背景技术

发明内容

在图2所示的实施例中,所示第二实施例也利用行星齿轮组110作为变换器106的输入。在该实施例中,扭矩也从曲柄140施加到行星架120上,并通过太阳齿轮112输出。但是,在该实施例中,行星架不连接到保持架142上,因此,扭矩只通过输入环124输入到变换器106,而保持架142固定到车架102上。
现在参考图3-13D描述可选的变速器300。变速器300可使用类似于上面参考变速器100的实施例所述的那些组件。但是,使用相似或相同组件并非必定给实施例(或实施例的方面)带来与前述实施例任何相应的特征。
图3为变速器300的透视图。在一个实施例中(例如,在自行车应用中),动力可通过曲柄350提供给变速器300,并且动力可通过链轮348从变速器300输出。变速器300可包括中心毂壳390,其沿着端盖302和346形成用于变速器300大多数组件的壳体345。在一个实施例中,壳体345可构造在自行车架上,例如在自行车的底部支架上。但是,变速器300可使用在需要调节输入速度相对于输出速度的比的任意机械或车辆中。即,尽管这里参考自行车应用描述了变速器的各种实施式和特征,但是本领域的技术人员可容易地认识到变速器300及其特征的修改,其可利用在使用变速器调节输入输出速度比的任意车辆、机械或装置中。

在某些实施例中,输入牵引环330和输出牵引环340基本上相类似。牵引环330、340优选包括用于通过与牵引行星件332的摩擦或水弹动力传递扭矩的牵引表面。在某些实施例中,牵引环330、340可包括形成负载凸轮组件一部分的斜坡(见图10)。牵引环330、340的牵引表面可从垂直倾斜成约45度,在该情形下所述牵引表面称为径向延伸的平面。
保持架356包括输入保持架352和输出保持架354(见图7A-7C),并且该保持架356环绕和支撑行星枢转臂组件410,如图4A-4D中所示。行星枢转臂组件410可包括牵引行星件332。牵引行星件332与牵引恒星件333接触并由其径向地支撑。图9中示出了典型的行星枢转臂组件410。牵引恒星件333可为大致圆柱形管。在某些实施例中,牵引恒星件333具有大致一致的外径,但是在其它实施例中,外径是不一致的。其外径可为中心部分小于端部,或者中心部分大端部小。在其它实施例中,外径一端比另一端大,并且在两端之间可依赖于换档速度和扭矩需求线性地或非线性地变化。
行星枢转臂组件410可具有枢转臂380,其可操作地连接到牵引恒星件致动装置382(见图4B和13A-13D)。如下面所进一步讨论的,牵引恒星件致动装置382可用于在调节变速器300的速比时轴向地平移牵引恒星件333。枢转臂380可通过毂销指部376(见图13A)和换档销(未示出)连接到换档销毂374。换档销毂374可用来响应于换档输入致动行星枢转臂组件410。下面参考图11A-12B进一步描述变速器的换档和其速比的调节。
为了解决CVT 300的移动部件与固定部件之间的轴向反作用力,并在其间提供滚动接触,可在CVT 300的输入端和输出端中的一个或两个上设置推力轴承。在输入侧,通常指的是中心轴360连接到齿圈316的区域,固定第一级行星架320与输入驱动器326之间设有输入推力轴承。在图4所示的实施例中,输入推力轴承包括接收和支撑在行星架320的凹槽内的输入轴承座圈322。输入推力轴承还具有可由滚子固定器定位和支撑的一组滚子324。滚子324可为球、桶状滚柱、非对称滚子或任何其它类型的滚子。在一个实施例中,输入驱动器326设有一体的轴承座圈,其可与滚子324和输入轴承座圈322共同形成输入推力轴承。
