发明内容
一种用于清洁基质的洗发剂组合物,所述组合物包含:约0.001%至约10%的阴离子带电聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊;约0.01%至约2%的阳离子沉积聚合物;约2%至约25%的去污表面活性剂;和载体。
一种制备洗发剂组合物的方法,其中所述组合物由包括以下步骤的方法形成:用阴离子乳化剂涂覆聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊以形成阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊;将阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊与阳离子沉积聚合物混合以形成预混物;将所述预混物加入包含表面活性剂和载体的去污组合物中。

消费者期望在清洁过程期间将包封有益剂沉积并且保留在他们毛发和头皮上的洗发剂。传统上,已经使用多种方法来改善微胶囊的沉积,包括(1)使用特定的嵌段共聚物共价结合到微胶囊,和(2)使用阳离子水溶性聚合物涂覆微胶囊以增加所述微胶囊对所关注基质的亲和力。然而,期望具有优于传统方法的改善的沉积。
已令人惊奇地发现,阴离子乳化剂与聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊之间存在协同作用,从而获得阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊。当将此类阴离子微胶囊与某些阳离子沉积聚合物混合时,在阴离子聚丙烯酸酯的表面处形成微观结构。此类阴离子微观结构显示出高粘弹性,即使在清洁期间稀释时仍保持完整,并且显示出与角蛋白毛发表面的强粘附力。与洗发剂组合,这些性能获得改善的包封有益剂至毛发的递送效率。

阴离子乳化剂
加入阴离子乳化剂,在微胶囊外表面处与特定阳离子沉积聚合物形成微观结构,即阴离子乳化剂是微胶囊的外表面的至少一部分,或物理地或化学地结合到微胶囊的外表面。此类物理结合包括例如氢键、离子相互作用、疏水性相互作用和电子转移相互作用。此类化学结合包括例如共价键合如共价接枝和交联。

在本发明的一个实施例中,将阴离子乳化剂加入已经形成的聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊中。阴离子乳化剂通过氢键、范德华力、离子相互作用、疏水性相互作用、或化学反应附接到微胶囊的表面。在一个方面,阴离子乳化剂包围聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊的外表面的至少一部分,或物理地或化学地结合到聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊的外表面。
B.将阴离子乳化剂加入微胶囊中
在另一个实施例中,阴离子乳化剂在微胶囊制备过程期间与微胶囊表面缔合。当制备微胶囊时,在油乳化之前,将阴离子乳化剂溶于可任选包含自由基引发剂的水相中。然后将过量的水相加入油相中以形成水包油乳液。然后在足以分解自由基的温度下将所述乳液加热一段时间,所述自由基定位在油相和水相之一或二者中。因此微胶囊壁材料在水相和油相的界面处形成。在一个实施例中,当所述乳化剂包含丙烯酸酯部分时,所述乳化剂可化学地结合到界面壁材料。
C.形成预混物
一旦由任一形成步骤形成阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊,就将所述阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊加入阳离子沉积聚合物中以形成预混物。已令人惊奇地发现,当与预混物中的阳离子沉积聚合物混合时,聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊上的阴离子电荷导致在微胶囊的外壳上形成微观结构。该预混物表现出,阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊对毛发具有比无阴离子电荷和特定阳离子沉积聚合物的微胶囊更高的粘弹性,因此向毛发提供有益效果。
浆液/附聚物
在一个实施例中,所述阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊包含在浆液中。所述浆液可与辅助成分混合以形成组合物,例如洗发剂消费品。
