发明背景
为了便于与在不同类型的建筑结构中的地面区域的真空清洁相关的工作,市场上可买到的自主式真空吸尘器已经有一段时间了。这些自主式吸尘器无需人工干预即在不同方向上自动在地面上移动来清洁地面区域。该吸尘器可随意移动或按预定图案在地面上移动,直到导航系统检测到障碍物或该吸尘器碰触到某一障碍物而转向。所以,吸尘器的大小和设计是确保该吸尘器能够接触到尽可能大的地面的重要因素,因为高度和宽度有限的吸尘器能够更容易地接触到家具下面及周围的区域或接触封闭的角落。

根据本发明的灰尘容器包括:
封闭集尘室的容器壁;
第一侧;
第二侧;

入口开口27被安排在下段37中,而该出口开口被安排在上段36 中。灰尘容器25另外包括可释放的固定装置39,该固定装置被安排在该上段和/或下段以将该上段和下段保持在关闭的位置处。在所展示的实施例中,该固定装置39被实施为弹性钩42,该弹性钩被安排在该上段上并且旨在夹住该下段中的未被展示的凹陷,由此将这两个段一起固定。可通过按下弹性钩42使该凹陷脱离而释放该固定装置。可经由该吸尘器壳体的顶侧中的开口触及到该弹性钩。
在灰尘容器25内安排过滤器30。过滤器30被安排在该灰尘容器的上段36中,并且旨在当该灰尘容器打开时与该上段一起移动。该过滤器被安排成相对于入口开口27与出口开口28之间的上段的水平面是略微成角度的,使得该空气流一定通过过滤器30。过滤器30的形状与过滤器应该在的位置处的灰尘容器的形状相对应,并且延伸通过该集尘室的整个截面以使过滤器区域最大化。该过滤器可以由任何已知的过滤器材料制成,软的或硬的材料,只要是达到所需的过滤器特征的材料。然而,该过滤器材料优选地是可清洗的,并且能够重复使用以减少废料。
所展示的过滤器安排包括围绕过滤器材料的过滤器区域44的框架 43。该过滤器区域的过滤器材料必须是可定期更换或清洁的,并且毫不费力地即可从框架43上移除。框架43被设计成在使用该吸尘器的过程中装配在该灰尘容器的上段内。该过滤器安排在该出口开口与面向该下段的上段的围边45之间。该过滤器框架通过至少一个铰链被可移动地固定在该灰尘容器的上段36中,以便可在该上段内的固定位置(即在使用该自主式吸尘器的过程中过滤器应该在的位置)与打开位置之间移动,在该打开位置可以接触到邻近该出口开口的过滤器内部的空间,使得能够更换该框架内或整个过滤器内的过滤器材料,并且可替代地清洁该过滤器和由过滤器30常闭的上段内的空间。
灰尘容器25或吸尘器主体另外包括用于将灰尘容器固定在自主式吸尘器中的装置,在这些附图中未示出。用于固定该灰尘容器的装置装配在该容器壁中,位于该容器壁的外表面上和/或装配在该吸尘器主体中。该灰尘容器通过该固定装置被固定在该吸尘器主体内的正确位置上,但是可由可从该吸尘器壳体的外部触及到的释放按钮47来释放。释放按钮 47定位在该吸尘器壳体的顶侧,邻近该容器的在该吸尘器的前向端中的第一侧。通过按压该释放按钮来释放该灰尘容器。

Claims (16)

