本发明涉及一种硬涂层组合物,且更具体而言涉及一种可用于形成具有高硬度和优异特性的硬涂膜的硬涂层组合物。
本申请要求于2012年5月31日提交的韩国专利申请第10-2012-0058634号、2012年5月31日提交的韩国专利申请第10-2012-0058635号、2012年5月31日提交的韩国专利申请第10-2012-0058636号、2012年5月31日提交的韩国专利申请第10-2012-0058637号、及2013年5月30日提交的韩国专利申请第10-2013-0062094号的优先权。在先申请的全部公开内容在此通过引证的方式全文纳入本说明书中。
背景技术
近来,随着移动装置(如智能手机、平板电脑等)的发展,要求用于显示器的基板变窄或变薄。所述移动装置的显示窗或前面板通常由具有优异机械特性的玻璃材料或强化玻璃材料制成。然而,玻璃材料具有以下缺点:因其本身的重量而使移动装置笨重,且会因外部冲击而易碎。
作为玻璃的替代材料,已经研究了塑料树脂膜。塑料树脂膜因其质轻且不易破碎,而适于追求更轻且更薄的移动装置的趋势。特别地,为了获得具有高硬度且高耐磨性的膜,提出一种用于在基板上形成硬涂层的硬涂层组合物。
作为改进硬涂层的表面硬度的方法,可考虑增加硬涂层厚度的方法。为确保硬涂层的表面硬度达到以使可由硬涂层代替玻璃的程度,必须调整硬涂层的厚度。然而,随着硬涂层厚度的增加,其表面硬度可变得更高,然而硬涂层可因为其固化收缩而起皱或卷曲且易破裂或脱落。因此,不易将硬涂层投入到实际应用中。
最近,已提出数种增加硬涂膜硬度并解决硬涂膜因其固化收缩而破裂或卷曲的问题的方法。
韩国专利申请第2010-0041992号公开了一种不含单体的硬涂膜组合物,其使用包括可紫外固化的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物的粘合剂树脂。然而,这种硬涂膜的铅笔硬度为约3H,其不足以代替用于显示器的玻璃面板。
发明内容
技术问题
因此,设计出本发明以解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种可用于形成具有高硬度且不会卷曲、翘曲或破裂的硬涂膜的硬涂层组合物。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明的一个方面提供一种硬涂层组合物,其包含:含有三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的粘合剂、无机颗粒、光引发剂、及有机溶剂,其中固体物质包括粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂,且所述固体物质与有机溶剂的重量比为70:30至99:1。
本发明的另一个方面提供一种无溶剂的硬涂层组合物,其包含:含有三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂。
有益效果
所述硬涂层组合物可用于制备能有益地应用于移动装置、显示器件、仪器等的前面板或显示面板的硬涂膜,其原因在于该硬涂膜具有高硬度、高耐划痕性和高透明性且由于其高可加工性而不易卷曲或破裂。
具体实施方式
根据本发明的一个方面,其提供一种硬涂层组合物,其包含:含有三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的粘合剂、无机颗粒、光引发剂、及有机溶剂,其中固体物质包括粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂,所述固体物质与所述有机溶剂的重量比为70:30至99:1。
根据本发明的另一个方面,其提供一种无溶剂的硬涂层组合物,其包含:含有三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂。
本发明中,术语“第一”、“第二”等用于描述各种成分,仅用于成分彼此区分的目的。

由于本发明可以各种形式修改,所以将详述本发明的优选实施方案。尽管公开的这些实施方案用于说明的目的,但应理解本发明不限于此,且本领域技术人员将理解可进行各种修改、增加和替换,而不偏离本发明的范围和实质。
在下文中,将详述本发明的优选实施方案。
本发明的实施方案的硬涂层组合物包括:含有三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的粘合剂、无机颗粒、光引发剂、及有机溶剂,其中固体物质包括粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂,且所述固体物质与所述有机溶剂的重量比为70:30至99:1。
本说明书中,术语“丙烯酸酯类”旨在包含丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯及其具有各种取代基的衍生物。
