Abstract
Суперконденсатор, который включает в себя аккумулирующий энергию элемент, содержащий положительный электрод, отрицательный электрод, сепаратор и электролит и находящийся внутри герметично уплотненного корпуса, при этом положительный и отрицательный электроды смочены электролитом и отделены друг от друга проницаемым для электролита пористым сепаратором, причем каждый электрод прикреплен к токоотводу или находится в контакте с ним или нанесен на него, при этом по всему герметично уплотненному корпусу и аккумулирующему энергию элементу суммарная концентрация влаги составляет ниже 1000 ч./млн, суммарная концентрация галогенид-ионов составляет ниже 1000 ч./млн, суммарная концентрация металлических частиц составляет ниже 1000 ч./млн, и суммарная концентрация примесей из растворителей и предшественников электролита составляет ниже 1000 ч./млн, так что при работе суперконденсатор имеет объемный ток утечки менее чем 10 мА/см, когда поддерживается практически при постоянной температуре в пределах диапазона температур между 80 и 210°C при рабочем напряжении по меньшей мере 1 В; и демонстрирует увеличение эквивалентного последовательного сопротивления менее чем 300%, когда поддерживается при постоянном напряжении в течение по меньшей мере 20 ч при поддержании практически при постоянной температуре в пределах диапазона температур между 80 и 210°C.
