Abstract
【解決手段】 負極活物質層12は例えば気相法により形成されたものであり、負極集電体11との界面の少なくとも一部において合金化している。負極活物質層12はSiとOとを構成元素として含んでいる。負極活物質層12における平均酸素含有量は40原子%以下であり、負極活物質層12を厚み方向で2分割した集電体側の平均酸素含有量をA、表面側の平均酸素含有量をBとすると、集電体側の平均酸素含有量Aの方が表面側の平均酸素含有量Bよりも多く、その差A−Bは4原子%以上30原子%以下である。これにより充放電に伴う負極活物質層12の膨張・収縮を抑制することができる。

Description
図3,4に示したラミネートフィルム型の二次電池を作製した。まず、銅箔よりなる負極集電体11の上に、スパッタリング法により、ケイ素のターゲットを用いてケイ素を含む負極活物質層12を形成した。その際、放電ガスには、成膜開始時から負極活物質層12の厚みの半分まではアルゴンガスと酸素ガスとの混合ガスを用い、後はアルゴンガスとした。放電ガスの流量は50cm3 /minで一定とし、実施例1−1〜1−6で成膜初期における酸素ガスの流量比を変化させた。
負極活物質層12を形成する際に、放電ガスとしてアルゴンガスと酸素ガスとの混合ガスを用い、酸素ガスの流量比を成膜に伴い徐々に低下させると共に、酸素ガスの流量比を実施例2−1〜2−5で変化させたことを除き、他は実施例1−1〜1−6と同様にして二次電池を作製した。また、実施例2−1〜2−5に対する比較例2−1,2−2として、放電ガスの酸素の流量比を実施例2−1〜2−5と変えたことを除き、他は実施例2−1〜2−5と同様にして二次電池を作製した。
負極活物質層12を電子ビーム真空蒸着法(EB蒸着法)により形成したことを除き、他は実施例1−1〜1−6と同様にして二次電池を作製した。その際、実施例3−1,3−2では成膜開始時のみ酸素ガスを導入し、実施例3−3,3−4では成膜に伴い酸素ガスの流量比を徐々に低下させた。また、実施例3−1〜3−4に対する比較例3−1,3−2として、酸素の流量比を変えたことを除き、他は実施例3−1〜3−4と同様にして二次電池を作製した。なお、比較例3−1は成膜開始時のみ酸素ガスを導入し、比較例3−2は成膜に伴い酸素ガスの流量比を徐々に低下させた。
Claims (6)
- 負極集電体と、この負極集電体に設けられ、負極集電体との界面の少なくとも一部において負極集電体と合金化している負極活物質層とを有し、
前記負極活物質層は、構成元素として、ケイ素(Si)と、酸素(O)とを含み、
前記負極活物質層における平均酸素含有量は、40原子%以下であり、
前記負極活物質層を厚み方向で2分割した集電体側の平均酸素含有量をA、表面側の平均酸素含有量をBとすると、集電体側の平均酸素含有量Aの方が表面側の平均酸素含有量Bよりも多く、その差A−Bは4原子%以上30原子%以下である
ことを特徴とする負極。 - 前記負極活物質層における平均酸素含有量は10原子%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の負極。
- 負極集電体と、この負極集電体に気相法、溶射法および焼成法からなる群のうち少なくとも1つの方法により形成された負極活物質層とを有し、
前記負極活物質層は、構成元素として、ケイ素(Si)と、酸素(O)とを含み、
前記負極活物質層における平均酸素含有量は、40原子%以下であり、
前記負極活物質層を厚み方向で2分割した集電体側の平均酸素含有量をA、表面側の平均酸素含有量をBとすると、集電体側の平均酸素含有量Aの方が表面側の平均酸素含有量Bよりも多く、その差A−Bは4原子%以上30原子%以下である
ことを特徴とする負極。 - 正極および負極と共に電解質を備えた電池であって、
前記負極は、負極集電体と、この負極集電体に設けられ、負極集電体との界面の少なくとも一部において負極集電体と合金化している負極活物質層とを有し、
前記負極活物質層は、構成元素として、ケイ素(Si)と、酸素(O)とを含み、
前記負極活物質層における平均酸素含有量は、40原子%以下であり、
前記負極活物質層を厚み方向で2分割した集電体側の平均酸素含有量をA、表面側の平均酸素含有量をBとすると、集電体側の平均酸素含有量Aの方が表面側の平均酸素含有量Bよりも多く、その差A−Bは4原子%以上30原子%以下である
ことを特徴とする電池。 - 前記負極活物質層における平均酸素含有量は10原子%以上であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の電池。
