The dehumidifying mechanism 4 comprises a second frame body, a hollow box body 17 arranged on the second frame body, a reference plate 18 for covering an opening of the hollow box body 17, an air exhausting member for communicating with the hollow box body 17, and a plurality of perforations 211 arranged on the reference plate 18, wherein the perforations 211 penetrate through the reference plate 18 and are used for communicating with the hollow box body 17, the second driving member 12 drives the carrying seat 112 to enable the upper garment carried by the folding clothes hanger 1 to move to the reference plate 18, and the air exhausting member exhausts air to the hollow box body 17 to enable air flow to realize dehumidifying and shaping of the upper garment ironed by the ironing mechanism 3 through the perforations 211.
After the ironing mechanism 3 finishes ironing the coat, the first driving member drives the seat 111 to move the coat to the dehumidifying mechanism 4, then the second driving member 12 drives the carrying seat 112 to move the coat carried by the folding hanger 1, so that the coat moves to the reference plate 18, the air exhausting member exhausts the air to the air tank 17 to enable air to flow through the through holes 211, and automatic dehumidifying and shaping of the coat is realized by using flowing air flowing through the through holes 211.
The intelligent clothes ironing and collecting equipment further comprises a second sensor and a third sensor, wherein the second sensor is used for sensing the seat body 111 and triggering the control box to control the first driving piece so that the moving speed of the seat body 111 is reduced, and the third sensor is used for sensing the seat body 111 after the speed is reduced and triggering the control box to control the picking and placing mechanical arm 5 to remove the clothes carried by the folding clothes hanger 1. The folding mechanism 6 comprises a supporting frame 19 and a supporting plate 21 arranged at the upper end of the supporting frame 19, the supporting plate 21 is a rectangular flat plate, a first folding piece 22, a second folding piece 23 and a third folding piece 24 are arranged on the supporting plate 21, each folding piece comprises a rotary cylinder and a folding plate 25 connected with an output shaft of the rotary cylinder, the folding plate 25 is a rectangular thin plate, the output shaft of the rotary cylinder can be fixedly connected with an extension rod according to actual needs, the folding plate 25 is fixedly connected to the extension rod, the first folding piece 22 and the second folding piece 23 automatically fold two sleeves of the upper garment, and the third folding piece 24 automatically folds the lining of the upper garment.
After the picking and placing mechanical arm 5 transfers the wet-set upper garment of the wet-pumping mechanism 4 to the supporting plate 21 of the folding mechanism 6, the folding mechanism 6 automatically folds the upper garment without manual folding of the upper garment by operators, and folding efficiency of the upper garment is improved.
The lifting material supporting mechanism 7 comprises a material supporting frame 26 arranged in a lifting manner, a first driving unit for driving the material supporting frame 26 to lift up and down, two second driving units 27 fixedly arranged at the left end and the right end of the material supporting frame 26, and two material supporting plates 28 respectively connected with the output ends of the two second driving units 27, wherein the material supporting plates 28 are approximately rectangular thin plates, the two second driving units 27 drive the two material supporting plates 28 to be close to or far away from each other, the supporting plate 21 is provided with a penetrating hole 211 penetrating through the supporting plate 21, the material supporting plates 28 are located below the penetrating hole 211 of the supporting plate 21, and the upper garment folded by the folding mechanism 6 is pressed on the two material supporting plates 28 through the penetrating hole 211.