在输出侧,通常指的是输出驱动器340所在的区域,输出驱动器340与端盖346之间可设有输出推力轴承,其中端盖346可具有用于接收和支撑输出轴承座圈344的凹槽。因此,在该实施例中,端盖346有助于反作用变速器300中产生的轴向力。轴承座圈322、344可由各咱轴承座圈材料制成,例如钢、轴承钢、陶瓷或任何其它适于轴承座圈的材料。输出推力轴承包括定位和支撑在滚子固定器中的一组滚子342。在一个实施例中,输出驱动器340可具有一体的轴承座圈,其与输出轴承座圈344和滚子342协同操作以形成输出推力轴承。
现在参考图5,在一个实施例中,壳体345包括中心毂壳390、输入端盖302和输出端盖346。在一个实施例中,端盖302、346通过紧固件(未示出)固定到中心毂壳390上;但是,端盖302、346还可螺接或以其它方式连接到中心毂壳390上。中心毂壳390可设有与毂壳390内侧一体形成的内花键390,以与保持架356的配套花键925相接合。端盖302、346通常为平面盘,但是其中的一个或两个可具有弯曲的形状或其它构造。如图5中所示,端盖346可设有适于接收和支撑轴承座圈344的凹槽1405。端盖302、346的中心孔可适于接收轴承395,用以提供相对于变速器300的其它组件的定位和滚动接触。端盖302、346可由例如铝、钛、钢、高强度热塑性塑料或热固性塑料制成。依赖于实施方式,端盖302和346优选由适于提供变速器300的刚度和硬度、以及在操作期间反作用变速器300中产生的轴向力的材料制成。
现在参考图6A-6B,可通过加工或形成为整体式工件使第一级行星架320适于能够轴向地和径向地支撑复合行星齿轮310。行星架320包括适于固定和接收行星轴318的钻孔605。行星架320可包括与行星架320一体形成的用于接收复合行星齿轮310的腔610和615。行星架320的中心孔320可构造成接收轴承396,该轴承396用于定位输入驱动器326并给其提供滚动接触面(例如,见图4B)。如前所述,在某些实施例中,行星架320可构造成形成壳体345的一部分和/或接收和支撑轴承座圈322。
参考图7A-7C,保持架356可具有两半,输入保持架半边352和输入保持架半边354。在一个实施例中,保持架半边352、354基本类似。因此,保持架半边352、354可互换。在某些实施例中,保持架356的形状制成给枢转臂380提供固定的反作用支撑结构;即,径向保持架356构造成当在变速器换档期间枢转臂380绕着牵引行星件332径向向内和向外地枢转时,给枢转臂380(从而,牵引行星件轴334)提供角度校正(绕着中心轴360的纵向轴线)。
在一个实施例中,保持架356的槽915通过与斜滚1220接触沿着斜面910导向行星枢转臂组件410。当行星枢转臂组件410在调整CVT
300的传动比期间在槽915中枢转或倾斜时,斜面910提供斜滚1220的反作用面。在某些实施例中,保持架352、354的相应槽相对于彼此沿角度方向稍稍错开,以减小对换档的潜在危害,例如,可由牵引行星件轴334(见图9A)的倾斜(相对于横向轴线)引起的。
现在参考图8A和8B,在一个实施例中,行星枢转臂组件410可包括牵引行星件332、牵引行星件轴334和具有槽形铰点1210的枢转臂380。行星枢转臂组件410还可包括斜滚1220,其为连接到枢转臂各端的滚动部件,提供牵引行星件轴334沿着输入保持架352和输出保持架354的斜面910的滚动接触。行星枢转臂组件410可包括轴承374。斜滚1220和轴承374可通过牵引行星件轴334支撑。牵引行星件轴334穿过形成在枢转臂380径向外端的孔。