所述三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的实例可包括三丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯(TMPTA)、三丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷乙氧基酯(TMPEOTA)、甘油-丙氧基化三丙烯酸酯(GPTA)、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯(PETA)、六丙烯酸二季戊四醇酯(DPHA)等。所述三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体可单独使用或以其组合的形式使用。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述粘合剂还可包含单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体。
所述单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的实例可包括:丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、二丙烯酸己二醇酯(HDDA)、二丙烯酸三丙二醇酯(TPGDA)、二丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDA)等。该单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体也可单独使用或以其组合的形式使用。
根据本发明的实施方案,基于100重量份的包含粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂的固体物质计,所述粘合剂的含量可为约35至约85重量份或约45至约80重量份。当该粘合剂的量在上述范围内时,可形成高硬度硬涂膜,并由于其优异的可加工性而减少卷曲或破裂的发生。
此外,当所述粘合剂还包含单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体时,单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体与三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的含量比没有特别限制。根据本发明的实施方案,所包含的单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体和三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的重量比可为约1:99至约50:50,或约10:90至约50:50,或约20:80至约40:60。当所包含的单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体与三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的重量比在上述范围内时,硬涂层可被赋予高硬度和韧性,而没有劣化其他物理特性,如卷曲特性、耐光性等。
根据本发明的另一个实施方案,所述粘合剂还可包含光固化弹性聚合物。
本说明书中,所述光固化弹性聚合物是指具有弹性并含有可通过UV照射而交联聚合的官能团的聚合物材料。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,根据ASTM D638测量的所述光固化弹性聚合物伸长率可为约15%或更高,例如约15至约200%,约20至约200%,或约20至约150%。
当本发明的硬涂层组合物还包含光固化弹性聚合物时,所述光固化弹性聚合物与三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体交联聚合,然后固化以形成硬涂层,其韧性和耐冲击性被改进。
当粘合剂还包含光固化弹性聚合物时,所述光固化弹性聚合物与三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的含量比没有特别限制。然而,根据本发明的实施方案,所包含的光固化弹性聚合物和三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的重量比可为约5:95至约20:80。当所包含的光固化弹性聚合物和三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的重量比在上述范围内时,硬涂层可被赋予高硬度和韧性,而没有劣化其他物理特性,如卷曲性、耐光性等,且特别地,可防止硬涂层因外部冲击而受损,因此确保优异的耐冲击性。
根据本发明的实施方案,光固化弹性聚合物可为重均分子量为约1,000至约600,000g/mol或约10,000至约600,000g/mol的聚合物或低聚物。
所述光固化弹性聚合物可为至少一种选自聚己内酯、氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯类聚合物、和聚轮烷的聚合物。