在一个方面,所述浆液可包含一种或多种加工助剂,所述加工助剂选自水、聚集抑制材料如二价盐;颗粒悬浮聚合物如黄原胶、瓜尔胶和羧甲基纤维素。在另一个实施例中,所述加工助剂可选自两性表面活性剂如椰油酰氨基丙基甜菜碱(CAPB)、两性离子表面活性剂、阳离子溶胀性聚合物、胶乳颗粒如基于丙烯酸的酯Rheovis CDE、以及它们的混合物。
在一个方面,所述浆液可包含载体,所述载体选自极性溶剂,包括但不限于水、乙二醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇、甘油;非极性溶剂,包括但不限于矿物油、香料原料、硅油、烃石蜡油、以及它们的混合物。
在另一个实施例中,所述阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊包含在具有第二材料的附聚物中。在一个方面,所述第二材料可包括选自以下的材料:二氧化硅、柠檬酸、碳酸钠、硫酸钠、氯化钠、以及基料如硅酸钠、改性纤维素、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸、沸石以及它们的混合物。
阳离子沉积聚合物
本发明的洗发剂组合物包含加入阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊中时形成预混物的阳离子沉积聚合物。本文可使用任何已知的天然或合成阳离子沉积聚合物。例子包括公开于美国专利6,649,155;美国专利申请12/103,902;美国专利公布2008/0206355;和美国专利公布2006/0099167A1中的那些聚合物。
为提供本发明的有益效果,阳离子沉积聚合物以约0.01%至约2%,在一个实施例中约1.5%至约1.9%,在另一个实施例中约1.8%至约2.0%的含量包含在所述组合物中。
阳离子沉积聚合物为水溶性聚合物,其具有约0.5毫当量/克至约12毫当量/克的电荷密度。用于所述组合物中的阳离子沉积聚合物具有约100,000道尔顿至约5,000,000道尔顿的分子量。所述阳离子沉积聚合物为低电荷密度阳离子聚合物。
在一个实施例中,所述阳离子沉积聚合物为合成阳离子沉积聚合物。可使用多种合成阳离子沉积聚合物,包括单烷基链和二烷基链阳离子表面活性剂。在一个实施例中,选择单烷基链阳离子表面活性剂,包括例如单烷基季铵盐和单烷基胺。在另一个实施例中,使用二烷基链阳离子表面活性剂,并且包括例如二烷基(14-18)二甲基氯化铵、二牛脂烷基二甲基氯化铵、二氢化牛脂烷基二甲基氯化铵、二硬脂基二甲基氯化铵、双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵、以及它们的混合物。
在另一个实施例中,所述阳离子沉积聚合物为天然源阳离子聚合物。如本文所用,术语“天然源阳离子聚合物”是指获自天然源的阳离子沉积聚合物。所述天然源可为多糖聚合物。因此,天然源阳离子聚合物可选自包括以下的组:淀粉、瓜尔胶、纤维素、桂皮、刺槐豆胶、魔芋、塔拉胶、半乳甘露聚糖、木薯和合成聚合物。在另一个实施例中,阳离子沉积聚合物选自Mirapol100S(Rhodia)、Jaguar C17、polyDADMAC、Tapiocastarch(Akzo)、polyTriquat、以及它们的混合物。
形成预混物
在加入包含去污表面活性剂和载体的去污组合物中之前,将阳离子沉积聚合物和阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊混合以形成预混物。
阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊与阳离子沉积聚合物的重量比(以阴离子微胶囊的干重和阳离子沉积聚合物的干重计)为约0.5:30至约20:1,约5:15至约15:1,和约5:1至约12:1。据信过多的阳离子聚合物因在胶囊壁上形成过多的阳离子聚合物涂层而不向有益剂微胶囊提供增强和/或长效的有益效果。该过多的涂层可阻止微胶囊壁破裂并且释放有益剂。
微胶囊和阴离子乳化剂可分散在溶剂如水中,同时与阳离子沉积聚合物混合。在一个实施例中,水的含量为约90%至约50%,在另一个实施例中为约70%至约50%,并且在另一个实施例中为约60%至约50%。在本发明的另一个实施例中,在阴离子乳化剂与阳离子沉积聚合物混合之前,它们与微胶囊缔合以形成阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊。
去污组合物
去污组合物可均为水相,或可包含油相和水相两者。在一个实施例中,去污组合物具有油相和水相两者。在加入去污组合物中后,聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊驻留在此类实施例的水相中。