In actual use, the picking and placing mechanical arm 5 places the upper garment on the supporting plate 21, the upper garment is pressed on the folding plates 25 of the three folding pieces at the moment, and then the rotating cylinder drives the folding plates 25 to rotate 180 degrees, so that the upper garment is automatically folded. The folded clothes pieces are located in the through holes 211 and are pressed on the material supporting plate 28 of the lifting material supporting mechanism 7, the lifting material supporting mechanism 7 can descend one clothes piece after the folding mechanism 6 folds one clothes piece, namely, the first driving unit drives the material supporting frame 26 to descend one clothes piece together with the material supporting plate 28, the circulation is carried out, after the material supporting plate 28 of the lifting material supporting mechanism 7 supports a preset number (such as 10) of clothes pieces, the first driving unit drives the material supporting frame 26 to enable the material supporting plate 28 to be pressed on the discharging mechanism 8, then the second driving unit 27 drives the material supporting plate 28 to withdraw, so that the preset number of clothes pieces are placed on the discharging mechanism 8 at one time, and the discharging mechanism 8 can output the preset number of clothes pieces at one time.
The folding clothes hanger 1 further comprises two first nuts 29, two second nuts 31 and two screw rods 32, wherein the two first nuts 29 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the main body frame 9, for example, the first nuts 29 are welded on the main body frame 9; of course, a groove for accommodating the first nut 29 may be provided in the main body frame 9, and the first nut 29 may be sealed in the groove by a welding strip welded to the main body frame 9. Two second nuts 31 are respectively disposed on the two sleeve frames 11, and similarly, the second nuts 31 are welded on the sleeve frames 11, and a screw rod 32 is screwed into one first nut 29 and one first second nut 31.
Through the cooperation of the nut and the screw rod 32, on one hand, the conventional structure of the nut and the screw rod 32 is used for simplifying the rotating cooperation structure between the main body frame 9 and the sleeve frame 11, and on the other hand, the friction force between the nut and the screw rod 32 is used for preventing the folding clothes hanger 1 from vibrating or accidentally touching to cause the relative rotation of the main body frame 9 and the sleeve frame 11.
The pick-and-place robot 5 is provided with a clamp 33, and the clamp 33 includes a main body 34 and two sleeve portions 35 provided on both left and right sides of the main body 34; the two sleeve parts 35 are respectively rotatably arranged at the left side and the right side of the main body part 34, and the main body part 34 is provided with a third driving piece for driving the sleeve parts 35 to rotate; the sleeve part 35 is provided with a fourth driving piece, the output end of the fourth driving piece is connected with a first cylinder clamp 36, and the fourth driving piece drives the first cylinder clamp 36 to move along the length direction of the sleeve part 35; the main body 34 is provided with a fifth driving piece, the output end of the fifth driving piece is connected with a second cylinder clamp 37, and the fifth driving piece is used for driving the second cylinder clamp 37 to move along the length direction of the main body 34; the first cylinder clamps 36 of the two sleeve portions 35 are respectively used for clamping the two sleeves of the upper garment carried by the folding clothes hanger 1, and the second cylinder clamps 37 are used for clamping the lining body of the upper garment carried by the folding clothes hanger 1.
In actual use, according to the size of the upper garment, the driving member drives the cylinder clamps to change the positions of the cylinder clamps on the clamping member 33, the first cylinder clamps 36 of the two sleeve parts 35 are utilized to clamp the two sleeves of the upper garment, the second cylinder clamps 37 are utilized to clamp the liner of the upper garment, the clamping member 33 is ensured to clamp the upper garment with various sizes, and the clamping and fixing efficiency of the upper garment is improved. The picking and placing manipulator 5 then drives the clamping member 33 to move upwards, so that the upper garment is automatically taken off from the folding hanger 1, and then the picking and placing manipulator 5 can place the upper garment clamped by the air cylinder clamp on the supporting plate 21 of the folding mechanism 6.
The third driving member is a cylinder, and the sleeve portion 35 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 38, and the plurality of positioning holes 38 are arranged along the length direction of the sleeve portion 35, preferably, the plurality of positioning holes 38 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the sleeve portion 35. The cylinder block of the third drive member is rotatably disposed on the main body 34, and the piston rod of the third drive member is rotatably disposed in a positioning hole 38.