在用作光固化弹性聚合物的聚合物中,聚己内酯通过己内酯的开环聚合而形成,并具有优异的物理特性,如韧性、耐冲击性、耐久性等。
氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯类聚合物保留氨基甲酸酯键以具有优异的弹性和耐久性。
聚轮烷为轮烷的聚合物,一种机械内锁(mechanically-interlocked)的分子结构,其由哑铃形分子所组成,该哑铃形分子穿过环状部分(大环)。由于哑铃(止动部(stopper))的末端大于所述环的内径并防止组分的脱离(因为这需要共价键的显著扭曲),所以轮烷的两个组分在动力上受到限制。
根据本发明的实施方案,所述光固化弹性聚合物可包括聚轮烷,该聚轮烷包含环状部分(大环),其中具有与其末端共轭的(甲基)丙烯酸酯部分的内酯化合物彼此键合;线型部分(thread moiety),其保留在大环内;以及止动部,其位于线型部分的两端以防止大环脱离。
在这种情况下,可以没有限制的使用环状部分(大环),只要其尺寸能够达到环绕线型部分的程度。此环状部分(大环)可包含官能团,如羟基、氨基、羧基、巯基、醛基等,其可以与其他聚合物或化合物反应。环状部分(大环)的具体实例可包括α-环糊精、β-环糊精、γ-环糊精、及其混合物。
此外,可以没有限制的使用线型部分,只要其为具有预定重量或高于重量且通常为线型即可。优选地,聚亚烷基化合物或聚内酯化合物可用于线型部分。特别地,包含1至8个碳原子的氧化烯基重复单元的聚氧化烯基化合物或包含3至10个碳原子的内酯重复单元的聚内酯化合物可用于线型部分。
同时,可根据待制备的轮烷化合物的特性而适当地调整止动部。例如,止动部可为至少一种选自二硝基苯基、环糊精基团、金刚烷基团、三苯甲基、荧光黄基和芘基的基团。
由于聚轮烷具有优异的耐划痕性,所以当其受到外在损害和划伤时,其可具有自恢复力。
本发明的硬涂层组合物包含无机颗粒。在这种情况下,所包含的无机颗粒可分散在粘合剂中。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,可使用粒径为约100nm或更小,或约10至约100nm,或约10至约50nm的无机纳米颗粒作为无机颗粒。例如,二氧化硅颗粒、氧化铝颗粒、氧化钛颗粒或氧化锌颗粒可用作无机颗粒。
所述硬涂层组合物包含无机颗粒,因此进一步改进了硬涂膜的硬度。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,基于100重量份的包含粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂的固体物质计,所述无机颗粒含量可为约10至约60重量份或约20至约50重量份。当所述无机颗粒的量在上述范围内时,可实现通过添加无机颗粒而改进硬涂膜的硬度的作用,而没有劣化其物理特性。
本发明的硬涂层组合物包含光引发剂。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,所述光引发剂的实例可包括,但不限于:1-羟基-环己基-苯基酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、2-羟基-1-[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]-2-甲基-1-丙酮、苯甲酰基甲酸甲酯、α,α-二甲氧基-α-苯基苯乙酮、2-苯甲酰基-2-(二甲基氨基)-1-[4-(4-吗啉基)苯基]-1-丁酮、2-甲基-1-[4-(甲硫基)苯基]-2-(4-吗啉基)-1-丙酮、二苯基(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦、双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)-苯基氧化膦等。此外,市售可得的光引发剂的实例可包括Irgacure 184、Irgacure 500、Irgacure 651、Irgacure 369、Irgacure 907、Darocur 1173、Darocur MBF、Irgacure 819、Darocur TPO、Irgacure 907、Esacure KIP 100F等。这些光引发剂可单独使用或以其混合物的形式使用。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,基于100重量份的包含粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂的固体物质计,所述光引发剂的含量可为约0.5至约10重量份或约1至约5重量份。当该光引发剂的存在量在上述范围内时,可充分进行交联-光聚合,而没有劣化硬涂膜的物理特性。
