The folding platform is provided with a first sensor 51 provided at the laundry entrance end and a second sensor 52 provided at a distance X1 from the first sensor in the laundry entrance direction, X1-L1-L2.
The length of the X1 can be regarded as the length of the clothes body turning plate and the dropping plate, the first sensor and the second sensor are arranged for judging the comparison between the length X of the clothes and the total length of the clothes body turning plate and the dropping plate, when the length of the clothes is less than X1, the clothes are laid in the length direction and only cover the clothes body turning plate and the dropping plate but not the clothes tail turning plate after the clothes are conveyed to the end point of the clothes, and when the clothes are short, the clothes tail turning plate can be folded without action.
In order to ensure that the laundry is accurately delivered to the laundry ending point, the third sensor 53 is provided at the laundry ending point, and since the first sensor is provided at the laundry entrance end and the third sensor is provided at the laundry ending point, the distance between the third sensor and the first sensor in the laundry path direction is L1.
After the main control system judges that the length X of the clothes is larger than X1, the clothes tail turning plate can be directly controlled to turn over the tail of the clothes, so that the clothes are located on the falling plate.
In order to solve this problem, a fourth sensor 54 is further provided on the folding platform, which is disposed at a distance of X2 from the first sensor in the laundry entering direction, (L1-L2) < X2 < L1.
The length between the fourth sensor 54 and the first sensor 51 is the length of the laundry when the laundry only partially covers the tail flap, and different treatments are required for the laundry when the laundry length X can only partially cover the tail flap.
Preferably, the distance X2 between the first sensor 51 and the fourth sensor 54 is L1-L2/2; the length of the clothes covered by the general tail turning plate is used as a boundary, different treatments are carried out when the tail turning plate covered by a small half is covered, and the length of the clothes covered by a large half can be the same as the length of the clothes covered by the tail turning plate.
The clothes with the length X between X1 and X2, namely the clothes which only covers a small half of the tail turning plate when the clothes are conveyed to the clothes end point end, are processed in a way that the clothes are not conveyed to the clothes end point end to be folded, but the clothes are placed at a position where the clothes can cover the tail turning plate, so that the tail turning plate can fold the tail of the clothes at one time.
In another treatment mode, the clothes are continuously conveyed to a position beyond the end point of the clothes, so that the tail part of the clothes does not cover the tail turning plate any more, and the tail turning plate is not required to act. The folding platform is further provided with a fifth sensor 55, the fifth sensor 55 is arranged at a position away from the first sensor L1 along the clothes entering direction, and the fifth sensor 55 can detect whether the tail of the clothes completely breaks away from the clothes tail turning plate.
In this way, the position of the clothes can be detected by the sixth sensor 56, so that the clothes reach a position where the tail flap is not covered. As shown in fig. 4, the distance from the sixth sensor 56 to the junction of the drop plate and the tail flap 1213 is X2, so that when the laundry is fed to the sixth sensor, stopping, it is ensured that the laundry does not cover the tail flap.
After the sensor is arranged, the clothes folding machine has the following control method: the main control system judges the length of the clothes when the first sensor cannot sense the clothes.
The clothes move along the clothes entering direction, when the first sensor does not sense the clothes, the main control system judges whether the second sensor senses the clothes, and when the second sensor does not sense the clothes, the main control system judges that the length X of the clothes is less than X1; when the second sensor senses the laundry, it is judged that the laundry length X > X1.
When the length X of the clothes is less than X1, the main control system controls the clothes to stop moving when the third sensor senses the clothes, so that the edges of the clothes reach the end point of the clothes, and controls the first falling plate to turn over towards the middle of the folding platform.
When the length of the laundry X > X1, the length range of the laundry may be further judged by the feedback signal of the fourth sensor. The clothes move along the clothes entering direction, and when the first sensor does not sense the clothes, the main control system judges whether the second sensor senses the clothes or not; when the second sensor senses the clothes, further judging whether the fourth sensor senses the clothes;
when the fourth sensor does not sense the clothes, judging that the length of the clothes is more than X1 and less than X2;
when the fourth sensor senses the laundry, it is judged that the laundry length X > X2.
When the length of the clothes is X1-X2, the main control system controls the clothes to stop moving when the first sensor does not sense the clothes, and then controls the clothes tail turning plate and the clothes body turning plate to turn over in sequence;
when the length X of the clothes is larger than X2, the main control system controls the clothes to stop moving when the third sensor senses the clothes, so that the clothes move to the end point of the clothes when the third sensor senses the clothes, and then the clothes tail turning plate and the clothes body turning plate are controlled to turn over in sequence.
