The clothes folding machine can respectively control the folding of the upper half plate 12111 and the lower half plate 12112 according to the spreading state of clothes, and preferably, the falling turning plate is folded downwards, and simultaneously the lower turning plate is folded inwards to assist the clothes to fall.
Before the clothes are treated by folding over the folding flap, the clothes may be uneven on the folding platform or the sleeves fall outside the folding platform, requiring further finishing. A movable part 141 is provided on the folding platform to assist the laundry laying process.
As shown in fig. 5, the movable member includes a moving bar 131 for folding the sleeves on the folding platform, the moving bar 131 is disposed at two sides of the folding platform corresponding to the positions of the sleeves, the moving bar 131 is provided with a moving bar driving device 1311 for driving the moving bar 131 to horizontally move toward the inside of the folding platform, after the clothes is placed on the folding platform, the sleeves are separated from the main body of the clothes, the sleeves fall on the upper portion of the moving bar 131 during the process of spreading the clothes, and the sleeves can be folded during the process of horizontally moving the moving bar 131 toward the middle. The travel bar 131 also has a travel rail 1312, and the travel bar driving device 1311 can drive the travel bar 131 to move horizontally along the travel rail 1312.
The moving rod driving device 1311 further includes a lifting mechanism capable of driving the moving rod 131 to move up and down to adjust the distance between the moving rod and the folding platform. Since the clothes may have different thicknesses or the sleeves may be folded several times to be placed on the upper surface of the folding platform, it is preferable that the movable rod 131 is provided with a lifting mechanism to adjust the height of the sleeves and the main body of the clothes, so as to cope with different clothes.
The moving rod 131 is provided with a sensor for detecting whether the moving rod 131 is covered with clothes, or the clothes folding machine is provided with an image acquiring unit for judging whether sleeves fall on the moving rod 131, and when the sensor or the image acquiring unit judges that clothes are covered on the moving rod 131, the clothes folding machine can control the moving rod 131 to move, so that the clothes can be driven to the folding platform.
In order to prevent the laundry from moving along with the moving bar 131 during the process of folding the laundry by the moving bar 131, a device for fixing a specific portion of the laundry is required to prevent the main body of the laundry from moving along with the moving bar 131. As shown in fig. 5, the movable part further comprises a fixing lever 132 for fixing the laundry to the folding platform, the fixing lever 132 being movable to the upper surface of the folding platform to press the laundry against the middle folding platform for fixing; the two fixing parts are symmetrically arranged and are arranged on one side of the folding platform for placing the collar and used for pressing the boundary between the sleeves and the clothes main body.
When the fixing rod 132 does not need to fix the clothes, the fixing rod 132 rotates to one side of the folding platform, so that the folding turnover of the folding turnover plate is not hindered, when the fixing rod 132 needs to assist the movable rod 131 in turning over the sleeves, the fixing rod 132 rotates towards the folding platform and presses the upper parts of the clothes, the movable rod 131 is located at the lower parts of the clothes, the movable rod 131 is higher than the fixing rod 132, and the movable rod 131 can move at the upper parts of the fixing rod 132, so that the sleeve parts are driven to be turned over towards the inside of the folding platform. After the movable rod 131 is turned over, the fixed rod 132 rotates to the original position to release the fixation of the clothes, and the folding flap can further fold the clothes.
In order to make the clothes more flat, the folding unit 1 may further be provided with a fan, the fan flattens the clothes by blowing air to the clothes, and the fan may be provided with a plurality of air outlets for blowing air to different parts of the clothes, such as an air outlet for blowing air to flatten a main body part of the clothes, and an air outlet for blowing air to flatten a sleeve part of the clothes; or the fan is provided with a movable air outlet for generating different wind directions, and the air outlet can rotate, so that clothes can be tidied in multiple directions, and more complex clothes states can be dealt with.
