The moving member 141 is disposed inside a housing 143, and the housing 143 is provided with an opening for allowing a portion of the moving member to protrude, and the opening of the housing limits the moving range of the moving member. The trigger mechanism is fixedly connected to the body of the clothes folding machine by a connecting portion 147, and the housing 143 is fixedly connected to the connecting portion 147.
The triggering mechanism is provided with an avoiding structure used for avoiding clothes when the clothes rack is triggered. The side wall of the shell close to one side of the clothes rack inclines towards the direction far away from the clothes rack to form an avoiding structure for avoiding clothes. The driving part is fixed at the bottom of the shell and is positioned at one end far away from the clothes rack; the driving part is a motor with a motor shaft, the motor shaft can rotate forwards and backwards, one end of the moving part is connected with the motor shaft and moves along with the motor shaft, and the other end of the moving part is provided with a flat structure and is used for being in contact with the folding switch.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a transmission member is disposed between the motor shaft and the moving member for transmitting the driving force of the motor shaft to the moving member; the transmission component comprises a wheel body 145 and a connecting rod 144, the motor shaft is fixedly connected with the center of the wheel body 145, one end of the connecting rod 144 is connected with the eccentric position of the wheel body 145, the other end of the connecting rod 145 is connected with the force bearing part of the moving component 141, a fixed shaft is arranged between the force application part and the force bearing part of the moving component, and the moving component can rotate along the fixed shaft. The formed transmission structure is a crank connecting rod mechanism.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the trigger mechanism is further provided with a fixing device 146, and the fixing device 146 is used for fixing the clothes hanger 31 when the clothes hanger 31 is conveyed to the trigger mechanism, because the clothes hanger 31 needs to bear the acting force of the moving part 141, the trigger mechanism can only exert the acting force on the folding switch, and the whole clothes hanger 31 is not pushed away from the trigger position. The moving member 141 also needs to be aligned with the folding switch, so as to ensure that the moving member 141 can accurately apply an acting force to the position of the folding switch when moving, and thus, an ineffective action is not generated.
The fixing device 146 is provided with a receiving groove which can restrict the horizontal movement of the hanger 31 when the hanger 31 is placed in the receiving groove. The fixing device 146 can restrict both the horizontal movement of the hanger 31 (except for the direction in which the hanger enters) and the up-and-down movement of the hanger 31. The hanger 31 has a hanging portion and a body portion, and the receiving groove is used for the hanging portion to be put in and stopped above the body portion, so that the hanger 31 is limited to move upwards when the moving part 141 applies force. The fixing frame comprises an accommodating groove with a left side wall and a right side wall, and the accommodating groove can limit the horizontal movement of the clothes hanger.
The fixing device can also be realized by magnetic attraction, the clothes hanger is provided with an attracted part which can be attracted by magnetic force, the trigger mechanism is provided with an attraction part which can generate magnetic force, the attracted part corresponds to the attraction part, and the clothes folding machine can control the generation and the disappearance of the magnetic force of the attraction part.
The above description is given by exemplifying that the folding switch of the clothes hanger receives upward acting force to realize triggering, the folding switch of the clothes hanger can also be arranged at other positions to receive acting force in other directions, and the arrangement positions and directions of the moving component, the transmission component and the like also need to be correspondingly adjusted to realize triggering of the folding switch.
The control method of the clothes folding machine can be that when the clothes hanger is conveyed to the trigger mechanism, the clothes folding machine drives the trigger mechanism to trigger the folding switch.
The trigger mechanism is also provided with a fixing device, and the control method can be that after the clothes hanger is fixed by the fixing device, the clothes folding machine controls the motor to be started, the motor shaft drives the moving part to rotate, and the force application end of the moving part moves to press the folding switch of the clothes hanger so as to fold the clothes hanger; when the clothes hanger is folded, the clothes folding machine controls the motor to rotate reversely, the motor shaft drives the moving part to rotate reversely, and the force application end of the moving part is separated from the clothes hanger.
When the trigger mechanism is provided with a transmission component, the control method comprises the following steps: when the clothes hanger is fixed by the fixing device, the clothes folding machine controls the motor to be started, the motor shaft drives the wheels to rotate, the connecting rod moves along with the wheels to drive the moving component to rotate along the fixed shaft, and the force application end of the moving component moves to press the folding switch of the clothes hanger so as to fold the clothes hanger; when the clothes hanger is folded, the clothes folding machine controls the motor to rotate reversely, the motor shaft drives the driving wheels to rotate reversely, the connecting rod moves along with the wheels to drive the moving component to rotate along the fixed shaft, and the force application end of the moving component moves to be separated from the clothes hanger; the above operation is repeated after the next time the hanger is fixed by the fixing means.
