4530 1 C A7 _ B7 五、發明說明(7) 可將電壓達到2 0 k V左右。該文提到一種油/紙絕緣的 新絕緣系統1使靜子完全浸在油中。浊於是既可當作冷卻 劑也可作絕緣之用。心鐵內表面處有一介電的隔油環可使 靜子中的油不致洩漏於轉子中。該靜子繞組是由橢圓,中 空並附有油與紙絕綠的導體所製成。該線圈邊與其絕綠貝〖』 利用一些契子將其固定在矩形的溝槽內。而油可作爲中空 導體與靜子壁之開口兩者的冷卻劑。然而,此冷卻系統在 其線圈末端處需有大量油與電力的連接點。該厚絕緣也使 得導體的曲率半徑加大,如此也使得線圈突出處的尺寸增 大。 上述美國專利提到的同步機器的靜子部分包含有一個 供靜子繞組用的含梯形溝槽之多層板的磁心。該溝槽爲階 梯狀,因爲靜子繞組的絕緣需求是朝轉子方向逐漸減少, 而繞組中最靠近中性點的部分也位於轉子中。靜子部分也 包含一個最靠近心鐵之內表面的介電油-分離汽缸。此部 份比無此環的機器需要更多的激磁。靜子繞組的每一線圈 層是由相同直徑的油-飽和電纜所製成》層與層之間是用 溝槽中的隔板元件予以分離•並用契子將其固定。繞組的 特點在於含有兩個串聯的所謂半繞組。一支半繞組中心地 置於絕綠套管內。靜子繞組的導體是由環繞油所冷卻。系 統內油過多的缺點是有洩漏的危險以及發生問題後所需的 大量清理工作。位於溝槽外的絕緣護套含有一個圓柱部分 及一個錐形篩電極,其目的在於控制電纜離開層板之區域 的電場強度。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公爱) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) ---- 訂---------線 -10 - ,453 0 Tx - ~ Α7 --------Β7_ 五、發明說明(8) cccp 955369提出另一種提高同步機器之 額定電壓的方法,其中該油冷式靜子繞組的每一層皆由相 同的高壓電纜所組成。該電纜置於靜子的溝槽內,該溝槽 .爲一圓形’軸向的開口並與電纜的斷面積相配,其間有供 整修與冷凝劑所需的空間。各軸向的繞組層是由一絕緣管 所包圍及固定。絕緣隔板件將管子固定於靜子溝槽中。同 樣地因爲油冷卻的關係*也需要一個內介電環加以密封以 防止油冷卻劑從內氣隙中流出。該結構的絕緣或靜子溝槽 部分並無任何階層形狀。該設計顯示,在各靜子溝槽間有 一個非常小的軸向腰部結構,其會引起大量的溝槽迷失通 量,而強烈地影響該機器的激磁需求。 在電子動力研究學院,EPRI ,1984年四月的 報告E L — 3 3 9 1中提到一種可達高電壓的發電機概念 ,其目的在於連接該發電機與動力網路而毋須經由中繼變 壓器。該報告所評估的結果有著良好的效率增益與可觀的 財務利益。在1 9 8 4年之所以認爲有可能發展發電機直 接與動力網路連接的理由在於當時已發展出一種前-導轉 子。前-導磁場所產生的可觀激磁能量使得使用足夠厚的 氣隙-繞組即可抵擋電子的應力。 藉由組合下列最先進的觀念,也就是設計一種稱之爲 "單石圓柱電樞〃的磁路繞組,將兩束導體包覆於三束絕 緣物的概念,以及將整個結構貼附於無齒狀的鐵心上等概 念,所評估後的結果是高電壓的旋轉電力機器得以直接與 動力網路相連。此結果使得主絕緣需作成足夠厚度以抵抗 -11 - (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) --------訂---------線 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4現格(210 X 297公釐〉 4 5301 經濟邹智慧財產局員工消費合作'吐,印製 A7 B7 五、發明說明(9) 網路-對一網路以及網路-對-地的電位。此種方式的缺 點除了需要一個前-導轉子外,也需要極厚的絕緣,此將 增加機器的尺寸。該線圈末端需使用油或冷煤予以絕緣及 •冷卻以控制末端處產生的極大電場。該整台機器必須完全 地密封以防止液態的介電物質從大氣中吸收水分。 發明之描述 和前述發明背景不同的是,本發明含有一個以上的高 壓發電機,而使升壓變壓器變成多餘。也不再需要發電機 斷路器。功能上來說,該斷路器是由現有的高壓斷路器所 取代》而該匯電條系統是被篩狀的高壓電纜所取代。所以 本發明的目的之一便是要將電廠內的發電機直接與輸出電 力網路相連。 本發明的第一特點是從序言至申請專利範圍第1項中 所提到的電廠含有該申請專利範圍所描述的特徵,而本發 明的第二特點是從序言至申請專利範圍第2 9項中所提到 的發電機含有該申請專利範圍所描述的特點以及申請專利 範圍第3 1項所描述的程序等。 