The control method of the clothes folding machine can be summarized as that the clothes folding machine drives the movable component to lay the clothes flat after the clothes are placed on the folding platform, and then the clothes are folded.
Specifically, the clothes folding machine determines whether sleeves are dropped on the moving rod 131 through a sensor or an acquired image, and when the sleeves are dropped on the moving rod 131, the clothes folding machine fixes the clothes and drives the moving rod 131 to move towards the inside of the folding platform to fold the sleeves onto the folding platform.
Specifically, before the clothes folding machine drives the movable rod 131 to move, the fixed rod 132 is controlled to rotate to the boundary between the sleeves and the clothes body and tightly press the boundary, and after the clothes are fixed, the movable rod 131 is driven to fold the sleeves; preferably, when the sleeves are long, the clothes folding machine controls the cross rod to repeatedly move towards the middle part to realize the multiple turnover of the sleeves until the sleeves are all placed on the folding platform; when the clothes folding machine is provided with the fan, the clothes folding machine drives the fan to blow and flatten the main body part of the clothes after the fixed rod 132 fixes the clothes, and drives the movable rod 131 to fold and fold the sleeves after the blowing is finished.
As shown in fig. 7, in addition to the folding platform and the clothes conveying device, the folding unit 1 may further be provided with a clothes collecting assembly, the clothes collecting assembly is disposed on one side of the folding platform, that is, one side of the clothes entering the folding platform, and the clothes collecting assembly can collect two sides of the clothes, so as to prevent the edges of the clothes from falling outside the folding platform during the process of conveying and flatly laying the clothes by the clothes conveying device. The above arrangement may be used alternatively to the arrangement of the moving bar.
The clothes conveying device drives clothes to move from one side provided with the clothes folding component to one side far away from the clothes folding component, the clothes folding component is a folding side plate 133 which is horizontally arranged, and the folding side plate 133 is provided with inclined sides or sunken sides for folding the sides of the clothes in the moving process of the clothes. The two furling side plates 133 are symmetrically arranged, and the inclined side edges are oppositely arranged to form a furling area with a concave middle part, and the inclined side edges are in contact with two sides of the clothes and furl the two sides of the clothes in the moving process of the clothes. As shown in fig. 7, the foldable side plate 133 is a right triangle, and two hypotenuses of the right triangle are opposite to each other.
The clothes folding machine is further provided with a clothes guide plate 134, and the clothes guide plate 134 is arranged between the two folding side plates 133 and is used for flattening the middle of clothes; the edge of the laundry guide plate 134 contacting the laundry is in an arc shape that is outwardly convex. The folding platform is provided with a folding turning plate and a falling turning plate, the two sides of the folding platform are provided with sleeve turning plates, and the two sides of the clothes are put on the sleeve turning plates after being furled; preferably, the distance between the far ends of the inclined sides of the two furling side plates 133 is slightly wider than that of the folding platform, so that the two sides of the clothes can be furled better.
Because wrinkles may be generated on two sides of clothes or sleeve parts in a furled state, the clothes folding machine can identify the wrinkle condition of the clothes on the folding platform by arranging an image identification device, and meanwhile, the folding unit 1 is provided with a manipulator which adjusts the clothes according to the wrinkle condition of the clothes; the manipulator is arranged on the clothes conveying device and used for clamping clothes during clothes conveying and arranging the clothes after the clothes are placed.
The control method for the clothes flatting process can control the clothes conveying device to drive the clothes to be in contact with the clothes gathering component in the moving process for the clothes folding machine, and flatly lay the clothes on the folding platform.
Further, the clothes folding machine controls the clothes conveying device to clamp the clothes so that the main part of the clothes hangs down on the edge of the clothes guide plate 134, and after the two sides of the clothes hang down on the inclined side edges of the folding side plates 133, the clothes conveying device is controlled to drive the clothes to horizontally move so that the main part of the clothes is unfolded by the clothes guide plate 134 and the two sides of the clothes are folded by the folding side plates 133.