去污组合物可包含以下组分的任何组合:
A.去污表面活性剂
本发明的洗发剂组合物包含去污表面活性剂。去污表面活性剂向组合物提供清洁性能。去污表面活性剂继而包括阴离子去污表面活性剂、两性离子或两性去污表面活性剂、或它们的组合。去污表面活性剂的各种例子和描述示于美国专利6,649,155;美国专利申请12/103,902;和美国专利公布2008/0206355中,并且以引用方式并入本文中。
阴离子表面活性剂组分在洗发剂中的浓度应足以提供所期望的清洁和起泡性能,并且范围一般为约2%至约50%,约8%至约30%,约10%至约25%,或约12%至约22%。
适用于组合物中的阴离子表面活性剂是烷基硫酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐。其它合适的阴离子去污表面活性剂为有机硫酸反应产物的水溶性盐。其它合适的阴离子去污表面活性剂为用羟乙磺酸酯化并且用氢氧化钠中和的脂肪酸反应产物。其它类似的阴离子表面活性剂描述于美国专利2,486,921;2,486,922;和2,396,278中。
用于洗发剂组合物中的阴离子去污表面活性剂包括十二烷基硫酸铵、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、月桂基硫酸三乙基胺、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸三乙基胺、月桂基硫酸三乙醇胺、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸三乙醇胺、月桂基硫酸单乙醇胺、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸单乙醇胺、月桂基硫酸二乙醇胺、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸二乙醇胺、月桂酸甘油单酯硫酸钠、月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂基硫酸钾、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钾、月桂基肌氨酸钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、肌氨酸月桂酯、肌氨酸椰油酯、椰油基硫酸铵、十二烷酰基硫酸铵、椰油基硫酸钠、月桂酰硫酸钠、椰油基硫酸钾、月桂基硫酸钾、月桂基硫酸三乙醇胺、月桂基硫酸三乙醇胺、椰油基硫酸单乙醇胺、月桂基硫酸单乙醇胺、十三烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠以及它们的组合。在本发明的另一个实施例中,阴离子表面活性剂为月桂基硫酸钠或月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
用于本文洗发剂组合物中的合适两性或两性离子去污表面活性剂包括已知用于毛发护理或其它个人护理清洁的那些。此类两性去污表面活性剂的浓度的范围为约0.5%至约20%,和约1%至约10%。合适的两性离子或两性表面活性剂的非限制性例子描述于美国专利5,104,646(Bolich Jr.等人)、5,106,609(Bolich Jr.等人)中。
适用于所述洗发剂组合物中的两性去污表面活性剂包括被广义描述为脂族仲胺和叔胺的衍生物的那些,其中脂族基团可为直链或支链的,并且其中脂族取代基之一包含约8至约18个碳原子,并且一个包含阴离子基团如羧基、磺酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根、或膦酸根。用于本发明中的两性去污表面活性剂包括椰油酰两性基乙酸盐、椰油酰两性基二乙酸盐、月桂酰两性基乙酸盐、月桂酰两性基二乙酸盐、以及它们的混合物。
适用于所述组合物中的两性离子去污表面活性剂包括被广泛地描述为脂族季铵、和锍化合物的衍生物的那些,其中脂族基团可为直链或支链的,并且其中脂族取代基之一包含约8至约18个碳原子,并且一个脂族取代基包含阴离子基团如羧基、磺酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根和膦酸根。在另一个实施例中,选择两性离子化物如甜菜碱。
适用于所述组合物中的其它阴离子、两性离子、两性或任选其它表面活性剂的非限制性例子描述于由M.C.Publishing Co.出版的McCutcheon的“Emulsifiers and Detergents”1989年刊以及美国专利3,929,678、2,658,072;2,438,091;2,528,378中。
