Claims (13)
- 기판 상에, 복수의 주사선과, 상기 주사선의 연장 설치 방향에 대하여 교차하는 방향으로 연장 설치된 복수의 데이터선과, 상기 데이터선에 병렬하는 복수의 공통급전선과, 상기 데이터선과 상기 주사선에 의해 매트릭스상으로 형성된 화소를 가지며, 상기 화소의 각각에는 상기 주사선을 거쳐 주사신호가 제1 게이트전극에 공급되는 제1 박막 트랜지스터와, 상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터를 거쳐 상기 데이터선으로부터 공급되는 화상신호를 유지하는 유지용량과, 상기 유지용량에 의해서 유지된 상기 화상신호가 제2 게이트전극에 공급되는 제2 박막 트랜지스터와, 상기 화소마다 형성된 화소전극과 상기 화소전극에 대향하는 대향전극과의 층 사이에서 상기 화소전극이 상기 제2 박막트랜지스터를 거쳐 상기 공통급전선에 전기적으로 접속하였을 때에 상기 화소전극과 상기 대향전극과의 사이에 흐르는 구동전류에 의해서 발광하는 유기반도체막을 구비하는 발광소자를 구비한 표시장치에 있어서,상기 공통급전선의 양측에는, 상기 공통급전선과의 사이에서 상기 구동전류의 통전이 행하여지는 화소가 배치되고, 상기 화소에 대하여 상기 공통급전선과는 반대측을 상기 데이터선이 통과하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공통급전선을 사이에 두고 배치된 2개의 화소의 사이에서, 상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터, 상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터, 및 상기 발광소자는 상기 공통급전선을 중심으로 선대칭으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 주사선의 연장설치 방향을 따라 인접하는 어느 화소의 사이에서도 상기 유기반도체막의 형성영역의 중심 피치가 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유기반도체막의 형성영역은, 상기 유기반도체막보다도 두꺼운 절연막으로 이루어진 뱅크층으로 둘러싸여져 있음과 동시에, 상기 뱅크층은 같은 폭으로 상기 데이터선 및 상기 공통급전선을 덮도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유기반도체막은, 잉크젯법에 의해 상기 뱅크층으로 둘러싸인 영역 내에 형성된 막이고, 상기 뱅크층은 상기 유기반도체막을 잉크젯법에 의해 형성할 때에 상기 유기반도체막이 불거져 나오는 것을 방지하기 위한 막인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 화소에 대하여 상기 공통급전선과는 반대측을 통과하는 두 개의 데이터선의 사이에 상당하는 위치에는, 배선층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 데이터선 중, 인접하는 두 개의 데이터선의 사이에서는, 화상신호의 샘플링이 동일한 타이밍으로 행하여지도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 동일한 상기 공통급전선과의 사이에서 상기 구동전류의 통전이 행하여지는 복수의 화소에는, 극성이 반전한 구동전류에 의해 상기 발광소자의 구동이 행하여지는 2종류의 화소가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 데이터선의 연장설치 방향에서는 각 화소에 있어서의 구동전류의 극성이 동일하고, 상기 주사선의 연장설치 방향에서는 각 화소에 있어서의 구동전류의 극성이 1화소마다 반전하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 데이터선의 연장설치 방향에서는 각 화소에 있어서의 구동전류의 극성이 동일하고, 상기 주사선의 연장설치 방향에서는 각 화소에 있어서의 구동전류의 극성이 2 화소마다 반전하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 주사선의 연장설치 방향에서는 각 화소에 있어서의 구동전류의 극성이 동일하고, 상기 데이터선의 연장설치 방향에서는 각 화소에 있어서의 구동전류의 극성이 1 화소마다 반전하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 주사선의 연장설치 방향에서는 각 화소에 있어서의 구동전류의 극성이 동일하고, 상기 데이터선의 연장설치 방향에서는 각 화소에 있어서의 구동전류의 극성이 2 화소마다 반전하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 주사선의 연장설치 방향 및 상기 데이터선의 연장설치 방향중 어느 방향에서도, 각 화소에 있어서의 구동전류의 극성이 1 화소마다 반전하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
