Claims (36)

  1. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines, avec une structure de pliage (11) installée à côté d'une section, la section présentant au moins deux tours d'impression (01) munies chacune de deux unités d'impression (02) verticales, de largeur triple, disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre, les unités d'impression (02) présentant des cylindres de transfert et de forme (17 ; 16), réalisés avec une largeur convenant pour l'impression de chaque fois six pages de journaux disposées axialement les unes à côté des autres, et
    - dans la structure de pliage (11) de la machine à imprimer rotative à bobines de la largeur de six pages de journaux étant prévus un groupe inférieur et un groupe supérieur de chaque fois trois cônes de pliage (101 ; 102 ; 103 ; 106 ; 107 ; 108) disposés les uns à côté des autres,
    - les unités d'impression (02) étant réalisées sous forme d'unités d'impression satellites à neuf cylindres (02), présentant chacune quatre paires composées chacune d'un cylindre de transfert (17) et d'un cylindre de forme associé, dont les cylindres de transfert (17), en une position appliquée, en pression, coopèrent, en formant un emplacement d'impression, avec un cylindre d'impression (18) réalisé sous forme de cylindre satellite (18),
    - les cylindres de forme et de transfert (16 ; 17) présentant une circonférence correspondant à deux pages d'impression verticales disposées l'une derrière l'autre en direction périphérique,
    - les paires, composées d'un cylindre de forme (16) et d'un cylindre de transfert, étant chacune entrainées au moyen d'un moteur d'entraînement (61) propre, et le cylindre d'impression (18) présentant un moteur d'entraînement (61) propre,
    - le cylindre de transfert (17) présentant, sur trois tronçons (AB ; CD ; EF) de sa surface d'enveloppe (40), les uns à côté des autres en direction axiale, trois habillages (21),
    - et l'habillage (21) étant réalisé sous forme de plaque support (23), avec une couche (22) élastique, disposée sur la plaque support (23).
  2. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, au moins sur le cylindre de transfert, les ouvertures sont disposées en alternance en direction périphérique, de manière que, au moins sur une longueur de tronçon, une surface d'enveloppe fermée coopère toujours avec le cylindre satellite.
  3. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de transfert (17) et le cylindre de forme (16) présentent une circonférence correspondant à deux pages d'impression verticales, en particulier des pages de journaux au format broadsheet, disposées l'une derrière l'autre en direction périphérique.
  4. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps utilisable du cylindre de transfert (17) présente une longueur de 1.850 à 2.400 mm et une circonférence de 850 à 1.000 mm.
  5. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps utilisable du cylindre de transfert (17) présente une longueur de 1.950 à 2.400 mm et une circonférence de 980 à 1.300 mm.
  6. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps utilisable du cylindre de transfert (17) présente une longueur de 2.000 à 2.400 mm et une circonférence de 850 à 1.000 mm.
  7. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de transfert (17) présente un seul habillage (21) en direction périphérique sur sa surface d'enveloppe (40).
  8. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les trois habillages (21) sont disposés en décalage les uns par rapport aux autres en direction périphérique.
  9. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les trois habillages (21) sont disposés en décalage alterné à 180° les uns par rapport aux autres en direction périphérique.
  10. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de forme (16) présente, sur six tronçons (A ; B ; C ; D ; E ; F) de sa surface d'enveloppe (30), au moins trois habillages (19), les uns à côté des autres en direction axiale, et chaque fois deux habillages (19) en direction périphérique.
  11. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de forme (16) présente, sur sa surface d'enveloppe (30), six habillages (19) les uns à côté des autres en direction axiale.
  12. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que des extrémités des habillages (19) disposés les uns à côté des autres sont alignées mutuellement en direction axiale.
  13. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre (16 ; 17) destiné à recevoir des extrémités (24 ; 26) des habillages (19 ; 21) sur sa surface d'enveloppe (30 ; 40) présente au moins deux ouvertures (28 ; 38 ; 39 ; 41) s'étendant axialement, décalées les unes par rapport aux autres en direction périphérique.
  14. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce qu'une largeur de l'ouverture (28 ; 38 ; 39 ; 41) dans la zone de la surface d'enveloppe (30 ; 40) en direction périphérique est inférieure ou égale à 3 mm.
  15. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon les revendications 10 et 13, caractérisée en ce que deux ouvertures (28), décalées de 180° l'une par rapport à l'autre, sur la surface d'enveloppe (30) du cylindre de forme (16), s'étendent au moins sur la longueur totale des six tronçons (A à F).
  16. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon les revendications 1 et 13, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de transfert (17) présente, sur sa surface d'enveloppe (40), dans la zone des trois tronçons (AB à EF), dans chaque alignement axial des ouvertures (38 ; 39 ; 41), au moins un tronçon (U) prolongeant la forme du reste de la surface d'enveloppe (40).
