Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ogniwo litowo - jonowe, zawierające elektrodę ujemną, naniesioną na glinowy kolektor prądu, elektrodę dodatnią naniesioną na glinowy kolektor prądu, separator polimerowy pełniący funkcję stałego elektrolitu, uszczelkę, obudowę, płyn kontaktowy, jonowy nośnik ładunku i stabilizator kolektora ładunku. Ogniwo charakteryzuje się tym, że elektroda ujemna naniesiona na glinowy kolektor prądu wykonana jest z tlenku litowo - tytanowego (LTO), elektroda dodatnia naniesiona na glinowy kolektor prądu wykonana jest z tlenku litowo - manganowego (LMO), separator polimerowy pełniący funkcję stałego elektrolitu jest wykonany z prepolimeru silikonowo - uretanowego, a płyn kontaktowy stanowi roztwór w węglanie dimetylu. Płyn kontaktowy zawiera nośnik ładunku w postaci LiTFSI i stabilizator kolektora prądu w postaci LiBOB. Zawartość płynu kontaktowego w ogniwie wynosi poniżej 10 µl/cm2 względem powierzchni elektrod. Ogniwo litowo - jonowe charakteryzuje się energią właściwą ok. 120 Wh/kg w przeliczeniu na masy elektrodowe oraz odpornością cykliczną ok. 55% po 50 cyklach głębokiego ładowania/rozładowania.