B.去头皮屑活性物质
本发明的洗发剂组合物还可包含去头皮屑剂。去头皮屑剂的合适非限制性例子包括:抗微生物活性物质、吡啶硫酮盐、唑、硫化硒、粒状硫、角质层分离酸、水杨酸、羟甲辛吡酮(羟甲辛吡酮乙醇胺)、煤焦油、以及它们的组合。在一个方面,所述去头皮屑剂通常为吡啶硫酮盐。此类去头屑剂应该在物理和化学上与组合物的基本组分相容,并且不应该不当地损害产品稳定性、美观性或性能。
吡啶硫酮去头皮屑剂描述于例如美国专利2,809,971;美国专利3,236,733;美国专利3,753,196;美国专利3,761,418;美国专利4,345,080;美国专利4,323,683;美国专利4,379,753;和美国专利4,470,982中。可设想,当将ZPT用作本文组合物中的去头皮屑颗粒时,可刺激或调节或同时刺激和调节毛发的生长或再生,或者可降低或抑制毛发损失,或者毛发将显得更浓密或更丰厚。
C.含水载体
本发明的制剂可为可倾倒液体的形式(在环境条件下)。因此,此类组合物通常包含含水载体,其以约20%至约95%,或甚至约60%至约85%的含量存在。含水载体可包含水,或水与有机溶剂的可混溶混合物,并且在一个方面可包含水和最少或不显著浓度的有机溶剂,除了另外作为其它必要或任选组分的微量组分附带地掺入组合物中的那些。
用于本发明的载体包括水以及低级烷基醇和多元醇的水溶液。用于本文的低级烷基醇为具有1至6个碳原子的一元醇,在一个方面为乙醇和异丙醇。用于本文的多元醇包括丙二醇、已二醇、甘油和丙二醇。
D.其它任选组分
所述洗发剂组合物还可包含已知用于或换句话讲可用于组合物中的其它任选成分。此类任选成分最典型地为描述于参考书如“CTFA CosmeticIngredient Handbook”第二版(The Cosmetic,Toiletries,and FragranceAssociation,Inc.1988,1992)中的那些。
此类任选成分的其它非限制性例子包括香料或芳香剂、着色剂或染料、毛发漂白剂、增稠剂、保湿剂、润肤剂、药物活性物质、维生素或营养剂、去头皮屑剂、香料、毛发着色剂、烫发剂、毛发生长或修复剂、以及类似的其它材料。
制备方法
本发明的洗发剂组合物可通过如下方法制得,所述方法包括:1)用阴离子乳化剂涂覆聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊以形成阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊;2)将阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊与阳离子沉积聚合物混合以形成预混物;以及3)将所述预混物加入包含表面活性剂和载体的去污组合物中。
在另一个实施例中,本发明的洗发剂组合物可通过如下方法制得,所述方法包括:1)用阴离子乳化剂涂覆聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊以形成阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊;2)将阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊与阳离子沉积聚合物混合以形成预混物;3)将所述预混物加入阴离子表面活性剂中;以及4)将步骤(3)的所得组合物加入包含表面活性剂和载体的去污组合物中。
已令人惊奇地发现,与不存在混合组分时相比,阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊与阳离子沉积聚合物组合缔合具有更高的粘弹性,从而提供阴离子微胶囊对毛发的更好粘附性。
例如,当将包含丙烯酸和丙烯酸丁酯的共聚物(40,000g/mol的分子量)的阴离子乳化剂与各种阳离子聚合物混合以形成聚合物预混物时,结果为粘弹性显著增加。这种增加表明强效聚电解质相互作用,这以粘弹性组分G'随着阳离子聚合物数量增加而增加来示例(参见表1)。

此外,当将阴离子表面活性剂加入聚合物预混物中时,还注意到粘弹性显著增加。此类粘弹性的增加受阳离子沉积聚合物和阴离子表面活性剂之间的缔合强度的影响。这以在阴离子表面活性剂加入预混物中时粘弹性组分G'的增加来示例(参见表2)。