In addition, the control method also comprises the step that how the clothes folding machine judges whether the clothes rack is triggered or not, and when the clothes supporting arm of the clothes rack is not folded, the clothes folding machine drives the trigger mechanism again to trigger the folding switch; the clothes folding machine comprises a clothes conveying device used for clamping and moving clothes on the clothes hanger, when the clothes conveying device cannot move after clamping the clothes on the clothes hanger, the clothes folding machine judges that the clothes supporting arm is not folded, and the clothes folding machine drives the trigger mechanism again to trigger the folding switch.
In order to confirm the timing when the moving part 141 of the trigger mechanism starts to move, the clothes folding machine may be provided with a sensor for determining whether the hanger 31 reaches the trigger mechanism and is restrained at the fixing device 146. The sensor may be a sensor that senses the distance between the hanger 31 and the trigger mechanism. When the distance is smaller than the set value, it can be determined that the hanger 31 reaches the set position, and the motor can rotate to make the moving member 141 apply an acting force to the folding switch, thereby releasing the clothes.
The control method of the clothes folding machine is that when the clothes hanger 31 reaches the trigger mechanism, the clothes folding machine starts the driving part 142, and drives the moving part 141 to exert an acting force on the folding switch to fold the clothes supporting arm. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the folding unit 1 includes a horizontally disposed folding platform, the folding platform is provided with a folding flap for turning over the clothes, the folding platform of the clothes folding machine of the present invention is further provided with a falling flap, the falling flap can be turned over downward, so that an opening is formed on the folding platform, and the folded clothes can directly fall from the opening, the clothes folding machine of the present invention is provided with a storage unit 2 at the lower part of the folding unit 1, the folding unit 1 and the storage unit 2 can be communicated through the opening, and the clothes can directly fall from the opening into the storage unit 2 for storage.
The folding platform structure is shown in the figure, the folding turning plate at least comprises two clothes turning plates 1211 and a clothes body turning plate 1212, the clothes turning plates 1211 are located on two sides of the folding platform and used for arranging clothes in the width direction, and the clothes body turning plate 1212 can turn the clothes in the length direction and enables the finally folded clothes to be located at the falling turning plate.
The clothing side turning plates 1211 are oppositely arranged on two sides of the folding platform, the clothing side turning plates 1211 are turned towards the middle and are used for folding two sides of clothing, the clothing body turning plate 1212 and the falling turning plate are arranged between the two clothing side turning plates 1211, the clothing body turning plate 1212 and the falling turning plate are identical in width and aligned, the clothing body turning plate 1212 can be turned towards the falling turning plate, and the clothing side turning plate 1211, the clothing body turning plate 1212 and the falling turning plate are integrally arranged in a rectangular shape.
As shown in fig. 8, the garment side flap 1211 of the folding flap has a further embodiment, the garment side flap 1211 comprising an upper half 12111 and a lower half 12112, the upper half 12111 being arranged in alignment with the body flap 1212 and the lower half 12112 being arranged in alignment with the falling flap. The advantage of setting up like this is, can turn over the clothing according to the corresponding folding board of turning over of the specific size control of clothing, has avoided the unnecessary action of turning over a book.
The folding turning plate further comprises a clothes tail turning plate 1213, the clothes tail turning plate 1213 is arranged on one side of the folding platform to fold the bottom of clothes, and the clothes tail turning plate 1213, the clothes side turning plate 1211, the clothes body turning plate 1212 and the falling turning plate are integrally arranged in a rectangular shape. The tail flap 1213 can tidy the lower part of the overlong clothes, so that the clothes are completely dropped on the upper surface of the folding platform, and other folding flaps can fold the clothes conveniently.
After the folding of the clothes is completed, the clothes enter the storage unit 2 through an opening formed by an opened falling flap, the falling flap comprises a first flap 1221 and a second flap 1222 which are arranged oppositely, and the first flap 1221 and the second flap 1222 are folded from the middle to the lower part to form an opening on the folding platform, so that the clothes can fall.
Because different clothes have different coverage areas after being tiled, the clothes folding machine can be provided with a clothes identification unit for identifying the size of the clothes, and can be provided with a sensing device arranged on the folding turning plate, so that the coverage area of the clothes is obtained, and the action of the folding turning plate is guided.