在一个实施例中,枢转臂380加工有适于响应换档机构输入而轴向平移牵引恒星件333的曲度。枢转臂380可设有凸轮表面1230。如下面参考图13A-13D所进一步描述的,凸轮表面1230的曲度可构造成在改变传动比期间产生牵引恒星件333所需的轴向平移。
牵引行星件轴334可为延伸通过形成于牵引行星件332中心的也的大致圆柱形轴。在某些实施例中,牵引行星件轴334通过滚针轴承或径向轴承与牵引行星件332中的孔的表面接触,其中所述轴承与牵引行星件轴334上的牵引行星件332对齐。牵引行星件轴334延伸超过牵引行星件332上所述孔结束的一侧,使得枢转臂380可在牵引行星件332的位置实施换档。在牵引行星件轴334延伸超过牵引行星件332边缘的地方,其连接到枢转臂380的径向外端。牵引行星件轴334穿过形成在枢转臂380径向外端内的孔。
在各种实施例中,牵引行星件332与牵引行星件轴334之间的界面可为其它专利或公开中描述的任意轴承。在某些实施例中,牵引行星件332固定到行星轴334上并与其一起旋转。在图8A的实施例中,轴承374位于牵引行星件轴332与枢转臂380之间,使得作用在牵引行星件轴332上的横向力受枢转臂380以及可选的保持架356的反作用。在某些这种实施例中,轴承374可为径向轴承(滚珠轴承或滚针轴承)、轴颈轴承或任何其它类型的轴承或适当的机构。
通常,牵引式变速器使用夹紧机构来防止在传递一定的扭矩水平时牵引行星件332与牵引环330、336之间的滑移。提供夹紧机构在这里有时称为产生轴向力,或者提供轴向力发生器。参考图4A-4D和9,现在描述可与变速器300一起使用的夹紧力产生机构。
如上面参考图4A-4D所述,变速器300的一些实施例优选包括输入负载凸轮328和/或输出负载凸轮338。下面负载凸轮700的同样地适用于两个负载凸轮328、338。在一个实施例中,负载凸轮700包括负载凸轮滚子705和斜坡710,其可与牵引环如输入牵引环330或输出牵引环336一体地形成。滚子705可支撑和定位在适当的滚子固定器中,例如滚子固定哭喊720。在某些实施例中,牵引环330、340可包括大约16个斜坡,每个斜坡710具有约10度的倾斜。在特定实施例中,斜坡710为螺旋状,并在160度的跨度上具有约为55-66mm的导程。输入负载凸轮328包括滚子327和与输入牵引环330一体的斜坡,输出负载凸轮组件338包括滚子337和与输出牵引环336一体的斜坡。滚子705、327、337可为球形、圆柱形、桶形、非对称的或其它适于给定应用的形状。
在某些实施例中,斜坡710设在固定于输入驱动器326或输入牵引环330的环上;可选择地,各输入驱动器326和输入牵引环可配备有带有斜坡710的环。在某些实施例中,当输入牵引环330上建有斜坡1610时,有效地使输入牵引环330和负载凸轮328组件为一体单元,且滚子705和滚子固定器720形成为不同的组件。
在变速器300运行期间,第一级行星齿轮312向输入驱动器326传递扭矩。输入驱动器326通过斜坡710将扭矩传递给输入牵引环330,其中所述斜坡710可与输入牵引环330为一体的。当输入驱动器326放置时,斜坡710致动滚子705,借此向上供斜坡710。滚子705楔入斜坡705与输入驱动器326表面之间受到挤压,并通过斜坡705将扭矩和轴向力从输入驱动器326传递到输入牵引环330。然后,所述轴向力将牵引行星件332夹在输入牵引环330、输出牵引环336和牵引恒星件333之间。
现在参考图10A-10C,输入驱动器326可为具有中心孔554的大致圆形板552,中心孔554适于通过花键或其它固定装置接合太阳齿轮312。输入驱动器326包括与负载凸轮滚子327接合的表面556。表面556可为平面或可具有负载凸轮斜坡,例如输入牵引环330上所示的斜坡(例如,见图4B和9)。在一个实施例中,输入驱动器326包括与输入轴承座圈322和滚子324相配合的轴承座圈558,以在固定的和转动的组件之间提供用于支撑轴向载荷和滚动接触的推力轴承功能。
