the clothes folding machine is further provided with a clothes width detection device 103, and the clothes folding machine controls the folding action of the folding platform through the width of clothes to be folded detected by the clothes width detection device 103. The clothes width detection device 103 can be arranged at any position of the clothes folding machine, and can directly measure the width of clothes to be folded in the hanging process, or scan the clothes to be folded to obtain the width information of the clothes, and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, the clothing width detection device 103 is disposed on one side or both sides of the folding platform, and can be a clothing width sensing and identifying module to effectively determine the clothing width.
The folding platform comprises a folding turning plate and a falling turning plate 1220, the folding turning plate comprises clothes side turning plates 1211 and a clothes body turning plate 1212, the two clothes side turning plates 1211 are positioned at two sides of the folding platform and are used for arranging the width of clothes, and the clothes body turning plate 1212 is used for arranging the length of the clothes; the clothes width detection device 103 is disposed on the clothes side turning plate 1211, so that the clothes width detection device 103 can more accurately determine the width of the clothes and transmit a signal to the clothes folding control device, thereby achieving the purpose of effectively detecting the width of the clothes.
Preferably, the clothes width detecting device 103 includes a clothes width sensor or an image detector.
In a further aspect, the clothes folding machine further comprises an auxiliary mechanism for assisting folding, and the auxiliary mechanism can move towards the inside of the folding platform or be folded in the width direction of the clothes.
The auxiliary mechanism in the scheme can comprise the mechanical hand in the first embodiment, or a moving rod, or other auxiliary mechanisms can be arranged, and the structure capable of assisting in folding the clothes can be adopted.
For example, the auxiliary mechanism includes a moving rod disposed at both sides of the two folding platforms to be movable toward the inside of the folding platforms, and more preferably, the moving rod is disposed at both sides of the two clothes side turning plates 1211 to facilitate the arrangement of both sides of clothes, thereby facilitating the more standardized folding of clothes.
Alternatively, an auxiliary folding plate may be further provided in the present embodiment, the auxiliary mechanism further includes at least two clothing-side auxiliary folding plates 1215, the two clothing-side auxiliary folding plates 1215 are respectively located outside the two clothing-side turning plates 1211, and the clothing width detection device 103 is disposed on the clothing-side auxiliary folding plates 1215; the width of clothing is conveniently detected, reaches more accurate purpose.
Preferably, the travel bar is located on either side of two clothing side auxiliary flaps 1215 for movement inwardly of the folding platform.
In addition, the embodiment also provides a control method of the clothes folding machine, and the control method comprises the following steps: the clothes folding machine controls the folding action of the folding platform according to the width of the clothes to be folded detected by the clothes width detection device 103. Therefore, for the clothes with narrow width, the clothes folding machine can only control part of the turning plate to act, so that the time can be effectively shortened, and useless folding action is avoided. For clothes with larger width, the clothes folding machine can carry out multi-step arrangement, thereby achieving better clothes folding effect.
The specific control method in this embodiment includes the following cases:
in case 1, the folding platform includes a folding flap, the folding flap includes a body flap 1212 having a width M, and when the clothes detecting device detects that the width L of the clothes is not greater than M, the clothes folding machine only controls the body flap 1212 to operate when the clothes is folded, thereby completing the clothes folding process.
For articles with small width such as handkerchiefs, napkins, towels and the like, the width signal is transmitted to the control device of the clothes folding machine by the clothes width detection device 103, the control device can judge that the width is narrow after comparison and analysis, standard and tidy folding can be realized only by the action and folding of the clothes folding turning plate in the front-back direction, namely the clothes turning plate 1212, and the clothes turning plate 1211 does not need to act, so that the time can be effectively shortened, and useless folding action is avoided.
In case 2, the folding turning plate includes a body turning plate 1212 with a width M and a body turning plate 1211 with a width N located at both sides of the body turning plate 1212, and when the clothes detection device detects that the width L of the clothes satisfies that M is greater than L and less than or equal to M +2N, the clothes folding machine controls the body turning plate 1211 and the body turning plate 1212 to sequentially operate when the clothes are folded, thereby completing the clothes folding process.