The control method of the clothes folding machine can be that after the clothes are flatly laid on the folding platform, the clothes folding machine controls the folding turning plates to turn over in sequence, and when the clothes body turning plate 1212 turns the clothes over to the falling turning plate, the clothes folding machine controls the falling turning plate to be opened to enable the clothes to fall.
Specifically, when the clothes folding machine recognizes that the clothes exceed the set length, the tail flap 1213 turns the lower part of the clothes inward, and when the clothes do not exceed the set length, the tail flap 1213 does not act; when the clothes folding machine recognizes that the clothes exceed the set width, the upper half plate 12111 and the lower half plate 12112 are folded inward at the same time, the two clothes side turning plates 1211 are folded at the same time or are successively folded, and when the clothes do not exceed the set width, the clothes side turning plates 1211 do not operate.
The clothes folding machine can respectively control the folding of the upper half plate 12111 and the lower half plate 12112 according to the spreading state of clothes, and preferably, the falling turning plate is folded downwards, and simultaneously the lower turning plate is folded inwards to assist the clothes to fall.
Before the clothes are treated by folding over the folding flap, the clothes may be uneven on the folding platform or the sleeves fall outside the folding platform, requiring further finishing. A movable part 141 is provided on the folding platform to assist the laundry laying process.
As shown in fig. 7, the movable member includes a moving bar 131 for folding the sleeves on the folding platform, the moving bar 131 is disposed at two sides of the folding platform corresponding to the positions of the sleeves, the moving bar 131 is provided with a moving bar driving device 1311 for driving the moving bar 131 to horizontally move toward the inside of the folding platform, after the clothes is placed on the folding platform, the sleeves are separated from the main body of the clothes, the sleeves fall on the upper portion of the moving bar 131 during the process of spreading the clothes, and the sleeves can be folded during the process of horizontally moving the moving bar 131 toward the middle. The travel bar 131 also has a travel rail 1312, and the travel bar driving device 1311 can drive the travel bar 131 to move horizontally along the travel rail 1312.
The moving rod driving device 1311 further includes a lifting mechanism capable of driving the moving rod 131 to move up and down to adjust the distance between the moving rod and the folding platform. Since the clothes may have different thicknesses or the sleeves may be folded several times to be placed on the upper surface of the folding platform, it is preferable that the movable rod 131 is provided with a lifting mechanism to adjust the height of the sleeves and the main body of the clothes, so as to cope with different clothes.
The moving rod 131 is provided with a sensor for detecting whether the moving rod 131 is covered with clothes, or the clothes folding machine is provided with an image acquisition unit for judging whether sleeves fall over the moving rod 131, and when the sensor or the image acquisition unit judges that clothes are covered over the moving rod 131, the clothes folding machine can control the moving rod 131 to move, so that the clothes can be driven to the folding platform.
In order to prevent the laundry from moving along with the moving bar 131 during the process of folding the laundry by the moving bar 131, a device for fixing a specific portion of the laundry is required to prevent the main body of the laundry from moving along with the moving bar 131. As shown in fig. 5, the movable part further comprises a fixing lever 132 for fixing the laundry to the folding platform, the fixing lever 132 being movable to the upper surface of the folding platform to press the laundry against the middle folding platform for fixing; the two fixing parts are symmetrically arranged and are arranged on one side of the folding platform for placing the collar and used for pressing the boundary between the sleeves and the clothes main body.
When the fixing rod 132 does not need to fix the clothes, the fixing rod 132 rotates to one side of the folding platform, so that the folding of the folding turnover plate is not hindered, when the fixing rod 132 needs to assist the moving rod 131 to fold the sleeves, the fixing rod 132 rotates towards the folding platform and presses the upper parts of the clothes, the moving rod 131 is located at the lower parts of the clothes, the moving rod 131 is higher than the fixing rod 132, and the moving rod 131 can move at the upper parts of the fixing rod 132, so that the sleeve parts are driven to be folded towards the inside of the folding platform. After the movable rod 131 is turned over, the fixed rod 132 rotates to the original position to release the fixation of the clothes, and the folding flap can further fold the clothes.
In order to make the clothes more flat, the folding unit 1 may further be provided with a fan, the fan flattens the clothes by blowing air to the clothes, and the fan may be provided with a plurality of air outlets for blowing air to different parts of the clothes, such as an air outlet for blowing air to flatten a main body part of the clothes, and an air outlet for blowing air to flatten a sleeve part of the clothes; or the fan is provided with a movable air outlet for generating different wind directions, and the air outlet can rotate, so that clothes can be tidied in multiple directions, and more complex clothes states can be dealt with.