同时,除了上述粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂之外,本发明的硬涂层组合物还可包含常用的添加剂,例如表面活性剂、黄化抑制剂、流平剂、防污剂等。在本文中,没有特别限制添加剂的含量,这是因为其含量可进行各种调整,而没有劣化所述硬涂层组合物的物理特性。例如,添加剂的含量可为约0.1至约10重量份,基于100重量份的固体物质计。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,例如,硬涂层组合物可包含表面活性剂作为添加剂。该表面活性剂可为单官能至双官能的氟类丙烯酸酯、氟类表面活性剂或硅类表面活性剂。在这种情况下,所述表面活性剂可以分散在光固化交联共聚物中或与光固化交联共聚物交联的形式而被包含于其中。
此外,所述听涂层组合物可包含黄化抑制剂作为添加剂。该黄化抑制剂可为二苯基甲酮化合物或苯并三唑化合物。
本发明的硬涂层组合物包含有机溶剂。
在本发明的一个实施方案的硬涂层组合物中,其所包含的有机溶剂使得固体物质与有机溶剂的重量比为约70:30至约99:1,所述固体物质包含粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂。如上所述,当其固含量高时,获得高粘度的组合物,并因此可形成厚涂层,因此形成厚度为50μm或更厚的厚硬涂层。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,有机溶剂的实例可包括:醇类,如甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇等;烷氧基醇类,如2-甲氧基乙醇、2-乙氧基乙醇、1-甲氧基-2-丙醇等;酮类,如丙酮、甲基乙基酮、甲基异丁基酮、甲基丙基酮、环己酮等;醚类,如丙二醇单丙醚、丙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇单丙醚、乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单甲醚、二乙二醇单乙醚、二乙二醇单丙醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇-2-乙基己醚等;以及芳族溶剂,如苯、甲苯、二甲苯等。这些有机溶剂可以单独使用或以其混合物的形式使用。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,没有特别限制该硬涂层组合物的粘度,只要其具有适合的流动性和可涂布性,但该硬涂层组合物可具有高粘度,这是因为其具有相对高的固含量。例如,在25℃下该硬涂层组合物的粘度可为约100至约1200cps,约150至约1200cps,或约300至约1200cps。
此外,本发明提供一种无溶剂的硬涂层组合物,其包含:含有三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,所述粘合剂还可包含单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体或光固化弹性聚合物。
无溶剂的硬涂层组合物的三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体、单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体、光固化弹性聚合物、无机颗粒、光引发剂、添加剂等的详细说明与前文关于含溶剂的硬涂层组合物中所述相同。但是,无溶剂的硬涂层组合物所具有的粘度高于含溶剂的硬涂层组合物的,这是因为前者不包含有机溶剂。例如,25℃下本发明的硬涂层组合物的粘度可为约300至约1200cps、约500至约1200cps、或约800至约1200cps。
包含上述组分的含溶剂或无溶剂的硬涂层组合物被施用于支撑基板上,然后光固化以形成硬涂层。
特别地,为了将硬涂膜用于移动终端机(如智能手机)或平板电脑的外壳,重要的是将硬涂膜的硬度改进至硬涂膜可代替玻璃这样的程度。在这种情况下,为了改进硬涂膜的硬度,基本上,必须将硬涂膜的厚度提高至预定厚度,例如50μm或更厚,70μm或更厚,或100μm或更厚。然而,随着硬涂膜厚度的提高,由固化收缩引起的卷曲现象也增加,因此硬涂层与支撑基板的粘附力降低,且硬涂膜易卷起。因此,可额外地进行使支撑基板平化的工艺,但此工艺的问题在于其使硬涂层破裂。
所述硬涂层组合物可用于形成具有高透明度和高硬度的硬涂层,这是因为甚至当其较厚地施用于支撑基板上并固化时,也不易形成卷曲或破裂。例如,使用本发明的硬涂层组合物,可形成厚度为约50μm或更厚,约50至约150μm,或约70至约100μm的硬涂层。
当使用本发明的硬涂层组合物形成硬涂层时,可通过相关领域中常用的方法形成硬涂层。
例如,首先,将本发明的硬涂层组合物施用于支撑基板的一个侧面上。在这种情况下,没有特别限制施用硬涂层组合物的方法,只要其可用于相关领域中即可。例如可通过棒式涂布法、刀片式涂布法、辊式涂法、刮刀式涂布法、模具涂布法(die coating)、微凹版印刷涂布法、缺角轮涂布法(comma coating)、缝隙模具涂布法、唇口式涂布法、溶液铸膜法等施用所述硬涂层组合物。
