The clothes folding mechanism and the clothes containing mechanism are mounted together, as shown in fig. 7, the clothes folding mechanism comprises a support frame 15, a first folding side plate 14, a second folding side plate 18 and a folding lower plate 19 which are movably mounted on the support frame 15, and a driving assembly 16, wherein the driving assembly 16 is connected with the lower surfaces of the first folding side plate 14, the second folding side plate 18 and the folding lower plate 19 and drives the first folding side plate 14, the second folding side plate 18 and the folding lower plate 19 to carry out folding movement; a thickness compensation plate 17 is arranged between the folding lower plate 19 and the supporting frame 15; the driving assembly 16 may be a driving assembly in the prior art, and preferably, the driving assembly 16 includes a rotating motor 27 fixed on the supporting frame, a third hinge rod 28 fixedly connected to an output end of the rotating motor 27, and a fourth hinge rod 29 hinged to the third hinge rod 28, and the other end of the fourth hinge rod 29 is hinged to a folding side plate of the clothes folding mechanism. The rotating motor 27 drives the third hinging rod 28 to rotate, and the fourth hinging rod 29 pushes the folding side plates inwards to fold or pulls the folding side plates outwards to open so as to fold the clothes.
The clothes storage mechanism comprises a clothes storage plate 20 arranged in the middle of the supporting frame 15 and a lifting assembly for driving the clothes storage plate 20 to move up and down.
The lifting assembly comprises a vertically arranged ratchet bar 23, a pawl 22 matched with the ratchet bar 23 and a storage plate bracket 21 rotatably connected with the pawl 22, as shown in fig. 8; the clothes storage plate 20 is fixedly connected with the storage plate bracket 21; the pawl 22 is internally provided with a cavity for placing a torque spring, and the other end of the torque spring is fixed on the storage plate bracket 21; the torsion spring provides a rotary restoring force for the pawl 22, so that the pawl 22 is clamped on the ratchet bar 23; the included angle between the pawl 22 and the storage plate bracket 21 is slightly smaller than 120 degrees, when the pressure from the folded lower plate is applied to F, the torsion spring is compressed, the angle is reduced, the pawl can continue to drop towards the lower teeth if the clothes are thicker from the upper teeth to the lower teeth when alpha reaches slightly more than 90 degrees, until the surface of the clothes is coplanar with the original plane, at the moment, the ready-made clothes plate is lowered to a proper height capable of storing the current clothes, and the next clothes can be folded.
The thickness compensation plate 17 comprises a plurality of flat plates hinged by springs, the width of the flat plates is narrow, the compensation plate is formed by connecting a plurality of plates with narrow widths by hinges and springs, and the compensation plate can be folded in a fitting way for thicker clothes or thinner clothes, as shown in fig. 9 and 10.
The device of the embodiment belongs to intelligent household machinery, and the clothes conveying mechanism, the clothes rack taking-out mechanism, the clothes folding mechanism and the clothes containing mechanism are organically matched, so that high degree of automation is realized, clothes can be conveyed independently, folded and contained, and manpower and material resources are saved; the device is suitable for a household environment, is intelligent and fully automatic, has small volume, can be folded, saves space, is low in price, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application; the clothes containing mechanism can realize the smooth stacking of clothes, and has simple structure and convenient use; the thickness compensation plate is designed on the clothes folding plate and the support frame bracket, so that the device can be suitable for clothes with different thicknesses, the application range is enlarged, and the folding quality is improved. In addition, the device of the embodiment can be also applied to the clothing industry, the automatic clothes stacking device is used, the processing rate of clothes can be improved, and along with the improvement of labor cost, the mechanical and automatic clothes treatment can save the production cost.

In this embodiment, the sprocket assembly 1 includes two driving wheels for driving the accessory plate chain 2 to rotate and two guiding wheels for enabling part of the accessory plate chain 2 to be in a horizontal position, wherein the installation height of one guiding wheel is level with the driving wheel positioned at the upper part, the installation height of the other guiding wheel is arranged between the two driving wheels, and the top of the guiding wheel is in rotational connection with the accessory plate chain 2; the driving wheel at the lower part is arranged above the clothes hanger taking-out mechanism. By rationally designing the positions of the drive wheels and the guide wheels, it can be achieved that the attachment plate link 2 can comprise a horizontal section and a downward sloping section.

The clothes hanger taking-out mechanism comprises a mounting bracket (30), a vertical guide rail (31) vertically arranged on the mounting bracket (30), a bottom plate (10) arranged on the mounting bracket (30), a hinge assembly arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate (10), a first pulling sliding block (11) connected to the bottom plate (10) in a sliding manner, an intermediate stop block (12) fixed to the bottom plate (10) and a clothes hanger stop block (13) fixed to the first pulling sliding block (11);
One end of the bottom plate (10) is connected to the vertical guide rail (31) in a sliding way through a second pulling sliding block (24), and the bottom plate (10) is hinged with the second pulling sliding block (24); one end of the hinge assembly is connected with the bottom plate (10), and the other end of the hinge assembly is connected with the mounting bracket (30);