The control method of the clothes folding machine can be summarized as that the clothes folding machine drives the movable component to lay the clothes flat after the clothes are placed on the folding platform, and then the clothes are folded.
Specifically, the clothes folding machine determines whether sleeves are dropped on the moving rod 131 through a sensor or an acquired image, and when the sleeves are dropped on the moving rod 131, the clothes folding machine fixes the clothes and drives the moving rod 131 to move towards the inside of the folding platform to fold the sleeves onto the folding platform.
Specifically, before the clothes folding machine drives the movable rod 131 to move, the fixed rod 132 is controlled to rotate to the boundary between the sleeves and the clothes body and tightly press the boundary, and after the clothes are fixed, the movable rod 131 is driven to fold the sleeves; preferably, when the sleeves are long, the clothes folding machine controls the cross rod to repeatedly move towards the middle part to realize the multiple turnover of the sleeves until the sleeves are all placed on the folding platform; when the clothes folding machine is provided with the fan, the clothes folding machine drives the fan to blow and flatten the main body part of the clothes after the fixed rod 132 fixes the clothes, and drives the movable rod 131 to turn over the sleeves after blowing is finished.
As shown in fig. 9, besides the folding platform and the clothes conveying device, the folding unit 1 may further be provided with a clothes collecting assembly, the clothes collecting assembly is disposed on one side of the folding platform, that is, one side of the clothes entering the folding platform, and the clothes collecting assembly can collect two sides of the clothes, so as to prevent the edges of the clothes from falling outside the folding platform during the process of conveying and flatly laying the clothes by the clothes conveying device. The above arrangement may be used alternatively to the arrangement of the moving bar.
The clothes conveying device drives clothes to move from one side provided with the clothes folding component to one side far away from the clothes folding component, the clothes folding component is a horizontally arranged folding side plate 133, and the folding side plate 133 is provided with inclined sides or sunken sides for folding the sides of the clothes in the moving process of the clothes. The two furling side plates 133 are symmetrically arranged, and the inclined sides are oppositely arranged to form a furling area with a concave middle part, and the inclined sides are in contact with two sides of the clothes and furl the two sides of the clothes in the moving process of the clothes. As shown in fig. 7, the foldable side plate 133 is a right triangle, and two hypotenuses of the right triangle are disposed opposite to each other.
The clothes folding machine is further provided with a clothes guide plate 134, and the clothes guide plate 134 is arranged between the two folding side plates 133 and is used for flattening the middle of clothes; the edge of the laundry guide plate 134 contacting the laundry is in an arc shape that is outwardly convex. The folding platform is provided with a folding turnover plate and a falling turnover plate, the two sides of the folding platform are provided with sleeve turnover plates, and the two sides of the clothes are put on the sleeve turnover plates after being furled; preferably, the distance between the far ends of the inclined sides of the two furling side plates 133 is slightly wider than that of the folding platform, so that the two sides of the clothes can be furled better.
Because wrinkles may be generated on two sides of clothes or sleeve parts in a furled state, the clothes folding machine can identify the wrinkle condition of the clothes on the folding platform by arranging an image identification device, and meanwhile, the folding unit 1 is provided with a manipulator which adjusts the clothes according to the wrinkle condition of the clothes; the manipulator is arranged on the clothes conveying device and used for clamping clothes during conveying the clothes and tidying the clothes after the clothes are placed.
The control method for the clothes flatting process can control the clothes conveying device to drive the clothes to be in contact with the clothes gathering component in the moving process for the clothes folding machine, and flatly lay the clothes on the folding platform.
Further, the clothes folding machine controls the clothes conveying device to clamp the clothes so that the main part of the clothes hangs down on the edge of the clothes guide plate 134, and after the two sides of the clothes hang down on the inclined side edges of the folding side plates 133, controls the clothes conveying device to drive the clothes to horizontally move so that the main part of the clothes is unfolded by the clothes guide plate 134 and the two sides of the clothes are folded by the folding side plates 133.
When the clothes folding machine is provided with the image recognition device, the clothes folding machine obtains the state of clothes flatly laid on the folding platform through the image recognition device and controls the manipulator to arrange the uneven positions of the clothes; the two manipulators are matched to operate, and the two manipulators stretch and arrange the uneven positions through relative movement.