When the clothes folding machine is provided with the image recognition device, the clothes folding machine obtains the state of clothes flatly laid on the folding platform through the image recognition device and controls the mechanical arm to arrange the uneven positions of the clothes; the two manipulators are matched to operate, and the two manipulators stretch and arrange the uneven positions through relative movement.
Fig. 8 and 9 show the interior of the storage unit 2 of the clothes folding machine. The storage unit 2 is arranged at the lower part of the folding unit 1 and is used for receiving clothes dropped by the folding unit 1, and a movable clothes carrying platform 21 is arranged in the storage unit 2.
The clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a telescopic supporting structure, and the height of the clothes carrying platform 21 is adjusted by the telescopic supporting structure; the support structure is arranged at the bottom of the loading platform 21. The telescopic support structure can be as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the support structure comprises two crossed support rods 221 forming an X-shaped structure, the middle parts of the support rods 221 are connected through fixed shafts and can rotate relatively, and the support structure comprises two sets of X-shaped mechanisms which are symmetrically arranged, so that a stable and telescopic support structure is formed.
The support rods 221 have a fixed end and a movable end so as to realize the relative rotation between the two support rods 221, thereby forming the loading platforms 21 with different heights. The supporting structure further comprises an upper slide rail 222 and a lower slide rail 223, one end of one support rod 221 of the X-shaped structure moves along the upper slide rail 222, one end of the other support rod 221 moves along the lower slide rail 223, and the clothes carrying platforms 21 are arranged at different heights in the sliding process of the top support rod 221 of the supporting structure.
The supporting structure is provided with a motor for controlling the supporting rod 221 to move, one end of the supporting rod 221 is fixedly connected with a transmission piece, the motor drives the supporting rod 221 to move through the transmission piece, preferably, the transmission piece is a lead screw 225 consisting of a screw rod and a nut, the nut is fixedly connected with the supporting rod 221, the lead screw 225 rotates along with the motor, and the nut is sleeved on the screw rod and horizontally moves along with the rotation of the screw rod.
When the supporting structure is not driven by the motor, an elastic mechanism may be further provided, and an elastic mechanism is sleeved on the upper sliding rail 222 or the lower sliding rail 223, wherein one end of the elastic mechanism is fixed, and the other end of the elastic mechanism abuts against the moving end of the supporting rod 221. When clothes are placed on the clothes carrying platform 21, the clothes are pressed downwards to enable the supporting rod 221 to move along the sliding rail, one end of the supporting rod 221 compresses the elastic mechanism under the action of the gravity of the clothes, and after the clothes are taken away, the elastic mechanism applies an acting force to the supporting rod 221 under the action of a restoring force of the elastic mechanism, so that the clothes carrying platform 21 restores to the original height.
The loading platform 21 can move up and down, and can move up and down according to the amount of the clothes. The clothes carrying platform 21 can be closer to the opening of the folding unit 1 for dropping clothes, and can gradually move downwards when more clothes are accumulated, so as to make more space for the clothes to be dropped.
The receiving unit 2 may be provided with a sensor for determining the amount of the laundry platform 21; the clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a weight sensor, the weight sensor can feed back the weight on the clothes carrying platform 21 in real time, and the clothes folding machine controls the motor according to the weight of clothes. The accommodating unit 2 is provided with a light sensor which can measure the height of the uppermost clothes of the clothes carrying platform 21, so that the amount of the clothes can be obtained, and the driving of the motor can be controlled.
The control method of the above-described clothes stacker is such that the height of the loading platform 21 is adjusted by the clothes stacker according to the amount of the laundry dropped onto the loading platform 21 from the folding unit 1. Specifically, the sensor acquires the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21, the clothes stacker controls the motor to drive the clothes carrying platform 21 to descend to the lowest position according to the gradual increase of the amount of the clothes, when the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 reaches a set value or the clothes carrying platform 21 descends to the lowest position, the clothes stacker reminds a user to take out the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21, and when the sensor acquires that the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 is an initial value, the motor is controlled to drive the clothes carrying platform 21 to recover to the highest position.