For the clothes with proper width, such as shirts, T-shirts, sweaters and the like, the clothes width detection device 103 transmits a width signal to the control device of the clothes folding machine, the control device can judge that the width is proper after comparison and analysis, and can realize neat folding through folding in the front-back, left-right directions, so that a better effect can be achieved only by controlling the clothes side turning plate 1211 and the clothes body turning plate 1212 to sequentially act, and an auxiliary mechanism for folding the clothes does not need to act, so that the aim of being more intelligent is fulfilled.
In case 3, when the laundry detecting device detects that the width L of the laundry satisfies L > M +2N, the clothes folding machine performs the pretreatment in the width direction of the laundry before performing the folding, and the method includes:

For clothes with large width such as wind clothes and coats, the clothes width detection device 103 transmits a width signal to the control device of the clothes folding machine, the control device can judge that the clothes are wide after comparison and analysis, and needs to be preprocessed, the clothes width is preprocessed through at least auxiliary structures such as a mechanical arm, an auxiliary folding plate, a moving rod and other mechanisms, the clothes width is moderate, then the clothes are folded through turning plates in the front-back and left-right directions, namely, the clothes side turning plate 1211 and the clothes body turning plate 1212 sequentially act, and a good clothes folding effect is effectively achieved.
In a further scheme, the folding turning plates comprise a clothes body turning plate 1212 with the width of M, clothes side turning plates 1211 which are positioned at two sides of the clothes body turning plate 1212 and have the width of N respectively, and clothes side auxiliary folding plates 1215 which are positioned at two sides of the clothes side turning plates 1211 and have the width of Q respectively;
when the clothes detecting device detects that the width L of the clothes meets the condition that M +2N is more than L and less than or equal to M +2N +2Q, the clothes folding machine controls the clothes side auxiliary folding plate 1215, the clothes side turning plate 1211 and the clothes body turning plate 1212 to sequentially act when the clothes are folded.
In the scheme, the clothes side auxiliary folding plate 1215 is arranged, namely a pile of clothes side turning plates 1211 is additionally arranged, so that clothes with larger width can be folded in the width direction at least twice, the width of the clothes is suitable, and the aim of tidy and standard folding is fulfilled.
Further, the two sides of the auxiliary clothes-side folding plate 1215 are further provided with a movable rod capable of moving towards the interior of the folding platform, and when the clothes detection device detects that the width L of the clothes meets L & gt M +2N +2Q, the method of the clothes folding machine during the clothes folding process comprises the following steps:
the pretreatment process comprises the following steps: s1, the clothes folding machine controls the movable rod to move towards the center of the folding platform, and the width of the clothes is adjusted;
s2, controlling the clothes-side auxiliary folding plate 1215 to fold;

The scheme aims at clothes with larger width, such as bed sheets and the like, the clothes folding machine controls two auxiliary mechanisms to adjust the width of the clothes in the pretreatment process, and then the clothes folding process is carried out, so that a better clothes folding effect can be realized.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, and reference is made to fig. 6 and 7 for the internal arrangement of the storage unit 102 of the clothes folding machine. The storage unit 102 is disposed at a lower portion of the folding unit 101 for receiving the clothes dropped by the folding unit 101, and a movable clothes-carrying platform 21 is disposed in the storage unit 102.
The clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a telescopic supporting structure, and the height of the clothes carrying platform 21 is adjusted by the telescopic supporting structure; the support structure is arranged at the bottom of the loading platform 21. The telescopic support structure can be as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the support structure comprises two crossed support rods 221 forming an X-shaped structure, the middle parts of the support rods 221 are connected through fixed shafts and can rotate relatively, and the support structure comprises two groups of X-shaped mechanisms which are symmetrically arranged, so that a stable and telescopic support structure is formed.