When the length of the clothes is X1 < X2, the main control system controls the clothes to stop moving when the fifth sensor does not sense the clothes, and then controls the turning plate of the clothes body to turn over;
when the length X of the clothes is larger than X2, the main control system controls the clothes to stop moving when the third sensor senses the clothes, so that the clothes move to the end point of the clothes, and then controls the clothes tail turning plate and the clothes body turning plate to turn over in sequence.
As shown in fig. 12, the main control system can obtain the relationship between the laundry length X and X1 after the first determination, and when X > X1, further determination is made to determine the relationship between the laundry length X and X2.
After the clothes are folded, the main control system controls the falling plate to move to form a clothes falling opening, and meanwhile, the clothes tail turning plate is turned over towards the clothes falling opening, so that the phenomenon that part of clothes fall on the clothes tail turning plate and cannot fall from the clothes falling opening after the clothes are turned over through the clothes body turning plate is avoided.
The clothes folding machine is provided with the folding chamber and the containing chamber, the containing chamber is convenient for a user to take the contained clothes out of the clothes folding machine, and the containing chamber can be provided with a push-pull device which can take the folded clothes out of the chamber so that the user can take the clothes out.
The clothes carrying device 21 is arranged at the position of the containing cavity corresponding to the clothes falling port of the folding cavity, and the containing cavity is provided with a movable push-pull device 24 for driving the clothes carrying device to move.
As shown in fig. 5-8, the lower part of the clothes carrying device is provided with a lifting device 22 for driving the clothes carrying device 21 to move up and down, when the folding unit is completely folded, the lifting device drives the clothes carrying device to ascend to a position close to a clothes falling port for containing clothes, and after one piece of clothes is completely folded, the lifting device drives the clothes carrying device to move down to reserve space for the next piece of folded clothes due to the fact that the clothes occupies a certain space. Since the size of the storage chamber is limited, when the load of the clothes on the clothes carrying device reaches an upper limit, the clothes need to be taken out of the chamber through the push-pull device.
Because the lifting mechanism is provided with the driving devices such as the motor, the lifting mechanism is fixed in the cavity and does not move along with the push-pull device, so that the stability of wiring at each part of the lifting mechanism can be ensured, and the parts of the wiring cannot be damaged in the moving process.
The push-pull device is provided with a limiting mechanism which can limit the movement of the clothes carrying device 21 so as to separate the clothes carrying device 21 from the lifting device 22. As shown in fig. 9, the push-pull device 24 has a bottom wall, the bottom wall has an escape opening 241 for escaping from the lifting device, the size of the escape opening is smaller than or equal to that of the clothing loading device, and the edge of the escape opening is used for limiting the clothing loading device.
The size relation between the avoiding opening and the clothes carrying device can be larger than that of the avoiding opening, and the clothes carrying device is placed on the bottom wall at the edge of the avoiding opening and separated from the lifting device. The size of the avoiding opening is equivalent to that of the clothes carrying device, and the clothes carrying device can be just embedded into the avoiding opening, so that the bottom wall of the push-pull device and the clothes carrying device form a whole clothes carrying surface.
The upper part of the avoiding opening is provided with a larger opening, the lower part of the avoiding opening is provided with a smaller opening, and the clothes carrying device can be embedded into the bottom wall of the push-pull device from the upper part of the avoiding opening; preferably, a step-shaped structure is arranged at the edge of the avoidance opening, and an inclined slope can be further adopted, so that the clothes carrying device can be sunk into the avoidance opening and cannot fall down.
A matching structure is arranged between the clothes carrying device 21 and the lifting device 22 to limit the horizontal relative movement of the clothes carrying device and the lifting device; the bottom of the clothes carrying device is in concave-convex fit with the upper surface of the lifting device, the lifting device can drive the clothes carrying device to move up and down within a certain range, and horizontal relative displacement does not exist between the bottom of the clothes carrying device and the upper surface of the lifting device.
In order to ensure that the matching between the clothes carrying device and the lifting device is more stable, a plurality of concave parts can be arranged on the clothes carrying device, and convex parts corresponding to the concave parts are arranged on the upper surface of the lifting device; similarly, the clothing loading device may be provided with a projection and the lifting device may be provided with a recess.