现在参考图10D-10F,输出驱动器340可为具有带凸缘562的中心孔的大致圆形板560,所述凸缘562适于接收轴承395和与例如链轮348接合。在另一实施例中,凸缘562适于接收定位和支撑输出端盖346的轴承391。输出驱动器340包括构造成接合负载凸轮滚子337的表面564。表面546可为平面的或者可具有负载斜坡,例如输出牵引环336上所示的斜坡(但是并未加附图标记)。在一个实施例中,输出驱动器340包括与输出轴承座圈334和滚子342相配合的轴承座圈566,以提供上面参考输入驱动器326所述的推力轴承的功能。轴承座圈566位于输出驱动器326上与具有表面564一侧相对的一侧上。
现在参考图11A-12B,可使用换档螺钉370和换档销毂374调节变速器300的传动比。在一个实施例中,可使用换档轮375驱动换档螺钉370。例如,换档轮375可为适于由线性致动器如线缆或链条(未示出)致动的滑轮或复合齿轮。壳体345可恰当地适于允许线性致动器接近换档轮375。
换档销毂374通过换档销(未示出)连接到枢转臂380上,所述换档销安装在指部376和枢转臂380的换档销孔1212内(见图8A-8B)。指部376构造成安装在枢转臂380的槽1280内。在一个实施例中,换档销毂374设有螺纹端580,以允许换档螺钉370通过换档螺钉370相应的换档螺纹1005致动换档销毂374。
换档螺钉370可与中心轴360同轴地安装,并可绕其旋转。在一个实施例中,换档螺钉370可通过太阳齿轮312和齿圈316轴向地限定。换档螺钉370与太阳齿轮312和齿圈316之间可分别设有适当的推力轴承(例如,见图4B)。在一个实施例中,换档螺钉370包括适于连接到换档轮375的换档螺钉凸缘1010。
为调节变速器300的传动比,换档输入通过线性致动器(链条、线缆等)提供给换档轮375,该换档轮375转动换档螺钉370。换档螺纹1005与换档销毂螺纹580啮合,并且由于在换档销毂374被在转动上限制时,换档螺钉370被轴向地限定,所以换档螺钉370使得换档销毂374轴向地移动。换档销毂374的轴向平移使得枢转臂380在连接到换档销毂指部376和枢转臂380的枢转销(未示出)上枢转。枢转臂380绕着行星332的中心枢转。因为枢转臂380连接到牵引行星件轴334上,所以枢转臂380的枢转引起牵引行星件轴334径向向内或向外地倾斜,导致改变牵引行星件332分别与输入牵引环330和输出牵引环336之间的相对接触点。这改变了牵引行星件332与牵引环330、336之间的相对接触点,导致变速器300的传动比变化。
在某些实施例中,优选当枢转臂380倾斜牵引行星件轴334时,牵引恒星件333轴向地平稳。牵引恒星件333的平移可通过牵引恒星件致动装置382完成,在一个实施例中,牵引恒星件致动装置382位于牵引恒星件333与枢转臂380之间。在一个实施例中,牵引恒星件致动装置382包括适于接合枢转臂380的凸轮表面1230的凸轮滚子1805。凸轮滚子1805可支撑和定位在具有支撑延伸1812的凸轮滚子支撑环1810上。为了反作用和传递轴向力,在支撑环1810与牵引恒星件333之间设有成角度接触的推力轴承。在图13A-13D所示的实施例中,轴承座圈1811与支撑环1810是一体的,轴承座圈1825适于连接或固定到牵引恒星件333上,轴承滚子固定器1815支撑和定位一组轴承滚子1820。在某些实施例中,牵引发恒星件333的第一端都可设置牵引恒星件致动装置382,如图4A-4D中所示。
