In the process of automatically making a sleeve ring, a photoelectric switch is arranged below the sensor window 67, the photoelectric switch is a photosensitive sensor, the reference model is CX-441 and is used for detecting whether card paper is taken away or not, after the card paper is taken away, the manipulator can continue to send the card paper of the hanging tag, and the card paper not taken can give an alarm at set time.
In this embodiment, the hang tag jam fixing device includes a hang tag jam supporting device 311, a hang tag jam limiting device, and a thimble 36, which are located on the fixing base 31; the hang tag jam supporting device 311 comprises a top plate 33 and an elastic lifting device 32, wherein the top plate 33 is arranged at the upper end of the elastic lifting device 32, the top plate 33 supports the hang tag jam, and the elastic lifting device 32 lifts the top plate 33 supporting the hang tag jam to a fixed height position above the fixed base 31; the hang tag paperboard limiting device is arranged around the hang tag paperboard supporting device 311 and used for limiting the periphery of the hang tag paperboard; the thimble 36 is used for passing through the through hole of the card paper of the hangtag, so that the card paper of the hangtag is positioned in order at the end of the through hole.

The spring 319 is sleeved outside the thimble 36. The spring 319 is arranged at the thimble 36, so that the card paper of the hang tag can be well arranged orderly, and the situation that the card paper is stuck when being adsorbed is avoided. The sliding pressing clamp 316 can move back and forth along the fixed sliding groove to finely adjust the position according to the card paper of the hanging tag with different sizes, the sliding pressing clamp 316, the bolt 324 and the knob 315 are of the conventional structure, and referring to the structure of the old door lock, the bolt 324 can be controlled to extend out of or retract from the sliding pressing clamp 316 by rotating the knob 315. The front end limiting device 310 and the rear end limiting device 37 limit the front end and the rear end of the card paper of the hangtag respectively. Because the card paper of the hangtag has static electricity, a plurality of cards are easy to stick together during adsorption, and the condition of adsorbing a plurality of cards appears simultaneously. The steps at the ends of the locking tongue 324 and the pushing piece 323 can prevent the hang tag card paper from being pushed out by the top plate 33, and the step shape can separate the edges of the hang tag card paper pushed to the upper end, so that the sucking disc 47 can only suck one hang tag card paper above the hang tag card paper at one time.

When the card paper is sucked away from the top plate 33, the guide rod 318 will be lifted slowly by the spring 319, so as to ensure that the card paper at the top end is pushed to the same height and is limited upwards by the latch 324 and the pushing piece 323. The guide rod seat 320 is a final limit for the height of the guide rod 318.
The fixed base 31 is provided with a cross mounting groove 39, a longitudinal sliding groove 313 and a transverse sliding groove 314 are arranged in the cross mounting groove 39, the transverse sliding grooves 314 are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the longitudinal sliding groove 313, the transverse sliding groove 314 is perpendicular to the longitudinal sliding groove 313, the lower end of the upright column 35 of the side limiting device is fixed in the transverse sliding groove 314, and the lower end of the upright column 35 of the end limiting device and the lower end of the elastic lifting device 32 are fixed in the longitudinal sliding groove 313. The chutes are provided so that the positions of the posts 35 and the resilient lifting means 32 can be adjusted according to the card papers of the swing ticket of different sizes. In this embodiment, the manipulator includes an upper and lower cylinder fixing base 42, an upper and lower cylinder 43, an upper and lower cylinder plate 44, a suction cup fixing plate 46 and a suction cup 47, the upper and lower cylinder 43 is fixed on the manipulator bottom plate 41 through the upper and lower cylinder fixing base 42, the upper and lower cylinder plate 44 is fixedly connected with the cylinder shaft end of the upper and lower cylinder 43, the suction cup fixing plate 46 is fixedly connected with the upper and lower cylinder plate 44, the suction cup fixing plate 46 is provided with a suction cup sliding groove 45, the suction cup 47 is fixed in the suction cup sliding groove 45, and the suction cup 47 is connected with an external air source. The setting of sucking disc spout is in order to adjust distance each other according to the size of different drop card papers, and is more stable when guaranteeing to snatch the drop card papers.

