Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于模内转印的易成型聚酯薄膜,自上而下依次设置有防彩虹涂层、硬化涂层、上聚酯透明层、芯层及下聚酯透明层,所述上聚酯透明层、芯层及下聚酯透明层采用ABC三层共挤方式生产出基膜,上聚酯透明层、芯层与下聚酯透明层厚度比例大约为1.5:6.5:1.5,三层共挤基膜总厚度40‑50μm。本发明在硬化涂层上涂布防彩虹涂层,减少透明硬化处理时产生彩虹纹,而且提高印刷图案与薄膜的结合力,是一层特殊接着层,采用低分子量组分的共聚酯乳液,共聚酯浓度在10%‑30%之间,由于硬化涂层的折射率为1.52,因此不产生彩虹纹。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚酯薄膜领域,尤其涉及一种用于模内转印的易成型聚酯薄膜。
背景技术
易成型聚酯薄膜,也称IMD薄膜,IMD是将已印刷成型好的装饰片材放入注塑模内,然后将树胶注射在成型片材的背面,使树脂与片材接合成一体固化成型的技术,IMD就是在注射成型的同时进行镶件加饰的技术,产品是和装饰承印材覆合成为一体,对立体状的成形品全体可进行加饰印刷,使产品达到装饰性与功能性于一身的效果。因此,IMD对易成型基膜提出了很高的要求,一般需要专门的涂层处理,目前国内需要专门进口易成型膜,市场需求量大而且迫切。
易成型聚酯薄膜要求在保留一般聚酯薄膜特性的同时,在高温领域的弹性系数大幅度降低,更易成型;在进行印刷和金属蒸镀时,色彩和光泽必须鲜明,要求适合家电、移动设备、汽车内外饰、建材、娱乐用品等IMD成型用途,因此首先要解决薄膜的弹性问题,对于高端客户,还应具备低彩虹的效果,减少透明硬化处理时产生彩虹纹,涂布防彩虹接着层应与硬化涂层的折射率相匹配,因此要解决的第二个问题就是彩虹纹影响装饰效果的问题。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述,有必要提供一种用于模内转印的易成型聚酯薄膜,起具备必要的硬度和低弹性,并有防彩虹效果。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种用于模内转印的易成型聚酯薄膜,包括防彩虹涂层、硬化涂层、上聚酯透明层、芯层及下聚酯透明层,所述硬化涂层设置在防彩虹涂层下方,所述上聚酯透明层设置在硬化涂层下方,所述芯层设置在上聚酯透明层下方,芯层为透明结构,所述下聚酯透明层设置在芯层下方。
进一步的,所述防彩虹涂层上方设置有一层离型保护膜,主要用于产品的保护,使用时剥离去掉,其厚度为23-50μm。
进一步的,所述防彩虹涂层的厚度为1-3μm。
进一步的,所述硬化涂层折射率为1.52,厚度为1-3μm。
进一步的,所述上聚酯透明层、芯层及下聚酯透明层采用ABC三层共挤方式生产出基膜,上聚酯透明层、芯层与下聚酯透明层厚度比例大约为1.5:6.5:1.5,三层共挤基膜总厚度40-50μm。
相较现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明采用水性共聚酯涂布配方和工艺,在线涂布硬化涂层,折射率为1.52左右;采用高分子量组分的共聚酯乳液,共聚酯浓度在10%-30%之间,硬化涂层可以降低薄膜的弹性,提高薄膜硬度。
2、在硬化涂层上涂布防彩虹涂层,减少透明硬化处理时产生彩虹纹,而且提高印刷图案与薄膜的结合力,是一层特殊接着层,采用低分子量组分的共聚酯乳液,共聚酯浓度在10%-30%之间,由于硬化涂层的折射率为1.52,因此不产生彩虹纹。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
如图1所示,一种用于模内转印的易成型聚酯薄膜,自上而下依次设置有防彩虹涂层1、硬化涂层2、上聚酯透明层3、芯层4及下聚酯透明层5,最上层为防彩虹涂层1,解决与印刷图案的结合力问题,同时有防彩虹效果,采用低分子量组分的共聚酯乳液,所述防彩虹涂层1的厚度为1-3μm;所述硬化涂层2设置在防彩虹涂层1下方,用于降低聚酯薄膜的弹性,采用高分子量组分的共聚酯乳液,所述硬化涂层2折射率为1.52,厚度为1-3μm;所述上聚酯透明层3设置在硬化涂层2下方,上聚酯透明层3采用透明聚酯切片母料,不添加二氧化硅摩擦剂;所述芯层4设置在上聚酯透明层3下方,芯层4为透明结构并采用中性聚酯母料,不添加二氧化硅摩擦剂,起到支撑作用;所述下聚酯透明层5设置在芯层4下方,下聚酯透明层5采用透明聚酯母料,添加二氧化硅摩擦剂,改善薄膜的收卷性能。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述防彩虹涂层1上方设置有一层离型保护膜6,主要用于产品的保护,使用时剥离去掉,其厚度为23-50μm。
所述上聚酯透明层3、芯层4及下聚酯透明层5采用ABC三层共挤方式生产出基膜,再纵拉,在线涂布硬化涂层,经干燥、横拉、定型后成膜,随后离线涂布防彩虹涂层1,经干燥后收卷成为产品,上聚酯透明层3、芯层4与下聚酯透明层5厚度比例大约为1.5:6.5:1.5,三层共挤基膜总厚度40-50μm。
该易成型聚酯薄膜的制造方法如下:
1、配置硬化涂层涂液:硬化涂层高分子量共聚酯主剂与辅剂比例为8:2,其中共聚酯主剂为高分子量水性共聚酯,辅剂为消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂等助剂的组合,主剂+辅剂的总浓度10%-20%,去离子水占80-90%;主剂与辅剂比例为8:2,即主剂约占总浓度8%-16%,辅剂约占总浓度2%-4%;
2、将配置好的硬化涂层材料采用在线涂布的方法涂在ABC三层共挤基膜透明上表层上,烘干后成为硬化涂层,湿涂量10-20g/平方米;