When the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 reaches the set value, the clothes folding machine controls the folding unit 1 not to drop the clothes to the clothes carrying platform 21 any more, and when the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 returns to the initial value, the clothes folding machine controls the folding unit 1 to recover the dropped clothes.
As shown in fig. 9, the clothing platform 21 on the storage unit 2 can also move horizontally. The driving device moves according to the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21, and when the amount of the clothes reaches a limit value, the driving device drives the clothes carrying platform 21 to pop up for a user to take the clothes.
When the size of the clothes carrying platform 21 is consistent with the size of the clothes falling opening of the folding unit 1, and when the clothes carrying platform 21 is full of clothes and moves horizontally for a user to take out the clothes, the folding unit 1 cannot continue to fall the clothes due to the fact that the clothes carrying platform 21 is far away from the position of the clothes falling opening, and therefore the folding unit 1 can continue to fold the clothes, but cannot open the falling turnover plate to enable the clothes to enter the storage unit 2.
The loading platform 21 can therefore also be provided with a standby area which temporarily receives the dropped garments after the usual area has been ejected, so as to be able to guarantee the continuous operation of the folding unit 1 without affecting the efficiency of the operation. The loading platform 21 at least comprises a first placing area and a second placing area, and the second placing area is used for receiving the clothes dropped by the folding unit 1 when the first placing area is full of clothes or the first placing area moves to a clothes outlet.
Since the clothes folding machine is suitable for home use, various kinds of clothes folded in home life are provided, and a user is more inclined to store the clothes in classification according to the types of the clothes, so that the clothes can be separately placed according to the types of the clothes when the storage unit 2 receives the dropped clothes.
The clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a plurality of placing areas corresponding to the types of clothes, the clothes carrying platform 21 can be horizontally moved to enable different placing areas to be aligned with the positions of the clothes dropped by the folding unit 1, correspondingly, the clothes folding machine is provided with a clothes identifying unit for identifying the types of the clothes, and the clothes identifying unit should complete identification before the clothes are dropped, so that the corresponding area of the clothes carrying platform 21 can be driven to move to the lower part of the clothes dropping opening to receive the type of the clothes.
The loading platform 21 may include both a vertical telescopic movement and a horizontal movement mechanism, and both may have different driving devices for driving and different triggering conditions.
The control method of the clothes folding machine may include that when the amount of the clothes placed on the clothes loading platform 21 reaches a set value, the clothes folding machine controls the clothes loading platform 21 to horizontally move to the clothes outlet for a user to take out the clothes.

When the clothes carrying platform 21 has a plurality of regions partitioned according to the types of clothes, the clothes identification unit of the clothes folding machine identifies the clothes to be dropped to determine the types of the clothes, and the clothes folding machine drives the corresponding placing regions to horizontally move to the clothes dropping positions according to the types of the clothes.

an elastic mechanism is sleeved on the upper sliding rail or the lower sliding rail, one end of the elastic mechanism is fixed, and the other end of the elastic mechanism is abutted against one moving end of the supporting rod;
the clothes carrying platform is provided with a driving device for driving the clothes carrying platform to move horizontally; the storage unit is arranged in a cavity, the cavity is provided with a clothes outlet, and the clothes carrying platform can horizontally move to the clothes outlet for a user to take clothes;
the storage unit is provided with a sensor for judging the amount of clothes of the clothes carrying platform; the clothes carrying platform at least comprises a first placing area and a second placing area, and the sensors respectively detect the amount of clothes in the first placing area and the second placing area; when the amount of the clothes in the first placing area reaches a set value, the clothes folding machine controls the first placing area to move to the clothes outlet, and simultaneously controls the second placing area to move to the clothes falling position to continuously receive the clothes falling from the folding unit.