施用硬涂层组合物之后,可选择性地进行使已施用硬涂层组合物的表面稳定化的步骤。此步骤可通过在预定温度下热处理涂布有所述硬涂层组合物的支撑基板而进行。因此,使施用硬涂层组合物的表面变平,并使硬涂层组合物中所包含的挥发性组分挥发,因此使其表面稳定化。
之后,将施用于支撑基板上的硬涂层组合物用紫外线照射以光固化硬涂层组合物,因此形成硬涂层。
当使用本发明的硬涂层组合物在支撑基板的两面上形成硬涂层时,首先,将第一硬涂层组合物施用于支撑基板的一侧面上并光固化,并然后将第二硬涂料组合物施用于支撑基板的另一侧面上并光固化。即,可通过两步法形成硬涂层。
在第二光固化步骤中,紫外线照射从与涂布有第一硬涂料组合物的支撑基板的侧面的反面进行,并因此由于第一光固化步骤中的固化收缩而形成的卷曲在与第一硬涂层组合物相反的方向上抵消,因此获得平坦的硬涂膜。因此,不需要额外的平化过程。
当使用本发明的硬涂层组合物而形成的包括硬涂层的硬涂膜暴露于温度为50℃或更高且湿度为80%或更高的条件下70个小时或更久并然后将其置于平板上时,硬涂膜的各边缘与平板间隔的最大距离可为约1.0mm或更小,约0.6mm或更小,或约0.3mm或更小。更具体而言,当硬涂膜暴露在温度为50℃至90℃且湿度为80至90%的条件下70至100个小时或更久并然后将其置于平板上时,硬涂膜的各边缘与平板间隔的最大距离可为约1.0mm或更小,约0.6mm或更小,或约0.3mm或更小。
包含使用本发明的硬涂层组合物所形成的硬涂层的硬涂膜可由于其具有高硬度、耐划痕性、透明性、耐久性、耐光性和透光性而有用地用于各种领域中。
例如,包含使用本发明的硬涂层组合物所形成的硬涂层的硬涂膜在1kg负荷下的铅笔硬度可为7H或更高,8H或更高或9H或更高。
此外,当摩擦测试仪上安装有钢丝绒#0000并将钢丝绒#0000在500g的负荷下在本发明的硬涂膜上往复摩擦400次时,在硬涂膜上形成的刮痕数可为2或更少。
此外,包含使用本发明的硬涂层组合物所形成的硬涂层的硬涂膜的透光率可为91.0%或更高,或92.0%或更高,且浊度为1.0%或更低、0.5%或更低、或0.4%或更低。
此外,包含使用本发明的硬涂层组合物所形成的硬涂层的硬涂膜的初始颜色b*值可为1.0或更低。此外,当这种硬涂膜通过紫外线灯而暴露于UV-B下72小时或更久时,硬涂膜的初始颜色b*值和硬涂膜暴露于UV-B后的颜色b*值之间的差值可为0.5或更低,或0.4或更低。
如上所述,包含使用本发明的硬涂层组合物所形成的硬涂层的硬涂膜可用于各种领域。例如,本发明的硬涂膜可用于移动终端机、智能手机或平板电脑的触控面板及显示器或装置的外壳。
下文中,将参考以下实施例更详细地描述本发明。然而,这些实例仅用于阐明本发明,且本发明的范围不限于此。
实施例
制备实施例1:光固化弹性聚合物的制备
在反应器中,将50g己内酯接枝的聚轮烷聚合物[A1000,Advanced Soft MaterialINC]与4.53g Karenz-AOI[异氰酸2-丙烯酰基乙酯,Showadenko Inc.]、20mg二月桂酸二丁锡[DBTDL,Merck Corp.]、110mg氢醌单甲醚和315g甲基乙基酮混合。然后,混合物在70℃下反应5小时以得到聚轮烷,在此聚轮烷中,具有与其末端共轭的丙烯酸酯部分的聚内酯作为大环而环糊精作为止动部。
所获得的聚轮烷的重均分子量为600,000g/mol,且根据ASTM D638测定的其伸长率为20%。
实施例1
将2g丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、分散有以含量为40重量%且粒径为20至30nm的二氧化硅纳米颗粒的8g二氧化硅-六丙烯酸二季戊四醇酯(DPHA)复合物(二氧化硅3.2g,DPHA4.8g)、0.2g光引发剂(商标名为:Darocur TPO)、0.1g苯并三唑类黄化抑制剂(商标名为:Tinuvin 400)和0.05g氟类表面活性剂(商标名为:FC4430)混合以制备第一硬涂层组合物。以相同方式制备第二硬涂膜。
将第一硬涂层组合物施用于尺寸为15厘米×20厘米且厚度为188μm的PET支撑基板的一面上。然后,使用黑光荧光灯,将经第一硬涂层组合物涂布的PET支撑基板用波长为280至350nm的紫外光照射,以光固化第一硬涂层组合物。
将第二硬涂层组合物施用于所述PET支撑基板的另一面上。然后,使用黑光荧光灯,将经第二硬涂层组合物涂布的PET支撑基板用波长为280至350nm的紫外光照射,以光固化第二硬涂层组合物,从而制备硬涂膜。在本发明中,在PET支撑基板的两面上所形成的第一和第二硬涂层的厚度各为100μm。
实施例2
以与实施例1相同的方式制备硬涂膜,不同之处在于使用2g二丙烯酸9-乙二醇酯(9-EGDA)代替2g丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)。
实施例3