3、在线涂布方式:采用D-bar涂布辊,狭缝喷头进行喷涂;
4、在纵拉之后、横拉之前进行在线涂布;
5、在线涂布后在横拉烘箱中烘干,其中烘干温度110℃,烘干时间大约30秒;
6、采用ABC三层共挤,上聚酯透明层(A层)采用透明的聚酯切片母料;芯层(B层)采用透明的聚酯切片中性料;下聚酯透明层(C层)采用了添加二氧化硅摩擦剂的聚酯切片母料,二氧化硅浓度10%以下,上聚酯透明层、芯层与下聚酯透明层厚度比例大约为1.5:6.5:1.5;
7、制备防彩虹涂层的涂液:防彩虹涂层低分子量共聚酯主剂与辅剂比例为8:2,总浓度10%-30%;其中共聚酯主剂为低分子量水性共聚酯,辅剂为辅剂为消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂等助剂的组合,主剂+辅剂的总浓度10%-30%,即去离子水占70-90%;主剂与辅剂比例为8:2,即主剂约占总浓度8%-24%,辅剂约占总浓度2%-6%;
8、将步骤7获得的材料涂在硬化涂层上面,湿涂量10-20g/平方米;
9、采用离线涂布方式,狭缝涂布方式,涂布后烘干温度110℃,烘干时间约40秒。
进一步的,步骤1中,所述消泡剂为非硅酮类水性消泡剂,约占总浓度0.5%-1%;流平剂为TEGO水性流平剂,约占总浓度0.5%-2%;分散剂为含锚固基团的水性分散剂,约占总浓度0.5%;稳定剂为硬脂酸镁类水性稳定剂,约占总浓度0.5%。
采用上述方式制造,该产品达到以下性能,与常规产品进行对比见附表:

1.一种用于模内转印的易成型聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:包括防彩虹涂层、硬化涂层、上聚酯透明层、芯层及下聚酯透明层,所述硬化涂层设置在防彩虹涂层下方,所述上聚酯透明层设置在硬化涂层下方,所述芯层设置在上聚酯透明层下方,芯层为透明结构,所述下聚酯透明层设置在芯层下方,所述上聚酯透明层、芯层及下聚酯透明层采用ABC三层共挤方式生产出基膜,上聚酯透明层、芯层与下聚酯透明层厚度比例大约为1.5:6.5:1.5,三层共挤基膜总厚度40-50μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于模内转印的易成型聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述防彩虹涂层上方设置有一层离型保护膜,其厚度为23-50μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于模内转印的易成型聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述防彩虹涂层的厚度为1-3μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于模内转印的易成型聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述硬化涂层折射率为1.52,厚度为1-3μm。
5.一种由1-4任意一项所述用于模内转印的易成型聚酯薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、配置硬化涂层涂液:硬化涂层高分子量共聚酯主剂与辅剂比例为8:2,其中共聚酯主剂为高分子量水性共聚酯,辅剂为消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂等助剂的组合,主剂+辅剂的总浓度10%-20%,去离子水占80-90%;主剂与辅剂比例为8:2,即主剂约占总浓度8%-16%,辅剂约占总浓度2%-4%;
(2)、将配置好的硬化涂层材料采用在线涂布的方法涂在ABC三层共挤基膜透明上表层上,烘干后成为硬化涂层,湿涂量10-20g/平方米;
(3)、在线涂布方式:采用D-bar涂布辊,狭缝喷头进行喷涂;
(4)、在纵拉之后、横拉之前进行在线涂布;
(5)、在线涂布后在横拉烘箱中烘干,其中烘干温度110℃,烘干时间大约30秒;
(6)、采用ABC三层共挤,上聚酯透明层(A层)采用透明的聚酯切片母料;芯层(B层)采用透明的聚酯切片中性料;下聚酯透明层(C层)采用了添加二氧化硅摩擦剂的聚酯切片母料,二氧化硅浓度10%以下,上聚酯透明层、芯层与下聚酯透明层厚度比例大约为1.5:6.5:1.5;
(7)、制备防彩虹涂层的涂液:防彩虹涂层低分子量共聚酯主剂与辅剂比例为8:2,总浓度10%-30%;其中共聚酯主剂为低分子量水性共聚酯,辅剂为辅剂为消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂等助剂的组合,主剂+辅剂的总浓度10%-30%,即去离子水占70-90%;主剂与辅剂比例为8:2,即主剂约占总浓度8%-24%,辅剂约占总浓度2%-6%;
(8)、将步骤7获得的材料涂在硬化涂层上面,湿涂量10-20g/平方米;
(9)、采用离线涂布方式,狭缝涂布方式,涂布后烘干温度110℃,烘干时间约40秒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于模内转印的易成型聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:,步骤(1)中,所述消泡剂为非硅酮类水性消泡剂,约占总浓度0.5%-1%;流平剂为TEGO水性流平剂,约占总浓度0.5%-2%;分散剂为含锚固基团的水性分散剂,约占总浓度0.5%;稳定剂为硬脂酸镁类水性稳定剂,约占总浓度0.5%。
