Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 부극 활물질 입자의 제조 방법에 있어서의 전기 화학적 Li 도프에서 사용할 수 있는 개질 장치의 일례를 나타내는 개략도이다.
도 3은 실시예 1-1과 비교예 1-1에 있어서 측정된 Si k-에지 스펙트럼이다.
도 4는 실시예 1-2와 비교예 1-1에 있어서 측정된 O k-에지 스펙트럼이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 부극 활물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지의 구성(라미네이트 필름형)의 일례를 나타내는 분해도이다.
도 6은 실시예 1-2를 충전한 경우에 측정된 Si k-에지 스펙트럼이다.
도 7은 비교예 1-1을 충전한 경우에 측정된 Si k-에지 스펙트럼이다.
Claims (7)
- 부극 활물질 입자를 포함하는 부극 활물질로서,
상기 부극 활물질 입자는, 산소가 포함되는 규소 화합물로서, 상기 규소 화합물을 구성하는 규소와 산소의 비가, SiOx: 0.5≤x≤1.6의 범위인 것을 포함하는 규소 화합물 입자를 함유하고,
해당 규소 화합물 입자는, Li2SiO3 및 Li2Si2O5 중 적어도 1종 이상인 Li 화합물을 함유하고,
상기 규소 화합물 입자를 구성하는 Si의 일부가, Li를 포함하지 않는 Si2+ 내지 Si3+의 산화물, 및 Li와 Si2+ 내지 Si3+를 포함하는 화합물 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 형태로 존재하고,
상기 규소 화합물 입자는, X선 흡수 미세 구조 해석을 행했을 때 얻어지는 X선 흡수 스펙트럼의 Si K-에지(edge)의 XANES 영역에 있어서, 에너지가 1844eV 내지 1846.5eV의 범위에 피크 또는 숄더 피크를 갖는 것이고,
상기 규소 화합물 입자는, 충전의 과정에 있어서 충전량이 늘어남에 따라서, 상기 Si K-에지의 XANES 영역에 있어서의 에너지가 1844eV 내지 1846.5eV의 범위에 나타나는 피크 또는 숄더 피크의 강도가 강해져 가는 것이고,
상기 규소 화합물 입자는, X선 흡수 미세 구조 해석을 행했을 때 얻어지는 X선 흡수 스펙트럼의 O K-에지의 XANES 영역에 있어서, 에너지가 534eV 이상 535eV 미만의 위치에 피크를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 부극 활물질. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규소 화합물 입자는, Cu-Kα선을 사용한 X선 회절에 의해 얻어지는 Si(111) 결정면에 기인하는 회절 피크의 반값폭(2θ)이 1.2° 이상임과 함께, 그 결정면에 대응하는 결정자 크기는 7.5㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부극 활물질 입자는 메디안 직경이 1.0㎛ 이상 15㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부극 활물질 입자는, 표층부에 탄소재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 활물질.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄소재의 평균 두께는 5㎚ 이상 5000㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 활물질.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 부극 활물질과 탄소계 활물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합 부극 활물질 재료.
- 규소 화합물 입자를 함유하는 부극 활물질 입자를 제조하는 방법으로서,
산소가 포함되는 규소 화합물로서, 상기 규소 화합물을 구성하는 규소와 산소의 비가, SiOx: 0.5≤x≤1.6의 범위인 것을 포함하는 규소 화합물 입자를 제작하는 공정과,
상기 규소 화합물 입자에 Li를 삽입하여, Li2SiO3 및 Li2Si2O5 중 적어도 1종 이상인 Li 화합물을 함유시키는 공정과,
상기 Li를 삽입한 규소 화합물 입자를 로 내에서 교반하면서 열 처리함으로써, 상기 규소 화합물 입자를 구성하는 Si의 일부를, Li를 포함하지 않는 Si2+ 내지 Si3+의 산화물, 및 Li와 Si2+ 내지 Si3+를 포함하는 화합물 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 형태로 존재하는 것으로 하고, 상기 규소 화합물 입자를, X선 흡수 미세 구조 해석을 행했을 때 얻어지는 X선 흡수 스펙트럼의 Si K-에지의 XANES 영역에 있어서, 에너지가 1844eV 내지 1846.5eV의 범위에 피크 또는 숄더 피크를 갖는 것이고, 충전의 과정에 있어서 충전량이 늘어남에 따라서, 상기 Si K-에지의 XANES 영역에 있어서의 에너지가 1844eV 내지 1846.5eV의 범위에 나타나는 피크 또는 숄더 피크의 강도가 강해져 가는 것이고, 또한 X선 흡수 미세 구조 해석을 행했을 때 얻어지는 X선 흡수 스펙트럼의 O K-에지의 XANES 영역에 있어서, 에너지가 534eV 이상 535eV 미만의 위치에 피크를 갖는 것으로 하는 공정
에 의해 부극 활물질 입자를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부극 활물질 입자의 제조 방법.
