在所有的附图中互相对应的部件设有相同的附图标记。
本发明涉及具有椅座部分2和靠背3的车辆座椅1,所述靠背3以可枢转的方式设置于所述椅座部分处,这样靠背可从例如其使用位置移动到易于进入的位置和/或为了舒适性的目的调节靠背的倾斜度。座椅优选包括纵向调节器。
在图1中所示的根据本发明的车辆座椅1的实施例中,椅座部分2的至少所述结构以一体的方式配置,即制成单体件。优选地,所述椅座部分2配置成塑料部分,尤其是配置成纤维增强塑料部分。上部导轨43一体地在布置在座椅部分2的侧部上,所述上部导轨属于纵向调节器4。此外,椅座部分2的侧部具有至少一个弹簧元件40,通过其可对椅座罩壳41的高度进行调节,其原因在于椅座罩壳41和上部导轨43之间的距离Δh发生变化,其结果是,弹簧元件40弹性地拉伸或收缩。优选地,两个弹簧元件40具有不同的弹簧特性,其中在座椅乘员臀部区域中的弹簧与大腿靠置区域中的弹簧相比特别优选具有更硬的弹簧特性。此外,齿部16一体地设置在椅座部分的侧部上,所述齿部16是根据本发明的车辆座椅的倾斜度调节装置的一部分。此外,根据本发明的车辆座椅一体地具有两个横向构件42,其将椅座部分的两个侧部(布置于右手侧和左手侧上)连接到一起。此外,用于靠背3的枢转轴一体地布置于所述椅座部分2上。此外,椅座部分优选一体地具有用于靠背的枢转支承件P。椅座部分2也一体地装配有椅座罩壳41和设置于靠背和椅座部分之间的弹簧元件31。
图28a基本上示出根据图28所示的实施例,其中在当前的情况下示出靠背3倾斜角的调节和所述椅座罩壳的高度调节。倾斜度调节器可以是非连续式或连续式的调节器。杆的运动例如可以解锁靠背的调节,然后乘员可利用其身体调节靠背的倾斜度。备选地或另外地,所述杆可驱动在齿部16上滚动的齿轮,其结果是可调节靠背的倾斜度。本领域内的技术人员将理解调节还可以机动化的方式进行,其中至少一个,优选两个齿轮与齿部16啮合。高度优选经由手轮59来调节,手轮59例如驱动凸轮,所述凸轮将椅座罩壳向上推动。该调节器设置于所述椅座部分的前三分之一内,以便赋予所述椅座部分有关“下滑”方面的足够的稳定性。当高度调节器被致动时,弹簧40展开。椅座罩壳经由弹簧40返回到降低的位置。力传递装置60可联接到调节机构59,当手轮致动时,所述力传递装置60致动在座椅乘员臀部区域中的弹簧,这样所述弹簧的弹簧冲程与前部弹簧的弹簧冲程不同。其结果是,弹簧40的扩展可以不同的方式执行。
图2示出具有一体设置的弹簧元件40的椅座罩壳41。这减少了所需部件的数量。
图3和图4示出了椅座部分的制备。如可从图3看出,在工具中提供纤维结构,该纤维结构用树脂固定。只要所述树脂充分固化,那么结构就不会再进一步变形,将其从工具移除,并在第二工具中或在槽中用塑料层包覆模制。
图5还示出本发明的又一实施例。在此,垫包括在座椅结构和覆盖物之间的大量颗粒物,从而使垫适应于座椅乘员臀部和/或背部的形状。

Claims (12)

1.一种具有椅座部分(2)和靠背(3)的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,所述椅座部分或所述靠背的所述支撑结构(44),特别是其所述侧部,一体地具有至少一个弹簧元件(40,31)、枢转点(P)和/或安全带连接件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,所述椅座部分和/或所述靠背由塑料材料、特别是纤维增强塑料材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,所述椅座部分、特别优选所述椅座部分(2)的至少所述侧部的所述支撑结构(44)以一体的方式设置。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,所述椅座部分一体地具有椅座罩壳(41)和/或横向构件(42)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,所述椅座罩壳(41)一体地包括弹簧元件。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,所述座椅表面的所述高度调节器一体形成到所述椅座部分的所述支撑结构的所述侧部内。
7.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,所述椅座部分的所述支撑结构的所述侧部(12)一体地设有所述上部导轨。
8.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,纵向调节器的上部导轨(43)一体地设有所述车辆座椅的所述支撑结构(44)。
9.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,椅座罩壳(41)相对于所述椅座部分的所述支撑结构的侧部(12)以可位移的方式设置。
10.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,所述椅座罩壳的后部区域在高度上可相对于所述椅座部分的所述支撑结构的所述侧部进行调节。
11.根据前述权利要求之一所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,所述椅座部分的所述支撑结构具有横向构件,在发生前端碰撞的情况下所述椅座罩壳支撑于所述横向构件上。
12.优选地根据前述权利要求之一所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,所述椅座部分和/或所述靠背具有填充有颗粒物(70)的垫。