当枢转臂380绕着行星332转动时,枢转臂380的凸轮表面作用在凸轮滚子1805上,其将轴向力传递到凸轮滚子支撑环1810上。凸轮滚子1805设有接合枢转臂380的凸缘1807,从而限制支撑环1810相对于中心轴360的旋转。然后支撑环1810通过轴承座圈1810、轴承滚子1820和轴承座圈1825将轴向力传递到牵引恒星件333。如下面所进一步描述的,凸轮表面1230的曲率或外形确定了牵引恒星件333的轴向平移速度与牵引行星件轴334的倾斜变化速度之间的相对速度。
换档凸轮表面1230的外形通常根据牵引恒星件333与牵引行星件332之间接触点的位置、以及牵引行星件332与牵引恒星件333之间所需相对轴向移动量来变化。凸轮表面1230的外形可使得牵引恒星件333相对于牵引行星件332的轴向平移与牵引行星件轴334的倾斜变化成比例。牵引行星件轴334的倾斜角这里称为“γ”。已经应用发现,对牵引恒星件333的轴向平移相对于γ变化的控制会影响CVT比率控制力。例如,如果牵引恒星件333的轴向平移与γ的变化成线性比例,那么凸轮表面1230和凸轮滚子1805上的正向力通常平行于牵引行星件轴334。这使得能够将绕着牵引行星件332的换档运动有效转换为传递到牵引恒星件333的水平换档力。
牵引恒星件333的平移与γ变化之间的线性关系给定为牵引恒星件333的平移为行星332半径、γ角及RSF的乘积(即,牵引恒星件333的平移=球半径*γ角*RSF),其中RSF为滚动滑动因数。RSF描述了牵引行星件332与牵引恒星件333之间的横向蠕滑率。如这里所使用的,“蠕滑”为本体相对于另一本体的不连续局部运动。在牵引装置中,动力通过牵引界面从驱动部件到从动部件的传递需要蠕滑。通常,沿动力传递方向的蠕肖称为“沿滚动方向的蠕滑”。有时驱动部件和从动部件经历沿垂直于动力传递方向的方向的蠕滑,在这种情形下,该蠕滑分量称为“横向蠕滑”。在运行期间,牵引行星件332和牵引恒星件333彼此。当牵引恒星件333轴向(即,垂直于滚动方向)平移时,牵引恒星件333与牵引行星件332之间产生横向蠕滑。等于1.0的RSF表示纯滚动。在小于1.0的RSF值,牵引恒星件333转换慢于牵引行星件332转动。在大于1.0的RSF值,牵引恒星件333转换快于牵引行星件332转动。
一过程对于牵引恒星件333与枢转臂380和凸轮滚子1805之间的任何横向蠕滑和/或接触位置的变化限定了凸轮表面1230的外形。该过程产生不同的凸轮外形,有助于确定换档力和换档器位置的效果。在一个实施例中,该过程包括使用参数公式确定具有所需凸轮表面1230外形的二维数据曲线。然后使用该典型产生凸轮表面1230的模型。在一个该过程的实施例中,数据典型的参数公式如下:

角度θ从最小γ(在某些实施例中为-20度)到最大γ(在某些实施例中为+20度)变化。γ_MAX为最大γ。参数范围变量“t”从0到1变化。这里,“x”和“y”为凸轮滚子1805在牵引恒星件333各侧上的中心点。x和y的公式为参数的。“LEG”和“ARM”定义了枢转臂380、凸轮滚子1805和牵引恒星件333之间接触的位置。更具体地,LEG为牵引行星件轴334的纵向轴线到穿过相应两个凸轮滚子1805中心的线之间的垂直距离。ARM为牵引恒星件333两侧上的凸轮滚子1805的中心的之间的距离。
超过0的RSF值是优选的。应用发现,为0的RSF值极大地增加了CVT换档所需的力。通常,超过1.0且小于2.5的RSF值是优选的。对于最大的γ角具有最大的RSF。例如,对于等于+20度的γ,约1.6的RSF是最大的。RSF还依赖于牵引行星件332的尺寸和牵引恒星件333的尺寸、以及凸轮滚子1805的位置。