The support rods 221 have a fixed end and a movable end so as to realize the relative rotation between the two support rods 221, thereby forming the loading platforms 21 with different heights. The supporting structure further comprises an upper slide rail 222 and a lower slide rail 223, one end of one supporting rod 221 in the X-shaped structure moves along the upper slide rail 222, one end of the other supporting rod 221 moves along the lower slide rail 223, and the clothes carrying platform 21 is arranged at different heights in the sliding process of the top supporting rod 221 of the supporting structure.
The supporting structure is provided with a motor 224 for controlling the movement of the supporting rod 221, one end of the supporting rod 221 is fixedly connected with a transmission part, the motor 224 drives the supporting rod 221 to move through the transmission part, preferably, the transmission part is a screw rod 225 consisting of a screw rod and a nut, the nut is fixedly connected with the supporting rod 221, the screw rod 225 rotates along with the motor 224, and the nut is sleeved on the screw rod and horizontally moves along with the rotation of the screw rod.
When the supporting structure is not driven by the motor 224, an elastic mechanism may be further provided, and the upper sliding rail 222 or the lower sliding rail 223 is sleeved with the elastic mechanism, one end of the elastic mechanism is fixed, and the other end of the elastic mechanism abuts against the moving end of the supporting rod 221. When the clothes are placed on the clothes loading platform 21, the support rod 221 can move along the slide rail under the action of the downward pressing force, one end of the support rod 221 compresses the elastic mechanism under the action of the gravity of the clothes, and after the clothes are taken away, the action force is applied to the support rod 221 under the action of the restoring force of the elastic mechanism, so that the clothes loading platform 21 restores to the original height.
The loading platform 21 can move up and down, and can move up and down according to the amount of the clothes. The clothes carrying platform 21 can be closer to the opening of the folding unit 101 for dropping clothes, and can move downwards gradually when more clothes are accumulated, so that more space is made for dropping clothes.
The receiving unit 102 may be provided with a sensor for determining the amount of the laundry on the laundry platform 21; the clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a weight sensor which can feed back the weight on the clothes carrying platform 21 in real time, and the clothes folding machine controls the motor 224 according to the weight of the clothes. The receiving unit 102 is provided with a light sensor to measure the height of the uppermost clothes of the clothes platform 21, so as to obtain the amount of the clothes, and control the driving of the motor 224.
The control method of the above-described clothes stacker is such that the height of the loading platform 21 is adjusted by the clothes stacker according to the amount of the laundry dropped from the folding unit 101 onto the loading platform 21. Specifically, the sensor acquires the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21, the clothes folding machine controls the motor 224 to drive the clothes carrying platform 21 to descend to the lowest position according to the gradual increase of the amount of the clothes, when the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 reaches a set value or the clothes carrying platform 21 descends to the lowest position, the clothes folding machine reminds a user to take out the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21, and when the sensor acquires that the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 is an initial value, the motor 224 is controlled to drive the clothes carrying platform 21 to return to the highest position.
When the amount of the laundry on the loading platform 21 reaches the set value, the folding unit 101 is controlled by the clothes folding machine to stop dropping the laundry to the loading platform 21, and when the amount of the laundry on the loading platform 21 returns to the initial value, the folding unit 101 is controlled by the clothes folding machine to return to the dropping laundry.
The loading platform 21 on the receiving unit 102 can also move horizontally. The clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a driving device for driving the clothes carrying platform 21 to horizontally move, the storage unit 102 is arranged in a cavity, the cavity is provided with a clothes outlet, and the clothes carrying platform 21 can horizontally move to the clothes outlet for a user to take clothes, or the storage platform can horizontally move in the cavity.