以与实施例1相同的方式制备硬涂膜,不同之处在于使用2g丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和分散有以含量为约40重量%且粒径为20至30nm的二氧化硅纳米颗粒的8g二氧化硅-三丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯(TMPTA)复合物(二氧化硅4g,TMPTA 4g)代替2g丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和8g二氧化硅-六丙烯酸二季戊四醇酯(DPHA)复合物。
实施例4
将2g丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、分散有以含量为约40重量%且粒径为20至30nm的二氧化硅纳米颗粒的8g二氧化硅-六丙烯酸二季戊四醇酯(DPHA)复合物(氧化硅3.2g,DPHA4.8g)、0.2g光引发剂(商标名为:Darocur TPO)、0.1g苯并三唑类黄化抑制剂(商标名为:Tinuvin 400)和0.05g氟类表面活性剂(商标名为:FC4430)溶于2g甲基乙基酮(MEK)中以制备第一和第二硬涂层组合物。
将第一硬涂层组合物施用于尺寸为15厘米×20厘米且厚度为188μm的PC/PMMA共挤出支撑基板上。然后,以与实施例1相同的方式制备硬涂膜。
实施例5
分散有以含量为40重量%且粒径为20至30nm的二氧化硅纳米颗粒的9g二氧化硅-六丙烯酸二季戊四醇酯(DPHA)复合物(二氧化硅3.6g,DPHA5.4g)、1g制备实施例1的聚轮烷、0.2g光引发剂(商标名为:Darocur TPO)、0.1g苯并三唑类黄化抑制剂(商标名为:Tinuvin 400)和0.05g氟类表面活性剂(商标名为:FC4430)混合以制备第一硬涂层组合物。以相同方式制备第二硬涂膜。
通过棒式涂覆法将第一和第二硬涂料组合物施用于尺寸为15cm×20cm且厚度为188μm的PET支撑基板的两面上。然后,将其两面涂布有第一和第二硬涂层组合物的支撑基板通过紫外光(UV)辐照器之间。每个照射器均安装有发出290至320nm波长的金属卤化物灯且在支撑基板的上方和下方皆提供辐照器,以光固化所述硬涂层组合物,从而在支撑基板的两面上形成硬涂层。
在支撑基板的两面上形成的第一和第二硬涂层的厚度各为100μm。
实施例6
以与实施例1相同的方式制备硬涂膜,不同之处在于使用1g氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯类聚合物(商标名为:UA200PA,Shinnakamura Chemicals Corp.,重均分子量为:2,600g/mol,根据ASTM D638测量的伸长率:170%)代替1g制备实施例1的聚轮烷。
实施例7
以与实施例1相同的方式制备硬涂膜,不同之处在于使用1g氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯类聚合物(商标名为:UA340P,Shinnakamura Chemicals Corp.,重均分子量为:13,000g/mol,根据ASTM D638测得的伸长率为:150%)代替1g制备实施例1的聚轮烷。
对比实施例1
以与实施例1相同的方式制备硬涂膜,不同之处在于仅使用10g六丙烯酸二季戊四醇酯(DPHA)代替丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和二氧化硅-六丙烯酸二季戊四醇酯(DPHA)复合物。
对比实施例2和3
以与实施例1相同的方式制备硬涂膜,不同之处在于第一和第二硬涂层组合物的组分改为以下表1所示的组分。
实施例1至7和对比实施例1至3的第一和第二硬涂层组合物的组分和含量总结于下表1中。

测试实施例
测定方法
1)铅笔硬度
根据日本标准JIS K5400评估铅笔硬度。在这方面,铅笔硬度计在1.0kg的负荷下于每个硬涂膜上往复三次,以测定未观察到刮痕时的硬度。
2)耐划痕性
在载入摩擦测试仪之后,将钢丝绒(#0000)在0.5kg的负荷下在每个硬涂膜上往复400次,并计算出由此形成的刮痕数。通过以下标记评估膜的耐划痕性:O代表刮痕数为2或更少,Δ代表刮痕数为2至小于5,而x代表刮痕数为5或更多。
3)卷曲性
当光固化经第一硬涂层组合物涂布的支撑基板时,切割成尺寸为10cm×10cm并置于平板上,测量支撑基板的各边缘与平板间隔的最大距离。
4)耐光性
测量硬涂膜暴露于UV灯的UVB下72小时之前和之后的颜色b*值的差值。
5)透光率和浊度
使用分光光度计(商品名称为:COH-400)测量硬涂膜的透光率和浊度。
6)相对于温度和湿度的卷曲性
当每个硬涂膜切割成尺寸为10cm×10cm,在温度为85℃且湿度为85%的条件下储存于储存室中72小时并然后将其置于平板上,测量硬涂膜的各边缘与平板间隔的最大距离。
7)圆柱弯曲试验
将各硬涂膜缠绕在直径为3厘米的圆柱形心轴上,并然后测定各硬涂膜是否破裂。若各硬涂膜未破裂,则评估为OK,若其破裂则评估为X。
8)耐冲击性
通过测定当22g的钢球从高度为40cm处落在硬涂膜上时各硬涂膜是否破裂而评估各硬涂膜的耐冲击性。当各硬涂膜未破裂时,则评估为OK,若其破裂则评估为X。
硬涂膜的物理特性的测量结果总结于下表2和3中。