In actual use, according to the actual sizes of different upper clothes, the user can selectively rotate the piston rod of the third driving member in a corresponding positioning hole 38, so that the rotating sleeve portion 35 can move different strokes, and the compatibility of the clamping member 33 is improved. The number of the third driving parts is two, the two third driving parts are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the main body part 34, and the two third driving parts are respectively used for driving the two sleeve parts 35 to rotate.
The fourth driving member includes a first screw rod rotatably provided on the sleeve portion 35, a first nut 29 screw-coupled to the outside of the first screw rod, a first slider connected to the first nut 29 and slidably provided on the sleeve portion 35, a driving motor provided on the sleeve portion 35 for driving the first screw rod to rotate, and a first cylinder clamp 36 installed on the first slider. Preferably, the sleeve portion 35 is provided with a guide rail member, the guide rail member extends along the length direction of the sleeve portion 35, the first screw rod is parallel to the guide rail member, and in actual use, the driving motor drives the first screw rod to enable the first nut 29 to slide along the length direction of the sleeve portion 35, so as to change the position of the first cylinder clamp 36 in the length direction of the sleeve portion 35.
The sleeve portion 35 is provided with a first guide groove 39, the first guide groove 39 penetrates the sleeve portion 35, the first guide groove 39 extends along the length direction of the sleeve portion 35, the first slider is connected with a first connecting plate 41 located in the first guide groove 39, and the first cylinder clamp 36 is fixedly arranged on the first connecting plate 41. The first connecting plate 41 is limited by the inner groove wall of the first guide groove 39, so that the guiding limitation of the moving direction of the first connecting plate 41 is realized, the first cylinder clamp 36 is prevented from being inclined in the moving process due to the inclination of the first connecting plate 41 in the moving process, and the accuracy of the moving direction of the first cylinder clamp 36 is ensured.
The first cylinder clamp 36 and the first slider are respectively located at the left side and the right side of the sleeve portion 35, the first slider, the first screw rod, the first nut 29 and the first motor are located at the same side of the sleeve portion 35, and when the novel clothes hanger is in actual use, the first cylinder clamp 36 clamps sleeves of the upper clothes, the sleeves and the third driving piece are separated by the sleeve portion 35, and the phenomenon that components (the first slider, the first screw rod, the first nut 29 or the first motor) of the third driving piece touch the sleeves of the upper clothes to cause sleeve pollution is avoided.
The cylinder clamp comprises a driving body 42, two clamping arms 43 movably arranged on the driving body 42, and two plastic pieces 44 respectively arranged on the two clamping arms 43, wherein the two clamping arms 43 can be rotatably or slidably arranged on the driving body 42 according to actual needs, and the driving body 42 drives the two clamping arms 43 to drive the two plastic pieces 44 to clamp the upper garment. The two plastic parts 44 are used to hold the upper garment and prevent the first cylinder clamp 36 from contacting and contaminating the upper garment. According to practical needs, the plastic piece 44 may be made of an elastic material, for example, the plastic piece 44 is made of elastic silica gel, and the elastic of the plastic piece 44 is utilized to absorb the clamping collision force between the first cylinder clamp 36 and the upper garment, so as to prevent the first cylinder clamp 36 from damaging the upper garment.
The main body 34 is provided with two parallel second guide grooves 45, the second guide grooves 45 extend along the length direction of the main body 34, the second slide block is connected with two second connecting plates 46 respectively positioned in the two second guide grooves 45, and the two second cylinder clamps 37 are respectively arranged on the two second connecting plates 46. Preferably, two second connecting plates 46 are fixedly arranged at the left and right ends of the second slider respectively. Of course, inner end surfaces of the left and right ends of the second guide groove 45, which are away from each other, are respectively used for stopping abutting against the second connecting plate 46.
The first cylinder clamp 36 and the second cylinder clamp 37 are positioned on the same side of the main body 34, the second cylinder clamp 37 and the second sliding block are respectively positioned on two sides of the main body 34, and the second sliding block, the second screw rod, the second nut 31 and the second motor are positioned on the same side of the main body 34. The lining of the coat clothing is separated from the fifth driving piece by the main body part 34, so that the fifth driving piece is prevented from touching the lining of the coat clothing.