The clothes carrying platform 21 has a certain accommodating amount for accommodating folded clothes, when the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21 reaches the upper limit of the accommodating amount, the clothes folding machine should remind a user to take out the clothes, a machine shell is arranged outside the clothes folding machine, and the clothes carrying platform 21 of the storage unit 102 is also arranged inside a cavity formed by the machine shell, so that the clothes carrying platform 21 can be popped out from a clothes outlet in order to take out the clothes from the clothes carrying platform 21, and the folded clothes can be taken out conveniently.
In addition, the size of the clothes carrying platform 21 can be only the same as the size of the opening of the folding platform for receiving clothes, the size of the clothes carrying platform 21 can also be larger than the opening, and the subareas arranged on the clothes carrying platform 21 can align different areas with the opening position through horizontal movement, so that the functions of the subareas are realized.
The horizontal movement of the clothes carrying platform 21 is realized by the driving of the driving device, the driving device comprises a motor 224 and a transmission part, the transmission part transmits the driving force of the motor 224 to the clothes carrying platform 21, as shown in fig. 7, the transmission part comprises a rotating roller 231 and a belt 232, the motor 224 is fixedly connected with the rotating roller 231, the bottom of the clothes carrying platform 21 is fixed on the belt 232, when the clothes carrying platform 21 needs to move, the motor 224 drives the rotating roller 231 to rotate, the belt 232 sleeved on the rotating roller 231 moves along with the belt, the bottom of the clothes carrying platform 21 is fixed at a specific position of the belt 232, and when the upper surface of the belt 232 moves, the clothes carrying platform 21 moves along with the belt 232.
The driving device moves according to the amount of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21, and when the amount of the clothes reaches a limit value, the driving device drives the clothes carrying platform 21 to pop up for a user to take the clothes.
When the size of the clothes platform 21 is consistent with the size of the clothes drop opening of the folding unit 101, when the clothes platform 21 is full of clothes and moves horizontally for a user to take out the clothes, the folding unit 101 cannot continue dropping the clothes because the clothes platform 21 is far away from the position of the clothes drop opening, and thus the folding unit 101 can continue to fold the clothes, but cannot open the drop flap to enable the clothes to enter the storage unit 102.
The loading platform 21 can therefore also be provided with a spare area which temporarily receives the dropped laundry after the usual area has been ejected, so as to be able to guarantee the continuous operation of the folding unit 101 without affecting the efficiency of the operation. The loading platform 21 includes at least a first placing area and a second placing area for receiving the laundry dropped by the folding unit 101 when the first placing area is full of the laundry or the first placing area moves to the laundry outlet.
Since the clothes folding machine is suitable for home use, various kinds of clothes folded in home life are provided, and a user is more inclined to store the clothes according to the types of the clothes, when the storage unit 102 receives the dropped clothes, the clothes can be separately placed according to the types of the clothes.
The clothes carrying platform 21 has a plurality of placing areas corresponding to the types of clothes, the clothes carrying platform 21 can be horizontally moved to enable different placing areas to be aligned with the positions of the clothes dropped by the folding unit 101, correspondingly, the clothes folding machine is provided with a clothes identifying unit for identifying the types of the clothes, and the clothes identifying unit should complete identification before the clothes are dropped, so that the corresponding area of the clothes carrying platform 21 can be driven to move to the lower part of the clothes dropping opening to receive the type of the clothes.
The loading platform 21 may include a vertical telescopic movement and a horizontal movement mechanism, and both may have different driving devices for driving and different triggering conditions.
The control method of the clothes folding machine may include that when the amount of the clothes placed on the clothes loading platform 21 reaches a set value, the clothes folding machine controls the clothes loading platform 21 to horizontally move to the clothes outlet for a user to take out the clothes.
Specifically, the clothes folding machine controls the movement of the storage platform by acquiring the weight and/or height of the clothes on the clothes carrying platform 21; further, when any value of the weight of the clothes or the height of the clothes on the storage platform exceeds a set value, the clothes folding machine controls the driving device of the storage platform to enable the storage platform to drive the clothes to move to the clothes outlet.