如上表2和3所示,可确定使用实施例1至7的硬涂层组合物所制备的所有硬涂膜具有良好的物理特性。
Claims (19)
1.一种硬涂层组合物,其包含:
包含三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体和光固化弹性聚合物的粘合剂,并且根据ASTMD638测量的所述光固化弹性聚合物的伸长率为15至200%;
无机颗粒;
光引发剂;及
有机溶剂,
其中,固体物质包含粘合剂、无机颗粒和光引发剂,且所述固体物质与所述有机溶剂的重量比为70:30至99:1,
所述粘合剂包含的光固化弹性聚合物和三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的重量比为5:95至20:80,并且
所述硬涂层组合物包含35至85重量份的粘合剂、10至60重量份的无机颗粒和0.5至10重量份的光引发剂,基于100重量份的固体物质计。
2.权利要求1的硬涂层组合物,其中所述三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体包括至少一种选自以下的物质:三丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯TMPTA、三丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷乙氧基酯TMPEOTA、甘油-丙氧基化三丙烯酸酯GPTA、四丙烯酸季戊四醇酯PET4A、及六丙烯酸二季戊四醇酯DPHA。
3.权利要求1的硬涂层组合物,其中所述粘合剂还包含单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体。
4.权利要求3的硬涂层组合物,其中所述粘合剂包含的单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体与三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的重量比为1:99至50:50。
5.权利要求3的硬涂层组合物,其中所述单官能至双官能的丙烯酸酯类单体包括至少一种选自以下的物质:丙烯酸羟乙酯HEA、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯HEMA、二丙烯酸己二醇酯HDDA、二丙烯酸三丙二醇酯TPGDA、及二丙烯酸乙二醇酯EGDA。
6.权利要求1的硬涂层组合物,其中所述光固化弹性聚合物包括至少一种选自聚己内酯、氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯类聚合物和聚轮烷的聚合物。
7.权利要求6的硬涂层组合物,其中所述聚轮烷包含:大环,其中具有与其末端共轭的(甲基)丙烯酸酯部分的内酯化合物彼此键合;线型部分,其保留在大环内;和止动部,其位于线型部分的两端以防止大环脱离。
8.权利要求1的硬涂层组合物,其中所述无机颗粒分散在粘合剂中。
9.权利要求1的硬涂层组合物,其中所述无机颗粒的粒径为100nm或更小。
10.权利要求1的硬涂层组合物,其中所述无机颗粒包括至少一种选自二氧化硅纳米颗粒、氧化铝纳米颗粒、氧化钛纳米颗粒和氧化锌纳米颗粒的无机颗粒。
11.权利要求1的硬涂层组合物,其还包含添加剂。
12.权利要求11的硬涂层组合物,其中所述添加剂包括至少一种选自单官能至双官能的氟类丙烯酸酯、氟类表面活性剂、及硅类表面活性剂的物质。
13.权利要求11的硬涂层组合物,其中所述添加剂包括包含二苯基甲酮化合物或苯并三唑化合物的黄化抑制剂。
14.权利要求1的硬涂层组合物,其中所述硬涂层组合物在温度为25℃下的粘度为100至1200cps。
15.一种无溶剂的硬涂层组合物,其包含
包含三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体和光固化弹性聚合物的粘合剂,并且根据ASTMD638测量的所述光固化弹性聚合物的伸长率为15至200%;
无机颗粒;及
光引发剂,
所述粘合剂包含的光固化弹性聚合物和三官能至六官能的丙烯酸酯类单体的重量比为5:95至20:80,并且
所述硬涂层组合物包含35至85重量份的粘合剂、10至60重量份的无机颗粒和0.5至10重量份的光引发剂,基于100重量份的硬涂层组合物计。
16.权利要求15的硬涂层组合物,其中所述无机颗粒分散在粘合剂中。
17.权利要求15的硬涂层组合物,其中所述光固化弹性聚合物包括至少一种选自聚己内酯、氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯类聚合物和聚轮烷的聚合物。
18.权利要求17的硬涂层组合物,其中所述聚轮烷包含:大环,其中具有与其末端共轭的(甲基)丙烯酸酯部分的内酯化合物彼此键合;线型部分,其保留在大环内;和止动部,其位于线型部分的两端以防止大环脱离。
19.权利要求15的硬涂层组合物,其中所述硬涂层组合物在温度为25℃下的粘度为300至1200cps。