the circulating conveying mechanism drives the folding clothes hanger to move so that the upper clothes carried by the folding clothes hanger are transferred to the ironing mechanism, the ironing mechanism automatically irones the upper clothes conveyed by the circulating conveying mechanism, the circulating conveying mechanism conveys the upper clothes ironed by the ironing mechanism to the dehumidifying mechanism, the dehumidifying mechanism automatically dehumidifies and shapes the upper clothes conveyed by the circulating conveying mechanism, the circulating conveying mechanism conveys the upper clothes dehumidified and shaped by the dehumidifying and shaping mechanism to the picking and placing mechanical arm, the picking and placing mechanical arm picks up the upper clothes dehumidified and shaped by the dehumidifying mechanism and transfers the picked upper clothes to the folding mechanism, the circulating conveying mechanism drives the folding clothes hanger reset after the upper clothes is taken down by the picking and placing mechanical arm, and the upper clothes conveyed by the picking and placing mechanical arm are automatically folded to form a clothes block;
the folding clothes rack comprises a main body frame and two sleeve frames, wherein the two sleeve frames are respectively and rotatably arranged at two sides of the upper end of the main body frame, the main body frame is used for extending into a lining body of the upper garment, and the two sleeve frames are used for respectively extending into two sleeves of the upper garment;
the folding clothes rack further comprises two first nuts, two second nuts and two screw rods, wherein the two first nuts are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper end of the main body frame, the two second nuts are respectively arranged on the two sleeve frames, and one screw rod is in threaded connection with one first nut and one second nut;
the circulating conveying mechanism comprises an annular track, a seat body movably arranged on the annular track and a first driving piece matched with the annular track for use, wherein the annular track is arranged around the ironing mechanism and the dehumidifying mechanism, the taking and placing mechanism and the folding mechanism are positioned on the outer side of the annular track, the folding clothes rack is arranged on the seat body, the first driving piece drives the seat body to drive the folding clothes rack to move, the intelligent ironing clothes collecting equipment also comprises a control box, a second driving piece and a first sensor, the seat body is movably provided with a carrying seat, the folding clothes rack is arranged on the carrying seat, the first sensor is used for sensing the seat body which moves to the ironing mechanism and the dehumidifying mechanism, the second driving piece is triggered by the control box to drive the carrying seat to move relative to the seat body, and the moving carrying seat drives the upper clothes carried by the folding clothes rack to move to the ironing mechanism and the dehumidifying mechanism;

The intelligent ironing and collecting device according to claim 1, wherein: the intelligent clothes ironing and collecting equipment further comprises a second sensor and a third sensor, wherein the second sensor is used for sensing the seat body and triggering the control box to control the first driving piece so that the moving speed of the seat body is reduced, and the third sensor is used for sensing the seat body after the speed is reduced and triggering the control box to control the picking and placing mechanical arm to remove the clothes carried by the folding clothes hanger.

the ironing mechanism automatically irones the upper clothes conveyed by the circulating conveying mechanism, and the circulating conveying mechanism drives the folding clothes hangers to move so as to convey the upper clothes ironed by the ironing mechanism to the dehumidifying mechanism;
the dehumidifying mechanism automatically dehumidifies and shapes the upper garment conveyed by the circulating conveying mechanism, and the circulating conveying mechanism conveys the upper garment dehumidified and shaped by the dehumidifying mechanism to the picking and placing mechanical arm;
the picking and placing mechanical arm picks up the upper garment after the dehumidification and shaping by the dehumidification mechanism, and moves the upper garment from the folding hanger to the folding mechanism, and the circulating conveying mechanism drives the picking and placing mechanical arm to reset the folding hanger after the upper garment is taken down;
the folding mechanism automatically folds the upper clothes conveyed by the picking and placing mechanical arm to form clothes blocks.
