Abstract
La presente invención en general está relacionada con inmunoconjugados específicos de antígeno para la liberación selectiva de porciones efectoras que influyen en la actividad celular. Más específicamente, la invención proporciona nuevos inmunoconjugados que comprenden una primera porción de unión a antígeno, un dominio Fc y una única porción efectora. Además, la presente invención está relacionada con los polinucleótidos que codifican tales inmunoconjugados, y con los vectores y células huésped que comprenden tales polinucleótidos. La invención además está relacionada con los métodos para producir los inmunoconjugados de la invención, y con los métodos de utilización de estos inmunoconjugados en el tratamiento de una enfermedad.