并非仅有牵引恒星件333相对于γ的线性轴向平移是所需的关系。因此,例如,如果需要牵引恒星件333的平移与CVT传动比线性于成比例,那么RSF因数随γ角或CVT传动比变化,使得牵引恒星件333的位置与CVT传动比之间的关系发生地成比例。这对于某些形式的控制策略是期望的特征。
应当注意,尽管上面已经描述了与自行车变速器的行星齿轮组联同使用无级变换器的几种实施例,但是在其它实施例中,没有使用行星齿轮组。而是将曲轴直接或通过负载凸轮组件连接到变换器的输入驱动器326或输入牵引环330上。
现在参考图14A-14C,可提供换档致动器1来致动换档轮375。如图所示,端盖302和/或行星齿轮组行星架320可适于允许换档致动器1接合换档轮375。例如,端盖302可具有允许换档致动器1进出壳体345的孔2。在一个实施例中,行星架320支撑换档轮375(在未示出的轴或销上),因此,行星架320可设有允许换档致动器1进出行星架320以接近换档轮375的孔3。换档致动器1可为例如换档线、索、带等。如果换档轮375为具有齿的齿轮,那么换档致动器1可为例如链条。可使用其它换档致动器控制换档轮375对于本领域的普通技术人员来讲是显而易见的。
前面的描述详细说明了本发明的具体实施例。但是应当理解,无论前文中如何的详细,本发明都可以许多方式实施。并且如上所述,应当注意,当描述本发明的特定特征或方面时,特定术语的使用并不应当认为这里再次定义的术语限制为包括本发明与该术语相关的特征或或方面的具体特性。

Claims (13)

1.一种自行车,包括:
多个自行车架部件,所述多个自行车架部件构造成形成支撑结构;
可操作地连接到所述自行车的一个或多个曲柄的曲轴,所述曲轴构造成被所述多个自行车架部件支撑;和
与所述曲轴同轴地连接并且绕所述曲轴同轴地安装的无级变速器(CVT),所述无级变速器包括:
多个球形的牵引行星件;
连接到每个牵引行星件的枢转臂;
连接到每个牵引行星件的牵引恒星件,所述牵引恒星件位于所述牵引行星件的径向内侧;
与所述球形的牵引行星件中的每个都接触的输入环,所述输入环位于所述牵引恒星件的径向外侧;
与所述球形的牵引行星件中的每个都接触的输出环,所述输出环位于所述牵引恒星件的径向外侧,其中每个球形的牵引行星件都位于所述输入环与所述输出环之间;和
连接到每个球形的牵引行星件的保持架,所述保持架位于所述输入环与输出环之间,并且通过花键操作地连接至毂壳。
2.如权利要求1所述的自行车,其中所述无级变速器的壳体与所述自行车架部件结合。
3.如权利要求1所述的自行车,其中所述无级变速器的壳体包括行星齿轮组的行星架。
4.如权利要求1所述的自行车,还包括行星齿轮组。
5.如权利要求4所述的自行车,其中所述行星齿轮组的行星架与所述无级变速器的壳体结合。
6.如权利要求4所述的自行车,其中所述曲轴构造成驱动所述行星齿轮组的齿圈。
7.如权利要求6所述的自行车,其中所述齿圈构造成驱动所述行星齿轮组的行星齿轮。
8.如权利要求7所述的自行车,其中所述行星齿轮构造成驱动所述行星齿轮组的太阳齿轮。
9.如权利要求8所述的自行车,其中所述太阳齿轮构造成驱动所述无级变速器的输入驱动器。
10.如权利要求9所述的自行车,其中所述输入驱动器构造成可操作地连接到所述无级变速器的牵引环。
11.如权利要求1所述的自行车,还包括连接到所述枢转臂的枢转销毂。
12.如权利要求11所述的自行车,其中所述枢转销毂的轴向移动引起所述枢转臂的枢转。
13.如权利要求1所述的自行车,还包括连接到每个所述球形的牵引行星件的轴,其中所述轴连接到所述枢转臂。