在本发明的一个实施例中,通过在微胶囊制备过程期间掺入阴离子乳化剂,使阴离子乳化剂共价结合到聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊的外壁。在另一个实施例中,将阴离子乳化剂加入包含完全成形的聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊的浆液中。在经由任一步骤形成阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊后,然后将阳离子沉积聚合物加入阴离子微胶囊中以形成粘弹性预混物。当该预混物然后与阴离子表面活性剂混合时,聚合物的缔合形成阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊壁上的微观结构。即使在洗发剂组合物稀释时也形成微观结构。一旦形成,聚合物缔合微观结构的高粘度就致使阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊即使在洗涤期间洗发剂稀释时也保持其微胶囊结构。此外,微胶囊结构提供多个与基质的接触点,用于抗洗发剂组合物使用期间微胶囊的洗去。
本发明的聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊可配制成任何合适的形式,并且通过配制人员所选的任何方法来制备,其非限制性例子描述于U.S.5,879,584;U.S.5,691,297;U.S.5,574,005;U.S.5,569,645;U.S.5,565,422;U.S.5,516,448;U.S.5,489,392;U.S.5,486,303中,这些专利均以引用方式并入本文。

产品形式
本发明的洗发剂组合物可为洗去型产品或免洗型产品的形式,并且可配制为多种产品形式,包括但不限于霜膏、凝胶、乳液、摩丝和喷剂。
在一个实施例中,所述洗发剂组合物为包含小于约45%的水的凝胶的形式。在此类实施例中,所述凝胶可具有约1,000cps至约10,000cps的净粘度。凝胶的净粘度可定义为1/秒的剪切速率下流体的粘度。科学地讲,粘度为剪切应力与剪切速率的比率。在一些实施例中,凝胶的剪切速率范围为0.01/秒至10/秒。
可根据以下方法,用流变仪测量凝胶产品形式的净粘度:
(1)将样品装载到板上。
(2)在1度锥体与板之间建立1毫米间隙。
(3)在流体上执行0.01/秒至10/秒的剪切扫描。
(4)记录流体的剪切应力响应。
(5)通过计算各剪切速率下剪切应力与剪切速率的比率,测定流体的净粘度。
测试方法
应当理解,由于发明描述且受权利要求书保护于本文,在本专利申请测试方法部分中公开的测试方法应被用来测定申请人的发明参数的相应值。
A.ClogP
通过Hansch和Leo(参考文献,A.Leo,在Comprehensive MedicinalChemistry,第4卷,C.Hansch,P.G.Sammens,J.B.Taylor,和C.A.Ramsden编辑的第295页,Pergamon Press,1990,均以引用方式并入本文)的分段方法来测定该“计算的logP”(ClogP)。可通过使用购自Daylight Chemical Information Systems Inc.(Irvine,California U.S.A.)的“CLOGP”程序计算ClogP值。
B.沸点
通过ASTM International的ASTM方法D2887-04a,“Standard TestMethod for Boiling Range Distribution of Petroleum Fractions by GasChromatography”来测量沸点。
C.中值粒度
使用由Particle Sizing Systems,Santa Barbara CA制造的Accusizer780A来测量粒度。所述仪器使用Duke粒度标准物从0至300μ校准。用于粒度评估的样品通过将约1g胶囊浆液稀释在约5g去离子水中并进一步j将约1g该溶液稀释在约25g水中来制备。
将约1g最稀样品加入Accusizer中,并且测试开始,使用自动稀释结构。所述Accusizer应以超过9200计数/秒读数。如果计数小于9200,则应加入附加样品。所述accusizer将稀释测试样本直至9200计数/秒并开始评估。测试之后2分钟,Accusizer将显示结果,包括体积-重量中值尺寸。
宽度指数可通过测定超过95%的累积颗粒体积的粒度(95%尺寸),超过5%的累积颗粒体积的粒度(5%尺寸)以及中值体积-重量粒度(50%尺寸—该尺寸“上方”和“下方”两者的50%的颗粒体积)计算。宽度指数(5)=((95%尺寸)-(5%尺寸)/50%尺寸)。
D.洗发剂产品的嗅觉分析
分析步骤包括:
a.将0.4毫升的洗发剂产品施用到已被梳理、润湿和轻轻刮刷的发簇上(IHI,4克,8英寸长,适中损坏等级)。以挤奶的动作起泡发簇50-60个来回(30秒)。