When the clothes carrying platform 21 has a common area and a standby area, that is, the first placing area and the second placing area are included, the sensors can respectively detect the amount of clothes in the first placing area and the second placing area, and when the amount of clothes in the first placing area reaches a set value, the clothes folding machine controls the first placing area to move to the clothes outlet, and simultaneously controls the second placing area to move to the clothes falling position to continuously receive the clothes falling from the folding unit 101.
When the clothes carrying platform 21 is provided with a plurality of areas partitioned according to the types of clothes, the clothes identification unit of the clothes folding machine identifies the clothes to be dropped to determine the types of the clothes, and the clothes folding machine drives the corresponding placing areas to horizontally move to the falling positions of the clothes according to the types of the clothes.

Claims (10)
1. The clothes folding machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the clothes folding machine further comprises an auxiliary mechanism for assisting folding, the auxiliary mechanism being movable or foldable toward the inside of the folding platform in the width direction of the clothes;
preferably, the auxiliary mechanism comprises moving rods which are arranged on two sides of the two folding platforms and can move towards the insides of the folding platforms, and more preferably, the moving rods are arranged on two sides of the two clothes side turning plates.

A clothes folding machine according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said auxiliary mechanism further comprises at least two clothes side auxiliary flaps, which are respectively located outside the two clothes side flaps, said clothes width detecting means being provided on the clothes side auxiliary flaps;
preferably, the moving rod is located on both sides of the two clothes-side auxiliary flaps and can move towards the interior of the folding platform.
5. A clothes folding control method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the clothes folding machine controls the folding action of the folding platform according to the width of the clothes to be folded detected by the clothes width detection device.

The control method according to claim 5, wherein the folding platform comprises a folding flap, the folding flap comprises a body flap with a width M, and when the clothes detection device detects that the width L of the clothes is less than or equal to M, the clothes folding machine only controls the body flap to act when the clothes are folded, so that the clothes folding process is completed.
7. The control method according to claim 5, wherein the folding turning plate comprises a clothes body turning plate with the width of M and clothes side turning plates with the width of N which are positioned at two sides of the clothes body turning plate respectively, and when the clothes detection device detects that the width L of the clothes meets the condition that M is more than L and less than or equal to M +2N, the clothes folding machine controls the clothes side turning plates and the clothes body turning plates to sequentially act in order to complete the clothes folding process when the clothes are folded.
8. The control method according to claim 7, wherein when the laundry detecting device detects that the width L of the laundry satisfies L > M +2N, the clothes folding machine performs pre-processing in the width direction of the laundry before performing the folding, the method comprising:
the pretreatment process comprises the following steps: the clothes folding machine controls at least one auxiliary mechanism to fold or move clothes towards the center direction of the folding platform in the width direction;
the clothes folding process comprises the following steps: the clothes folding machine controls the clothes side turning plate and the clothes body turning plate to sequentially act to complete the clothes folding process.

The control method according to claim 5 or 8, wherein the folding flaps comprise a body flap having a width of M, body flaps positioned on both sides of the body flap and having a width of N, respectively, and body auxiliary flaps positioned on both sides of the body flaps and having a width of Q, respectively;
when the clothes detection device detects that the width L of the clothes meets the condition that M +2N is larger than L and is smaller than or equal to M +2N +2Q, the clothes folding machine controls the clothes side auxiliary folded plate, the clothes side turning plate and the clothes body turning plate to sequentially act when the clothes are folded by the clothes folding machine.

The control method according to claim 9, wherein the auxiliary folding plate on the clothes side is further provided with a moving rod on both sides thereof, the moving rod being movable toward the inside of the folding platform, and when the clothes detecting device detects that the width L of the clothes satisfies L > M +2N +2Q, the method of folding the clothes by the clothes folding machine comprises:
the pretreatment process comprises the following steps: s1, the clothes folding machine controls the movable rod to move towards the center of the folding platform, and the width of the clothes is adjusted;
s2, controlling the clothes side auxiliary folding plate to perform folding action;