  17. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon les revendications 1 et 13, caractérisée en ce que deux ouvertures (38 ; 39), alignées en direction axiale l'une par rapport à l'autre, et une ouverture (41), décalée à 180° en direction périphérique par rapport à celles-ci, s'étendent sur la surface d'enveloppe (40) du cylindre de transfert (17).
  18. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, 10 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que des extrémités (24 ; 26) des habillages (19 ; 21) sont maintenues dans au moins deux canaux (27 ; 36 ; 37) s'étendant axialement, décalés les uns par rapport aux autres en direction périphérique, canaux s'étendant de manière continue en direction axiale du cylindre (16 ; 17) dans le corps, au moins sur la longueur totale des six tronçons (A à F), respectivement des trois tronçons (AB ; CD ; EF).
  19. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon les revendications 17 et 18, caractérisée en ce que les deux ouvertures (38 ; 39) alignées débouchent dans le même canal (36 ; 37).
  20. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de maintien (29, 31 ; 43, 44) est disposé dans chaque canal (27 ; 36 ; 37).
  21. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 18, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs dispositifs de maintien (29, 31 ; 43, 44), déplaçables indépendamment les uns des autres, sont disposés dans chaque canal (27 ; 36 ; 37).
  22. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 21, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de maintien (29, 31 ; 43, 44) d'un canal (27 ; 36 ; 37) sont actionnables au moyen d'un élément de réglage (32 ; 46 ; 47 ; 48) commun.
  23. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, chaque fois, un dispositif de pressage (52), pour presser un habillage (19) sur le cylindre de forme (16), est associé à au moins deux cylindres de forme (16) de l'unité d'impression (02).
  24. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de transfert (17) et le cylindre de forme (16) sont couplés mécaniquement par paires pour l'entraînement et sont entraînés de manière mécaniquement indépendante des cylindres d'impression (18) associés.
  25. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les cylindres (16 ; 17 ; 18) présentent chacun un moteur d'entraînement (61) mécaniquement indépendant des autres cylindres (16 ; 17 ; 18).
  26. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon l'une des revendications 24 ou 25, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement par le moteur d'entraînement (61) s'effectue par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission (62), en particulier une transmission à roues dentées (62).
  27. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les cylindres de transfert présentent sur leur surface d'enveloppe (40) en direction axiale chacun trois habillages (21), disposés les uns à côté des autres, dont les extrémités (24 ; 26) sont disposées dans au moins un canal (36 ; 37) s'étendant axialement, avec une ouverture (28 ; 38 ; 39 ; 41) vers la surface d'enveloppe (30 ; 35), d'une largeur (s17) en direction périphérique inférieure ou égale à 3 mm.
  28. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 27, caractérisée en ce que les habillages (21) sont chacun réalisés sous forme de couche (22) élastique et/ou compressible, disposée sur une plaque support (23).
  29. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la superstructure (04) présente au moins un élément de guidage (82 ; 08 ; 93), susceptible d'être placé, au choix, transversalement à la direction de défilement de la bande (03) dans le chemin de défilement de trois bandes partielles (03a ; 03b ; 03c) disposées les unes à côté des autres.
  30. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1 ou 27, caractérisée en ce que, en aval de l'unité d'impression (02), est disposée au moins une structure de pliage comprenant un groupe de trois cônes de pliage (101 ; 102 ; 103 ; 106 ; 107 ; 108), se chevauchant au moins partiellement dans un plan horizontal.
  31. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1 ou 30, caractérisée en ce que la structure de pliage (11) présente au moins deux cônes de pliage (101, 106 ; 102, 107 ; 103, 108), dont des plans de symétrie (S) sont chacun situés en un alignement commun d'une bande partielle (03a ; 03b ; 03c) passant en ligne droite dans la machine à imprimer.
  32. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 23, caractérisée en ce qu'un canal du cylindre de frome (16) présente des dispositifs de maintien (29, 31) pour la fixation d'extrémités (24 ; 26) des habillages (19) disposés les uns à côté des autres, les dispositifs de maintien (29 ; 31) du canal (27) étant actionnables au moyen d'un moyen de réglage (32) commun.
  33. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente deux sections ayant chacune deux tours d'impression, et en ce qu'au moins une structure de pliage (11) est disposée entre les deux sections.
  34. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente deux sections ayant chacune trois tours d'impression, et en ce qu'au moins une structure de pliage (11) est disposée entre les deux sections.
  35. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de forme (16) porte sur sa surface d'enveloppe (30) six habillages (19) réalisés en tant que formes d'impression (19), disposés les uns à côté des autres en direction axiale.
  36. Machine à imprimer rotative à bobines selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce qu'une largeur de l'ouverture (28 ; 38 ; 39 ; 41) dans la zone de la surface d'enveloppe (30 ; 40) en direction périphérique est inférieure à 5 mm.