b.在没有操纵毛发下,用固定式喷淋冲洗(100华氏度的水温,1.5加仑/分钟的水流量,30秒,8格令重/加仑的水的硬度)。在冲洗后,在介于手指之间从顶部向底部轻轻地向下挂刷发簇一次以移除过量的水。
c.根据步骤(a)重复产品的施用,根据步骤(b)进行挤奶、冲洗和橡胶扫帚刮刷。
d.通过将其悬挂在挂架上,使毛发在环境温度下干燥。在大约3小时后,根据Primavera Grade(对于强度分0-100标度,其中10个点的差值为消费者显而易见的)以嗅觉方式对所述发簇分级。将其记录为初始预梳理芳香强度。
e.梳理发簇3次并以嗅觉方式分级,将其记录为初始梳理后芳香强度。
f.在环境条件下(70华氏度和30%相对湿度),留下发簇24小时。然后,根据Primavera Grade(对于强度分0-100标度,其中10个点的差值为消费者显而易见的)以嗅觉方式对所述发簇分级,将其记录为24hr老化的预梳理嗅觉强度。梳理所述发簇3次,并指定嗅觉等级,将其记录为24hr老化的梳理后嗅觉强度。
E.破裂强度测试方法
分析步骤包括:
a.)将1克颗粒置于1升蒸馏去离子(DI)水中。
b.)允许颗粒在DI水中保留10分钟,然后通过使用60mL注射器过滤器(1.2微米硝化纤维过滤器(微孔,25mm直径))过滤回收颗粒。
c.)测定50个单个颗粒的破裂力。使用Zhang,Z.;Sun,G;“Mechanical Properties of Melamine-Formaldehydemicrocapsules,”(J.Microencapsulation,第18卷,第5期,第593-602页,2001年)中给出的程序来测定颗粒的破裂力。然后通过将破裂力(以牛顿为单位)除以相应球形颗粒的横截面积(πr2,其中r为压缩之前颗粒的半径)来计算各颗粒的破裂强度,所述横截面积如下测定:使用Zhang,Z.;Sun,G;“Mechanical Properties of Melamine-Formaldehyde microcapsules”(J.Microencapsulation,第18卷,第5期,第593-602页,2001年)中的实验设备和方法来测量各单个颗粒的粒度。
d.)使用得自上文c.)的50次独立测量,并且计算具有在受权利要求书保护范围的破裂强度范围内的破裂强度的颗粒百分比。
F.ζ电势
(1)设备规格:Malvern Zeatasizer Nano ZEN3600型样品池,一次性毛细管池(绿色池)
(2)使用Duke标准物来测量PSD,并且使用它来测量ζ电势以确保仪器适当地运行。
(3)用1-2mL乙醇冲洗DTS1060毛细管池,然后用DI水冲洗,以制备毛细管池。
(4)样品制备:首先,将20mL DI水通过0.2微米过滤器过滤到20mL小瓶中。将1滴(50微升)30重量%固体颗粒悬浮液加入小瓶中,并且将样品轻轻来回翻转,直至颗粒悬浮液均匀分散在小瓶中。接着用1-2mL DI水冲洗DTS1060一次性绿色ζ池,然后使用注射器将样品溶液从小瓶中转移到ζ池,确保池中不存在气泡。将池填充至顶部,然后在池出口和入口处放置顶盖(再次确保样品池中不存在气泡)。然后将池置于样品室中,使电极面向体系侧。最后将样品池置于仪器中。
(5)运行条件:
a.折射率=1.35(该数可因悬浮液而变化。可使用折射计测量任何颗粒悬浮液的折射率)
b.温度=25摄氏度
c.平衡时间=1分钟
d.使用Smoluchowski模型来计算ζ电势。
(6)将每个样品平行测定三次。得自仪器的结果以ζ电势报导,以毫伏为单位,无外推。
实例
尽管已用具体实施例来举例说明和描述了本发明,但是对本领域的技术人员显而易见的是,在不脱离本发明的实质和范围的情况下可作出许多其它的改变和变型。因此,随附权利要求书旨在涵盖本发明范围内的所有这些改变和变型。
被称为香味A的香料组合物用来制备本发明的实例。下表列出了成分以及它们的特性。表2提供了香料油组合物的ClogP分类。

实例1:非离子微胶囊(TAS0810101,MVF1837-94B)
将由75g芳香油香味A、75g肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、0.6g DuPont Vazo-52和0.4g DuPont Vazo-67组成的油溶液加入35℃温度控制的钢制带夹套反应器中,所述反应器以1000rpm(4个末端,2"直径的平坦研磨叶片)混合并且以100cc/min施加氮气层。将油溶液在45分钟内加热至75℃,在75℃下保持45分钟,并且在75分钟内冷却至60℃。
当所述第一油溶液达到60℃时,加入由37.5g芳香油、0.5g甲基丙烯酸叔丁胺乙酯、0.4g丙烯酸2-羧乙酯和20g Sartomer CN975(六官能的氨基甲酸酯-丙烯酸酯低聚物)组成的第二油溶液。将混合的油在60℃下再保持10分钟。