The transmission form of the X-axis slide rail 25 is the same as that of the Y-axis slide rail 27, the driving wheel is connected with the driving motor through the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the conveying belt is arranged between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the sliding block is fixed on the conveying belt, the transmission form of the conveying belt can be gear transmission, belt wheel transmission or chain transmission, and the conveying belt is preferred in actual work because the movement precision is relatively high.

An automatic welding method, comprising the steps of:
A. installing the different types of hanging tag card papers into the hanging tag card paper feeding device 3 in a classified manner, putting each type of stack into the top plate 33 in sequence, enabling the through hole on the hanging tag card paper to penetrate through the thimble 36, adjusting the distance between the side limiting device and the end limiting device, and enabling the object to be hung to penetrate through the gun needle 66 of the sleeve ring window 7;
B. the cylinder shafts of the first gun shooting cylinder 63 and the second gun shooting cylinder 62 are both positioned at the upper limit positions; the cylinder axes of the upper and lower cylinders 43 are both located at the upper limit positions;
C. the manipulator driving device 2 operates to drive the gripping device 4 to move to the position above the hangtag paperboard feeding device 3;
D. the manipulator driving device operates to drive the upper and lower air cylinders to move to the position above the first hang tag card paper supporting device, the upper and lower air cylinders move downwards, when the manipulator driving device moves to the lower limit position, the vacuum generator 1 performs vacuum pumping to adsorb the first hang tag card paper from the hang tag card paper supporting device, and the upper and lower air cylinders move upwards to grab the first hang tag card paper;
E. the manipulator driving device operates to drive the upper and lower air cylinders to move to the position above the second hang tag card paper supporting device, the upper and lower air cylinders move downwards, when the manipulator driving device moves to the lower limit position, the vacuum generator 2 performs vacuum pumping to adsorb the second hang tag card paper from the hang tag card paper supporting device, and the upper and lower air cylinders move upwards to grab the second hang tag card paper;
F. the manipulator driving device operates to drive the upper and lower air cylinders to move to the position above the third hanging tag card paper supporting device, the upper and lower air cylinders move downwards, when the manipulator driving device moves to the lower limit position, the vacuum generator 3 performs vacuum pumping to adsorb the third hanging tag card paper from the hanging tag card paper supporting device, and the upper and lower air cylinders move upwards to grab the third hanging tag card paper;
G. repeating the steps until each mechanical arm grabs the corresponding card paper of the hang tag;
H. the manipulator driving device 2 operates to drive the upper and lower air cylinders to move to the position above the gun needle 66 of the lantern ring window 7, the upper and lower air cylinders move downwards, the through hole of the first hang tag card paper penetrates through the gun needle 66, the vacuum generator 1 stops vacuumizing, the upper and lower air cylinders move upwards, and the first hang tag card paper is put down;
I. the manipulator driving device 2 operates to drive the upper and lower air cylinders to move to the position above the gun needle 66 of the lantern ring window 7, the upper and lower air cylinders move downwards, the through hole of the first hang tag card paper penetrates through the gun needle 66, the vacuum generator 2 stops vacuumizing, the upper and lower air cylinders move upwards, and the second hang tag card paper is put down;
J. the manipulator driving device 2 operates to drive the upper and lower air cylinders to move to the position above the gun needle 66 of the lantern ring window 7, the upper and lower air cylinders move downwards, the through hole of the first hang tag card paper penetrates through the gun needle 66, the vacuum generator 3 stops vacuumizing, the upper and lower air cylinders 433 move upwards, and the third hang tag card paper is put down;
K. repeating the steps until each manipulator passes the gripped drop card through the gun pin 66;
l, the manipulator driving device 2 operates to drive the manipulator to reset;
m, the first gun beating cylinder 63 descends, and the collar sleeving gun 68 cuts the male head and the female head from the rail frame and sends the male head and the female head to the upper part;
n, the second gun shooting cylinder 62 moves downwards, the lantern ring gun 68 shoots the male head into the female head, and the lantern ring is buckled;