Fig. 10 and 11 show the interior of the storage unit 2 of the clothes folding machine. The storage unit 2 is arranged at the lower part of the folding unit 1 and is used for receiving clothes dropped by the folding unit 1, and a movable clothes carrying platform 21 is arranged in the storage unit 2.
The clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a telescopic supporting structure, and the height of the clothes carrying platform 21 is adjusted by the telescopic supporting structure; the support structure is arranged at the bottom of the loading platform 21. The telescopic support structure can be as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the support structure comprises two crossed support rods 221 forming an X-shaped structure, the middle parts of the support rods 221 are connected through fixed shafts and can rotate relatively, and the support structure comprises two sets of X-shaped mechanisms which are symmetrically arranged, so that a stable and telescopic support structure is formed.
The support rods 221 have a fixed end and a movable end so as to realize the relative rotation between the two support rods 221, thereby forming the loading platforms 21 with different heights. The supporting structure further comprises an upper slide rail 222 and a lower slide rail 223, one end of one supporting rod 221 in the X-shaped structure moves along the upper slide rail 222, one end of the other supporting rod 221 moves along the lower slide rail 223, and the clothes carrying platform 21 is arranged at different heights in the sliding process of the top supporting rod 221 of the supporting structure.
The supporting structure is provided with a motor for controlling the supporting rod 221 to move, one end of the supporting rod 221 is fixedly connected with a transmission piece, the motor drives the supporting rod 221 to move through the transmission piece, preferably, the transmission piece is a lead screw 225 consisting of a screw rod and a nut, the nut is fixedly connected with the supporting rod 221, the lead screw 225 rotates along with the motor, and the nut is sleeved on the screw rod and horizontally moves along with the rotation of the screw rod.
When the supporting structure is not driven by the motor, an elastic mechanism may be further provided, and an elastic mechanism is sleeved on the upper sliding rail 222 or the lower sliding rail 223, wherein one end of the elastic mechanism is fixed, and the other end of the elastic mechanism abuts against the moving end of the supporting rod 221. When the clothes are placed on the clothes loading platform 21, the support rod 221 can move along the slide rail under the action of the downward pressing force, one end of the support rod 221 compresses the elastic mechanism under the action of the gravity of the clothes, and after the clothes are taken away, the action force is applied to the support rod 221 under the action of the restoring force of the elastic mechanism, so that the clothes loading platform 21 restores to the original height.
The loading platform 21 can move up and down, and can move up and down according to the amount of the clothes. The clothes carrying platform 21 can be closer to the opening of the folding unit 1 for dropping clothes, and can gradually move downwards when more clothes are accumulated, so that more space is made for the clothes to be dropped.
The receiving unit 2 may be provided with a sensor for determining the amount of the laundry platform 21; the clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a weight sensor, the weight sensor can feed back the weight on the clothes carrying platform 21 in real time, and the clothes folding machine controls the motor according to the weight of clothes. The accommodating unit 2 is provided with a light sensor which can measure the height of the uppermost clothes of the clothes carrying platform 21, so that the amount of the clothes can be obtained, and the driving of the motor can be controlled.
The control method of the above-described clothes stacker is such that the height of the loading platform 21 is adjusted by the clothes stacker according to the amount of the laundry dropped from the folding unit 1 onto the loading platform 21. Specifically, the sensor acquires the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21, the clothes folding machine controls the motor to drive the clothes carrying platform 21 to descend to the lowest position according to the gradual increase of the amount of the clothes, when the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 reaches a set value or the clothes carrying platform 21 descends to the lowest position, the clothes folding machine reminds a user to take out the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21, and when the sensor acquires that the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 is an initial value, the motor is controlled to drive the clothes carrying platform 21 to recover to the highest position.
When the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 reaches the set value, the clothes folding machine controls the folding unit 1 not to drop the clothes to the clothes carrying platform 21 any more, and when the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 returns to the initial value, the clothes folding machine controls the folding unit 1 to recover the dropped clothes.
As shown in fig. 11, the clothing platform 21 on the storage unit 2 can also move horizontally. The clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a driving device for driving the clothes carrying platform 21 to move horizontally, the storage unit 2 is arranged in a cavity, the cavity is provided with a clothes outlet, and the clothes carrying platform 21 can move horizontally to the clothes outlet for a user to take clothes, or the storage platform can move horizontally in the cavity.