The clothes carrying device at least comprises two sunken parts, the upper surface of the lifting device is provided with a convex part 261 corresponding to the sunken parts, as shown in fig. 11, the convex part is gradually contracted from the upper surface of the lifting device 22 to form an inclined side surface, and the end part of the convex part is in smooth transition; the recess of the clothing loading device is a through hole 211 that passes through the clothing loading device 21, as shown in fig. 10. The convex part is provided with an inclined side surface, so that a certain guiding effect can be achieved when the clothes carrying device is combined with the lifting device again after being separated from the lifting device. Because the push-pull device needs to drive the clothes carrying device to horizontally displace, after the push-pull device and the clothes carrying device are reset, a certain position difference possibly exists between the clothes carrying device and the lifting device in the vertical direction, and the inclined structure of the protruding part can be more convenient for adjusting the position of the clothes carrying device in a small displacement range so as to ensure that the protruding part can be smoothly inserted into the through hole.
The push-pull device can be set to be of a drawer-shaped structure, a horizontal sliding rail is arranged on the inner wall of the containing cavity, and the push-pull device is provided with a driving device for driving the push-pull device to move along the sliding rail, so that the push-pull device can be automatically ejected out, and a user does not need to pull out the push-pull device manually.
As shown in fig. 8, the lifting device 22 includes two crossed support rods 221 to form an X-shaped structure, the middle portions of the support rods 221 are connected by a fixed shaft to be relatively rotatable, and the support structure includes two sets of X-shaped mechanisms symmetrically arranged to form a stable and telescopic support structure.
The support rods 221 have a fixed end and a movable end, so that the two support rods 221 can rotate relative to each other to lift. The lifting device 22 further includes an upper slide rail 222 and a lower slide rail 223, wherein one end of one support rod 221 of the X-shaped structure moves along the upper slide rail 222, and one end of the other support rod 221 moves along the lower slide rail 223.
The lifting device 22 is provided with a motor for controlling the movement of the supporting rod 221, one end of the supporting rod 221 is fixedly connected with a transmission part, the motor drives the supporting rod 221 to move through the transmission part, preferably, the transmission part is a screw rod composed of a screw rod and a nut, the nut is fixedly connected with the supporting rod 221, the screw rod rotates along with the motor, and the nut is sleeved on the screw rod and horizontally moves along with the rotation of the screw rod.
The control method of the clothes folding machine comprises the steps that the clothes folding machine controls the clothes carrying device to descend, and after the clothes carrying device is limited by the push-pull device and separated from the lifting device, the clothes folding machine displays or controls the state of the push-pull device.
After all the clothes in the clothes folding machine are folded, or when the clothes contained in the clothes carrying device reach the maximum containing amount, the clothes folding machine controls the lifting device to descend to the height at which the lifting device is completely separated from the clothes carrying device, and the clothes folding machine displays or controls the state of the push-pull device;
when the clothes carrying device needs to be separated from the lifting device, one is that the clothes carrying amount on the clothes carrying device reaches the upper limit, no space is reserved on the upper portion of the clothes carrying device for containing new clothes, and therefore a user needs to take the clothes away to receive the newly folded clothes, and the push-pull device and the clothes carrying device need to be popped out, and the other is that after all the clothes are folded by the clothes folding machine, no clothes fall on the clothes carrying device, and therefore the upper portion of the clothes carrying device possibly has space, but the clothes of the batch need to be taken out by the user due to the fact that the folding process is finished, and therefore when any one of the situations occurs, the lifting device and the clothes carrying device can be completely separated, and the user can independently pull out the push-pull device to take the clothes, or the push-pull device automatically pops out to be used for the user to take. After all the clothes in the clothes folding machine are folded, or when the clothes contained in the clothes carrying device reach the maximum containing amount, the clothes folding machine controls the lifting device to descend to the lowest height, and the lowest height can ensure that the convex part and the concave part are completely separated and cannot block the horizontal movement of the clothes carrying device.
In the working process of the clothes folding machine, the push-pull device is locked to prevent a user from mistakenly touching and pulling the push-pull device to cause dislocation of the clothes carrying device or damage to the lifting device.
In order to facilitate a user to check the state of the push-pull device, after the clothes folding machine unlocks the push-pull device, the clothes folding machine displays the state of the push-pull device through an indicator lamp or a display screen to remind the user to take clothes, or the clothes folding machine drives a driving device of the push-pull device to enable the push-pull device to pop up.