实例3:小粒度阴离子微胶囊(TAS1123101)
使用与实例1相同的材料、组合物和工艺条件制备胶囊,具有以下不同:油相上的组成差异为1克Vazo-52、0.8克Vazo-67、1.5克甲基丙烯酸叔丁胺乙酯、1.2克丙烯酸2-羧乙酯和60克Sartomer CN975;并且水相上的组成差异为68克25%活性Colloid351和282克水。所有其它混合和工艺调理剂保持相同。最终的微胶囊具有1.4微米的中值粒度,1.2的宽度指数和负60毫伏的ζ电势。
实例4:阳离子微胶囊(TAS0204101)
将由112.5g芳香油香味A、37.5g肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、0.6g DuPont Vazo-52和0.4g DuPont Vazo-67组成的油溶液加入35℃温度控制的钢制带夹套反应器中,所述反应器以1000rpm(4个末端,2"直径的平坦研磨叶片)混合并且以100cc/min施加氮气层。将油溶液在45分钟内加热至75℃,在75℃下保持45分钟,并且在75分钟内冷却至60℃。

实例6:具有阳离子聚合物乳化剂的微胶囊

实例8:没有预混胶囊的洗发剂
将上文实例中公开的香料和/或香料微胶囊加在预先制得的具有10重量%制剂孔的洗发剂制剂(实例7II的洗发剂组合物,具有10%孔的制剂)上方。下表列出了各种成分的质量。然后使用DAFC400FVZ高速混合器以1900RPM将混合物高速混合1分钟。利用洗发剂产品嗅觉分析测试方法来评定经制得的洗发剂组合物处理的毛发。这些结果示于下文中。
实例9:预混胶囊的洗发剂
首先通过在广口瓶中预称量香料微胶囊,然后加入Mirapol100S,然后加入水,将实例1至6的香料微胶囊与polyDADMAC(聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵,Mirapol100S,得自Rhodia)预混。然后使用Hausfeld DAFC400FVZ高速混合器将内容物以1950RPM混合1分钟,以获得均匀的微胶囊悬浮液。预混的材料的质量记录在下表中。对于所有样品,将预混物中聚合物与香料的比率保持在1:5,并且最终洗发剂制剂中的Mirapol100S聚合物量保持为0.10重量%。

注意到,阴离子微胶囊提供最佳的嗅觉结果。
实例10:阳离子聚合物含量研究
将实例5的阴离子微胶囊与各种量的polyDADMAC(Mirapol100S,Rhodia)预混,参见下表。使用Hausfeld400FVZ高速混合器,将这些预混物以1950RPM搅拌1分钟。然后将预混物加入实例7II的洗发剂(具有10%孔的制剂)中,并且加入水使制剂余量至100%。接着使用Hausfeld400FVZ高速混合器,将洗发剂混合物以1950RPM搅拌1分钟。

注意到,需要非常低含量的聚合物与微胶囊预混,以获得所期望的相互作用和递送效率。
实例11:与阴离子微胶囊混合的多种阳离子聚合物
将实例5的阴离子微胶囊与多种阳离子聚合物预混,参见下表。首先使用Hausfeld400FVZ高速混合器,将粉末聚合物(下表中100%活性物质)与水以1950RPM速率混合1分钟。在木薯淀粉的情况下,还加热分散体。随后,将实例5的阴离子微胶囊加入聚合物水溶液中,并且使用Hausfeld400FVZ高速混合器,将这些预混物以1950RPM搅拌1分钟。然后将预混物加入实例7II的洗发剂中,并且加入水使制剂余量至100%。接着使用Hausfeld400FVZ高速混合器,将洗发剂混合物以1950RPM搅拌1分钟。

聚合物预混物制备
洗发剂制备和嗅觉分析
注意到,聚合物的选择对获得微胶囊、阳离子沉积聚合物和洗发剂制剂之间有利相互作用而言是关键性的。

Claims (15)
1.一种洗发剂组合物,包含:
(a)0.001%至10%的阴离子带电聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊;
(b)0.01%至2%的阳离子沉积聚合物;和
(c)2%至25%的去污表面活性剂;和
(d)载体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗发剂组合物,其中所述阴离子带电聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊包含阴离子乳化剂和聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊。