The clothes carrying platform 21 has a certain accommodating amount for accommodating folded clothes, when the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 reach the upper limit of the accommodating amount, the clothes folding machine should remind a user to take the clothes, a shell is arranged outside the clothes folding machine, and the clothes carrying platform 21 of the storage unit 2 is also arranged inside a cavity formed by the shell, so that the clothes carrying platform 21 can be popped out from a clothes outlet in order to take the clothes out from the clothes carrying platform 21, and the folded clothes can be taken out conveniently.
In addition, the size of the clothes carrying platform 21 can be only the same as the size of the opening of the folding platform for receiving clothes, the size of the clothes carrying platform 21 can also be larger than the opening, and the subareas arranged on the clothes carrying platform 21 can align different areas with the opening position through horizontal movement, so that the functions of the subareas are realized.
Carry clothing platform 21's horizontal migration to realize through drive arrangement's drive, drive arrangement includes motor and drive disk assembly, and drive disk assembly transmits the drive power of motor to carry clothing platform 21, as shown in fig. 11, drive disk assembly is live-rollers and belt 232, motor and live-rollers fixed connection, carry clothing platform 21 bottom to fix on belt 232, when carrying clothing platform 21 needs to remove, motor drive live-rollers rotates, and the cover is established and is removed along with belt 232 on the live-rollers, carries clothing platform 21 bottom to fix the specific position at belt 232, and when the upper surface of belt 232 removed, carries clothing platform 21 to remove along with belt 232.
The driving device moves according to the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21, and when the amount of the clothes reaches a limit value, the driving device drives the clothes carrying platform 21 to pop up for a user to take the clothes.
When the size of the clothes carrying platform 21 is consistent with the size of the clothes falling opening of the folding unit 1, and when the clothes carrying platform 21 is full of clothes and moves horizontally for a user to take out the clothes, the folding unit 1 cannot continue to fall the clothes due to the fact that the clothes carrying platform 21 is far away from the position of the clothes falling opening, and therefore the folding unit 1 can continue to fold the clothes, but cannot open the falling turnover plate to enable the clothes to enter the storage unit 2.
The loading platform 21 can therefore also be provided with a standby area which temporarily receives the dropped garments after the usual area has been ejected, so as to be able to guarantee the continuous operation of the folding unit 1 without affecting the efficiency of the operation. The loading platform 21 includes at least a first placing area and a second placing area for receiving the laundry dropped by the folding unit 1 when the first placing area is full of laundry or the first placing area moves to a laundry outlet.
Since the clothes folding machine is suitable for home use, various kinds of clothes folded in home life are provided, and a user is more inclined to store the clothes in classification according to the types of the clothes, so that the clothes can be separately placed according to the types of the clothes when the storage unit 2 receives the dropped clothes.
The clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a plurality of placing areas corresponding to the types of clothes, the clothes carrying platform 21 can be horizontally moved to enable different placing areas to be aligned with the positions of the clothes dropped by the folding unit 1, correspondingly, the clothes folding machine is provided with a clothes identifying unit for identifying the types of the clothes, and the clothes identifying unit should complete identification before the clothes are dropped, so that the corresponding area of the clothes carrying platform 21 can be driven to move to the lower part of the clothes dropping opening to receive the type of the clothes.
The loading platform 21 may include a vertical telescopic movement and a horizontal movement mechanism, and both may have different driving devices for driving and different triggering conditions.
The control method of the clothes folding machine may include that when the amount of the clothes placed on the clothes loading platform 21 reaches a set value, the clothes folding machine controls the clothes loading platform 21 to horizontally move to the clothes outlet for a user to take out the clothes.
Specifically, the clothes folding machine controls the movement of the storage platform by acquiring the weight and/or height of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21; further, when any value of the weight of the clothes or the height of the clothes on the storage platform exceeds a set value, the clothes folding machine controls the driving device of the storage platform to enable the storage platform to drive the clothes to move to the clothes outlet.
When the clothes carrying platform 21 has a common area and a standby area, namely a first placing area and a second placing area, the sensors can respectively detect the amount of clothes in the first placing area and the second placing area, and when the amount of clothes in the first placing area reaches a set value, the clothes folding machine controls the first placing area to move to a clothes outlet and controls the second placing area to move to a clothes falling position to continuously receive the clothes falling from the folding unit 1.
When the clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a plurality of areas partitioned according to the types of clothes, the clothes identification unit of the clothes folding machine identifies the clothes to be dropped to determine the types of the clothes, and the clothes folding machine drives the corresponding placing areas to horizontally move to the falling positions of the clothes according to the types of the clothes.
