- 画素領域に配置された有機発光ダイオードと、
前記有機発光ダイオードを駆動する複数のトランジスターを各々が含む複数の画素回路と、
第1の方向に沿って配置された複数の走査線と、
前記第1の方向と交差した第2の方向に沿って配置された複数のデータ線と、を具備し、
前記複数の画素回路のうち、前記第1の方向において隣接する少なくとも1組の画素回路において、前記少なくとも1組の画素回路に含まれる複数のトランジスターのゲート電極及び不純物拡散領域は、線対称となるように配置され、
前記少なくとも1組の画素回路において線対称となるように配置された複数のトランジスターのうち、少なくとも1組のトランジスターのゲート電極は、一体的に構成され、かつ、島状に独立して配置されている表示装置。 - 前記少なくとも1組の画素回路において線対称となるように配置された複数のトランジスターのうち、一体的に構成された前記少なくとも1組のトランジスターのゲート電極は、配線に接続されている、請求項1に記載の表示装置。

を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の表示装置。 - 前記少なくとも1組の画素回路の各々の画素回路の前記第2のトランジスターのゲート電極が一体的に構成されている、請求項6記載の表示装置。
- 前記複数の画素回路の各々が、
ゲートに供給される信号に従って、前記第1のトランジスターのゲートとドレインとの間の接続を開閉する第3のトランジスターと、
ゲートに供給される信号に従って、前記第1のトランジスターのドレインと前記有機発光ダイオードのアノードとの間の接続を開閉する第4のトランジスターと、
ゲートに供給される信号に従って、前記有機発光ダイオードのアノードとリセット電位線との間の接続を開閉する第5のトランジスターと、
をさらに含む、請求項6又は7記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数の画素回路のうち、第1画素回路と、前記第1画素回路と前記第1の方向において隣接する第2画素回路と、前記第2画素回路と前記第1方向において隣接する第3画素回路と、において、
前記第2及び第3の画素回路の各々の画素回路の第2のトランジスターのゲート電極が一体的に構成されており、
前記第2及び第3の画素回路の各々の画素回路の第3のトランジスターのゲート電極が一体的に構成されており、
前記第1及び第2の画素回路の各々の画素回路の第4のトランジスターのゲート電極が一体的に構成されており、
前記第2及び第3の画素回路の各々の画素回路の第5のトランジスターのゲート電極が一体的に構成されている、
請求項8記載の表示装置。 - 前記少なくとも1組の画素回路の各々の画素回路の第1のトランジスターのゲート電極にそれぞれ接続された2つの配線の間に、シールド線が配置されている、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項記載の表示装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の表示装置を具備する電子機器。
- 画素領域に配置された発光素子と、
前記発光素子を駆動する複数のトランジスターを各々が含む複数の画素回路と、
第1の方向に沿って配置された複数の走査線と、
前記第1の方向と交差した第2の方向に沿って配置された複数のデータ線と、を具備し、
前記複数の画素回路のうち、前記第1の方向において隣接する少なくとも1組の画素回路において、前記少なくとも1組の画素回路に含まれる複数のトランジスターのゲート電極及び不純物拡散領域は、線対称となるように配置され、
前記少なくとも1組の画素回路において線対称となるように配置された複数のトランジスターのうち、少なくとも1組のトランジスターのゲート電極は、一体的に構成され、かつ、島状に独立して配置されている表示装置。
