameters comprise drying temperature and drying air volume.
12. The control method of the clothes folding machine according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that: and when the humidity sensor detects that the humidity of the clothes is less than a set value, the drying is stopped.
