Abstract

Description
蛍光画像および反射画像を同時に得るために、あるバリエーションの蛍光/反射モードで操作され得る。システムの操作は、カラー画像化について先に記載された操作と類似であるため、カラー画像化モードからの差異の点のみ記載する。
Claims (27)
- 画像化内視鏡と共に使用するフィルターアセンブリであって、
前記画像化内視鏡の画像化レンズの前に配置されており、前記画像化内視鏡の画像センサーが蛍光画像を生成できるように励起光が前記画像化内視鏡の画像センサーに到達することをブロックし、組織の白色光画像を画像センサーが生成できるように青色光を一定量通過させるフィルターを備えることを特徴とするフィルターアセンブリ。 - 前記フィルターは、370〜460nmの範囲内の波長を有する励起光をブロックすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルターは、460nmより大きい波長を有する光を通過させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルターを前記画像化内視鏡の先端部に取り付ける手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルターを取り付ける手段は、前記画像化内視鏡に取り付けるタブを1つ以上含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルターを取り付ける手段は、接着剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルターを取り付ける手段は、磁石を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルターを取り付ける手段に前記画像化内視鏡の先端部にフィットする袖が含まれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のフィルターアセンブリ。
- 前記フィルターは、染料が浸透したポリカーボネート膜からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルター。
- 前記フィルターは、光学的に透明な接着剤によって内視鏡の画像化レンズに結合していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のフィルター。
- 前記染料は、ソルベントイエロー33であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のフィルター。
- 前記染料は、0.8%の濃度であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のフィルター。
- 前記フィルターは、460nmより大きい波長を通過させることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のフィルター。
- 画像センサーを含む画像化内視鏡によって蛍光画像及び白色光画像を生成するシステムであって、
励起光の前記画像センサーへの到達をブロックし、青色光を一定量通す、前記画像化内視鏡の画像化レンズの前に配置されるフィルターと、
前記画像センサーから受信する画像信号から画像を生成する画像プロセッサーと、
蛍光画像化モードに用いるための励起光及び白色画像化モードに用いるための照明光を生成する光源と、
を備え、
前記光源によって生成された照明光は、前記画像センサーによって生成された前記画像信号を白色調整できるように補正されることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記光源によって生成された照明光は、実質的に同等比率の、前記フィルターを通過する波長域内の青色光、緑色光及び赤色光からなり、前記画像センサーで受光した赤色光、緑色光、及び青色光は、白い表面を観察する際、実質的に同等の光度(magnitude)を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記光源は、蛍光画像化モードで動作する場合、一定量の反射光を生成することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記反射光は、赤色光であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記反射光は、緑色光であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記反射光は、前記フィルターを通過する波長を有する青色光であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像センサーは、カラー画像センサーであり、前記照明光は、赤、緑、及び青のスペクトル成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記画像センサーは、モノクロセンサであり、前記照明光は、逐次的に生成された赤、緑、及び青のスペクトル成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 白色光画像化を行う内視鏡を白色光及び蛍光画像化を行う内視鏡に変換するために用いられるキットであって、
画像化レンズの前に配置されており、組織に蛍光を発光させる励起光をブロックし、前記内視鏡が集めた光によって生成された白色画像を白色光調整できるように、一定量の青色光並びに緑色光及び赤色光を通過させることができるフィルターと、
前記フィルターを前記内視鏡の画像化レンズに接着させるに足りる量の接着剤と、
を備えることを特徴とするキット。 - 前記フィルターは、染料が浸透したポリカーボネートにより製造されていることを特徴とする請求項22に記載のキット。
- 前記染料は、ソルベントイエロー33であることを特徴とする請求項23に記載のキット。
- 前記染料は、0.8%の濃度であることを特徴とする請求項24に記載のキット。
- 前記フィルターは、460nmより大きい波長を有する光を通過させることを特徴とする請求項22に記載のキット。
- 組織の画像信号を生成する画像センサーと、反射された励起光が画像センサーに到達することを阻止するブロッキングフィルターとを備える内視鏡と共に使用される、励起光及び照明光を生成するための光源であって、
自己蛍光及び白色光画像化を行うための赤、緑、及び青の照明光を生成するように組織を励起する波長の光を生成するランプと、
前記ブロッキングフィルターを通過し、前記画像センサーに到達する反射照明光が、前記画像センサーによって生成された画像信号が白色光調整されるように、実質的に等しい赤、緑、及び青色成分を有するように前記照明光の強度を調整するカラー補正フィルターと、
を備えることを特徴とする光源。