1.用于自主式吸尘器(10)的灰尘容器(25),所述灰尘容器包括:
封闭集尘室(32)的容器壁(31);
第一侧(33);
第二侧(34);
通向该集尘室(32)的灰尘颗粒和空气入口开口(27),该入口开口安排在该灰尘容器(25)的该第一侧(33)中;
从集尘室(32)离开的空气出口开口(28),该出口开口安排在该灰尘容器的该第二侧(34)中;以及
过滤器(30),该过滤器安排在该灰尘容器中,使得通过该灰尘容器(25)的气流延伸通过该过滤器(30);
其中,该灰尘容器(25)的该第一侧(33)和该第二侧(34)通过在该第一侧(33)与该第二侧(34)之间延伸的侧面(35)而连接以封闭该集尘室(32),并且该灰尘容器被分成可打开的上段(36)和下段(37);
其中,该上段(36)形成容器盖;
其中,该入口开口(27)安排在该灰尘容器的该下段(37)中,并且该出口开口(28)安排在该灰尘容器的该上段(36)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灰尘容器(25),其中,该灰尘容器(25)的该第一侧(33)和该灰尘容器(25)的该第二侧(34)被安排成彼此相对,使得气流从该灰尘容器的该第一侧(33)中的该入口开口(27)向该第二侧(34)中的该出口开口(28)在基本上笔直的方向上延伸通过该灰尘容器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的灰尘容器(25),其中,该入口开口(27)基本上延伸横跨该灰尘容器的整个第一侧(33),从而形成长形的入口开口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的灰尘容器(25),其中,该上段(36)和该下段(37)可移动地彼此连接,并且在关闭位置与打开位置之间是移动的,并且所述灰尘容器包括将该上段(37)和该下段(36)保持在该关闭位置上的可释放的固定装置(39)。

6.根据权利要求5所述的灰尘容器(25),其中,该过滤器(30)安排在框架(43)内并覆盖该集尘室(32)的在该入口开口(27)与该出口开口(28)之间的整个截面。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的灰尘容器(25),其中,该过滤器(30)通过至少一个铰链装配在该灰尘容器(25)的该上段(36)中,并且在固定在该上段(36)中的位置与可伸入过滤器(30)内的与该出口开口(28)相邻的空间中的打开位置之间是可移动的。
8.根据权利要求7所述的灰尘容器(25),其中,该过滤器(30)以可移除的方式装配在该灰尘容器的该上段(36)内,以便能够更换该过滤器(30)。
9.根据权利要求1-2和4-6中任一项所述的灰尘容器(25),其中,用于将该灰尘容器固定在该自主式吸尘器中的装置装配在该容器壁中,位于该壁的外表面上。
10.根据权利要求1-2和4-6中任一项所述的灰尘容器(25),其中,该容器壁包括顶面(41),该顶面安排在该上段(36)上并且当正确装配在该自主式吸尘器中时用于构成吸尘器壳体(12)的外侧上表面。
11.一种自主式吸尘器(10),包括:
具有前向端(13)和尾端(14)的吸尘器主体(11);
刷辊(19)以及用于使安排在该吸尘器主体(11)的该前向端(13)中的该刷辊旋转的装置;
安排在该吸尘器主体(11)的该尾端(14)中的风扇(50);以及
灰尘容器(25),灰尘容器该包括:封闭集尘室(32)的容器壁(31);预期安排在该吸尘器主体(11)的该前向端(13)中的第一侧(33);预期安排在该吸尘器主体(14)的该尾端(14)中的第二侧(34);通向该集尘室(32)的灰尘颗粒和空气入口开口(27),该入口开口安排在该灰尘容器(25)的该第一侧(33)中;从该集尘室(32)离开的空气出口开口(28),该出口开口安排在该灰尘容器(25)的该第二侧(34)中;以及过滤器(30);
其中,该灰尘容器(25)安排在该刷辊(19)与该风扇(50)之间,其中,该入口开口(27)面向该刷辊(19)并且该出口开口(28)面向该风扇(50),使得由该风扇(50)产生的气流与收集的颗粒和灰尘一起经由该入口开口(27)进入该灰尘容器(25)并经由该出口开口(28)离开该灰尘容器(25),在该灰尘容器中,在空气继续通过该过滤器(30)之前收集这些颗粒和灰尘;
其中,该灰尘容器(25)被分成可打开的上段(36)和下段(37),并且该入口开口(27)安排在与该刷辊(19)相邻的该下段(37)中,并且该出口开口(28)安排在该灰尘容器(25)的该上段(36)中,使得来自该入口开口(27)的气流略向上流动通过该过滤器(30)并经由该出口开口(28)离开该灰尘容器(25)。

13.根据权利要求11或12所述的自主式吸尘器(10),其中,该入口开口(27)是长形的并延伸横跨该灰尘容器(25)的基本上整个第一侧(33),所述入口开口(27)被安排成与该吸尘器(10)的该前向端(13)中的该刷辊(19)相邻且平行。