由於此種繚組的絕緣系統設計,得以避免一般常見於 傳統高壓發電機之厚絕緣層,比如雲母型式的浸染層,的 絕緣分解現象,該分解現象有些是部分放電,PD所致。 當絕緣處承受過度電場強度時,會在製造時所產生的洞穴 ,孔或類似處產生電暈放電的現象。此種電暈放電將逐漸 破壞材料,可能穿過絕緣而發生電子迅裂放電。而因爲每 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(21Q X 297公爱) '' -12 - {請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) --------訂·--------線 4530 1 Ο 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 Α7 __Β7 五、發明說明(ld> 一層的溫度係數相同,而得以避免因繞組之熱變化所產生 的缺陷與破裂。因上述問題使得無法設計出電壓高於3 6 k V的發電機。 本發明的絕緣系統即可消除上述問題本發明所使用 的絕緣層可使洞穴或孔的發生率降至最低,比如P E X, 熱塑性體,含有交連熱塑性體,E P橡膠,或其他橡膠等 適當的永久絕緣材料的擠製層。只使用具有最少缺陷的絕 緣層並附有內層與外層的半導體部分,可使材料的熱及電 負載降低。若有溫度梯度出現時,附有半導體層的絕緣部 分將形成一單石部分,而不會發生因絕緣與環繞層之溫度 差所產生之不同膨脹的缺陷。材料之電負載得以降低的原 因在於環繞絕緣的半導體部分形成一等電位的平面,也因 爲絕綠部分的電場均勻分布於絕綠層上所致。外半導體層 可與地表電位連接。這意謂著1整支繞組的外護套都能維 持地表的電位。 本發明的電廠因爲在發電機靜子的繞組上具有特殊的 絕緣系統,而消除了電壓升高的阻礙,而且即使電壓大於 3 6 k V也毋須使用升壓變壓器。 首先,省去變壓器即可使重量,空間與成本大幅降低 0 通常當變壓器與輪機室之間有一定距離時,需使用匯 電條以連接發電機與變壓器。因此種需求不再,所以可省 卻其所需的成本與空間-因高電壓將產生相當的電力損失 ,而匯電條系統將發生2相與3相的相間失誤,因而斷路 本紙張尺度適用ΐ國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) 1----------I ^-----------------^ I (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -13 - 4530 1 0 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7 五、發明說明(ll) 器與隔離器便需要高層次的維護。本發明所造成此類失誤 的危險已大幅地降低= 因油-絕緣變壓器所易產生的火災機率也可降低,而 •有關防火的安全預防措施也可減少。 本發明的輪機發電機電廠,其優點是可以多組接點與 各不同電壓值相連。 總之,上述組成的優點在於可大幅提昇該電廠的經濟 效益。建廠的成本也可降低而因維修保固的需求減少也使 操作效益改善,其效率增加約〇.5—1.5%。 本發明可應用於有尖峰負載的輪機發電機中,需要的 話可作爲一同步的補償器,使得發電機與輪機分離。 本發明的目的也在於利用內嵌於靜子之輔助電力繞組 而由發電機產生輔助電力,其所產生的電力比發電機之主 繞組者還低。 爲此’輪機發電機電廠之發電機的磁力迴路是由螺紋 式永久絕緣電纜並內含接地所組成。 習知科技與本發明之實施例的主要與基本差異在於使 發電機的電磁迴路直接地經由可能的斷路器與隔離器而與 一 2 0 kV與8 0 0 kV之間,最好是高於3 g kV的高 供應電壓相連。該磁力線路含有—個以上繞組所組成的多 層心鐵,而繞組則由一或多支永久絕緣導體的螺紋式電纜 所組成’而在導體與絕緣層外各有一半導體層,外半導體 層則與地表電位相連。 本發明之電廠因擁有許多習知科技所沒有的特徵而 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 κ 297 公釐) * I I I I I I I --II---I ^ -----J ----1 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 4 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 5 3 0 1 ί; Α7 _____Β7_ 五、發明說明(θ 以解決將電力機器直接與各種高壓電力網路相連的問題》 其餘特徵與其他實施例則定義於隨附的申請專利範圍 中,並敘述如下。
