Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum automatischen Übergeben von Bekleidungsstücken an Faltautomaten werden die an Armen von Transportbügeln hängenden und entlang einer Förderstrecke bewegten Bekleidungsstücke auf eine Arbeitsfläche das Faltautomaten aufgelegt. Danach werden die Transportbügel aus dem Bekleidungsstück transportiert und leer weitergefördert. Dabei werden die Arme des Transportbügels zum Transportieren aus einem Bekleidungsstück mit zumindestens einer Komponente in Richtung ihrer Längserstreckung bewegt und dabei aus dem Bekleidungsstück transportiert. Die Arme können dabei linear zum Beispiel auf einem Bogen bewegt werden. Sie können auch mittels eines Antriebes, vorzugsweise eines Zahnradantriebes zu der Transportbewegung angetrieben werden und zur Rückbewegung in ihre Ausgangsstellung in umgekehrter Richtung angetrieben werden. Die Arme werden zum Zwecke des Transportierens aus dem Bekleidungsstück in einer zumindestens annähernd vertikalen Ebene bewegt. Eine Anordnung zum automatischen Übergeben von Bekleidungsstücke an Faltautomaten besitzt eine Zuförderstrecke, die einen Transportbügel zu einer geneigten Arbeitsfläche des Faltautomaten fördert, und eine Vorrichtung zum Transportieren der Transportbügel aus den Bekleidungsstücken, die an den Armen des Transportbügels hängen. Die Arme des Transportbügels werden von einem Antrieb mit mindestens einer Komponente in Richtung ihrer Längserstreckung bewegt und dabei aus dem Bekleidungsstück herausgefahren. Auf einer Zuförderstrecke werden die mit Bekleidungsstücken behängten Transportbügel zugefördert. Auf einer Abförderstrecke werden die leeren Transportbügel abgefördert. Im Bereich der Arbeitsfläche befindet sich eine Zwischenförderstrecke zum Fördern der Arbeitsbügel, während die Arme aus den Bekleidungsstücken herausgezogen werden. Bei einer Rückstellbewegung werden die Transportbügel in die Ausgangsposition zurückgebracht. Die Tragarme sind in einem Gehäuse angeordnet. Das Gehäuse und/oder die Tragarme bestehen aus Kunststoff. Bei einem Transportbügel sind an den Armen Klemmvorrichtungen zur Befestigung einer Hose angebracht. Die Klemmvorrichtungen sind entlang der Arme verschieblich angeordnet.

The transport hangers covered with clothing are conveyed on a feed line. The empty transport brackets are removed on a discharge route. In the area of the work surface there is an intermediate conveyor section for conveying the work hanger while the arms are pulled out of the clothing. In the event of a return movement, the transport brackets are returned to the starting position. The support arms are arranged in a housing. The housing and / or the support arms are made of plastic. Clamping devices for attaching trousers are attached to the arms of a transport bracket. The clamps are slidably disposed along the arms.