an apparatus frame supporting the entire apparatus;
the workbench is arranged at the front end above the equipment frame, and a lantern ring opening is arranged on the workbench;
the lantern ring beating device is positioned below the workbench and comprises a lantern ring gun and a lantern ring gun fixing device, and a gun needle of the lantern ring gun is vertically positioned at a lantern ring beating window;
the hanging tag card paper feeding device comprises a fixed base and a plurality of hanging tag card paper fixing devices arranged on the fixed base, wherein the hanging tag card paper fixing devices bear hanging tag card paper to be sucked;
the grabbing device comprises a manipulator bottom plate and a plurality of manipulators arranged on the manipulator bottom plate, and the manipulators adsorb and put down the card paper of the hang tag;
the manipulator driving device is fixed above the equipment frame, the manipulator bottom plate is fixed on the manipulator driving device, and the manipulator driving device operates to drive the manipulator to move back and forth between the hanging tag card paper feeding device and the sleeve ring beating window.

An automatic card-feeding and loop-striking device according to claim 1, wherein the loop-striking device comprises a vertically arranged gun plate, a mounting device for fixing the loop-striking gun on the gun plate, a loop-striking driving device for driving the loop-striking gun to act, and a drop card paper placing plate; the mounting device is arranged on one side of the gun plate, the lantern ring gun is fixed on one side of the gun plate, and a gun needle of the lantern ring gun vertically extends upwards out of the upper end of the gun plate and is positioned in the lantern ring opening window; the driving device for the sleeve ring is arranged on the other side of the gun plate, the driving device for the sleeve ring is connected with a gun opening and closing rod, the gun opening and closing rod is over against a wrench of the sleeve ring gun, and when the driving device for the sleeve ring drives the gun opening and closing rod to move up and down, the gun opening and closing rod can pull the wrench of the sleeve ring gun to realize the action of the sleeve ring; the hanging card paper placing plate is positioned at the upper end of the gun plate.

An automatic card feeding and loop shooting device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mounting device comprises a loop gun seat supporting plate and a locking device, the loop gun seat supporting plate is matched with the shape of the handle end of the loop gun and limits the loop gun below and at the side edge of the loop gun to lift the loop gun upwards, namely, the gun needle of the loop gun faces the upper end of the gun plate; the locking device comprises a locking column, a locking plate, a buffer block and a locking nut, the locking column is fixed on the lantern ring gun base supporting plate, the locking plate is connected with the upper end of the locking column, and the locking plate can rotate around the locking column; the locking nut is arranged at the other end of the locking plate, and a buffer block is arranged on the locking nut; the driving device for the thimble driving is driven by double cylinders and comprises a first gun striking cylinder and a second gun striking cylinder, and the two cylinders are fixed on one side of a gun plate in a serial connection manner; the tail end of a piston rod of the first gun beating cylinder is fixedly connected with one end of a gun beating switch rod, and the other end of the gun beating switch rod passes over the gun plate and is positioned above a wrench of the lantern ring gun; a gunning slot is arranged at the position, corresponding to the up-and-down motion track of the gunning switch rod, of the gun plate; the drop card paper placing plate is L-shaped, the upper end of the drop card paper placing plate is horizontally arranged at the lantern ring window and positioned beside the gun needle of the lantern ring gun, and the lower end of the drop card paper placing plate is fixed on the gun plate; the hang tag card paper placing plate is provided with a sensor window.

The automatic card feeding and loop punching device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hang tag jam fixing device comprises a hang tag jam supporting device, a hang tag jam limiting device and a thimble which are arranged on a fixing base; the hanging tag paperboard supporting device comprises a top plate and an elastic lifting device, wherein the top plate is arranged at the upper end of the elastic lifting device and is used for supporting the hanging tag paperboard, and the elastic lifting device is used for lifting the top plate for supporting the hanging tag paperboard to a fixed height position above the fixed base; the hang tag paperboard limiting device is arranged around the hang tag paperboard supporting device and used for limiting the periphery of the hang tag paperboard; the thimble is used for passing the through-hole of drop card paper, makes the drop card paper neatly fix a position in the through-hole end.