3.根据权利要求2所述的洗发剂组合物,其中所述阴离子乳化剂包围所述聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊的外表面的至少一部分,或物理地或化学地结合到所述聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊的外表面。
4.根据权利要求2或3中任一项所述的洗发剂组合物,其中将所述阴离子乳化剂和所述聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊混合,使得所述阴离子乳化剂与所述聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊的重量比为1.0:40至0.5:5。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗发剂组合物,其中将所述阴离子带电聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊和所述阳离子沉积聚合物混合,使得所述阴离子带电聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊与所述阳离子沉积聚合物的重量比为1.0:0.01至1.0:10。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗发剂组合物,其中所述阴离子乳化剂选自:聚(甲基)丙烯酸;(甲基)丙烯酸和其具有C1-C22烷基的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的共聚物;(甲基)丙烯酸和(甲基)丙烯酰胺的共聚物;以及它们的混合物。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗发剂组合物,其中所述阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊具有2微米至80微米的粒度。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗发剂组合物,其中所述聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊具有芯和包封所述芯的外壳。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗发剂组合物,其中所述芯包含6%至99.9%的有益剂。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗发剂组合物,其中所述去头皮屑剂为ZPT。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗发剂组合物,其中所述阳离子沉积聚合物为水溶性聚合物,其具有0.5毫当量/克至12毫当量/克的电荷密度,并且其中所述阳离子沉积聚合物具有100,000道尔顿至5,000,000道尔顿的分子量。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗发剂组合物,其中所述阴离子带电聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊包含在附聚物中,并且其中所述附聚物包含选自以下的材料:二氧化硅、柠檬酸、碳酸钠、硫酸钠、氯化钠、以及基料如硅酸钠、改性纤维素、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸、沸石以及它们的混合物。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗发剂组合物,其中所述洗发剂组合物为凝胶的形式,并且其中所述凝胶包含小于45%的水。
14.根据权利要求13所述的洗发剂组合物,其中所述凝胶具有1,000cps至10,000cps的净粘度。
15.一种制备洗发剂组合物的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)用阴离子乳化剂涂覆聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊以形成阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊;
b)将所述阴离子聚丙烯酸酯微胶囊与阳离子沉积聚合物混合以形成预混物;
c)将所述预混物加入包含表面活性剂和载体的去污组合物中。
